Dr. Martin Blaser is the Henry Rutgers Chair of the Human Microbiome, professor of medicine and microbiology at the Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, and author of Missing Microbes. His lab has been studying pathogenic bacteria since 1981 and the human microbiome since 2002.
