Very much enjoyed this story, not least because despite my being a great fan of many of William Hope Hodgson's contemporaries, I had definitely missed out on his stories. Carnacki is easily a new favorite of mine, and this performance/adaptation of Gateway of the Monster is definitely to be thanked for introducing me to this fabulous character.
