Mark Duplass is an American actor, filmmaker, writer, and musician, often working alongside his brother, Jay Duplass. He was in The Puffy Chair (2005), which he co-wrote, co-directed, and starred in, helping to pioneer the "mumblecore" and films like Safety Not Guaranteed (2012) and Creep (2014), showcasing his talent for blending humor with emotional depth. In television, he is best known for his role on the HBO series Togetherness (2015–2016), which he co-created, and for his work on The Morning Show, where he earned praise for his dramatic range.
