The panel brings together a group of inspirational and highly successful women including novelist, playwright and founder director of the Women's Prize for Fiction, Kate Mosse OBE, maths prodigy and co-founder of Stemettes to promote STEM subjects Dr Anne-Marie Imafidon MBE, chair of the British Chambers of Commerce Sarah Howard MBE, founder of the Women of the Future programme Pinky Lilani and data and global privacy expert and former CEO of Women in Banking and Finance, Vivienne Artz, OBE. The panel discusses male-centric language in business such as ‘chairman’ and the effect language has on gender pay gaps, gender inequalities in remote working and tackling gender bias in business, the arts and education.
