Hello and Welcome!I am a certified yoga teacher and I was diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. This diagnosis, which I later discovered was not true in my body, did allow me to discover my strengths and struggles as an empath. Join me on my journey of discovery and healing the nervous system. These are my personal practices and observations, if anything resonates with you then I invite you to find your own practice that fits your body. Knowledge is the first step, if you are interested please read anything by: Bessel van der Kolk, Gabor Mate, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Jane Roberts.
