The hosts use the two episodes on abortion and the law to illuminate how mainstream Conservative thought changed radically between 1973, when Roe v Wade was decided based on legal history and medical science, and 1992, when the SCOTUS Conservative majority more or less made up bogus legal principles to support the decision that they already knew they wanted to make.This is the most purely-refined episode so far in this podcast's project, which is to lay out the garbage reasoning that went into the most important national legal cases that curtail civil rights to uphold Conservative principles.
