Suyi Davies Okungbowa is an academic and an author of fantasy fiction, science fiction, and speculative fiction. He sometimes publishes under the names "Suyi Davies" or "Suyi Okungbowa." He is an Assistant Professor of Creative Writing at the University of Ottawa.Okungbowa's work has appeared in Omenana, Mothership Zeta, StarShipSofa, The Dark, Fireside Magazine, and Nightmare Magazine. His first book, "David Mogo: Godhunter," was published in 2019. He is the best known for his epic fantasy trilogy The Nameless Republic.Okungbowa received his M.F.A. in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona.
