I have not consulted with my physician to confirm this yet, but I am pretty sure this podcast healed my torn rotator cuff and alleviated all of my GERD symptoms. It's that powerful. Last week's episode was so satisfying, I didn't even have to eat again until today. A truly hearty serving of all your true crime and dietary needs. Again, I haven't gone over this with my doctor yet, but I can't see how he could change my mind at this point. There are two kinds of people in the world: those who love the Dark Poutine Podcast and those who are wrong. Don't be wrong. Be healed.

Mike and Scott are a great team! I've been listening for well over a year and I keep coming back every Monday! Dark poutine is where my love of true crime podcasts started. Keep up the great work guys.

I love these guys. They are never overly graphic, always respectful of victims and families, and Scott's under his breath comments are life. Having met them in real life, I can also add that they are both good eggs. The information about Canada in each episode is a bonus.

Love it. Definitely a great podcast, good attention to detail, the hosts are very human and care a great deal about the victims.

I came upon this on the recommendation of MFM and I've been binging ever since. I love the podcast, the lives every Monday, and hearing the way Mike has beautifully written each story along with Scott's commentary. It's family friendly in that they rarely swear and warn at the top of each episode if it's graphic. It's quickly become a favorite of mine!

For the sake of transparency, I've had the pleasure of knowing the hosts - Mike & Scott - longer than their podcast has been around. In fact, I had heard through the grapevine that the two of them spun up "some Canadian crime podcast" and didn't give it much thought.Then one day that changed - I happened to tune in to Episode 39 (The Crash of SwissAir 111) and was instantly hooked.Mike & Scott make a subject that I'm not all to interested in, interesting. Episodes are well put together and researched, and I find that I feel like I know those involved in each episode due to the care and attention provided to each - something that is difficult considering the subject matter. I also appreciate the re-telling of each story in a manner to respect the dignity of the victims and their families.To steal a quote from Theordore Roosevelt, "No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care," and it's extremely indicative that Mike & Scott care about the stories they share.Keep up the phenomenal work gentleman and do me a favour - go poop in your toque!

First true crime podcast I listened to that not only got me addicted to them, but also to podcasts in general! Mike and Scott are such wonderful people and really take a respectful approach to discussing cases. Always learning something new throught them!

I listen to a lot of podcasts, but there are only a handful that I will listen to as soon as they're released. Dark Poutine is one of those. A Canadian true crime podcast that shows a great deal of sensitivity to the victims. Top notch!

Love this podcast! Mike and Scott find that nice balance between lighthearted and serious, while shining the light on the victims without glorifying the suspects/killers. Holiday specials are great, and fun! I highly recommend it!

Mike and scott are amazing. They bring their own spin to all of the cases they cover, and somehow make something so dark have a lighthearted feel when it's necessary. You guys rock- and I'm a geologist, I know rocks!

Awesome podcasts, one of my favorites. They pay close attention to detail and research, while focusing mainly on the human side of the crimes. Victims are talked about with respect and even though they do joke around (Scott I'm talking to you), they do it sensitively rather then straight up comedy style. Also, as someone living in europe, I learned a lot about different Canadian lifestyles and histirical events. And food, mostly food. Highly recommended.?

One of the best podcasts out there - very well researched and written stories. Also, Mike and Scott, aka The Other Guy, are two very likeable and empathic guys who treat the topics with care. I was searching for podcast episodes on the Franklin Expedition. This is how I stumbled over Dark Poutine and now I binge listen to each and every episode. Thanks, Mike and Scott! If you ever happen to come to Germany let‘s have a beer! :-)

One of the best true crime podcast and might be the best Canadian one out there. Love their dynamic and Mike's voice is perfect for these retellings. Scott's commentary is the cherry on the sunday.
