So What is Ouishare? The Ouishare Radio Squad noticed that every event they went to in 2017 everyone knew Ouishare, but no one knew what it was. In fact, everyone asked, “What Is Ouishare?” As we asked people in OuiShare how what they thought OuiShare was we got a lot of answers, so we thought we’d share them here, with you. OuiShare is an ongoing experiment with a lean startup approach. With curiosity and an open mindset, we strive to continuously try new things and challenge our assumptions. Release early, fail often, learn by doing and iterate.

WIUX LP 100.3 FM, is Indiana University’s student-run radio station. Student volunteers are responsible for managing and operating the station from top to bottom, occupying the airwaves 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Student volunteers at WIUX come from a variety of majors, and any student is encouraged to apply to be a DJ or to serve on one our many committees. WIUX is an indie formatted station. However, we still adhere to the greatness of some of the majors and the post-indie. Our goal is to highlight and focus on lesser known and local bands that won’t get airplay at normal radio stations. Some of our specialty shows, however, span genres including jazz, hip-hop, funk, punk, ska, techno/rpm, and many more.
