To put down the amount of money

1:08

you'd like to be making at the top of a piece of paper

1:10

whether that's a monthly income goal

1:12

or a yearly income goal and then to ask

1:15

yourself why don't I deserve

1:17

to be there yet ? And then write down everything

1:19

that comes up on that piece of paper and if you're getting nothing

1:21

, then you need to make that income goal a little bit higher

1:24

. And just write it all down , even if it

1:26

sounds , you know , cuckoo . Just write

1:28

everything down and then make

1:30

yourself a little somatic practice

1:33

of taking each one of those and just

1:35

breathing through each one , each one

1:37

that came up . It'll be things like well

1:39

, I'm not working hard enough or I

1:41

haven't posted enough on social media . Just

1:43

take each one and just allow yourself

1:45

to breathe through it . And that's just

1:47

a really quick somatic hack that you can do

1:49

on each of those beliefs and they start

1:51

to lessen . They start to lessen their hold

1:54

on you .

1:54

They start to be less true , be

1:56

less triggering , be less associated with earlier

1:59

memories that you have today's guest

2:01

is erin newman , a spiritual

2:03

life and abundance coach for female

2:06

service-based business owners

2:08

who've lost their spark

2:10

in their business or have been experiencing

2:13

an income dip and

2:16

now want to add an additional

2:18

5k 10k per

2:21

month in revenue . While following

2:23

their soul through a mixture

2:25

of somatic subconscious and ancestral

2:28

healing tools , erin helps

2:31

business owners to regulate

2:34

their nervous system for wealth

2:36

and abundance , tame

2:38

the mind gremlins that

2:41

keeps them in patterns for

2:43

not enough-ness in

2:46

order to create scalable

2:48

, sustainable income

2:50

growth while doing what

2:52

they love . Welcome , erin .

2:55

Awesome , Anita . I'm so happy to be here

2:57

.

2:58

Thank you , it's a pleasure

3:00

. I'm looking forward to our conversation , me

3:02

too . So , with that said , what

3:05

is one of the most courageous things that

3:07

you have done ?

3:08

Yeah , so when I was

3:10

16 , I applied

3:13

for and got a scholarship to

3:15

go to Germany for a year as

3:18

an exchange student . And I didn't speak any German

3:21

and I didn't know where I was going to

3:23

end up , and I just had always

3:25

had this desire to be an exchange student and

3:27

I really wanted to go to Spain , but

3:30

they didn't have scholarships to Spain

3:32

, so I ended

3:34

up in Germany and it really

3:36

changed my life . You

3:39

know , obviously I learned German , but also

3:41

there is something really

3:43

powerful in learning

3:45

about another culture from the inside

3:47

, from living with a family , from being

3:50

around yeah , not just traveling , but

3:52

really living that life

3:54

for a year . And yeah , like

3:56

I said , it really it really changed the course of my life

3:58

. It I went on to study

4:00

German and then to work for a German company

4:02

for a while and I just have so

4:04

many friends and um

4:07

people that I consider family from

4:09

that time . And yeah

4:11

, that was , I think

4:13

, something that to me at the time didn't even seem that

4:15

courageous . But looking back

4:17

and now having a 15 year old son , I'm like

4:20

, oh my gosh , I don't even know . You

4:22

know , I mean , obviously I would

4:24

want the same for him , but it's

4:26

a little bit scary .

4:28

So yeah , I think that's

4:30

the thing , isn't it a

4:33

little bit scary ? So , yeah , I think that's the thing , isn't it ? Because

4:35

at the time we're just in it , but later on , especially as

4:37

parents , we think no way , hold on a moment

4:39

, right , yeah , yeah , exactly but I can totally

4:42

understand being in there not

4:44

just as a student but living with

4:46

a family .

4:47

I mean I think it's the best way , truly

4:49

authentic yeah , I mean , it's

4:51

more than just learning the language you know

4:54

so .

4:55

So how did your journey of a spiritual

4:57

life and abundance coach just all start

4:59

? How did that take place ?

5:01

yeah , well , I think , like most of us

5:03

who are practitioners and healers and

5:05

coaches and people who help others

5:07

, it's through our own

5:09

journeys of healing , and for me , um

5:12

, that was definitely the

5:14

case when I , you

5:16

know , when I was little , we didn't really have a lot

5:18

of money for extras . We didn't have a lot

5:21

of money . Basic needs were always covered , but

5:23

we didn't have money for , like , the

5:25

things you want to do , and so

5:27

it was a real unraveling

5:30

process in my twenties and thirties and

5:32

ongoing for sure of

5:34

really defining what

5:37

I want in the world

5:39

and then allowing myself to even access

5:42

that . You know that it's safe to have more

5:44

money , that it's safe to make money , that it's safe to

5:46

make money for my gifts , that it's safe to make money

5:48

doing what I love . You

5:50

know , and that , and that's why I do what I do

5:52

, because I really

5:54

believe that money

5:57

should not be what holds us back from following our

5:59

dreams , whatever those dreams are . And I

6:01

think , especially as women , um , we

6:04

get told at such a young

6:06

age that you can only have this

6:08

much and no more in so many

6:10

ways , right , not just

6:12

money , but lots of different ways , and that there's so

6:15

many requirements around us as women

6:17

and I really stand for all

6:20

of us being able to shed

6:23

those beliefs . Shed those beliefs

6:25

from the patriarchy , from white

6:28

supremacist culture , from everything that

6:30

we've been fed our whole lives , and

6:32

create something new .

6:35

Absolutely , absolutely . And who doesn't

6:37

want that ? And

6:39

that really goes into my

6:42

next question beautifully , how

6:45

can anyone start

6:48

to add additional 5

6:50

, 10k per month in their revenue while

6:52

following their soul ? Because that's I

6:55

mean I know this day and age is very much

6:57

is business , is heart

6:59

centered .

6:59

Now it never used to be it should

7:01

be it should be .

7:03

Well it is a lot more than it used to be

7:05

. Let's say that that's true . That is true

7:07

.

7:07

Yeah , I think and this is

7:10

funny because it's only really landed

7:12

for me as to how I

7:14

do that in the last month or so

7:16

In terms of what

7:19

is that key component ? And it's actually

7:21

conviction , you know

7:23

, conviction in the results that you create

7:26

for people , Because , I

7:28

mean , you know this any entrepreneur listening

7:30

to this knows this . There's a million strategies

7:33

out there and they can all work . The

7:35

strategies can all work right , Like Anita's

7:37

amazing strategy probably

7:40

podcasting is part of that Right , and

7:42

so all of the strategies

7:44

can work and we all have different ones

7:46

. And that's why , when we're going out and

7:48

looking at what others are doing and we're like , oh well , she's

7:50

doing this and she's doing that , and maybe I should do this , Maybe

7:52

I should do that , and it's like , yeah , any of those

7:54

can work If you have

7:57

the conviction and the results that you

7:59

bring to people and you show

8:01

up in that energy consistently and

8:03

you say , yes , I freaking do

8:05

this and I'm good at it . You

8:08

might not use those words , but that energy that

8:10

you bring to it is what

8:12

creates that additional revenue . Because

8:14

then you show up differently in your pricing

8:17

, you show up differently in your sales conversations

8:19

, you show up differently in your social media

8:21

, you show up differently on your podcast . Right , you show

8:23

up in this energy of yeah , I got

8:26

this and I got you potential

8:28

client . Right , like you're energetically

8:30

conveying to them . I'm holding

8:32

you here , I'm holding the space for you to

8:34

create that result , and people

8:36

see that you know , they feel it , even if they don't

8:38

know the words for it . Because

8:41

all of us as potential clients

8:43

are asking , at the end of the day , what's

8:46

in it for me ? What can you do for me ? We

8:49

might love your beautiful branding

8:52

, we might love your beautiful website , but if it

8:54

doesn't convey to us , this person can actually

8:56

get me the result that I want , even if that

8:58

result is something more intangible , like more

9:00

happiness , more joy , more fun . If

9:02

we don't think that's really a possibility for us

9:05

through the work , we're not going to pay

9:07

the person , and

9:09

so the more we as practitioners can really

9:11

rest in I got you , babe , I know

9:13

we can do this together Then that

9:16

starts to translate into

9:18

more income into

9:25

more income .

9:25

And it's so true because not only the conviction , like

9:27

you say , the belief and everything to have that conviction to execute

9:30

it as well . I mean , that is a big

9:32

part of it and yeah , it's

9:35

got to come from that little seed that

9:37

, along the way , you're going to believe yourself

9:39

and everything else and and absolutely

9:42

it really is . It does make a difference

9:44

in how you know , we talk to ourselves

9:46

, for a start as well . Yeah

9:48

, it's having .

9:51

Yeah , nobody ever shamed their

9:53

way into getting

9:55

better .

9:57

no , exactly , yeah

9:59

, so I'm interested to know

10:01

about your somatic subconscious

10:03

and ancestral healing tools

10:06

. I mean that ancestry

10:08

healing always like makes me

10:10

feel old . Tell me more . Tell me more

10:13

, yeah for sure .

10:14

Yeah , so I trained for three years as

10:17

a shamanic practitioner and

10:19

, yeah , I have such a complicated

10:22

relationship with the work because

10:24

I've never wanted to

10:26

just be a shamanic practitioner

10:28

. I always have felt like , okay

10:30

, but are we moving forward

10:33

in the world ? Which is probably

10:35

my own sort of programming , right

10:37

, but I always , I always wanted people

10:40

to be doing something . You know , are

10:43

you living the best life you can live ? Are we

10:45

really shifting things , healing

10:47

and releasing and letting go

10:49

and also visioning and calling

10:51

in and getting support for what

11:06

it is we do want to see in our world

11:08

, right , whatever , whatever that is for each

11:10

individual person , and so I'm

11:13

always in dialogue with my own helping

11:15

spirits and my own guides as to what does that

11:17

look like and and how can we translate

11:20

that into the real world , which

11:22

sometimes works better than others . But

11:25

the ancestral healing piece is really

11:27

something that we all share , which

11:30

is that all of us were given

11:33

messages from

11:35

our ancestors , from

11:37

the people who came before us , some

11:39

of us , some of which were really really helpful

11:42

messages , right , because obviously

11:44

we are the survivors , we're the ones who

11:46

are here . So some of that was helpful

11:48

, but some of it was not helpful

11:50

. You know , for many thousands

11:53

of years women were not allowed to use their

11:55

gifts . They weren't allowed to show up and

11:57

be safe in sharing their gifts

12:00

, you know . And so we are

12:02

unraveling that , we're unwinding

12:05

that , and in some places in the world they're

12:07

still not safe . So it's not , you

12:09

know , it's not like snap your fingers , we're all good now

12:11

. But it is a process of us

12:14

saying I don't , I

12:16

don't want to hold onto that anymore , I don't want that

12:18

to be true for me anymore . And

12:20

so part of that ancestral

12:22

healing work is really asking our guide

12:24

source , our benevolent ancestors

12:27

hey , can you , can you do this

12:29

work for me ? Can you unravel this

12:31

part for me , so that this doesn't have

12:33

to show up and be true for me anymore ?

12:35

I mean , that's quite interesting in itself

12:37

. Yes , I love that

12:39

and know . I think that

12:41

kind of shows us how in

12:44

some areas , you know , in some places , rather

12:46

countries , we have developed and we

12:48

haven't in others . And yeah

12:51

, there is still a lot of shame , there is still a

12:53

lot of behaviors that are , like

12:55

you say , ancestry healing is still carrying

12:57

on in generations and generations . I'm

12:59

sure that's another conversation

13:02

for another day .

13:04

You know , and I think the one thing that and

13:07

I don't know what your audience is

13:09

like , but for people new to that

13:11

work , I want to always encourage

13:14

and say that I

13:16

am a skeptic . I am a skeptic

13:18

of the deepest order , like I'm

13:20

always the one in the back of the room like really

13:23

Right . And so

13:25

I came to this work dragging

13:28

and kicking my feet and you

13:30

can still be skeptical and have it

13:32

work , whatever that means , because

13:35

I don't know everything

13:37

. I don't know everything that's

13:39

happening in the world . None of us do . We don't

13:41

know everything that's happening in all these different planes

13:44

of existence , right , that are that science

13:46

continually keeps exploring

13:48

. And so I always just say

13:50

to people just just try it out , and

13:52

if it doesn't work for you , okay , cool

13:54

, didn't work , but if it does like you don't

13:56

have to understand

13:59

it or make it part of your identity , just know

14:02

that it's here for you , it's here to support you .

14:04

So , exactly , absolutely

14:07

, and that's the case like

14:09

I mean . I always say Take the

14:11

bits that work or you resonate

14:13

with and discard everything else . Not everyone's

14:16

for everyone .

14:17

Right .

14:18

Absolutely yeah .

14:19

Right .

14:21

And so tell me more about your work

14:23

and what that involves of being a

14:25

life and abundance coach .

14:28

Yeah , I work

14:30

mostly with entrepreneurs , so

14:34

service-based female entrepreneurs

14:36

are most of the people I work with

14:38

, sometimes people in corporate too , and

14:41

it's always getting into those

14:43

old patterns . You know the

14:45

things that , like we were talking about in the beginning

14:47

, of lack and not deserving and and

14:50

I'm not allowed to have , and you

14:52

know , I think there's such , a , such

14:55

a belief system and this is this is not

14:57

just women , but I I've worked mostly with women

14:59

, so I see it most in us of well

15:01

, this is all that I get . This is more

15:03

than enough , right , we have more than enough

15:05

than most people do . So we

15:07

should just sit down , be quiet

15:09

. You know , be grateful , be thankful

15:12

and there is , you know

15:14

, truth to that right

15:16

. Gratitude , thankfulness , appreciation

15:19

of what we already have is so powerful

15:21

. It's some of the most powerful transformative

15:24

work on the planet and

15:26

you deserve more . You

15:29

know you deserve whatever you want . You know

15:31

, if there's stuff that you're holding yourself

15:33

back from doing because you say to yourself I can't afford

15:35

it or I'm not , it's . It's not even usually that we say you know , if there's stuff that you're holding

15:37

yourself back from doing because you say to yourself I can't afford it or I'm not . It's not even

15:39

usually that we say you know that the money absolutely isn't there , which sometimes

15:42

it is , but it's that we have

15:44

this belief it's not available to us

15:46

. You know that . That that should it shouldn't

15:48

go to things we just want to do . It should

15:50

go to this whole list of

15:53

other things , and again , that that

15:55

might be true , I don't know . But

15:57

also there is

15:59

a space for here's

16:02

what I want to step into now , here's what I want

16:04

to create now , and can

16:06

I allow myself to see that

16:08

it's even possible for me to not

16:11

hold myself back or shut myself down or

16:13

tell myself I'm not allowed to have

16:15

that .

16:15

It's okay for other people , but it's not okay for

16:17

me , and I think that happens

16:19

a lot , and it's allowing yourself

16:22

to be free with that . And

16:24

why not you ? Why not

16:27

you ? Absolutely so

16:29

how can anyone regulate

16:31

their nervous system for wealth

16:33

and abundance ? Because how does the nervous system

16:35

play a role in all of that

16:38

?

16:38

Yeah , that is such a great question

16:40

. The

16:43

nervous system plays a role in

16:45

that . You will

16:47

self-sabotage and

16:49

I know that self-sabotage gets bandied

16:52

about a lot but it's

16:54

not like your nervous system

16:56

or your subconscious waves a red flag

16:58

and says , okay , I'm over here Self-sabotaging

17:00

. Now it's subconscious

17:02

, so you don't even know it's happening . It's

17:05

all those things that we just

17:07

hold ourselves back from . You know big things

17:10

, little things , but they're the

17:12

things that you get to the end of your week and you're

17:14

like oh , I told myself I was going to do that , I was going

17:16

to do a Facebook live , I was going to start my podcast , I was

17:18

going to blah , blah , blah and I didn't do

17:20

it Right , and that's because

17:23

our nervous system is saying it's

17:25

not safe . Our

17:27

nervous system wants to stay right where

17:29

we are , in this comfort zone Like this is

17:31

cool , I'm good here , we're just going

17:33

to chill . It's always seeking safety

17:36

, it's always seeking stasis , which

17:38

is cool . Right , we need

17:40

that . We don't want to run after the tigers

17:42

, you know , metaphorically speaking

17:44

, and so that's

17:46

a good thing , it's not , it's not a bad thing

17:48

. This is cool . We have this great nervous system that protects

17:51

us from harm , that keeps us safe , that has , for

17:53

I don't know , 250,000 years

17:55

, right , whatever how long humans have been here . But

17:58

as entrepreneurs

18:00

, as people who are moving

18:02

into something new , it's going to

18:04

be a continual place of playing with that

18:06

level of safety in your nervous system and

18:08

allowing yourself to feel

18:10

good about the things , even

18:13

if they're scary

18:15

, even if they're outside your comfort zone , you

18:17

know , even if you've never done them before . And

18:20

so nervous system regulation

18:22

can be a bunch of different tools

18:25

. There's a bunch of things under that umbrella , but

18:27

really it's anything that gets

18:29

you into your body , that gets you feeling safe

18:31

in your body , and this one is

18:33

very women specific

18:35

, which is that we disassociate

18:38

from our bodies very

18:40

quickly and very easily . Yeah , because

18:42

we were told growing

18:45

up , right , that there were things wrong

18:47

with our bodies , right , like

18:49

menstruation is there . There's

18:51

so many taboos around that , so

18:54

many taboos about talking about it , even though it's this

18:56

very natural thing that we go through and like

18:58

should be honored and should be appreciated

19:01

, and we should have been initiated into

19:03

womanhood , and none of us were . Instead , we were

19:05

usually shamed , not

19:07

given information , told it was dirty

19:09

, told it was messy , right , all the things . And

19:12

that not just that specifically

19:14

, but lots of things throughout childhood

19:16

, throughout womanhood , told

19:18

us it's not safe to be a girl , it's

19:20

not safe to develop . You

19:23

know all the things that women develop during

19:25

puberty and and so we get that

19:27

message really early on . And so

19:30

we women disassociate

19:32

very easily from our bodies , and so any of

19:34

the somatic practices , the nervous system regulation

19:36

is tools to bring you

19:38

back into your body

19:40

, to love who you are in

19:43

your body . You know things like dance

19:45

, singing

19:47

, tapping , eft

19:49

, tapping , meditation

19:51

, deep

19:54

breathing exercises , emdr

19:57

to some extent , but

20:00

really anything that allows you

20:02

to drop back into your body , whatever that means

20:04

for you . And dance is actually

20:06

one of the most promising

20:08

things they've been showing us recently

20:10

with the research as to like this is

20:12

so great for your mental health . You know , if you just

20:14

turn on any kind of music that you love , dance

20:17

around your room . No one's watching

20:19

you . And then I'm going

20:21

to add I haven't seen this in the research yet , but it's

20:23

probably out there . I just haven't figured that out

20:25

yet . But dancing with

20:27

others in community

20:29

is probably even more helpful

20:32

, because all of these tools are are

20:34

even more helpful in a shared experience

20:36

, right , because we've lost so much of that . So

20:38

, yeah , anything . Anything

20:41

that allows you to just be like , yeah , I'm

20:43

good , just as I am coming

20:45

back into your body is probably going to be really

20:48

, really helpful for you

20:50

as a business owner yeah

20:52

, I love that beautiful

20:55

.

20:55

You are the author of many books . Tell me about

20:57

a somatic approach to release

21:00

your blocks to money and

21:02

create true abundance . Now

21:04

who doesn't want to know more about that

21:06

? Come on , let's be honest . If

21:09

we're , if we're actually absolutely all

21:11

honest , we would all say yes , please right

21:14

, yeah , right , yeah .

21:16

So that book that you're talking

21:18

about is called Mind , body , think and it

21:20

is is focused

21:23

specifically on two tools tapping

21:25

and hypnosis . That

21:27

really , again , when we're talking about

21:30

the somatic , the nervous system , each

21:32

chapter is devoted to a

21:34

very specific block . That I

21:36

could say all cause . I'm going to hold out some

21:38

space for possibility , but most

21:41

of us have these blocks , right . There are things like

21:43

it's not safe to be spiritual and

21:45

rich . Most of us

21:47

have some form of that block

21:49

, right , because most of our

21:51

culture , most of our religious

21:54

what would you call them Leaders

21:56

, expected to not

21:59

be rich , right , and we that's a whole

22:01

other conversation , but but

22:03

that's sort of in the background of our

22:05

minds . You know , the guru , the shaman , the priest

22:08

, like they're not supposed to be driving

22:10

Mercedes in our minds . And so we

22:12

, we've created these associations

22:14

and in the book I go into

22:17

, each chapter has its own block

22:19

that we're working around , and then

22:21

I offer a conversation

22:23

around that why those arose , what that looks like

22:25

for most of us , what symptoms are

22:27

showing up in your business when this is happening

22:29

. And again , most of us have this . So it's

22:31

it's really normal . So I hope that the

22:34

book is also normalizing this for people

22:36

. And then it gives you tapping guide

22:38

for each one of the blocks where you you

22:40

literally talk through that as you're tapping

22:42

through the EFT points , and there's a whole diagram

22:44

in there for how to do that . And then I also

22:47

offer an accompanying hypnosis

22:49

and abundance hypnosis for you . That

22:52

um also works

22:54

on the somatic and subconscious levels of really

22:56

unraveling those old beliefs . So , yeah

22:59

, it's um . I guess

23:01

I wrote it sort of uh , in full

23:03

transparency , sort of out of like anger

23:06

, like kept seeing

23:08

all these books on abundance and I was like , yeah

23:10

, but that's not gonna get to it , and

23:12

so I wrote the book that I

23:14

would have wished to have and that's

23:17

that's what my buddy think is and

23:19

that's fantastic and absolutely

23:21

it's .

23:22

You know , something that would have helped you , and now

23:24

you want to help the others . I mean , that's

23:27

what it's all about , absolutely yeah

23:29

, I love that you said that yeah , so

23:31

what is one of the most important

23:34

lessons you have learned so far in your

23:36

life ?

23:36

the most , important lesson is

23:39

understanding and

23:41

continuing to understand that

23:44

consciousness is everything . You

23:46

know , we are part of the

23:48

divine consciousness . We

23:50

are the divine , the divine is us

23:53

. You are the divine , we are all

23:55

part of this one consciousness

23:57

. And so how

23:59

do I , on

24:01

a personal level , then integrate

24:04

that knowing , so that I'm showing up

24:06

with more love for somebody

24:08

on the other side of the political divide , or

24:11

family members , or you

24:14

know how ? How do I then really

24:16

create more space for

24:18

love , if I recognize that

24:21

, that we're all part of this big

24:23

consciousness ? What does that look like

24:25

? Absolutely , that's beautiful , to

24:27

echo what you said . And you know why not you

24:30

? You know why . Why couldn't

24:32

it be you ? Whatever that dream is , whatever

24:34

that vision is , and it , you know

24:36

, it doesn't have to be this big , huge thing

24:38

. Like I solved world hunger

24:40

, you know . But that

24:43

too . But why not you

24:45

? Why can't you step into the vision that you're seeing in your you ? Why can't you step into the vision that

24:47

you're seeing in ?

24:47

your mind .

24:48

Why can't that be possible for you right now ? And

24:50

I would just encourage everybody

24:52

get out there , dance , take

24:54

some time in nature . That was the big one . I was forgetting

24:56

Nature . Take some time

24:59

in nature , Come back to that feeling

25:01

of like I'm good enough , just as I am

25:03

, and that will always help you to

25:05

step into that vision .

25:07

Absolutely .

25:08

That's beautiful .

25:09

So you have given us so many tools

25:12

, daily steps to anyone that wants to start

25:14

aligning with abundance . What

25:16

would you say is your key takeaway , Erin

25:19

?

25:20

So it's a little tool

25:22

that I use when I do this in workshops

25:24

, which is to put down

25:27

the amount of money you'd like to be making at the top

25:29

of a piece of paper whether that's a

25:31

monthly income goal or a yearly income goal

25:33

and then to ask yourself why

25:35

don't I deserve to be there yet ? And then

25:38

write down everything that comes up on that piece

25:40

of paper and if you're getting nothing , then you need to

25:42

make that income goal a little bit higher and

25:44

just write it all down . You need to make that income

25:47

go a little bit higher and just write it

25:49

all down , even

25:52

if it sounds , you know , cuckoo . Just write everything down and then make yourself a little somatic

25:54

practice of taking each one of those and just breathing

25:56

through each one , each one that came up . It'll

25:58

be things like well , I'm not working hard enough

26:00

or I haven't posted enough on social

26:03

media . Just take each one and just

26:05

allow yourself to breathe

26:07

through it . And that's just a really quick

26:09

somatic hack that you can do on each of those

26:11

beliefs and they start to lessen

26:13

. They start to lessen their hold on you . They start

26:15

to be less true , be less

26:17

triggering , be less associated with earlier

26:20

memories that you have and , yeah

26:22

, that can be really really helpful .

26:24

Brilliant . So yeah , I

26:26

think I might be trying that out .

26:29

I hope you do , let me know .

26:32

So where can the listeners find you online

26:34

26:37
