These podcasts are all about anxiety and how to deal/cope with it. If you are like me, you find yourself anxious and on edge even though there is no good reason to be. I have spent hours trying to meditate and calm my nerves but honestly there is nothing quite like sitting back and just listening to a good podcast, especially if it is one that I can just lose the world around me with. I can proudly say I have not had a panic attack in weeks and my anxiety has much more manageable now!
