I had no set plans when I sat down to record this episode.. what ended up coming out was incredibly honest, vulnerable, and turned out to be quite powerful for me. To experience sitting in my vulnerability and feeling open enough to share it with you all was really something! I talk about spirituality, and what is coming up for me in this stage of my self-discovery, as well as the other psychological tools and practices I've been doing that are causing some major growth.
