Dr. Hal Whitehead is a biologist who specializes in the study of cetaceans, especially the acoustical abilities of sperm whales and complex social organization of sperm whales. Currently, he is a professor at Dalhousie University.Whitehead received his B.A. in Mathematics, his Diploma in Mathematical Statistics, and his Ph.D. in Zoology from Cambridge University.
