0:50
guys, it's it's Kathy Heller. Welcome back to back to
0:52
Abundant I just want to say I was
0:54
in tears this week because I found out
0:57
that we hit the USA Today out that we list
0:59
for my book and I could not have
1:01
done that without you guys. have done that told
1:03
my team, I'm like, God, I manifested
1:05
that so hard I I really truly
1:07
had completely really truly I wasn't thinking
1:09
about it. I was so fulfilled and
1:11
happy. it. I was getting to write
1:13
this book and share it with you.
1:15
And you were so magnificent it supportive and
1:17
encouraging I and you. already feeling so
1:19
much joy. I didn't that I didn't even
1:21
look to see if we'd hit the list. I I didn't check
1:23
it, I didn't notice it, and then towards the middle of
1:25
the day, my publisher said, hey, did you read the list? And
1:28
I was like, no, I didn't even check. And I'm like,
1:30
you hit the list and I just started to cry. like,
1:32
no, I that was truly such a gift, I'm
1:34
and you hit the list. just my like,
1:36
over. the list. All right, I you're in
1:38
for a treat to we have a few things
1:40
to play for you. First of all, one of
1:42
my dear friends, cup runneth is here. right. She's a New
1:44
York Times bestselling author and co -founder
1:46
of Levels, a health technology company with
1:48
the mission of reversing the world's metabolic
1:50
health crisis. You may may have
1:52
heard of her groundbreaking book. It It
1:54
has exploded the the scene few a few
1:56
months ago. called It's called Good Energy,
1:59
connection Connection Between - and limitless health. And
2:01
And it's all about the true cause of illness
2:03
and anxiety and depression and what changes you can
2:05
make to optimize your health. make and your
2:07
wellbeing at every age. and It's so eye at
2:09
and informational and it's so aligned with the
2:12
message that we share on this podcast so
2:14
many ways because everything is energy. we share on
2:16
You're going to be fascinated by what
2:18
she says because everything is you probably want to go
2:20
get yourself a copy of her book. on We're gonna play
2:22
a piece from a conversation that she and I had. is
2:24
At a book launch party that I did, be
2:26
actually goes way beyond what she teaches in the
2:28
book. book. I I think you're gonna love this. going
2:30
Casey is one of the wisest people I've
2:32
ever met and also one of the most delightful,
2:34
sparkly souls. I'm so honored that I've gotten
2:36
to spend so much time with her over the last
2:38
few months. I'm I tell her all the time that if
2:41
I had an imaginary friend, it would be her. So how
2:43
lucky am I that she's in my life for real? I
2:45
tell to love her so much. Without
2:47
further ado, please welcome the magnificent friend,
2:49
he means. be her. So how literally go
2:51
through the in my life for
2:54
that's where you love her so
2:56
much, and... I feel like words don't
2:58
even do justice justice to your
3:00
imprint. But we're going to but we're
3:02
going to try to put into words,
3:04
OK. So first of all, of all, let's
3:06
start with the book for a second. second.
3:08
This book at We both love this word
3:10
this word energy. you had one wish for people
3:12
when they put that book down, when they fit a
3:14
tree in the book. fit a When were you
3:16
hoping that they when were you hoping that they
3:18
would walk away the complete the
3:20
that that is connected.
3:23
is connected, oneness. That's what the first part
3:25
of the book is. book is. The first The first
3:27
section of the book is called Everything That's
3:29
Connected, it's the It's the you read when you
3:31
read the book. I think the book. And I think it's what
3:33
I want people that's the end of the journey
3:35
but the start of the journey of start really
3:37
thinking about their health in that way. start really
3:39
thinking It's just so incredible. in that way. It's
3:42
just think one thing that's been And I about
3:44
getting to know you, which is so
3:46
interesting about getting to know you, which is know you I wrote
3:48
the book. book, the book came out because I
3:50
feel like meeting you. meeting you. is is
3:52
helping me unfold the journey of what
3:54
the book means and what what the
3:56
next phases of my journey are. in a
3:58
ways I way, I can't even. describe because
4:01
yeah no I have to. That's divine
4:03
no, I have to.
4:05
about you and I'm timing. I think about
4:07
you and I'm we knew each other like
4:09
we knew each other in like they
4:11
can't but like all time is one is one
4:13
moment. And so we are. you
4:15
know just you know, just the it's
4:17
it's 98% of the atoms of
4:19
the atoms in our body. today are not
4:22
today to not going to be there. next year and
4:24
probably no atoms that were in our body when we
4:26
were born. our are here today. were this
4:28
idea that today. So this and everything that's
4:30
connected, and not a metaphor. that's
4:32
It's not like It's literally a
4:34
on the physical, it's literally truth
4:36
on the physical, chemical It's
4:38
so absent from our absent from our which
4:40
is this idea that which this thing
4:42
that lives and dies lives and dies and were I
4:45
you're you and this is a
4:47
chair and it all couldn't be farther
4:49
from the truth. be farther from the truth.
4:51
And so we imagine that... we can
4:53
can cut things out, or put things
4:55
in, is and that fix to fix
4:57
things, but it doesn't really fix that
4:59
thing, but the thing that I think, deep
5:02
I think deep meditation on connection
5:04
and on you are the and you are
5:06
the person who's this into a this into
5:08
a language that we can understand in the
5:10
modern era book, with your book, which I've spent
5:12
the past few days reading and I just,
5:14
it's like so fun to see you right
5:16
now because I feel like I know you like
5:18
I know times better. times better reading your
5:20
story story just. I'm just... So blown
5:22
blown away. just that idea that everything
5:24
is that idea that everything
5:26
is connected like knowing and not
5:29
just or physical or that on
5:31
the level, physical or spiritual
5:33
level, but just every sitting with
5:35
that. God like help single day like
5:37
asking really means, me understand what that really
5:39
means help me seal what that really
5:41
means help me act in a way
5:43
that what know what that really because I
5:45
I think that's the answer to everything. everything.
5:48
So, but the but the reason I'm late and
5:50
I'm so sorry to be late to be because I was
5:52
called to was called to of part of
5:54
a circle. for a family
5:56
member who's ill today ill today on down. It
5:58
was so It was so interesting. So I felt
6:00
there there was string between both
6:02
events. between both with you,
6:04
and I I also there, with and I
6:06
was also there. And the healer said, you know,
6:08
the know. illness is The reason all
6:11
of us, the is hard on all of
6:13
us. The person who's sick in my
6:15
community is we're fearful. But the opposite, and I felt
6:17
it today. words are The opposite, and I
6:19
felt like these words were coming from your
6:21
mouth through her, of fear but she said, the opposite
6:23
of fear. of fear. not security.
6:25
of fear. The opposite of opposite of
6:27
fear. of fear. is is infinite
6:30
possibility. Like, really, that's words you wrote in your
6:32
book, you know? wrote in And so
6:34
know? And so, as opposed to praying
6:36
for, you know, a know, a certain outcome,
6:38
it's like you said in your said in
6:40
your book, if you don't feel comfortable,
6:42
like really affirming, just affirming, just like,
6:45
start with what it start with what if,
6:47
you ends? is? We could We could
6:49
live a long, healthy life
6:51
rocking chairs chairs at her old
6:53
age. if, What if, just like, knows
6:55
knows swash over you, over you. a
6:57
a totally different soundtrack than this
6:59
year. this year. So it was was so
7:01
beautiful. And then another thing that
7:04
was said just two hours ago, probably while
7:06
everything beautiful was happening here and I
7:08
was over beautiful is said, you know, here.
7:10
comes from the word into Penga,
7:12
said, you know, chewing comes from the word whole,
7:14
fun To be whole, we have
7:16
to be whole, we have to be authentic. to
7:18
be authentic, we have to know
7:20
our true our true South, which is 100 %
7:22
connected with with else in
7:25
the in the universe. And And if
7:27
we understood that and you talk about this so
7:29
beautifully in your book. so we would realize
7:31
that our authenticity is the fact that we
7:33
that the stars, are the is the
7:35
we are this universe. the stars, we
7:37
are the supernovas, we and
7:39
our body comes from Again, every atom
7:42
authentic comes from star is
7:44
the grandest. self
7:46
is internet and is the
7:48
grandest multiversives,
7:51
no time. And so in healing,
7:53
the direct pattern hearing to... you
7:55
you know, infinite possibility, is the
7:57
linear path. path. Hearing, homeless, authenticity. infinite
8:00
possibility. So I love you. And
8:02
love you, the book. I didn't the
8:05
book. I mean, I even know, I
8:07
mean, I talk on in good energy and
8:09
I this in good energy, and like getting
8:11
to know you to me get closer to the
8:13
gosh. Oh my gosh. number
8:15
of unbelievable guest to receive
8:18
this. It's like unbelievably special It's like the
8:20
like the fireworks of the
8:22
end of the Disney
8:24
parade, Like like, sitting here. When
8:26
I When I first met Deepak Chopra,
8:28
he said to me, me. say I am
8:31
Kathy Heller. again. There I said that
8:33
and he said, say it again. the part. He
8:35
He said, just say I'm copied. Does
8:38
that different? And
8:40
said, yeah. He is at which one
8:42
feels heavier. feel heavier? Like, copy Heller. It's
8:44
like, a little lighter. goes, now
8:46
a say I am. It
8:48
goes, now that again. say I am. Say
8:51
There you are. There you are. Right.
8:53
And that's the part of
8:55
us. us. that's really healthy
8:57
healthy, too. Because that's the part of
8:59
us that is free from the
9:01
cortisol drip of the amygdala, the fog, the
9:03
brain fog, all all the stress. I mean, so
9:06
much of much of disease comes
9:08
from inflammation And I want you I want you to
9:10
speak to that, first of all. they may or may may
9:12
or may not know. mean, of of
9:14
them probably know. They've heard you
9:16
on you on everybody's this point and at point and
9:18
but tell them why you tell them why
9:20
you What was the journey the You
9:22
went from medical school to medical school to
9:25
now You know, really talking about real,
9:27
real real medicine? So what was that journey? You
9:29
know, there's a You know, there's a
9:31
sequence of events that happened, of course, which
9:33
is I went know, I went to and sort of felt
9:35
like there was a lot of hypocrisy. It's like,
9:37
oh, we're was a lot of hypocrisy. It's like
9:39
oh we're dying of all these lifestyle diseases and
9:41
yet we're not learning anything about lifestyle how we're
9:43
just learning how to sitting we're sitting in these
9:45
dark classrooms eight hours a day and all
9:47
the medical students are depressed and this doesn't seem
9:49
like it's making any sense and then go
9:51
to residency like it's making. No talk of of prevention. I trained
9:53
I had an X surgery surgery you know,
9:56
80 hours. a week just cutting things out
9:58
of people and knew that healing on level
10:00
with wholeness and was doing
10:02
was cutting things out of people. was
10:04
cutting things out of people which
10:07
seemed There was no time
10:09
was no time or anything for anything
10:11
I knew that love had
10:13
some part of healing. So had
10:15
some heart of healing so there
10:17
were whispers that The opposite
10:20
of what those whispers were was
10:22
what I was doing. was what
10:24
got doing and then I got
10:26
sick very sick and know,
10:28
I had IBS and I couldn't I
10:31
couldn't. not too am I, but like no solid bowel
10:33
like no solid bowel movement for
10:35
two years. I had horrible. acting.
10:37
I was depressed was depressed and anxious.
10:39
I had a chronic neck pain and my hand
10:41
went numb. went numb and like 27 and
10:43
just just grown up in a grown up
10:45
in a very spiritual household and I knew on
10:47
some level, again, I didn't have words for it
10:49
at that point that like. at that point, or
10:51
something was telling me that
10:54
I was out of alignment. alignment. And
10:56
I knew it, you know, what I went
10:58
went doctor, a I wasn't doing, and not
11:00
only that, the system was actually encouraging the
11:02
opposite. And so I was getting sick,
11:04
the patients were staying sick. so I
11:06
was many third, fourth patients
11:09
surgeries, sick, and I'm third, what
11:11
is going on and I think there
11:13
was a wake -up call for me going on?
11:15
And I of great that I went
11:17
into a wake-up call for me with, it surgery because
11:19
it's so, every condition in ENT,
11:21
it became, condition of chronic inflammation, I
11:23
really. into E&T, like, it's...
11:25
itis of the is the suffix inflammation in
11:28
And it's like, and it's like
11:30
cytotitis, laryngitis, cytitis, cytitis, cytitis, it's
11:32
all all ituses the main
11:34
prescriptions that you give
11:36
are you give are steroids of like
11:39
steroids to pressed immune immune system you know
11:41
you know, inflammation of the immune system
11:43
revved up. So I'm like, up. I'm like,
11:45
like this inflammation doctor. doctor
11:47
and I don't even understand anything
11:49
about. about... what what inflammation is. It's
11:51
It's just the status quo quo is like
11:53
you just accept that inflammation is
11:55
there and then you treat it with
11:57
these hammers and it's like and it's like
11:59
ivy hailed and hailed syrup. steroids, every type type
12:01
of stairway you could imagine. you could imagine.
12:03
So, but then in like in the
12:06
quieter my deeper, was like the wait
12:08
a minute, inflammation is
12:10
the body a minute, up, mounting
12:12
a response to a
12:14
threat. up, mounting a response
12:16
to a threat. it's
12:18
biochemical fear. biochemical fear.
12:20
And instead of like I I
12:22
wouldn't the child, like them
12:24
have compassion for their for
12:26
their fear, I'm like, murdering the thing
12:28
that's that's protecting them or trying
12:30
to protect them from something they're
12:32
afraid of of the body. body. is
12:34
this ever ever lead to healing? to
12:36
And it And it doesn't. And so that And so
12:38
that led to a journey of more
12:41
about my own illness and about my
12:43
own illness and illness and just type
12:45
is sort personality type is sort of
12:47
and kind of dramatic. So I and kind
12:49
of dramatic. like just walked in and like put
12:51
down my scalpel and the crafts themselves. I'm kidding. but I
12:53
was, I was pretty, I was like, this
12:55
is not right. right. And I some
12:57
some time like, hey guys, like what
13:00
do you think do you think about this?
13:02
Like let's talk about what might be
13:04
causing our patients to have this to have this
13:06
response. And there bear no it won't,
13:08
there much compassion because I are working their butts
13:10
off but like this is not a part
13:12
of the conversation. And if you actually step
13:14
outside. much compassion because in the doctors
13:16
are at risk for off, So I have
13:18
a lot of compassion for doctors, but I
13:20
was like, the is not working. I have
13:22
to leave. actually step, I So I put down
13:24
my my I quit. I quit. and I I
13:26
had no and I just pulled on that
13:29
just of like, why on to the bread. so
13:31
afraid right now? of our bodies so afraid
13:33
right now? cause medicine, functional
13:35
medicine, which you know, it
13:37
led me let me be obsessed with metabolic
13:39
functional medicine, which my book is about, which is me
13:41
to be obsessed with metabolic health, which
13:43
is what my book is about, which
13:45
is this concept that basically every The
13:48
thing that or like almost every chronic
13:50
disease or face in the United
13:52
States today is of of metabolic dysfunction,
13:54
which is a problem in how the
13:56
body makes energy. So it so turns feed
13:58
like glucose to ATP's energy. and and
14:00
underpowered cells throughout the
14:02
body, any underpowered a cell that doesn't
14:04
have the cell that doesn't have the power
14:06
to do its work send going to find
14:08
out distress signals to the body that
14:10
ultimately recruits the immune system. system. So it's not
14:13
actually It's not actually fluid and
14:15
the then all the stuff the stuff we
14:17
know is leading to disease in our country. It's
14:19
that interacting with ours. with our cell's
14:21
ability to make energy, purting the
14:23
mitochondria. And And then this is
14:25
leading to underpowered cells. We have We cell
14:27
cell all over the body. the body. So
14:29
retinal cells, underpowered puzzle cells,
14:31
underpowered bugle. cells, underpowered like different
14:34
things. going to look and they send out
14:36
things. And they an immune system and then
14:38
we get the chronic an immune then we
14:40
get like, And then we get the chronic inflammation, then we get
14:42
like, oh, an Don't ask any questions about that
14:44
and just give them a we're like, don't ask any that
14:46
was kind of step that I think, my
14:48
journey. a steroid. So that was kind of step one
14:50
of step one of, of I a root cause. my
14:52
journey, And I'd sat in in meditation on
14:55
this concept of metallism for the past
14:57
year and a half, two years,
14:59
well, only like five years, ended up a company.
15:01
25 years ago about five years ago about
15:03
which is a continuous glucose -miring
15:05
company. a continuous So I've been sitting with this
15:07
question for a long time. been sitting with this question
15:09
for a long time, of a spiritual
15:12
inquiry me spiritual inquiry for me because
15:14
fundamentally and it's how we make energy.
15:16
in the body. in the body. And I I could say that
15:18
thousand times on podcasts, but I didn't really
15:20
get it. get it. Fundamentally,
15:23
like our both right is to to
15:25
transform energy. energy. And what's so
15:27
so crazy is that that energy,
15:29
it's not glucose. not glucose. It's the
15:31
solar energy stored in the the
15:33
carbon bonds bonds of
15:36
starches. So it's sunlight that's
15:38
been absorbed by the by
15:40
that's transformed into energy and
15:42
into energy and that goes into
15:45
our dynamic swirling hive of a
15:47
body. of a body. And if
15:49
that's functional. that that
15:51
solar energy can be unlocked to create
15:53
human energy. that can let us
15:55
reach our highest purpose in its and
15:57
connect with God and love. and love.
15:59
and hopefully raise the vibration
16:02
of everything. And to pump to
16:04
pump this incredible organ of
16:06
the heart. has an that it
16:08
has an electromagnetic field that can change
16:10
everything. and to empower to
16:12
empower consciousness. on the material level, doesn't
16:14
work on the material level, it works
16:16
on the quantum and so so it's
16:19
infinitely powerful. So is anything about about
16:21
metabolism? all of the biohacks and the the food
16:23
this and that, like I think
16:25
it's just the next evolution
16:27
is like. is like... This is is
16:29
Fundamentally. about honoring this
16:31
miracle that's not even a
16:33
thing, it's a not even a thing. It's
16:35
a process. a Like our bodies are
16:37
not a thing. a They're actually a process.
16:40
with the but working with the environment in
16:42
such a way that it works in such a
16:44
way. it maximally transforms
16:46
energy. energy, so that we're we're
16:48
not a bottom-neck the cycle. the the
16:50
of the cosmost voice was. and
16:52
so that with these these things, like
16:54
hearts and and guts that we
16:56
have we can tune into energy.
16:59
energy we can we can transform into
17:01
something that is something that's so
17:03
something also so powerful is also like
17:05
light. actually emit light
17:07
they are photon-emitting So
17:09
humans have have and
17:11
so and so it felt something
17:14
about light and it felt something about
17:16
transformation and That's why
17:18
we like eat the fiber fiber and like take the post
17:20
it's not to bring the glucose down,
17:22
it's to allow us to be like. to allow
17:24
us to be transformers of energy.
17:27
of energy. I told Dr. Haitian
17:29
just that, um, I'll call you you
17:31
Dr. King, but she ran an an event, and she's on
17:33
a stage, a sort of. sort of. Um, I
17:35
I went to a retreat in
17:38
and half of us half of us took psilocybin and
17:40
half of us of us didn't then they took
17:42
the blood. took the to see how we
17:44
did. And those of those of us until
17:46
um, I've been. which I I didn't
17:48
take, I was was really curious about it. it.
17:50
Silas Ivan increases your serotonin, which is why
17:52
your third eye third eye which is why
17:54
you love love lights, because you're like shutting down
17:56
and you're and up to really who you
17:58
are, which is which is... not in separation
18:00
anymore. You're really in this You're really
18:03
in this those who
18:05
took those who took this their
18:07
serotonin their serotonin, either by a hundred
18:09
percent. by or more. more. And and
18:11
everybody else spends four
18:14
days doing Kunarini breath. And
18:16
we looked at the blood We
18:18
looked at the blood chemistry those that
18:20
those of us who did Kunarini doubled
18:22
our serotonin than those who took
18:25
those who took solithybin. then
18:27
we also looked at the data, which
18:29
is which is that your biological
18:31
signature. when you have when
18:33
you have that much serotonin flowing
18:35
through you, you can give yourself
18:37
a biological update. you you
18:39
upgrade everything that's happening on a
18:41
cellular level. level, restoring
18:43
the body. the body. So is,
18:46
you know, so fascinating and
18:48
it's so It's so major that put
18:50
this in the conversation, so
18:52
mainstream now because she's been been
18:54
on like... Rogan and Bill Maher, like like, really
18:56
amazing But you you said to me a
18:58
few weeks ago when we were having tea
19:00
you were like tea, think like, yeah, I we've
19:02
actually been. at a
19:05
higher a higher conscious plate as and we're just
19:07
going back to that which as opposed
19:09
to which as opposed to like, oh, have to make
19:11
leaf like it's we returning to like, no, it's a
19:13
medicine women that we are. So do
19:15
you feel like we are on
19:17
the cusp of seeing? cusp of a
19:19
generation at starts to into
19:21
into homeless? I choose to to
19:23
believe the help that I that to to put
19:26
on say you would like because it's like we
19:28
it's like we either have the
19:30
option of believing that's happening or
19:32
it's not not and is what we
19:34
believe is what becomes our reality. I
19:36
do make the choice to believe that every
19:38
day because it's hard. mean, everything around
19:40
us I mean think around us like make this That's
19:42
not happening and like not
19:45
going and like everything's Anything is
19:47
possible. like Literally. is possible literally
19:49
so I just wonder, I'm like if
19:51
every person in the world could
19:53
hold a vision of hold a
19:55
an awakening, truly an would happen. like it
19:57
would happen. Yeah. It's If everyone If everyone
19:59
committed to... to awe to believing in
20:01
oneness and acting that way and
20:03
having a constant conversation with God
20:05
each day asking for guidance everything
20:07
would actually be fixed immediately. And
20:10
that's possible. You know, It's actually free.
20:13
So yeah, so I do think so. And a question, like
20:15
when I was reading your book about the sort of
20:17
what ifs, like. like, You know,
20:19
I rail about the internet and technology said,
20:21
like that. it's kind of a problem. It's
20:23
sort of, I think the real answer is
20:25
like getting back to nature like actually learning
20:27
from nature and acting more like nature. and
20:30
something that came to me. at
20:33
the prompting of your book
20:35
yesterday, was like, what if
20:37
the internet was created? for
20:39
a brief moment. to be
20:41
like a quantum field to
20:44
spread the awakening. What
20:46
if that's the way And it's all like 30 years
20:48
old. And then what if we all decided to
20:50
shut it down? Yeah, I don't know. but
20:52
it's possible, you know, it
20:55
is kind of like the quantum field,
20:57
where like a little bit of light. can
20:59
spread instantly. And
21:01
so can darkness, but I think
21:03
you said this at William Tauss,
21:05
that like is organized and light
21:07
can have a direct, link, like
21:09
light in coherence comes together. It's
21:12
focused and palpable. Darkness is disorganized
21:14
and scattered. And so of course
21:16
there's darkness on the internet, But
21:18
also there's light. So
21:20
just think like that, know? But I
21:22
think that meditation of how do we
21:24
sit with both, believe. for a true awakening
21:27
to happen, And we actually do need to sort of
21:29
pull back from some of the comforts of modernity and actually
21:31
get back in touch with nature, but I think on
21:33
the most basic level, especially for women. Part
21:35
of that is simply. Being
21:38
outside more, reflecting
21:40
on nature. which is never
21:42
hurried and never rushed realizing
21:44
that like The answer
21:46
is actually all around us. We can
21:48
literally ask. the trees. for advice.
21:51
And I think what they would say
21:54
is, you must rest. You must
21:56
take time to be still. It's
21:58
never data work. because the answers
22:00
are gonna come in the quiet. come in
22:02
the in. and as and
22:05
the healers and the creators of
22:07
the of the earth, not resting,
22:09
like all plants do in the
22:11
winter, in the winter. the death of
22:13
the be the death of the believe that.
22:15
And I believe that. say that So I
22:18
just say that a room full of of
22:20
women, but there's just nothing
22:22
selfish about. putting up
22:24
boundaries to protect your peace. your
22:26
peace and to resting and
22:29
sleeping and... getting the tiny
22:31
to have quiet because everything in nature
22:33
nature that sustainably do that. for And
22:35
for some reason like just a couple
22:37
of generations we decided we don't need
22:39
that. And now the world is crumbling. and
22:41
now the world so I think women
22:43
are I think women are the world. the world
22:45
and I I think women. who have the
22:47
strength strength to know that is a gift
22:49
to to humanity are to heal. to heal
22:52
and lead the awakening of the world. of the world. it's
22:54
magnificent. There really is is like a
22:57
within ourselves that is like backing us
22:59
back. there is really
23:01
nothing that comes close the
23:03
feeling the feeling of it's
23:05
beyond joy, it's equanimity. that comes
23:07
nothing that comes as close to
23:09
that really deep feeling of when water the
23:12
the garden within yourself. deeply. And
23:14
my friend Kate my friend
23:16
Kate says that it's anyone who's land the
23:18
that you don't have a harvest
23:20
every day. harvest let the land let the
23:22
land right? right? And we women,
23:24
we have a cycle have a cycle
23:26
this one this this one egg every
23:28
single month, which egg every is a
23:30
waxing and a waning and it
23:32
takes is a days, right? Press to then
23:34
produce something that has the potential
23:36
to create something magnificent once a month.
23:38
the and we live in a culture
23:40
that wants you to produce. a single
23:43
day, but if you were to rip something out
23:45
of the land every single day and something that comes
23:47
out of baker's so it doesn't taste like anything
23:49
you have to put so much on human's
23:51
dressing magnificent, if we can. If you go to Italy
23:53
and you get a tomato, it's
23:55
been sitting in the the earth and composting up
23:57
then harvest when it's time for
23:59
a Harvard. There's so much in it. And what
24:01
if your mic dropped to the world? drop
24:03
to to be is supposed to
24:05
be what simmer on. and simmer on
24:07
then when you go to speak, you have
24:09
something to say. go to when you go to
24:12
post, you have something to say. say. when you
24:14
go to create, you have something to say.
24:16
something to creation when you go to earlier.
24:18
Her first book she wrote to say.
24:20
Then when you second create, you
24:22
have something to are you rushing
24:24
to? biggest creation, and Dr.
24:26
up, you know, mentioned
24:29
it. Find the truth. Find your
24:31
power. It's your spiritual power,
24:33
right? I but I absolutely find it
24:35
find it just mesmerizing went she
24:37
went to Stanford Medical School. School
24:39
and she and she can say. is
24:41
ultimately, that is is medicine because
24:43
that's what I is the medicine solosyvin.
24:45
what I was saying about is going to
24:47
put you to put you into serotonin, which
24:50
which you can create yourself without the
24:52
mushroom, is going to put you
24:54
into put you you make your when you your
24:56
job. well-being, make yourself healthy.
24:58
healthy. That's it. it. So if we
25:00
had to, if we had to and we'll sort of
25:02
wrap up with this. because then you guys all buy her
25:04
book and she's been on literally All By Her so you
25:06
can go hear it been If we
25:08
had to pick one thing, Everybody's
25:10
cut out of our you can go hear
25:12
it. If we had oils or is it
25:15
sugar? We all wanna start with at least one
25:17
thing, right? You wanna leave here with maybe one
25:19
thing, it which is the one thing. is it that
25:21
we would say. want to killer.
25:23
You know. least At this point
25:25
what I would say would say... which which is
25:27
a different answer answer than was in the
25:29
book. what was in the book. So the book, I
25:32
still totally agree. But I an evolution,
25:34
you know, but a book and it's like
25:36
two years later. write a book and for you
25:38
on that topic. Actually, I I believe is
25:40
that the answer is that anything on that on
25:42
it. I believe is that the organic.
25:44
is that anything that the reason for
25:46
that comes back to anything not organic.
25:49
And the reason for that is energy.
25:51
to oneness, because food is energy.
25:53
pesticide through a are weapons to
25:55
mass destruction against creation and
25:57
and biodiversity. They're actually actually responsible.
26:00
for 20% of all suicides on Earth
26:02
are done from just drinking pesticides. They
26:04
are meant to kill. And we're creating
26:06
six billion pounds on our mother, the
26:09
Earth, every year, and destroying the soil
26:11
microbiome. And I think the thing that
26:13
my next book will be about, the
26:15
thing that I'm thinking about so much
26:18
right now is that our health is
26:20
simply a reflection of the Earth's health
26:22
because of oneness. We literally, again, 98%
26:24
of the atoms in our body were
26:27
the earth and now they're us and
26:29
that's going to happen every year for
26:31
the rest of our lives. So it's
26:33
not a metaphor, it's just the reality.
26:36
And I wrote out this in my
26:38
newsletter last week, but when you really
26:40
step back and look at what's happening
26:42
to human health, I didn't spend the
26:45
last several years talking about food, but
26:47
I'm actually questioning whether it really isn't
26:49
even the food, you know, you look
26:51
at like the number one killer men
26:54
and women in the United States in
26:56
the United States. It's heart disease, which
26:58
is interesting on two levels, I think.
27:00
One is that we're obsessed with our
27:03
rational brain and we've forgotten our heart
27:05
brain, our heart intelligence, the ultimate power
27:07
of women, I think our heart intelligence.
27:09
I think we'll look back on everything
27:12
post-age of reason in the future with
27:14
disdain, because we've literally shunned the other
27:16
intelligences in favor of the brain, which
27:18
actually we need to quiet the brain
27:21
to hear. That's what meditation is. I
27:23
know it's all about quieting the brain.
27:25
I know it's about it's about observing
27:27
what the brain is doing. It's quite.
27:30
You know, there's no answers in here.
27:32
But there's no answers. There are no
27:34
answers in here. There are no answers
27:36
in here. And we are, this is
27:39
our false God is the brain. And
27:41
you know, so heart disease. So one,
27:43
we're dying of heart disease in a
27:45
circulation issue. And when you look at
27:48
it way down to the earth, you
27:50
look at pictures, just Google, trash and
27:52
rivers. And it's crazy. It's like, our
27:54
oceans are filled with trash, our rivers
27:57
are called with trash. We're
27:59
rivers for electricity, blah,
28:01
blah, blah. And
28:03
so there's a circulation problem on
28:05
planet Earth, and there's a
28:07
a problem in our body. And
28:10
so I could do that for every
28:12
single disease killing Americans today. out of immune
28:14
disease, you know, were. we're at war with
28:16
the planet. Our bodies are at war with
28:18
ourselves. You look cancer. I think
28:20
I think cancer, I think about
28:22
landfills. You know, we're producing 100 ,000
28:24
tons of garbage in LA every
28:26
day. So
28:28
all that is to say. When
28:31
I think about the past is, the GI
28:33
cancer is the number one cancer going up in
28:35
young adults now are GI cancers, pancreatic, colon. gastric,
28:39
microbiome has the sides.
28:42
Rotaring the microbiome of the Earth, or
28:45
microbiome is murdering our bodies. We're
28:47
getting GI cancers. So I know
28:49
it's as acute as the answer to your question about fluid,
28:51
but I would say it's not a fluid. I would say
28:54
not only moving towards not
28:56
supporting the industry that
28:58
is hurting. biodiversity on the
29:00
planet, which has to sides, but also
29:03
from being which is finding way to get closer
29:05
to the Earth, whether growing basil plant in your kitchen. starting
29:08
a compost heap. or just like
29:10
anything that allows you to get in
29:12
touch with that cycle. I think that's probably
29:14
what I would say, you
29:17
know, put in. And so, you
29:19
know, I think... a little little sugar, a
29:21
little bit of canola oil. That's probably not
29:23
going to kill us, but I think
29:25
getting more in touch with the oneness. but
29:27
is our truth through the way that we
29:29
eat. is, I
29:31
think that's going to emerge as something that really helps us all
29:33
heal. Do you think
29:35
that if body tenancy and
29:38
this administration is able to make some headway
29:40
and get rid of, let's say, one or
29:42
two of these things. it's
29:44
our body strong enough. to
29:47
restore. I my
29:49
body can heal I a day.
29:51
Amazing. body is desperate to heal
29:53
every single day. That is the
29:55
true nature of us, is healing. but
29:58
I think. what's going to
30:00
be taking away the impits that are hurting
30:02
the body and the that are hurting the the
30:05
And I the do hope that hurting
30:07
the can help with
30:09
this that policy can I think that And
30:11
also, I built on a spiritual
30:13
grounding. built on a spiritual grounding
30:16
so flat. And especially as
30:18
women, as the spiritual
30:20
keepers. of our
30:23
families families in the think I think
30:25
it's. spreading your book as far as and
30:27
humanly possible and all of us doing
30:29
that in our communities in our that
30:31
that is the foundation of the conversation.
30:33
of the conversation, on the absence of
30:35
truth, of I don't think are going to
30:37
work. you're It has to be work. It
30:39
then tactics and then transformation, then but
30:41
without the truth level, which the truth level,
30:44
we are we are abundance spiritual
30:46
beings. so that's my hope
30:48
my hope somehow that, maybe through Bobby Kennedy,
30:50
Bobby Kennedy a a very spiritual
30:52
person, permeates. the work that's done. done. I
30:55
the way, that's what way, you. used to say
30:57
to him, always used to say is
30:59
in your spiritual power your his
31:02
spiritual alignment is...
31:04
alignment so palpable. that
31:07
to me that's me, that's the most unique
31:09
thing that he is going. has going. Yeah.
31:11
his Wikipedia brain. brain.
31:14
And saying. is which she
31:16
can really speak to, to, and is
31:18
that is a code. a code.
31:20
There's a code. a code. And we're talking about
31:22
the talking two the code
31:24
from two different languages. really, it's the exact
31:27
the exact same language. I just don't know how
31:29
to say courage. know how to stay
31:31
have foundry out all that. The gist of it is that
31:33
your identity comes with a
31:35
identity. a pharmaceutical drip.
31:37
cocktail. you walk around with this little
31:40
identity of when you walk around with
31:42
this little identity are, your limitations, who you think
31:44
you are, who you think you're not, what
31:46
you think you need to achieve, you're literally. giving
31:48
yourself chemistry that's killing you. you.
31:50
When you you move into your true identity,
31:52
which is the spark of the oneness,
31:54
I is the I am, you're giving
31:56
yourself a different chemistry. You're giving yourself
31:58
the chemistry of. of what... beyond the amygdala,
32:00
in this feel that everything, there is there
32:02
is an equanimity that's always available.
32:05
There is a There because it lives
32:07
in you. It moves through you.
32:09
You are moves through you. a light bulb,
32:11
your soul is a light, right? And you
32:13
can move the light, right? And the ultimate current
32:15
through you, right? And current through you,
32:17
right? And so day if you want
32:19
to give a medicine. you You
32:22
can it to yourself inside
32:24
of yourself by selecting who
32:26
you really are. are. Right? And feeling,
32:28
what does it feel like to be you? you?
32:30
Chemistry -wise. How does it feel like in your
32:32
body like you move into when you move into I That's
32:34
it. That's it. from that
32:36
place. place, you'll just walk right right
32:38
into the portal. of the mystic. She's literally
32:41

32:43

34:20
I also want to share
34:22
Now I also want to share another piece from the
34:24
event which includes a meditation. If you're in
34:26
a space where you can close your eyes and participate,
34:28
I highly recommend that you do that. But if you're
34:30
driving or walking your dog, you can always come back
34:32
to that part later But if you're All right, here we
34:34
go. walking your all, sit down for a
34:37
second. come back to that is the
34:39
thing, is that words don't teach. right,
34:41
here we go. First of all, sit down for
34:43
a second. So of the teacher. thing, You
34:45
could talk to somebody about love,
34:47
right? What are you saying, don't, they
34:49
Like, I a you about love, So
34:51
probably the me words But you don't know
34:53
what love is until you have, right? really
34:56
in love with them. and you go through
34:58
hard things hard things, and you what
35:00
love feels like, right? So it's the same thing like, right?
35:02
So we're going to talk about today. with The
35:04
words are helpful. talk about but
35:06
they won't get you there. helpful, but they
35:08
it today. you there. So we're First
35:10
of all. it can
35:12
already start to experience it
35:15
just because this thing experience it, just
35:17
already puts you in alignment. If you start to feel
35:19
it as you go outside, you're like, you're off. and
35:21
start to feel more tapped it,
35:23
you're radio. the radio. start to play
35:26
music. But what I But what I want
35:28
to talk about today, what I want
35:30
you to experience today, you is how to
35:32
always access the radio inside of yourself. inside of
35:34
you're fully tuned in so you can
35:36
hear the most amazing music. the most God
35:39
is playing this amazing
35:41
band. this jam band. It's a
35:43
jam a love song. and it's a it's magnificent. it's
35:45
And when you turn on the radio.
35:47
when you turn on going to get
35:49
to feel like you're swimming
35:51
in swimming in candy it's true.
35:53
it's true. And and it's better. than anything
35:56
anything you could describe. So we're going to
35:58
move into that today. And
36:01
the first first thing I want you to you to
36:03
do is do this together. to gonna do a. Five
36:06
minutes. going to do a okay? we
36:08
meditate, I want to tell you a couple things
36:10
about meditation. First of all, many
36:12
of you probably do a and you've probably been
36:15
doing it. meditation. First
36:17
of all, to tell you this first of all. do
36:20
first time you've to meditate. been
36:22
I went with So I want
36:24
to Jim Hampton's daughter first
36:26
retreat. the Could time like, switches to
36:28
to do? Like, of of course I'll do
36:31
that with you. with you. Yes. I was I was
36:33
writing music for a show she was doing,
36:35
and she's like, like, you should come with me
36:37
to this. And I'm like, of course I
36:39
want to come. And I put on I want
36:41
to come, and I was, or 2007. the Luba was like,
36:43
got it. So to go. got it, be. to
36:45
go, and we get there and then
36:47
we sit down sit then then that we're
36:49
gonna be sitting we're going to be sitting care
36:52
for 10 hours. And then I had a
36:54
fan of a fan to get tagged. And then
36:56
I was like, like, going to
36:58
got a deal, because I with her. her.
37:00
can't leave. And this And this was the
37:02
four know and I know the cave mandates, before
37:04
I was mandays like, I can't
37:06
go home. I And she'll also
37:09
know, also know, November and there is saying, decided
37:11
to keep sitting there keep I really
37:13
thought like my skin was gonna come
37:15
off. was like, people must be hearing my
37:17
heart pounding because I'm just. must be
37:19
hearing my heart then I did get up. I'm
37:21
and I went outside and I took a walk.
37:23
walks. And I I couldn't believe
37:26
how triggering it was. to just
37:28
chill. What's happening though, really?
37:30
it? I went back happening, though,
37:32
really? some point. so I went back
37:34
inside at some point more I
37:36
was like, after this more hours after
37:39
this torture. said that I think
37:41
it's dolphin, My husband have to keep think
37:43
it's like, I have to keep moving. He's like,
37:45
you have to talk. If you don't talk, talk,
37:47
you incinerate. Like you have to do three
37:49
kicks. have to speak at all times. times. Often when
37:51
I I go tell him a him the story, he goes, goes,
37:53
me, me, how long is this one? is a 20 Is
37:55
it 20 Is it Is it very, do I need like like, put
37:57
shoes on? Do I need to or down? way
37:59
down? he was going to mix. And he often says, he's
38:02
it's so lucky that podcasting is
38:04
a thing. thing. What else would you
38:06
do with your life? Nothing. Anyways,
38:08
I was having that experience of
38:10
I was having that know what I
38:12
can't sit here and I what to
38:14
do with myself. And then of my
38:16
teacher who became one of my
38:18
first meditation she wrote this book called The wrote
38:20
this. book called The Mindful Child, highly which I highly
38:22
recommend you you have children or you were were once a
38:24
child. It's a great book. book. She actually thanked
38:26
me in the book, which is really nice, because
38:28
I was kind of really nice, for two years.
38:31
I became of like student. pig for two which
38:33
is really became her student, which is
38:35
really and she saw me me of
38:37
the corner the corner of she she me a
38:39
bone and she was like, and know. like, you
38:41
know, there was a room a of people full of right
38:43
at me. She said, you know when you meditate.
38:45
at me. She said, you know, when you to stop
38:48
thinking. not I was like, to stop
38:50
thinking. And I was me that?
38:52
Because I thought like, a blank mind.
38:54
mind. like not have thoughts and I'm like,
38:56
mine are so loud and now thoughts and now
38:58
I'm thinking about how much I'm thinking and
39:00
then I'm thinking about how much I'm She's like, yeah,
39:02
you're not supposed to stop thinking. You're supposed
39:04
to change your relationship with your thoughts. to stop
39:07
thinking you're of like she
39:09
said, your if you were. thoughts
39:11
so it's Somewhere where it's cold. said imagine
39:13
if you were winter. where it's cold
39:15
it's winter and the window out
39:18
the the living room the a living room at
39:20
a It's actually beautiful. actually So
39:22
beautiful, right? you just snow. the snow
39:24
But if you're outside and your car ran
39:26
out of gas and you're walking. walking
39:28
through a snowstorm, not so
39:31
beautiful. so beautiful. really really hard to
39:33
see. hard to see, and it's painful, it's like
39:35
be in be in that. So she
39:37
said, if you you just thoughts
39:39
thoughts with pure, just Just curiosity, like, oh,
39:41
oh, this is just fascinating, right? right?
39:44
Then you have a have a
39:46
completely different. relationship with your with
39:48
your thoughts, You you don't have to be
39:50
consumed in them. in them. So that was the
39:52
beginning of a lot of a lot of
39:54
well-being in my my life. there
39:56
was a there was a preamble
39:58
to this, which of my journey is
40:01
journey is really a combination
40:03
of mindfulness and Judaism just
40:05
kind of And I love how I
40:07
love how all of us, even if you grew up
40:09
in the same living room, every single one of us
40:11
is unique. one of us is unique, even if you
40:13
have a sibling. you have a sibling, way
40:15
you live, the way the way you see the world.
40:17
who you are, who you are, your
40:19
experiences. you're a you're a complete original.
40:21
right? And so each of us of us has
40:23
like a very specific unique piece of
40:25
the puzzle. puzzle that God wants us to
40:27
share. share. because of the way way that we,
40:30
it's like light moving through. a prism, and
40:32
it comes through in through in each one of
40:34
us is a... Each one singular very
40:36
singular unique And so it is
40:38
kind of cool how each of us kind
40:40
of each of us kind of finds of what
40:42
leads of what leads us, which river we
40:44
took led us to the same ocean. same ocean.
40:47
so this is kind of is kind of the some
40:49
of the the parts me to me I
40:51
feel really is the doorway. the doorway to the
40:53
quantum experience. And And
40:55
once you get it, it. you will never
40:57
unsee it. and once And once you
40:59
get it, you'll be like Rainbow Bright. You'll
41:01
just be able to create it everywhere. it
41:03
everywhere. It's that awesome. and
41:06
that So we're going to do a little
41:08
meditation do a little meditation
41:10
together. remember what I want you which is you're
41:12
not what I just said, which is you're not supposed
41:14
to not think. Just as long as
41:16
you're living, your heart will always beat. mind will
41:18
and your mind will always spin. tell you And
41:20
I'll tell you one more thing and then we'll do
41:22
a quick quick meditation. One of of my
41:24
mindfulness teachers teachers like the ocean. ones
41:27
It's such an amazing metaphor for
41:29
us. If you were to describe
41:31
the ocean to someone never seen the
41:33
ocean, who's would be sad? the ocean, you know
41:35
anyone to be we should get them to the
41:37
ocean because like, we should But if you were
41:39
to describe the ocean. important. But if You might
41:41
say to someone. the ocean, you might say
41:43
ocean is, let's see. is, let's
41:45
see, there's a ways, and they move, they move they're Sometimes
41:47
they're fast and sometimes they're slow and
41:49
they sort of go. they sort of
41:51
go with the tide. And if somebody
41:54
if somebody really knows the ocean. they
41:56
would say, would say, well, that's
41:58
a a pretty super fish. definition of
42:00
the ocean. And when I say superficial
42:02
I mean it literally because if you
42:05
think about the earth, what if they're
42:07
more of land or water? There's more
42:09
water. So there's so much water. It's
42:11
so much water. It's so vast, right?
42:14
And if you were to go out
42:16
into the ocean and then you go
42:18
down in the ocean, which I really
42:20
don't recommend, Cheryl Heinz told me that
42:23
she wants COVIDiving. And he's like, what,
42:25
why, why, why would you do that?
42:27
And he's like, I don't know, it's
42:29
amazing. He's like, no, no, Jews don't
42:32
do that. We don't go down 60
42:34
feet. It's not, it's not happening. Anyway,
42:36
I think some Jews do go scuba
42:38
diving. But anyway, she just told me
42:40
that recently and I was laughing. But
42:43
anyway, she just told me that recently
42:45
and I was laughing. It was very
42:47
funny. No, no, no. No, no, no,
42:49
no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
42:52
no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
42:54
no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
42:56
no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
42:58
no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
43:01
no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
43:03
no, no, no, no, no, no, no,
43:05
no, no, no, no Not crazy. I've
43:07
had deep the oceanist. And not only
43:10
is it still, it's so still, it
43:12
looks like glass. And it's so still
43:14
that it could like burst your ear
43:16
jugs. There's no movement. It's complete peace.
43:19
Complete silence, complete stillness. It's so heavy.
43:21
So we are actually like that ocean.
43:23
Most of the day, most of our
43:25
life, we are relating to ourselves from
43:28
our mind. And your mind is just
43:30
like the waves. It's just reacting to
43:32
the weather. Your mind is all day
43:34
long, just reactive. It's constantly reacting to
43:37
a billion things. And none of that
43:39
is you. Really, who you are is
43:41
like this deep-centered well-being, this equanimity that's
43:43
inside of you. And so that's really
43:45
us. And so imagine what you would
43:48
miss out on if you lived your
43:50
whole life in your mind. And by
43:52
the way, there's no answers in the
43:54
mind. All the answers are in here.
43:57
There's no... and there's no
43:59
charts in here. in
44:01
here. There's no wisdom in here
44:04
because wisdom comes from the wisdom comes
44:06
from within, insight, which comes within,
44:08
all in here. intuition. It's
44:10
all in But what I want you to experience
44:12
first to how to... first see if
44:14
you can find the part of you that's not the
44:16
mind. We're gonna do that for five minutes. You
44:18
guys ready? going to do that for five of
44:20
all, feel comfortable. ready? Okay, then when
44:22
you're comfortable, feel you're going to... Close
44:24
your eyes. when you're And the first
44:26
thing I want you to do, we're going to start
44:28
off in a very, like, eyes. sensory -oriented way, which is
44:30
a great way to way to your nervous
44:33
system your feeling. system whenever you're
44:35
dysregulated, which let's take a seat. which, let's
44:37
face it, feel that way a lot. all feel
44:39
that very little. It takes very So
44:41
the first thing I want you to do is put your hand on your
44:43
belly. to do is put take a deep breath.
44:45
And when you breathe in, your belly
44:47
will breath, your belly will in, your belly will move
44:50
because your belly will it at
44:52
the top. breathing in, hold it at the top,
44:54
and let go. Or do that two more two
44:56
more times, breathing in. in. Holmer,
45:00
let it go. Let it go. one more
45:02
time, breathing in. Great, one
45:04
more time, breathing in. it go. The
45:06
page at the top. here, stay Let
45:08
it go. here, stay with me,
45:10
close your eyes, here, stay
45:13
here with I want your eyes. notice
45:15
your this. bones and your
45:17
to know Just down in your seat. one
45:19
you feel Just notice which one you feel
45:21
more, the left or the right. no
45:23
no right answer, right or left, which one?
45:26
one. and now see if
45:28
you can evenly can weight in this chair. and
45:31
let your weight in this
45:33
carry you. let the earth
45:36
carry you. Fully being
45:38
held. by gravity.
45:40
held by gravity. The earth,
45:42
it has you, fully
45:44
It has you, fully has you, so you can
45:46
really sink in. Good. in Okay, now. now
45:49
I I want you to find
45:51
the part of you. part of you
45:53
that has has all those answers. be
45:56
you of you. you. And from
45:59
from that, place as if you
46:01
were deep in the ocean,
46:04
60 feet down, into the
46:06
center of your soul. You're
46:08
going to be looking up
46:11
at your mind. And so
46:13
your mind is going to
46:15
wander. And right now, I
46:18
want you to just notice
46:20
whatever those thoughts are without
46:22
judgment. Maybe you're thinking about
46:25
something. Just witness it. So
46:27
beautiful. It's just waves. And
46:30
now I want you to
46:32
even try this from this
46:35
part of you that is
46:37
so centered, so connected to
46:39
God. I want you to
46:41
ask your mind, I wonder
46:44
what your next thought will
46:46
be. And now I want
46:48
you to be aware that
46:50
you are this consciousness, that
46:53
is, bigger than your body,
46:55
bigger than time, beyond space,
46:57
beyond space, beyond space, beyond
47:00
space, beyond space, beyond space,
47:02
beyond time. timeless. And now
47:04
you're moving back, connecting to
47:06
your soul. Now wanting to
47:09
feel this part of you,
47:11
and a way to ask
47:13
the deepest wisdom within you,
47:15
where did you come here
47:18
to hear? What do you
47:20
need to be reminded that
47:22
you deeply know? What do
47:24
you need to remember? To
47:27
remember. And I want you
47:29
to feel that your energy...
47:31
is like a sphere that
47:34
goes out seven feet all
47:36
around your body like a
47:38
beach ball in every direction.
47:40
And you are imprinting an
47:43
energetic signature in this quantum
47:45
field. And you are feeling
47:47
the energetic signature of every
47:49
other being, every living being,
47:52
the plant, the trees, the
47:54
beautiful souls around you. And
47:56
together, we are always a
47:58
frequency. in this one internet
48:01
field. And I I want you to. to feel,
48:03
just be Just be aware. there is
48:05
a that there is a stream
48:07
of energy. your that is
48:10
giving your heart an current now. now.
48:12
And it and it comes from the source
48:14
of all energy, which is God. which is
48:16
God. And is you. is you. Who you
48:18
who you really are, beyond stage,
48:20
beyond time. time, its energetic
48:22
signal. signal. It's electric magnetic
48:25
current. That was you
48:27
from the moment of
48:29
moment of conception you. This is you.
48:32
This this part of you. is beyond
48:34
beyond the past and beyond the future,
48:36
the time. It's so it
48:38
remembers your future. This is
48:40
the soul that signed up to come
48:42
into this journey. that signed up to to
48:45
come to this journey. Who
48:47
did Who did you sign up to be? did
48:49
you come Who did you come here to be?
48:51
And I want you to picture. to like
48:53
a movie of your your life.
48:56
and I want you to see yourself. to see yourself
48:58
walking on the beach. beach, walking with
49:01
such ease, with such ease. feeling
49:04
totally feeling that you're
49:06
tapped into your that you're
49:08
tapped into your spiritual power. feeling a
49:10
feeling of being connected to all that.
49:12
all that is what and will be.
49:14
And I And I want you to
49:16
see yourself. yourself you in. you in,
49:19
beckoning you new home. you
49:21
to you to remember that you
49:23
are the the wizard. who are are
49:25
mystic? And what would that
49:28
part what would want you to That
49:30
part of you want you to remember
49:32
that you came here to experience. How would
49:34
would you live your life? life? And I and
49:37
I want you to see yourself now. now, living
49:39
your your life and memorize
49:41
this. on a on a
49:43
cellular level, it feel like
49:45
when you when you return to your true
49:47
identity. true identity? of your
49:49
body your body feel? And I want to
49:52
to... reminds you that you
49:54
can set down. everything that that
49:56
was never yours to have to hold. and
49:58
you can you can return it. to God
50:01
to be character in
50:03
divine order. And I
50:05
want you to notice
50:07
how much of a
50:09
capacity your soul has
50:11
to give loves. It's
50:13
an infinite amount. There's
50:15
a never-ending well of
50:17
a capacity to give
50:19
compassion. There's also a
50:21
never-ending capacity to tap
50:23
into a creative state
50:25
of flow state where
50:27
the down modes just
50:29
come. And also,
50:31
just like the infinity
50:34
sign, there is this
50:36
never-ending capacity to receive,
50:39
to fully, humbly, with
50:41
grace, the receiver, and
50:44
allow in the most
50:46
magnificence in, love, connection,
50:49
joy, creativity. So with
50:52
all of us here.
50:54
our hearts like instinct.
50:57
Let's just send this
50:59
wave, this current, and
51:02
this oneness into the
51:04
world. Just picture it
51:07
filling up the street,
51:09
just flowing through the
51:12
whole state of California,
51:14
and moving into the
51:17
haloma country, this potent,
51:20
beautiful ball that's orbed
51:22
of energy, and then
51:25
flowing through the whole
51:27
world. And then
51:29
zoom out and see this world
51:32
in this perfect geometric dance with
51:34
all of stars and the planets.
51:36
And as you sit here, whether
51:39
you know it or not, your
51:41
body is tracking the circadian rhythm
51:44
of the moon and the sun
51:46
and the stars. Because it's one.
51:48
It's never not. And it's always
51:51
here. It's always within you. And
51:53
I want you to remember. that
51:56
when you open your eyes, you
51:58
take this with you. It's
52:00
always a breath breath away. its
52:04
capacity. perceive further. further.
52:07
to its capacity to be more and
52:09
less matter. It's its
52:11
capacity to to move. As the tide
52:13
the tide moves. the river Let
52:16
the through you through your life.
52:18
blessed with with
52:21
synchronicity. Mystical experience.
52:24
because you are the mystic. mystic.
52:26
And when when you're
52:28
ready. ready. Open your your
52:30
eyes. that that was restorative for you.
52:32
I hope that that was restorative for you. fun we go,
52:34
I have one more fun thing to share with you. I
52:36
This is from the interview I did on week. I had
52:38
such week. and I I had such a blast of
52:40
I was so proud of myself for getting
52:42
through all the answers in only minutes. Shout minutes.
52:45
Shout out to the or Day LA staff so
52:47
making me feel so welcome. such a was really such
52:49
a special experience, and hopefully I can do more
52:51
things like that in the future. in the future. take a
52:53
listen. a listen. Kathy Heller is dedicated to helping
52:55
people find joy and fulfillment in
52:57
their lives. She is the author
52:59
of a new book, ever after, Ever
53:01
After, Tools a life of a Life
53:03
of Prosperity and Ease. She's joining
53:05
us right now to tell us
53:07
all about it. Welcome. I'm to have you
53:09
love your you here. Those so cute.
53:11
I feel like we could have
53:13
gone like we're coming on to can go to
53:15
camp now. can go so sweet. so
53:17
so nice. We can go to
53:19
lunch. We can go to lunch. Yeah. I'm excited to
53:21
have you here. This is an
53:23
important topic. topic. Creating that's life all want
53:25
it do we get it? How do of
53:27
all I think it's really interesting
53:29
because I've been doing this podcast for
53:32
eight years because everybody wants abundance and
53:34
then I'll say what is abundance
53:36
to you for eight years. I want five million
53:38
dollars I want I Rover a range over, there's
53:40
nothing wrong with that wrong actually think
53:42
designed to have both material and spiritual
53:45
wealth. and what's interesting is that the
53:47
real abundance that we seek is
53:49
inner peace. inner peace. Like if you are you are
53:51
on the most beautiful beach at the
53:53
Ritz Carlton and you just had an argument
53:55
with your best friend, it doesn't
53:57
matter what physicality you have, have, right?
54:00
True abundance is the lightness of your own
54:02
being is the feeling of being in flowstate
54:04
the feeling of having creative ideas And so
54:06
that is so cool because that is always
54:08
something that's within reach all the time So
54:10
when you ask people that question most of
54:12
the time you're getting physical things that they?
54:14
Yeah, I think we first all we've been
54:16
We've been raised to believe that the abundance
54:18
comes from the more that we create outside
54:20
of ourselves, we'll feel more inside of ourselves.
54:23
But our real abundance is like our spiritual
54:25
power, like connecting to the divine, connecting to
54:27
the oneness of the world, like having incredible
54:29
thoughts that flow through your mind, that flow
54:31
through your mind, that make your heart feel
54:33
at ease. Like that's the feeling of real
54:35
abundance. This makes me laugh because you know
54:37
we always joke around about people who are
54:39
really wealthy or successful. You aren't fully happy
54:41
within you. You are attaining and getting and
54:44
gathering all of this materialistic things, thinking it's
54:46
going to fill that void. And oftentimes that's
54:48
not the case. But I do think we
54:50
can have both. Like in this book I
54:52
talk a lot about Jewish mysticism. I spent
54:54
three years living in Jerusalem and studying. And
54:56
you know, King David was like a person
54:58
who wrote the Psalms, right? Like, hallelujah, all
55:00
of that. And also had a lot of
55:02
material wealth of material wealth. do think that
55:04
if we want to manifest the riches outside
55:07
of us that comes from having the most
55:09
palpable potent energy and vibration so so I
55:11
want that we want that both we want
55:13
both right where do we start like where
55:15
is step one yeah so most people their
55:17
big question all the time is what do
55:19
I need to do and the way the
55:21
universe is designed is the better question is
55:23
who do I need to be right because
55:25
it's the being like when someone walks in
55:27
a room the most impressive thing is not
55:30
what they're wearing or what car they drove
55:32
but their energy right and whether we are
55:34
aware of it or not because we don't
55:36
see this with the naked eye but the
55:38
world is made of atoms which means this
55:40
world is made of frequency and so the
55:42
miracle as my rabbi says and he's So
55:44
it's like a radio.
55:46
If you If on
55:48
a radio, where was
55:51
the music before you
55:53
turned on the radio?
55:55
It was hidden in
55:57
plain sight. So everything
55:59
is in escrow. It's
56:01
already done. The opportunity,
56:03
the best friend, it's
56:05
all happened in your
56:07
life through synchronicity. But
56:09
how do you meet
56:11
up with the synchronicity
56:14
of all the riches
56:16
you want? It's about
56:18
being who you're meant to be, which
56:20
means being high -vibed, being in gratitude.
56:22
Like when we truly are that
56:24
way, to the opportunities never miss you you
56:26
the world was designed to move
56:28
us all into miss world. you this flow
56:30
into this of this river of life. river
56:32
question is to you, to you. whether
56:34
you're saying people should be grateful, fine,
56:37
fine, gratitude, be content with what they
56:39
have, or what is true happiness? I
56:41
I think that's a really, really
56:43
good question. It's like a, that's like question. question. Okay,
56:45
why I love that question, because I
56:47
think we live in a culture
56:49
where people are only willing to tolerate
56:51
being happy. happy And that is sort
56:53
of the end goal. But I
56:56
think there's a deeper. a deeper, more more
56:58
satisfying feeling, which is equanimity. because being with
57:00
with things as they are actually
57:02
makes you feel more at peace
57:04
because there's never going to be
57:06
a moment in your life where
57:08
everything is perfect, but. is perfect but
57:10
of you that is of peace is so
57:12
can tolerate. It's more it's more
57:14
expansive it's is a soul within all
57:16
of us that is so much more
57:18
are than this we are than this mind
57:20
that we have. And the mind
57:22
is constantly in a fight with itself
57:24
but but when you meditate, of when
57:26
you sort of find that deeper place
57:28
inside of you, there's something even
57:31
more gratifying than happiness, which is equanimity.
57:33
and I think that think that that was so
57:35
so powerful. You asked that. I I
57:37
also think, I've heard it said the
57:39
opposite of depression is not happiness it's purpose I think that I
57:41
think that when we walk with in in
57:43
our says I want says I want to be
57:45
successful think think you actually want to be
57:47
significant and everywhere you go if you
57:49
turn on the love within yourself you could
57:51
be significant sitting at the bus stop
57:53
you could be significant anywhere you go and
57:56
then you feel rich because you love
57:58
another person into life every day People
58:00
say I want to change the world, I think
58:02
you want to change the world for one person
58:04
every day. I think that person has to start
58:06
with being you. And I think the way you
58:08
do that is to roll out the welcome at
58:11
to all aspects of what's true in your life
58:13
and know that like there's something bigger than happiness
58:15
which is the piece of being able to see
58:17
the beauty and the wisdom in everything that is.
58:19
You know what I find hard, I feel like
58:22
we live in a time in society where we're
58:24
always on the go, right? going from one thing
58:26
to the next. Our mind is ongoing. We don't
58:28
take those moments to stop, to think, to be
58:30
grateful, to meditate. I don't know how to meditate.
58:33
I'm going to teach you in this book. I
58:35
fall asleep. Okay, you're going to make it easy.
58:37
No, it's not good. They say that it's not
58:39
meditation. No, no, but I'm saying the fact that
58:41
you need at least like stop is impressive. I
58:43
can't unplug my mind. It's just racing racing racing
58:46
all the racing. Is it? Yeah, the first time
58:48
I ever went to a meditation retreat, I was
58:50
like, I'm gonna wear a cute lulu lemon, it's
58:52
gonna be so easy to play. So it's like
58:54
literally going to come out of my skin. I
58:57
was having such a panic attack. And halfway through
58:59
this in 2007, halfway through the meditation retreat, the
59:01
teacher saw me out of the side of her
59:03
eye. And she was like, you know that as
59:05
long as you're alive, your heart will beat and
59:08
your mind will race. Because minds do that. Yeah.
59:10
So the idea is not to stop your mind.
59:12
It's to witness the mind. And so instead of
59:14
being in a snowstorm, you're looking out of a
59:16
snowstorm. see what the thoughts are and not accept
59:18
the thoughts. Like when we don't have that awareness,
59:21
we are just caught in the blizzard of the
59:23
most. The mind honestly is built to protect you
59:25
and it comes from the amygdala and so all
59:27
that's doing is showing you worst case scenarios all
59:29
day long. In fact, there's no wisdom in the
59:32
mind. We just recently did FMRIs on a monks
59:34
brain. There's no brain activity because wisdom comes from
59:36
here. All the answers within you, it's actually not
59:38
even in the mind. So when you start learning
59:40
to meditate, which I will teach you in this
59:42
book, I make it so easy for people like
59:45
me who are... Nervous racks, you really can't. Yeah,
59:47
yeah, no, I got got Then you find
59:49
the part of you find the
59:51
part of this actually not
59:53
Yeah. witnessing the mind. it's witnessing
59:56
the mind I say really who
59:58
you are the then I
1:00:00
say to people just
1:00:02
the same way you select
1:00:04
what you want to
1:00:07
wear every day what you select
1:00:09
what you want to
1:00:11
think you want to feel. you a little
1:00:13
a little bit about
1:00:15
this in the break. manifestation right?
1:00:17
How that's so important you
1:00:20
speak specifically though to women.
1:00:22
I in in this book
1:00:24
as well is it about it
1:00:26
about us are we... We need help?
1:00:28
Yeah, are we? going on? So freaking codependent.
1:00:31
Yeah, I wrote this book for my this book
1:00:33
for my my my mother for my
1:00:35
sister and I happen to have
1:00:37
three daughters So I really care
1:00:39
about care struggle that women have
1:00:41
and I feel like women like women
1:00:43
have the audacity to ask for
1:00:45
reciprocity in their life are constantly over
1:00:47
giving overly depleted and and we don't
1:00:50
don't realize that when we're thriving.
1:00:52
It's kind of like when something
1:00:54
in the garden is thriving It
1:00:56
actually gives it to the ecosystem more to
1:00:58
the ecosystem. We're actually robbing our the world the world
1:01:00
what it when we're we're not filled
1:01:02
up and we need to learn
1:01:04
to water that garden within within ourselves. And
1:01:06
women like like... Mary Oliver has this poem you
1:01:08
need to walk on your knees for
1:01:11
thousands knees miles thousands don't have to be
1:01:13
good I think there's a lot of
1:01:15
good girls a lot think it's their job
1:01:17
to be hyper job to sure everyone else
1:01:19
is having sure everyone time at Christmas dinner
1:01:21
but like time at was the last time
1:01:23
you took care of yourself the that's we
1:01:25
is like my love letter to women that's
1:01:27
why this is like my love letter to women Wow so powerful. I like
1:01:29
just took a week off off That's hard
1:01:31
It's hard to do and do that.
1:01:33
It's are you not here
1:01:36
are you not need a reason and she's
1:01:38
like I just took it off. need a reason. I
1:01:40
no sense Yes, what are you doing
1:01:42
for your son that you took a week
1:01:44
off and I said it off. me I
1:01:46
was doing it for me and I needed
1:01:48
to regroup and What get sick And then
1:01:50
you become such a possibility for other
1:01:52
people a you should you know We are
1:01:55
so married to the idea that the harder
1:01:57
we work the more it for Yeah doing it
1:01:59
that's not true? In fact, if you harvest
1:02:01
something from the ground every day,
1:02:03
you would deplete the earth of all
1:02:05
of its nutrients. You have to
1:02:07
let it simmer so that actually when
1:02:09
it goes to produce something, it
1:02:11
really has value in it. And so
1:02:13
the harder we work, we're not
1:02:15
necessarily coming up with the best version
1:02:17
of ourselves. We need to be
1:02:19
restoring. That's so true. We're actually more
1:02:21
exhausted. actually almost worthless
1:02:23
for everyone else. powerful. Yeah. Yeah. So
1:02:25
everything you're saying makes sense. It's also very
1:02:27
difficult to do, right? And I know
1:02:29
you lay it out in your book, but
1:02:31
what are some of the small steps
1:02:34
people can do right now right here after
1:02:36
listening to you to change their lives?
1:02:38
of all, you said it earlier, like take
1:02:40
a moment and close your eyes and
1:02:42
just notice is your body regulated or dysregulated?
1:02:44
Like, are you stressed or are you
1:02:46
actually at ease? And then I want you
1:02:48
to ask yourself, what would peace feel
1:02:50
like right now? Because so often we're waiting
1:02:52
for something to happen in our day
1:02:54
to make us feel at ease. Why would
1:02:56
you wait when you could give yourself
1:02:58
that feeling? We have to go first and
1:03:01
the universe follows us. So I want
1:03:03
people to get familiar with mentality, change it,
1:03:05
you choose how you feel and eventually
1:03:07
you'll start memorizing literally on a biological level
1:03:09
how it feels to put your cells
1:03:11
in a state that feels more like alignment.
1:03:13
And you'll get faster at coming back
1:03:15
to that in moments when you're feeling really
1:03:17
far from yourself. I know we have
1:03:19
to go, but what you were saying and
1:03:21
what we were talking about, it comes
1:03:23
back to as women, I really feel like
1:03:25
when we feel like we're taking care of
1:03:28
ourselves, we're being selfish and it's about
1:03:30
changing that mentality. And I don't know why
1:03:32
we feel this way, but we do,
1:03:34
and even when I think about it and
1:03:36
try to knock that feeling away, I
1:03:38
come back to it and so it's about
1:03:40
changing ourselves. Your well -being is the greatest
1:03:42
gift you've given to everybody else. Absolutely.
1:03:44
