I have been surrounded by meditation and spirituality since the age of 6, following the guidance of an extremely advanced teacher. In my early 20s, I raced Ironman triathlon and competed for Great Britain in triathlon & duathlon at age-group level. I have climbed mountains all over the world, completed swim marathons and ran ultra marathons. My work now is in helping people to manage their emotions, control their minds and find physical, mental and spiritual alignment.
