was on a journey to discover everything

really what type of life did I want,

and then creating an entire vision

for my whole life and business, and how

did everything integrate together, that

was forced out of this idea

that, you know, I was just felt

so lost,

that, it's like, well, you were searching for

purpose, you needed clarity, you

You needed a deeper understanding

and ultimately belief in like where you

were headed. That's why I've kind of landed

sort of known things that you know you need

in life, purpose, clarity, belief,

and knowledge, but they're actually

connected to your energy

in such a major way. Back

in 2015, when then I began

to look at my life as a whole and began

like, okay, what gives me

energy? What about my life design

draws energy from me? Okay, well I'm

a business guy, but I don't understand the financial

side of business like, oh, that

would really pull energy out of me, but creative

side, building and creating companies,

oh, that drives up that energy at a really

high level. Getting

super focused on knowing why I was

doing a single project and getting

clear on how to execute it, man,

super high energy when I would like

just start something and not know exactly

where it was heading, like man, that's that

high and low would pull me out of it.

Then some days I thought everything that I was doing

was working and believed in it. Some days

it felt like none of it made sense and I didn't

believe, I wasn't even sure if it was ever going

to be a reality and boom, suck

the life right out of me. In

process that I went through, I began

to see my life through the lens of energy

and through sort of those core pillars

that are big forces in energy

on a day-to-day basis as

it relates to who you are and

Somebody's got to help you. You got to learn from a friend.

Like you just kind of trial and error. Like

you don't even know what it is. It's like

working out in the beginning is not, does

not all of a sudden give you fulfillment

and energy and make you feel like you're

making progress to a healthier version. It's

just the struggle. And then when you

think about doing it, you don't get excited

and like, man, I can't wait to do that. Like

in, and believe in its long-term effect.

You're like, you're just trying to force yourself to

get to the gym.

And until you

really learn a workout that

works for you, and now you get there and know exactly

what you're going to do, and you're going to stretch first and

then do weights first, and then do cardio, whatever

your rhythm is now that you've created.

And now you've learned and completely

understood what it means to create

a workout that you understand.

And now you can enjoy it. Now,

now you, you know, it may not

be your favorite thing, but it's no longer

pulling energy from you because

there and that you're

now compounding your health in a

way that's helping all aspects

in all aspects of my life because

clarity itself gives you this extraordinary

energy. When you can look out into the future and

it's clear exactly where you want to go

realest way. And that drives that energy

up to a much higher level versus

when you don't know and you're unsure

to do in the future or where you're going, man,

it's literally dead energy,

because you can't even like get motivated

from it. You can't find

any momentum

to try to push towards anything because

you're unsure of where you

want to go. And to me, it's

like that is where you are just in the sluggish,

low energy, when you're kind

of pushing forward into the future, but you're

not clear on where you're

underestimate,

you know, important clarity is

from an energy standpoint. Nobody

ever thinks about the idea of, you

know, the clearer you are, the higher energy

what you're doing and why you're doing it, you know,

it's, it's that's this incredibly

important thing. But everybody

knows when they don't know what they're doing

or where they're going, or not clear on what the future

holds, that I don't even even

like, oh, it goes low, you

know, versus like, man, I know exactly

the plan that I have for the next five

years and everything that I want to do over

the next couple years to get to there. It's

like, you know, it's like

I almost am turning into what

I'd like to consider like a clarity Sherpa.

Like I will speak to different

friends and try to like, hear

out sort of everything that they're working on

to push through the clutter so that I

can define for them exactly

the three things that they need

to do and focus on in

order to achieve the

life that they want or you know, the vision

in their business.

that with a lot of friends. And it's really exciting

for me, because like, it's like

this great unlock. And when you get that absolute

clear pinpoint direction

for somebody to go, then their energy is

through the roof. And they already feel

like, okay, I'm ready to go. Let's go do

it versus

the beginning of that conversation

where they're, oh, I might do this. I could do

this. Oh, I might do this. Like that

is low energy and even hard

for me in the beginning of those conversations

of even trying to help guide somebody

to clarity, because I feel scattered the

way that they even share sort

of where they're at, you know? And then by the end

of that conversation, when we both are like,

I'm fired up as if I'm about to go and build

the company for them, just because I locked

in on like, here are the three things you got to focus.

I'm like, man, this is really, this is really going to

happen for these guys. And then they're like, yeah, let's

go. I can't say that they

always leave those clarity sherpa sessions

and they end up, you know, executing,

you know, a lot of times I sell the vision, I

make the vision clear, and then it slowly

fades for them by the time they get to execution

time. But again, it's

can just be as a whole,

you know, and driving up energy.

in the next one is belief,

man, think about like how important

belief is to you energetically,

feel this different level of

energy, you're more motivated, you're ready to

day on the much more harder

different aspects of whatever you're hoping

to achieve. If you continue to believe

that you're making the progress, and

it's going to happen versus like, man, when

that doubt sets in,

you absolutely believe in

the plan that you've created and the strategy

that you've created, and then you're making progress

towards realizing

the plan and the strategy, man, that

belief is rich, the energy is

into working on that versus

creating a vague plan that

you're not even sure what you're exactly working on

each day. It's not entirely clear. And

then now you're sitting there doubting

even what you've created. Then you're

not making progress, but now you're just sitting

there in this like low energy

That is what happens when you

don't put the time in to understand

and build a strategy or a plan that you

believe in and then continue to build belief,

but you allow it to be unclear

and sit in this place where you begin

to doubt, man. When you begin to doubt,

the mind begins to wonder, dwell

into the past, the mistakes you made, worry

about in the future. And then that

energy is low. It's

just low. And

that is the cornerstone

of anything that you

are ever, ever going to do. You

have to believe it. You have to believe

it and you have to be in a continual state of

reinforcing that belief that you're going to

actually do it. And when you do, then

you're living in that energetic state versus

like being unclear and then getting to the

point where it no longer makes that, man, now you're

living in doubt, man. You already know it.

I really believe are

going to happen and become a reality.

There's so much energy. And when I say

things that I'm unsure of or

sure are going to happen, but you keep

working on them. It's

just again, an example

of just, you know, how they sit

how if you can focus on

a deep understanding and then creating

the right strategy that continues to build

you're doing. These all begin

to work together to create

Because keep in mind, the higher the energy, and

the more consistent, the happier you

That's just the reality of of

Because it's just like when it's purpose driven,

the greater mission of leading

I'm going to create a system because

I understand that I don't want to operate all the time

of them. I really enjoyed the creative

process. It reframed

my purpose for TV in my life. Now

look at TV as this backbone

of financing the future vision

for your life and use that

capital to now go into this clear

vision that you have for creating companies.

And then in order to do

that, it was so clear to me all the things

that I needed to learn. I needed to learn

about the financial side of business. I

to learn the operational side. I

understood the brand and marketing side. I

had to develop

all of that knowledge because those were my

blind spots if I wanted to

as I began to do it, then

I began to build the belief that

it was possible

with the plan and the strategy and putting

outcome and then develop the strategy

the foundation for

this high quality energy

as it began to grow. And I began to evolve

based off of how many things are

the things that are driving that
