Today my special guest is Kate Monogamish. She is the female half of The Monogamish Marriage podcast and blog. She is also the owner of Sapio Tours, which provides small group European tours for the non-monogamous community.

I have known Kate for several years and it was so lovely to reconnect. In today's episode, we talk about so many wonderful things. We discussed her incredible new business venture Sapio Tours which is so alligned with the incredible vision I have for this community. It's an opportunity to travel with likeminded people beyond just the typical beach, drinking, party scene. It's a more elegant cultural experience for those who want more and want to connect with others on a deeper level.

Kate and I talked about our Christian upbringing and how that impacted our views on sexuality and relationships. We discuss our connection to music and how sometimes sex can create a transcendent experience when you are with the right people. Different kinds of connections create different energy and we are allowed to design the experiences we want in this lifestyle. We do not need to follow the script. We can live a life that is off-script and intentional instead of just doing what we've always been told.

We talked about how to create safety within our relationships. Communication is so much more than words and we talk about how to hold space for our partners and work through difficult emotions and challenges that we encounter in this world.
