0:56

room, and had a really beautiful

0:58

experience with what I felt was

1:00

some entity some with me. And

1:02

I got to a point where

1:04

I saw got to a I think was

1:06

myself as a I was I was

1:09

like a giant, and I had

1:11

the head of a falcon. There was

1:13

an ancient, ancient feeling of knowledge

1:15

and power. power. And then as I

1:17

looked to my side, everything got

1:19

dark. I just... to this big eye

1:21

in front of me, floating eye.

1:23

It's eye, I look. It's green I

1:26

I felt my body.

1:28

my body curl in in

1:30

front of How many times have you been

1:32

many times have you been to I think this

1:34

was my I think this was my seventh

1:36

time this year. the the lore and

1:38

the legend of this creature. is is

1:40

everywhere. In recent trips,

1:42

I'd hear stories from Sherpa's

1:45

of an interaction with the

1:47

Yeti. This creature attacked her she

1:49

was knocked out when she woke

1:51

up up, the axe heads were twisted

1:53

off off. This

2:01

camera angle picks up my balding

2:04

head perfectly. Good thing is not

2:06

on my side. Not yet. We

2:08

actually got one behind the glass.

2:10

That'll definitely. There's no hiding in

2:12

the skiff. Welcome to the skiff.

2:14

Nelson Dallas. Thank you, man. Thanks

2:16

for having me. Yeah. We got

2:18

a lot to talk about today.

2:20

Yeah, so much. Where do we

2:22

start? Let me start by introducing

2:24

you to the audience in case

2:26

you're not familiar. Nelson's been featured

2:28

on many of the investigations. He's

2:31

an official field agent here at

2:33

Area 52, reporting for duty. You

2:35

know, he's been involved with the

2:37

initial investigation, which was the remote

2:39

viewing project we did. We then

2:41

did the OBE thing together. I'm

2:43

going to go into my session

2:45

and I'm going to have an

2:47

OBE float over to her room,

2:49

see the number, and then afterwards

2:51

validate it with her that we

2:53

have the same number. So technically

2:55

this would be my fifth out-of-body

2:58

experience, including the two that I

3:00

had last year. And we go

3:02

to the debriefing room and I

3:04

see the girl come down the

3:06

stairs and she's holding the paper.

3:08

But I can see with my

3:10

eyes closed. But something I could

3:12

see through my eyes. And now

3:14

we're investigating some other things. But

3:16

before we get into all of

3:18

that, also Nelson has a YouTube

3:20

channel where he shares a lot

3:23

of his memory techniques, because if

3:25

you don't know, Nelson is now

3:27

the reigning six-time US memory champion.

3:29

It feels good to hear that.

3:31

Yeah. It's such a cool thing

3:33

for you to still be able

3:35

to conquer. I mean, let's get

3:37

into that real quick before we

3:39

get into anything else, because I

3:41

think, for me anyways, I'm very

3:43

fascinated with... your infatuation with memory.

3:45

It leaked over to my space

3:47

a little bit because I as

3:50

well learned a lot of memory

3:52

techniques from you. But it is

3:54

endlessly fascinating. Can you? talk

3:56

us through perhaps

3:58

this latest endeavor where

4:00

you you got

4:02

back into the

4:04

championship yeah and took on the and that took

4:06

on the title. my last because I the last

4:08

last time I won was my

4:10

fifth That was my fifth title

4:12

chasing that I had been chasing that fifth one for

4:14

a few years. I had lost a couple of

4:17

times and it was frustrating because I wanted to. I wanted

4:19

this. this or get this this title. wasn't

4:21

a a title. It was just a just

4:23

of the most wins wins which was five the

4:25

previous Oh, there's a guy with four guy

4:27

I was tired with them. So like,

4:30

I tied with him You know, and once I had

4:32

started going for that. I had I

4:34

felt like I had to go out on

4:36

a I had to go out on a win. So, because I know,

4:38

I I to have a lasting legacy. I didn't

4:40

want to just lose and lose I lose. And then

4:42

be like, to just going to pull back. and

4:44

lose I won that one and I was very

4:46

happy with it, very back. So I said, that I'm

4:48

good. I was very But then with was

4:50

still involved satisfying and I said, and

4:52

helping. I'm good. With the production and every

4:55

year I'd kind of be like, oh, I'd

4:57

love to. of be like, if I

4:59

could be up there and still compete. be

5:01

I was like, no, no, no, you know, compete.

5:03

my story is good. It's got a nice

5:05

little bow on it. know, I did

5:07

my, some reason this year. is good. It's

5:10

I just felt like it was time. There was

5:12

a lot that lined up for felt right to

5:14

get back in. And I felt like I

5:16

was going. like it was time.

5:18

There too cocky about it, but lined about

5:20

that. was like, I felt, I saw

5:22

myself. as the the champion, like

5:24

a vision I had had it in me and

5:26

I was like I and I was like, and

5:28

should go and get it. This

5:31

is, it's super interesting because where

5:34

your journey is taking you. life

5:36

you know, throughout your life. that is you

5:38

are now in a place that

5:40

is totally different than you were when a

5:42

different person than you were when

5:44

you first started doing this memory

5:46

thing. thing my yeah. yeah You know,

5:48

you've gone through so much internally as

5:51

a person and physically, even like the

5:53

endurance stuff. And the hair loss, and the

5:55

hair loss specifically, I was gonna

5:57

bring that up. to bring that up. mean

5:59

mean... Recently you said there was

6:02

like you envisioned this. So do you

6:04

think that the Monroe experience and the

6:06

remote viewing saga and all of this

6:08

plays into that vision and plays into

6:11

you know you winning this? Like do

6:13

you think that was a big part

6:15

of it? Yeah, I mean on one

6:18

hand, you're right. I mean this has

6:20

been a journey of mine for like

6:22

15 years and I look back on

6:24

the 2011. That was my first championship

6:27

win and. Yeah, it was so much

6:29

younger, 13 years younger, different person. The

6:31

stuff that I went through this year,

6:33

the Monroe Institute, some of my belief

6:36

systems were totally different. You know, I

6:38

had the motivation to train and be

6:40

a champion back then, but in a

6:42

different way. You know, I recognized hard

6:45

work and said, okay, this is what

6:47

I gotta do if I trained for

6:49

this and push, blah, blah, blah, I'm

6:51

gonna get to this point. You know.

6:54

This year was so different. and partly

6:56

because of the Monroe Institute experience, because

6:58

it was, yes I still had to

7:00

train, of course, but there was like

7:03

a deeper self-belief where I was almost

7:05

just relying on what was to unfold.

7:07

And of course I recognize, you know,

7:09

things can happen. Other people are training

7:12

too. I don't know what's going to

7:14

happen. I could lose, but at the

7:16

same time I knew what I was

7:19

doing in terms of... putting myself in

7:21

the mix for this competition that that's

7:23

what I had to do this year.

7:25

And I felt like I saw myself

7:28

at the end or in a position

7:30

to be at the end, you know.

7:32

And I also used some of the

7:34

relaxation meditation techniques that I learned to

7:37

retreat. in between the events at the

7:39

championship. Interesting, like focus 10 and that

7:41

type of thing? Yeah. Did you put

7:43

on headphones and like would go into

7:46

it? Yeah, wow. Yeah, I was, especially

7:48

right before the final event, which is

7:50

the double deck of cards at the

7:52

last three of us. Yeah. We got

7:55

a member. memorize two decks of

7:57

cards in five

7:59

minutes, and it's on

8:01

it's on super stressful. super

8:04

stressful, because make one mistake, we go

8:06

one by one. by one, for signing the

8:08

cards, cards, the same two decks. two if you

8:10

make a mistake, you're done. a mistake, you're

8:12

done. Very very stressful, how no matter how

8:14

many times I've practiced it, I and I have practiced

8:16

it a lot. I can do it in my sleep.

8:18

in my sleep, But on on it's a different

8:20

story. story. Everybody who's gone to that point

8:22

can say the same thing. the same but

8:25

I went outside outside. and put

8:27

on like a a to 10

8:29

minute focus 10 wow and man it was

8:31

calming it it like helped me

8:33

It also like what me manifest.

8:36

go down what was about to go

8:38

down. way that I saw it which And

8:40

it happened the way that I saw

8:42

it, which was kind of validating, you

8:44

know? I remember the text that you

8:46

were sending me. I remember also feeling

8:48

that I I remember also feeling that.

8:50

I remember texting you being like,

8:52

yeah, you got this, like like win. gonna

8:54

win and and You had had some interesting

8:56

synchronicities happen. happen

8:59

with the dimes. Yeah, yeah. I mean that's

9:01

I mean, that's been happening since. was

9:03

going to be a thing. Not was going

9:05

to be a thing. Not right at Monroe, but

9:07

Do you Do you want to explain what that

9:09

is? Sure. Sure. So I've had this thing in my

9:11

life where had this thing in my life

9:13

where I've always found at first I didn't think this

9:15

and the thing, first I didn't think this was a

9:18

thing, but I've actually asked around and people say,

9:20

say, it's a loved one one. You You know, often

9:22

little thing. thing. Yeah, it's like the from

9:24

Heaven kind of heaven see dimes

9:26

as well. see dimes as

9:28

well. And I hadn't heard that. that. Most

9:30

people I talked to, that doesn't happen to

9:32

them, but a select few have told me

9:34

they've had similar experiences with told me they've

9:37

But what's funny is in my life, that's

9:39

always kind of with I've what's funny is in

9:41

my life, to myself, oh, if when I find

9:43

a dime and I put it in my little

9:45

piggy jar or whatever I have of dimes to

9:47

myself, oh, when I I get a

9:49

gig dime, or like some financial thing my way,

9:51

but. but I never never gave too much credence

9:53

to it. You always thought it was

9:55

money it was money Yeah, Yeah, yeah, yeah. And you know, all the you

9:58

know, all the times I didn't find and I still You

10:00

know like I don't sure it was just a fun

10:02

thing to think I didn't really believe it that much

10:04

But then this year, ramping up to

10:06

the Monroe. You we

10:08

about this before, but I was supposed to go

10:10

with you. That didn't happen,

10:12

I went on my own. and

10:14

And since then, I've found a

10:17

dime maybe every week and a half.

10:19

You've logged this. Yeah, Yeah, I said I kept

10:21

a I have a little jar now and

10:23

I logged them. I also log all the Other

10:26

coins I find which is not that

10:28

many comparatively, I think by now I've

10:30

found 20 dimes. Um Wow,

10:34

and you know, I ask everybody

10:36

around me like, how many times have you

10:38

found? And they're like, what no Yeah,

10:40

I don't think I've found a dime. I can't

10:42

remember. And it's so funny,

10:44

we were in New York City. with

10:46

my family, they came up to

10:48

see me and my brother, skeptic

10:50

ever. When I tell him these stories,

10:52

he rolls his eyes, like his eyes go all the

10:54

way over there, you know? And

10:57

And he's like, man, if I looked for a dime in

10:59

New York City, I'd find one. I was like,

11:01

okay we're there for two days. You look. Look

11:04

hard everywhere. See if you

11:06

find one. Like you gotta find one on the street, right? He

11:09

couldn't find one. Of course I found one the next

11:11

day, right before we were about to have breakfast with them

11:13

I was like, look, I found one on the way.

11:15

Wow, And it was right at the moment where I was

11:17

like, oh, I wish I could find one. right

11:19

now because we're about to see Spencer, my brother. I

11:21

could show it to him. Not that it would change

11:23

his mind. there it was. I was

11:25

like, yeah I mean, so all these

11:27

synchronicities have been happening even before the

11:29

trip compete at

11:31

this championship, I found a dime at the

11:33

airport. You sent me a text of that.

11:35

Yeah, in the airport. Right before you're like,

11:38

I'm win. like I me look at the

11:40

text specifically because you said something akin to,

11:42

I felt your confidence Yeah. Yeah the text.

11:44

I don't even send you all the pictures

11:46

of them because I feel like it's annoying,

11:48

You you know? yeah, I do take a

11:50

picture of everyone. Yeah, that's the one from

11:53

Christmas that you sent me. That was just

11:55

the other day. the the other day. But

11:57

yeah, like most of the pictures I have

11:59

from you just are just pictures of you

12:01

holding a dime. a yeah. Yeah, yeah. And I

12:03

remember texting you back, like. feel

12:05

You pull that one out of your pocket, stop it. of your

12:07

pocket, you You know,

12:09

people know, it's like, oh yeah, I mean, I

12:11

find a oh here, I it's just a dime.

12:13

coin But sometimes the context in which it's

12:15

found and the thoughts that are happening in

12:17

my head it's I find it and the situation.

12:20

in are just so perplexing to me,

12:22

that it's more than just, are just so Yeah,

12:25

that's the one. me that so. than just,

12:27

yeah, you said. one. You You sent

12:29

me a picture of a dime. is, I

12:31

a dime, this an airport carpet, it's an weird texture.

12:34

and you go, I was waiting to find one today. you

12:36

go, I knew I would find before

12:38

my competition would, right I said,

12:40

my I was sending vibes

12:42

already. I said, dude, I was then

12:44

the next. already. Uh, then the got from

12:47

you. I got from you is

12:49

go, how did it go? go? You linked

12:51

me to the stream. stream, And then you

12:53

sent me a picture, which I'll put up now.

12:55

up now, is you with the trophy.

12:57

Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, I mean I mean,

12:59

that's pretty cool. That's crazy. That's you,

13:02

have you found a

13:04

correlation between,

13:07

and I And I have my own

13:09

personal answer for this, but I want

13:11

to hear yours. but I want to hear yours,

13:13

between the of

13:15

meditating. and

13:18

the amount of synchronous

13:20

experiences or... or

13:22

Just just that happen around you. Do

13:24

you find a correlation like the

13:26

more you meditate, the more like the more

13:28

happen, like these dimes? Yeah, it may

13:31

not necessarily be, for me, the

13:33

meditation. not It's more

13:35

the belief. meditation it's more the

13:37

because Right after the the I

13:39

was meditating a lot. a lot. I

13:41

was working off that high. high now I've I found

13:43

myself slipping out of it a bit. it a

13:45

bit I don't have the time or I'm

13:47

tired. or I'm tired For for kids. It's hard

13:50

to manage a 45 minute quiet session. You're like, see later

13:52

wife, I'm you later, wife. I'm going

13:54

to go to some time to myself. face

13:56

time quiet us is between us is when

13:58

only one of your kids. is yelling.

14:00

feel so embarrassed so time I call you.

14:02

No, it's fine. Like for you, it's

14:04

like, No, it's only one yelling right

14:06

now. Yeah, this is pretty good. like, oh, no,

14:08

it's only one it's, right now. Yeah, You

14:10

know, I dropped off you know, I little

14:13

bit. off that a little bit.

14:15

But But I'd when I'm really

14:17

I'm really focused on. synchronicities

14:21

and welcoming them into into

14:23

my life. And... understanding

14:26

this belief of something bigger

14:28

than me. me. That's when

14:30

they're everywhere. everywhere. Yeah. And yeah, when

14:32

I was when I was at and as I

14:34

as that tapered off, they were, I

14:36

think, I've I've mapped some of them out,

14:38

these all these synchronicities, I have a

14:40

whole document whole document now and there's a huge

14:42

peak there peak there that time a peak at that

14:45

the weeks after. the weeks after there was

14:47

a time, maybe a few weeks ago

14:49

where I was so distracted with other

14:51

things and it was like other things I

14:53

didn't find dimes. There was like a

14:55

little stretch there. was like a little stretch there.

14:57

Yeah, and then the one that you

14:59

just showed me at the Christmas

15:01

at the Christmas recently most recently, was of getting

15:03

back into it back into it was. And

15:05

there were all these other synchronicities that suddenly

15:07

popped up because I was. that

15:10

suddenly for up you're, I

15:12

was looking for them. shifted.

15:14

yeah, your attention shifted to this

15:16

phenomenon this reality that

15:18

these things can happen. these things can happen.

15:20

if when you, yeah, almost as if you believe

15:22

or you believe or you know

15:24

that this reality is possible. you really And

15:26

you really believe that fundamentally. Yeah. That's

15:29

when things start to unlock to

15:31

know. And, you know, time you left here,

15:33

we did a podcast. had a, we did a And

15:35

I think this was the last

15:37

time we was, the something together time we thing.

15:40

together was a when you got here. thing.

15:42

When you got You told me me

15:44

that you had a had a meditation.

15:46

and you had and you had asked.

15:48

this entity was this entity was

15:50

that was giving you information

15:52

during this deep meditation meditation. You

15:54

called it like the architect or

15:56

something something. but you had

15:58

asked it. asked it. Like how do

16:00

I deal with sort of reintegrating after Monroe?

16:03

And it said you told me Chris has

16:05

the answer. That's right. Yeah. And when you

16:07

sprung this upon me, I felt like, whoa,

16:09

that's a lot of pressure. Like I don't

16:12

know how to answer that. I wish I

16:14

had an answer for you. You know, I

16:16

wish I could be like, oh yeah, I

16:18

knew you were going to ask this because

16:21

my guides also told me. You know, I

16:23

didn't know what to say. And I remember.

16:25

I remember before you left, I said, oh,

16:27

did you ever read The Alchemist? And you

16:30

had said, you had said something like, oh,

16:32

during high school, it was like near misses,

16:34

like you never read it, you always intended

16:36

on reading it, and it was always sort

16:39

of there. And I had it, and I

16:41

said, do you want the book? And at

16:43

first you said, no, because it's your book,

16:45

I'll just buy it myself. And then before

16:48

you left, you said, you said, you know

16:50

what, you know what, I will take that

16:52

I will take that I will take that

16:54

I will take that book, you said, you

16:57

said, you said, you said, you, you, you,

16:59

you, you, you, you, you, you, you, you,

17:01

you, you, you, you, you, What happened after

17:03

you read that book? This episode is brought

17:06

to you by Allstate. Some people just know

17:08

they could save hundreds on car insurance by

17:10

checking Allstate first. Like you know to check

17:12

the date of the Big Game first before

17:15

you accidentally buy tickets on your 20th wedding

17:17

anniversary. and have to spend the next 20

17:19

years of your marriage making up for it.

17:21

Yeah, checking first is smart. So check all

17:24

state first for a quote that could save

17:26

you hundreds. You're in good hands with all

17:28

state. Savings ferry, terms apply, all state fire

17:30

and casualty insurance company and affiliates Northbrook Illinois.

17:33

Hey, it's Austin James. If you're like me,

17:35

trying to live your best life while living

17:37

with diabetes, you can relate to worrying if

17:39

you're doing a good job managing your diabetes.

17:42

I used the Freestyle Libray 3 Plus sensor

17:44

to get real-time glucose readings and see the

17:46

impact of every meal and activity to make

17:48

better decisions, to make better meal and activity,

17:51

to make better decisions. The Freestyle Libray Plus

17:53

sensor to get real-time glucose readings and see

17:55

the impact of every meal and a musician.

17:57

Now this is progress. Yeah,

18:00

I mean I mean had the answers

18:02

that I needed. With

18:04

specific answers. clear, because I said this on

18:06

the last, be clear, because I said this

18:08

on the last, briefly, we talked about this

18:10

briefly, was not out in I don't I even that

18:12

book was not out in high school. So I even I

18:14

think I what the book was. I think I was thinking

18:16

of. like that. I don't something like that.

18:18

I don't know some book that you're

18:20

supposed to read school So because that book came

18:22

out. I think I book came out, I think I

18:25

school, late high college early college. but

18:27

I I heard about it. heard about it heard

18:29

about it. Never any interest in

18:31

reading it. reading it. I don't read those

18:33

kinds of books. of books. Yeah So yeah, it was

18:35

was fascinating. I don't necessarily want to

18:37

share the questions and the answers, share

18:39

the personal, but. and the answer

18:42

was in there. personal But the answer

18:44

I wanted to say one thing because I'm

18:46

sure there's people listening it one thing Yeah. If

18:48

you look for stuff, you're going to

18:50

find something, you know, if how it works. for

18:53

stuff, you're exactly, that's how

18:55

it works, Yeah, you know, And I

18:57

choose to give them meaning. works.

18:59

Yeah Not Not incredible meaning. It's not

19:01

like, It's know, like you know, I

19:03

write down are as I'm writing

19:05

something or texting something, I hear

19:07

that same word. Sure, you know. that

19:09

same And sometimes you know and sometimes

19:11

the word. light like it's the

19:14

was telling my I about a show

19:16

that I saw a preview for,

19:18

saw a preview for landman with John how she

19:20

started watching and she said land watching

19:22

him as a sign that said, I

19:24

passed a sign like, said like huge like know? Yeah,

19:27

Stuff like that, you know, you know, but It Does

19:29

it mean anything? It is

19:31

synchronized. Yeah, Yeah, it's is a synchronicity

19:33

my in my definition, yeah. Yeah,

19:35

Yeah, my view view on these a

19:37

lot. a lot Is that it's kind

19:40

that it's kind of like a to to say like

19:42

you're on the right path. path sure? And that and

19:44

that you're focused on the right things,

19:46

things right? And And even if it's just

19:48

made up in my head. head. Yeah I I

19:50

think it well me well. me it what I'm trying to

19:53

me better with what I'm trying to

19:55

do in life. in that, the Like I that, right?

19:57

totally think I'm totally fine to believe in

19:59

something like that, because it... elevates everything I'm

20:01

doing. I think so. I think

20:03

I think I think I think

20:05

you have nothing to gain by

20:07

being skeptical and everything to gain

20:09

by believing it. And because you

20:12

know what I'm not saying oh

20:14

by doing this you have to

20:16

follow this dogma and you have

20:18

to you know do this ritual

20:20

every day like there's nothing involved

20:22

in that process other than just

20:24

noticing magical shit. You know so

20:26

I love that and for everybody

20:28

else being like oh there's no

20:31

meaning and it's just a coincidence

20:33

and it's all this it's like

20:35

cool so you know what does

20:37

that help you right you know

20:39

because if it does it does

20:41

then great if rationalizing these things

20:43

brings you some type of inner

20:45

contentment enjoy yeah awesome it doesn't

20:48

for me I do enjoy rationalizing

20:50

them but only because I want

20:52

to I want to see magic,

20:54

right? So I have to break

20:56

it down to see if it's

20:58

possible. And just sometimes you have

21:00

to let go. Sometimes you got

21:02

to let go and just kind

21:05

of see where it takes you,

21:07

be open to it. And like

21:09

in that book, the alchemists, which

21:11

is a great book, when you,

21:13

it's almost as if when you're

21:15

aware of it, it opens itself

21:17

to you. Correct. Yeah. More and

21:19

more. It kind of rewards you

21:22

for seeing it. Here's a gift.

21:24

You know, and for anyone out

21:26

there saying, you know, is this

21:28

real? Is this not real? Look

21:30

at anyone you've ever looked up

21:32

to or any person that has

21:34

gained some modicum of success in

21:36

their life and ask them about

21:38

this stuff. And there's a great

21:41

chance. I'm not probably not 100

21:43

percent, but there's a great chance

21:45

that a lot of people. will

21:47

say no there were signs and

21:49

I listen to those signs or

21:51

my heart guided. Correct. And so

21:53

you know perhaps there is a

21:55

correlation sign. scientifically to

21:58

all of this

22:00

or statistically. this or You

22:02

know, that's very hard to prove, but

22:04

I think that's the beautiful part of it,

22:06

is that maybe it isn't meant to

22:08

be proven, maybe it is just a belief

22:10

thing. proven. Maybe it it at that, and you

22:12

don't wanna believe it, that's fine. that. And you

22:14

You know, but it doesn't hurt anyone

22:17

fine. You know, but it to believe it or to

22:19

believe it, you don't, there's no extra to believe it yeah. believe

22:21

I think it has added.

22:23

process. a lot more. I think it

22:25

has added a lot fun. and fun. to

22:28

to my Like when I I see

22:30

a stupid coincidence like that like that

22:32

or however you want to however you

22:34

it. term it, it's like, I

22:36

like I feel like along along

22:38

the ride with me makes me it

22:40

makes me just chuckle to myself, you know?

22:42

And like feel like I'm much more positive person

22:44

because of these little things that I notice.

22:47

things And I feel like I'm not

22:49

alone, you know? alone, you this

22:51

journey with myself. myself. Yeah.

22:53

That's cool, cool, man. think I think

22:55

it's great. I I mean, I've had my

22:57

own. own. I've talked about, you know, the

22:59

you the 1111 after after stop. and

23:01

then had this culmination moment this

23:03

you know, going to Washington

23:05

for this UAP thing, which

23:07

I was for this UAP And everything

23:09

I looked into with and showed

23:12

me that with represents change. change,

23:15

It represents a great change is coming. a

23:17

great change is I was like, I

23:19

was like, okay, what change? You know, you know,

23:21

what change? And And when I got

23:23

that last message from Jesse being like, we

23:25

should go to go and I sent him

23:27

the I sent him it was 11 -11. of like the

23:29

the and it was 11-11 on 11th day, was like,

23:32

of oh, love, love, love, love, was everything

23:34

was 11 11 like And I was just 11 and

23:36

in and be like, like who is what it

23:38

meant. This is the big change. it meant this

23:40

is Now in retrospect, after doing in the

23:43

amount of people I've met of

23:45

that I've met has come from

23:47

it. what has come change in

23:49

my subscriber base, base in

23:51

my in my in everything everything shifted

23:54

like seismically and for the the

23:56

positive. I think it was I

23:58

think it was because of that. I think that. had a,

24:00

that was a dramatic fork in

24:02

the road for my career at

24:04

least, potentially my whole life. And

24:07

so I'm grateful that I noticed that sign.

24:09

Had I not noticed that sign. You would

24:11

never have taken that flight. Yeah, I don't

24:13

know what would have happened. Maybe something great

24:15

would have happened on the other end. Sure.

24:17

But this did happen, so yeah. I haven't

24:19

figured out, I feel like the dime thing

24:21

for me specifically is like your 11 -11.

24:23

You just haven't found it yet? I haven't

24:26

figured out what it's for yet. mean, you

24:28

won the championship. That's true. But there's still,

24:30

There's still you feel like something. I don't,

24:32

I feel a sense that that wasn't what

24:34

it was for along

24:36

the way, but I've been playing

24:38

around. Like I've started to

24:40

think that it's maybe a way

24:42

to communicate with whatever is

24:44

placing them there. Interesting. getting them

24:46

there and for getting me

24:49

to find them. So I asked

24:51

it a question the other

24:53

day. It, the universe. They, they,

24:55

that's their pronouns, right? The,

24:58

what they asked it a question

25:00

and said, you know, give me a

25:02

dime, show me a sign, give

25:04

me a dime in 24 hours, if

25:06

this is the, if this is

25:08

a yes, you know, I didn't find

25:10

anything. Okay. So I don't know.

25:12

I'm playing around with seeing if there's

25:14

some kind of system here. Yeah.

25:16

Cause I haven't been paying attention to

25:18

like questions I've been asking myself or

25:20

things I've been thinking when I

25:22

found them. But maybe there is some

25:24

pattern, you know? Yeah. Well, the, the

25:26

stones in the alchemist. Oh yeah.

25:28

Yeah. That's right. Yeah. Huh.

25:31

You know, cause, and, and he

25:33

seldom asks them questions. Yeah. Cause

25:35

sometimes he doesn't like the answer.

25:37

Sometimes he doesn't want to know

25:39

the answer. Sometimes he's forcing it.

25:41

Yeah. So it has to be

25:43

right. Yeah. Interesting. Either way, it's,

25:45

it's a fun little self side

25:47

quest that will reveal itself in

25:49

its time. Probably maybe I'm trying

25:51

to do hard sometimes, you know,

25:53

to figure it out and it'll

25:55

just unfold. Yeah. like you weren't

25:58

looking for 11, 11. Yeah. So.

26:00

So, all right, this brings all

26:02

right, this brings me. a, We'll put a

26:04

nice We'll put a nice ribbon on the synchronicity stuff

26:06

for now. stuff and I do

26:08

want to get into to get what we

26:10

did last night. did last night.

26:13

Nelson and I became psychonauts a

26:15

little bit last night. bit

26:17

last night, and we did did

26:20

DMT, tryptamine, okay?

26:22

Before I get I get

26:24

into this, I don't promote the

26:26

use of DMT or any other drug.

26:28

drug. I do do not encourage you

26:30

to try it. it. This was for

26:32

educational and scientific purposes. It was

26:35

for research. We did it safe

26:37

environment. was and everything was

26:39

handled very respectfully

26:41

and professionally. everything was But

26:43

that being said... That

26:46

was and professionally. But

26:48

that being said, that was

26:51

Yeah, you wanna start it

26:53

off? do you want to start it off?

26:55

Sure. I'll also start by also

26:57

start by saying I don't. condone

26:59

doing, I mean, you can condone own

27:01

mean, you can make your own choices.

27:03

right, but I've never in my

27:06

life really been one who wants to

27:08

do drugs. I've dabbles with weed, if it's

27:10

with weed if it's offered, know, I'll

27:12

take a hit, blah, but I've never.

27:14

never. actively gone and found a

27:16

dealer and said, I need to have

27:18

weed in my house. my house. Like, I

27:20

mean, I fine. I love it. feels

27:22

great. it. It It's just, It's working on

27:24

other things. It doesn't come across in

27:26

my life. Anyways, come across my life. but

27:29

psychedelics has kind of been on my

27:31

radar on my radar the last year or

27:33

so. so I I got the opportunity

27:35

to to mushrooms earlier this year. That

27:37

was my first dive into that that and

27:39

had a really a really profound experience. And

27:42

it it was kind of a stepping

27:44

stone stone because I wanted to try to try. Yeah.

27:46

DMT and see what that was about. I

27:48

mean, you hit a pretty heroic dose.

27:50

week spoke. Last we spoke you're like you've never

27:52

tried shrooms before then then you're like, I don't

27:54

know It was only like only like I'm like,

27:57

dude, I would do like half a gram a grand.

27:59

Well I wanted to. something substantial I

28:01

was told that that wasn't the

28:03

hero dose dose yet. Yeah but

28:05

you're told that by like some

28:07

type of hero like that is

28:09

does an insane amount for anyone

28:11

dabbling. But and here's the other

28:13

thing is I'm not trying to

28:15

do this to get like a

28:17

high I was trying to look

28:19

what was behind the veil you

28:22

know if anything and same with

28:24

the DMT that was ultimately where

28:26

I wanted to get to and

28:28

I heard some Crazy stories, listen

28:30

to many podcasts, read many books

28:32

about it at this point. But

28:34

it also felt a bit scary.

28:36

It's like, before being interested in

28:38

psychedelics, it all sounded like like

28:40

hard drugs. Like, oh my God,

28:42

what's going to happen to me

28:44

if I open myself to that?

28:46

But I'm seeing it as a

28:48

door that I want to open

28:50

up and look inside, you know,

28:53

and see what's there. And compare

28:55

it to other experiences that I've

28:57

had the Monroe Institute, the remote

28:59

viewing. memory stuff and see what

29:01

it all means like in my

29:03

head where it lays in this

29:05

landscape of human experiences or non-human

29:07

experiences. So I had a friend

29:09

who I'd love to introduce you

29:11

at some point he'd be great

29:13

to have on the show who's

29:15

knows a lot about consciousness and

29:17

and DMT and he helps kind

29:19

of connect the dots. The shaman.

29:21

shaman. shaman. He's been awesome. And

29:24

yeah, he managed to point me

29:26

in the direction to procure some

29:28

of this substance and I wanted

29:30

to do it with you. And

29:32

here we are. Yeah, so this

29:34

was, first of all, we had

29:36

a pen. If you guys want

29:38

to see the full experience, we

29:40

pretty much documented the entire thing.

29:42

It'll be available for the interns

29:44

on membership. You can join below

29:46

or patron in. We

29:48

put out weekly vlogs

29:50

over there so

29:53

you guys can

29:55

check it out.

29:57

It's five bucks

29:59

a month. You

30:01

get access to

30:03

all this stuff.

30:05

access to all the stuff. But it's something

30:07

I can't upload on on YouTube because it it

30:09

really does go through sort of

30:11

our process even came over to came over to

30:13

deliver a laser at one point

30:15

because I was like well. We got

30:18

to try this like Danny Goller sort of

30:20

laser of laser experiment that I've

30:22

been hearing about, about, the discovery. And so

30:24

so he brought that over. He got involved and he's

30:26

always been always You know, know. a

30:28

bit of a bit of a a

30:30

as well and as well and heavily

30:32

in psilocybin quite heavily in know

30:35

does have a reverence for it like

30:37

myself. I've had a lot of bad

30:39

trips in the past which is a lot

30:41

of bad I had such a

30:43

strong reluctance such a anxiety

30:46

and anxiety before now

30:48

you You brought this pen, it was a pen so

30:50

it's in the so it's in the vape form

30:53

and of that, it is

30:55

like is like low dose you

30:57

can ease into the high. you

30:59

take a hit, you hold it in a

31:01

hit. you You hold it in

31:03

for 30 seconds, you wait, you take another one, you do this

31:05

for like half an hour. hour, and eventually

31:07

you up up, and then then

31:09

you'll. off into of

31:11

blast off into, like, this waiting room. know, we'll

31:13

get you know. and then get into. that

31:16

if you And then after that, if you

31:18

choose to, you can go through that

31:20

completely. disembodied yourself and, you know, know go

31:22

into an alternate realm. realm. We

31:24

had our first

31:26

experience. We each had pretty

31:28

profound, like, things happen

31:31

during that first one.

31:33

I didn't, in that first

31:35

one. I get to the in

31:37

retrospect, in to the waiting room in the first

31:40

one. Because when I got there the second time

31:42

I was like, time, I was

31:44

like, oh shit. Yeah, terrifying.

31:46

You know, but before You

31:48

know, but all we did all this,

31:50

we meditated for 45 minutes. Yeah,

31:53

that made a huge difference. I think so too. Yeah. I think

31:55

so too. It dampened the

31:57

anxiety and the the excitement.

32:00

even. You know, you got here,

32:02

I'd prepared this whole office to

32:04

be moody. We had some music

32:06

going, you know, guitars and drones.

32:08

Yeah, exactly. It's awesome. Yeah, Vibby.

32:10

Very Vibby. Very Vibby. Very safe.

32:13

Yeah. And so I was really

32:15

trying to make this space conducive

32:17

to a proper good trip. And

32:19

I think I did that. We

32:21

were, we had water, we had

32:24

our journals. We, after the meditation,

32:26

we wrote down our intentions. Which

32:28

I think was important. We also

32:30

wrote down a few numbers to

32:32

see if we could psychically telepathically

32:34

connect during these trips. And again,

32:37

you can check all that out.

32:39

Yeah. But then we had our

32:41

experiences. Yeah. Do you want to,

32:43

do you want to like, just

32:45

sort of share a general idea

32:47

of your trip? Yeah. And to

32:50

preface, what I'm about to say,

32:52

I did try, I think free

32:54

basing is the term. with an

32:56

urban fused DMT through pipe in

32:58

the past yeah like a month

33:00

and a half ago by myself

33:03

yeah and I'm not a smoker

33:05

so like it it was harsh

33:07

I coughed a lot so I

33:09

don't think I kept much of

33:11

it down so the experience was

33:14

mild even though it like hurt

33:16

to do it so I didn't

33:18

love it but I saw some

33:20

very interesting things I was doing

33:22

outside the stars like moved and

33:24

connect it was wild But it

33:27

was very temporary and I was

33:29

like, I thought it would go

33:31

deeper. So I was instructed to

33:33

try the Vape version. Because I'd

33:35

have more control, it'd be smoother.

33:37

And yeah, so that's what I

33:40

brought to you. In terms of

33:42

the experience this time, I think

33:44

I got a lot further. I

33:46

didn't break through, breakthrough, as they

33:48

say, into this other reality. But

33:50

I got to the waiting room,

33:53

I shot to the waiting room,

33:55

and had a really beautiful... experience

33:57

with what I felt was some

33:59

entity communicating with me. Yeah, female

34:01

entity. Yeah. And it was so

34:04

interesting because it was playful and

34:06

it was very sexual too and

34:08

colorful. Yeah, and there was a

34:10

lot of synchronicities kind of baked

34:12

into the experience with the music

34:14

where we were and what was

34:17

happening when I was realizing that

34:19

it just made this whole experience,

34:21

at least that first time. seems

34:24

so much bigger than what I ever

34:26

expected. And part of me was like,

34:28

I wanted to go to the other

34:31

side and see what's over there. But

34:33

I realize after a while in this,

34:35

you know, up and down of taking

34:37

hits and trying to stay in the

34:40

waiting room that this being entity was

34:42

luring me in kind of gently, you

34:44

know, for a reason, and that this

34:46

is what I was gonna experience this

34:49

time. Yeah. And she eventually disappeared even

34:51

though I kept hitting and I was

34:53

like, okay, I think that's her saying,

34:55

that was the intro, buddy. Right. You

34:58

know, come back for more another time.

35:00

Right. Or that's it, that's our encounter

35:02

for life. And now you know something

35:04

that you didn't before. Very profound. How

35:07

about you? Tell me about your first.

35:09

Yeah, I mean, I did not make

35:11

it to the waiting room the first

35:13

time and I realized that because of

35:15

what happened on the second time. So

35:18

we did two sessions an hour apart

35:20

because you do have to wait because

35:22

you grow some type of tolerance for

35:24

it during that hour. I am a

35:27

little hung over today. I will say

35:29

that like my senses are a little

35:31

little foggy. And I did have a

35:33

slight headache. It did feel which I

35:36

don't enjoy. But I think that was

35:38

because of the second. Yeah. I did

35:40

feel a little bit first as well.

35:42

Yeah. Okay. Yeah. There's a residual feeling

35:45

of. It's familiar because if you do

35:47

silice, if you've ever done silciben, you

35:49

know, that coming down phase, that kind

35:51

of like lingers for a while, even

35:54

though you're not, you know, spaced out

35:56

or like seeing anything crazy, you're still

35:58

kind of euphoric. and that

36:00

sense is still there. But

36:03

yeah, so I did this. I was very

36:05

apprehensive about this and I vocalized that to you

36:07

a few times. I was very nervous because

36:09

I did, I've had some terrible experiences. I felt

36:11

bad. I was like, are you sure you

36:13

want me to, I feel like, I want you

36:15

No, it was like almost like a rite

36:17

of passage for me. You know, know,

36:19

I haven't. I've been sober

36:21

from you know, for almost

36:24

a year now. and,

36:26

and know, vape for more than

36:28

a year alcohol almost a year. So

36:30

it's like been, It's been

36:32

a good cleansing journey for me, and I'm

36:34

someone who in the past went heavy

36:36

on a lot of things and experimented with

36:38

pretty much everything in my youth. and

36:41

got into some crazy places but it was never

36:43

for the right reasons it was always for With

37:49

message from... If

37:52

if I split flat, forgot to

37:54

turn that off it randomly updates

37:56

like my subscriber stuff, but Yeah.

37:59

yeah. It was, always It

38:02

was always recreational. it was always

38:04

it was always seen as like, I would

38:06

always go into it as like, whoa,

38:08

this is gonna be fun and cool be fun

38:11

and than anything profound. So this

38:13

was... For me, the

38:15

very first time for me the very

38:17

first that I've ever

38:20

done was deeper than

38:22

just some ego. just some

38:24

ego trip. More intense. Less desire

38:26

for it to be

38:28

fun. like more like oh a

38:30

mission. a or for like

38:32

a high. a exactly. and

38:34

so going into into that, the meditation

38:36

the meditation did help me.

38:39

then after then after the

38:41

first couple hits I started realizing

38:43

the euphoria and the the

38:45

familiar. body buzz that you get. similar

38:47

not not dissimilar. I'm

38:49

gonna make a lot of connections

38:51

here here to out of body. that of body

38:54

not not to the pre to phase.

38:56

phase where where you're not quite phasing

38:59

in and out of your body yet,

39:01

but you do feel a general sense

39:03

of vibratory senses senses going around you. you.

39:05

I felt myself kind of swaying like

39:07

this and up and down, like almost

39:09

on a wave, but I wasn't moving.

39:11

I was stable. wasn't moving, I And so

39:13

that's where I was like, And so that's where I

39:15

understand, okay, this, I here before. this,

39:18

I've been it made me feel more comfortable. So it made

39:20

me as I kept hitting. I As

39:22

I kept hitting, I, you You know,

39:24

I kept expecting some some like crazy

39:26

thing to happen. It was, it

39:28

was very subtle at first. subtle

39:30

at first. as I close my eyes.

39:32

my eyes, now this is the part that I

39:34

don't know if this was my if this sense

39:36

or if it was my. or if

39:38

it was my was guiding me,

39:41

but I kept I kept seeing, you

39:43

know, you know, images

39:45

from it was very, above. It was

39:47

very, very strange. It had depth. And that's something I

39:49

keep coming back to is I hit I took. back

39:51

to, is that every hit I took,

39:54

it added it added like

39:56

a 3D-D-ness. Because didn't say at one

39:58

point it was it flat? a flat? I my... If I

40:00

have my eyes, everything felt like two-dimensional.

40:02

Like it was all on the same

40:05

plane. But when I closed my eyes,

40:07

like every hit I took, it was

40:09

like expanding that depth. And I got

40:12

to a point where I saw what

40:14

I think was myself as a giant.

40:16

I was like a giant and I

40:19

had the head of a falcon. And

40:21

I was like, it was eagle or

40:23

falcon. It was like some, it was

40:26

like a golden beak and a black

40:28

head. And I. I was very tall

40:30

and I was in Egypt and I

40:33

was like Egyptian garb and the pyramids

40:35

were very small compared to me, but

40:37

I don't know if that's because I

40:40

was in the air, but I felt

40:42

I was still tall even though I

40:44

might have been in the air. Were

40:47

your ropes to the floor though? I

40:49

didn't have ropes. No, I had like,

40:51

well I had like between my, like

40:54

a loins? Yeah, exactly, exactly. And I

40:56

was like, yeah, big black body, it

40:58

was weird. And then, as I look

41:00

to my side, everything got dark, and

41:03

I was holding this big golden buckle

41:05

with like an Egyptian symbol on it.

41:07

It's like an oval sort of buckle

41:10

with like intricate. And I look over

41:12

here, and as far as the eye

41:14

can see, there are people like me,

41:17

but different heads, different whatever, and over

41:19

here, and they all had their own

41:21

buckle, and we were connecting them somehow

41:24

to create some type of manufacturing, some

41:26

type of mechanism. And as I hit

41:28

it, it kept like getting more intense.

41:31

And then at one point, I just

41:33

see this big eye in front of

41:35

me, like this floating eye, like it's

41:38

everywhere I look, it's green, and it

41:40

reminded me of like the eye of

41:42

Soron, the green, right? And it was

41:45

right there in front of me. And

41:47

I felt, and I remember I was,

41:49

again, check out the patron, but I

41:52

was giggling a lot. I kept giggling

41:54

because there was something. There was a

41:56

realization that all of this is so

41:59

silly. And I thought that was the

42:01

funniest joke. the funniest joke that like

42:03

I can't I can't believe this is

42:05

is so beneath me. me but this

42:07

me. yeah yeah But this being

42:09

inhabiting I was inhabiting went

42:11

on this trip yeah like this this

42:13

whatever. being that I am in this that

42:15

I am. okay yeah in this

42:18

vision. Oh, I see, was Yeah. it

42:20

that this experience was beneath it. And that's

42:22

why I was giggling. is all Like this is

42:24

all just so petty. like Like what are you

42:26

doing? doing of course this exists. Like,

42:29

and I'm like, ooh, oh, chasing, it's

42:31

like, yeah, because this this exists. we We

42:33

know that. so there And so there

42:35

was this real feeling of something ancient. within

42:38

me I I was inhabiting or

42:40

something. There was an ancient,

42:42

ancient feeling an knowledge and power. like,

42:44

of And all of this was just so

42:46

little to me. And I was giggling. So

42:48

I was laughing. I like, this to me. And I was giggling,

42:50

if I was the very end. where

42:53

this big eye appeared end,

42:55

I felt my body. I felt

42:57

my body. in in front of it it,

42:59

felt like I was being like I Like I

43:01

could not stop it. was like,

43:04

whoa. not my head I was hunched

43:06

over in half, in my head I was

43:08

hunched over in this. to

43:10

like this omnipotence, like I think

43:12

you I was like

43:14

just folded in hands. know was like

43:17

I felt humbled you know,

43:19

and I felt humbled that

43:21

although I felt all this power. power

43:24

and all of this control. and

43:26

this like looking down on this experience and

43:28

looking down on down these things that I'm

43:30

trying to accomplish in my life. to was

43:32

just. in Like, I was just like, this

43:35

is all so small. I was what are you... like You

43:37

know that this exists. what What are you

43:39

even looking for? what are you even

43:41

then when this eye came up, was like,

43:43

up I was like had to bow to that. to

43:45

that could not stop it,

43:47

and it humbled me. me Incredibly,

43:49

like, like even knowing all this exists,

43:51

there's still still that yeah and that's And

43:54

that's when I decided to stop

43:56

Yeah, and pull out. So it it was

43:58

a really profound on the site. Yeah, it was

44:00

a profound lesson cool because I felt

44:02

like it was like a VR

44:04

almost like I was like in

44:06

an avatar and like got to

44:09

experience some type of incredible sense

44:11

of power and importance and like

44:13

nobility and like ancientness like I

44:15

felt that yeah and it made

44:17

me laugh at my human life

44:19

quite a bit But I didn't

44:21

I didn't break through it was

44:23

just all again, is this imagination?

44:25

I don't know and you didn't

44:28

see any fractals or it was

44:30

I did Throughout like a little

44:32

bit they were faint, but they

44:34

weren't as as as As real

44:36

as the second time. They were

44:38

in the background. They were kind

44:40

of like almost the fabric of

44:42

what I was looking at was

44:44

made of those fractals. Yeah, it's

44:47

still a powerful message. Yeah, it's

44:49

so interesting like even the thing

44:51

I went through I feel like

44:53

You're gonna kind of see what

44:55

is relevant to you. These themes

44:57

that keep coming up in your

44:59

life probably like the ancient thing.

45:01

Yeah, you've talked about that a

45:04

lot. And that's been important to

45:06

you across all these experiences. Whereas

45:08

for me, you know, like I

45:10

get it and it makes sense.

45:12

I agree, but I've had other

45:14

things that are themes, you know,

45:16

and those that like grow and

45:18

yeah. vibrate and come to fruition

45:20

in my experiences as you know

45:23

it's so interesting how it like

45:25

just it amplifies what you're going

45:27

through or your deep kind of

45:29

concerns or feelings about things that

45:31

you may not even be aware

45:33

of are you know yeah and

45:35

then so we took a break

45:37

sure we do that no we

45:39

took a break before okay not

45:42

to get a break now a

45:44

bathroom break I don't know Take

45:46

a break later. The skiff, you're

45:48

not allowed out, right? No. Until

45:50

it's done. Yeah, the doors are

45:52

locked. Shit. Okay, who's watching? They're

45:54

all watching. Can I get my

45:56

phone call? The phones don't work

45:58

in here. Oh. um We

46:02

did the we took a break. and

46:04

I called my brother over because I was like,

46:06

Let's try the laser thing now that we feel

46:08

comfortable. We want and you're not familiar, I'll leave

46:10

the link below. There's a trailer called for a

46:12

documentary coming out called The Discovery by a guy

46:14

named Danny Gowler and and

46:16

it is. about

46:19

Looking into this type of

46:21

laser while on DMT, you

46:23

then realize that there's code.

46:25

You can see numbers or

46:27

what look like symbols. and those

46:29

symbols have spatial awareness and

46:32

permanence. They stay there. So

46:34

if you move the laser,

46:36

it reveals those symbols. And those

46:38

symbols are, there's depth. Now

46:42

We looked at the laser sober. Ish

46:45

and we could still perceive depth

46:47

into the laser, almost like a magic

46:49

eye. Yeah, So I understand

46:52

that, but there was nothing to

46:54

see there. Yeah, Anyways. Yeah. At

46:56

first. Um But

46:58

But yeah, he brought that over and we set it

47:00

up. Just in case, you know, we weren't even

47:02

sure if we really wanted to go. Yeah, but

47:05

we've kind of felt like maybe there's a little more we

47:07

could give to the experience. Yeah,

47:09

And then Manny got in the mix. Yeah. Yeah

47:13

genius he I I

47:15

convinced him to try it because he's been

47:17

very curious about it, but he's very scared.

47:20

Because he also knows the dark side of these

47:22

things and I told him there's nothing to fear It

47:25

was mild. It was not that bad. And

47:28

so he went in, hit a hall, looked at me and

47:30

said, this is fine. Hit another one, another one, another one,

47:32

another one. 20

47:34

in I of a sudden

47:36

like, I'm just like chilling. I look

47:38

back at him and he's just smiling at

47:40

me. He's done. Yeah, he goes, whoa

47:42

did it hit you like a truck? I

47:44

go, no. And he goes, it hit

47:46

me like a truck. And I'm like, what

47:48

do you mean? He's like. I I

47:51

You go he's like I got to

47:53

a place where I was hanging on to

47:55

a dragon And it was

47:57

flying through, it was made of space, of stars,

47:59

and it was... flying I was hanging

48:01

on on had his eyes closed

48:03

in his mind in this

48:05

dragon was this dragon was through. through

48:08

you know, and I was like. like what yeah

48:10

and he And he didn't

48:12

want to say how terrifying terrifying it was.

48:15

he he didn't want to scare

48:17

me. I think so, yeah, he

48:19

knows knows you so we went into it,

48:21

into it yeah and I took like I took

48:23

like this time time. Big ones. and and

48:25

really like monster ones. yeah and then

48:27

all of a sudden. a sudden I

48:30

felt a familiar terrifying

48:32

terrifying feeling. phasing through my

48:34

phasing through my body. is when I this

48:36

is... why I realized after,

48:39

this after, but. exactly,

48:41

it is. exactly, like having

48:44

an almost exactly. It

48:47

is a like having an out -of -body

48:49

experience. and I think It

48:51

is a near -death experience. And I think

48:53

that's what happens without a body. it's think

48:55

same the same thing. I think we're all

48:57

talking about the same thing. same thing. You

48:59

feel feel yourself you feel out

49:01

of You feel out of sync with your

49:03

physical, like you're... around around

49:06

inside your physical. that you could

49:08

and that you could just I out. more hit

49:10

would have I think one more hit would have

49:12

gotten me out of my body. it was so it

49:14

was so familiar. Yeah. Terrifying, as terrifying

49:17

as every out of As terrifying as every

49:19

other body experience that I've had, where

49:21

I am completely out of my element,

49:23

I feel like maybe I'm dying. dying, there's

49:25

like a... It's just like anything you you can

49:28

imagine will happen in this state state.

49:30

Anything you manifest will instantly happen, good

49:32

or bad. Good or bad. fly, you can

49:34

fly. fly? You wanna see shadow people with

49:36

devil faces? Guess what? what? That's what

49:38

you're getting now because you thought about

49:40

it. because it's like this instant manifestation

49:42

realm. instant that can happen out of

49:44

body and that can happen during this

49:47

trip. that can I saw this I was

49:49

in a tunnel I was in with filled with

49:51

like concentric eyeballs and it was. it

49:53

was... All the the visuals that people

49:55

describe or like you in in these

49:57

DMT trip things, like these

49:59

mad... guy type they're like like, it doesn't

50:01

really give it any accuracy. Yes,

50:03

it does. That's exactly what it

50:06

is. Don't think what it there's

50:08

depth to it and dimension. okay But

50:10

it's that, it's this. it and Yeah, they

50:12

do a good job but they make visuals this

50:14

now like, they do good kind of what it was.

50:16

Yeah, so I got out of that feeling.

50:18

that's that's You know. of what it

50:20

was yeah so I got out of

50:22

up by the experience. up

50:25

by the It made me want

50:27

to. to do maybe want

50:29

want to meditate thoroughly. and

50:31

achieve that achieve that

50:33

same experience did. Yeah. I

50:36

did. thing I'll say is that, you know,

50:38

when I The last thing I'll say is out of

50:40

body you know, when I mentioned

50:42

my out -of -body experience, one of

50:44

the biggest recurring comments. doing Monroe was,

50:46

bro, if you think Bro, if you think

50:48

that's crazy, try DMT. answer

50:51

And my answer to that is, if

50:53

you think DMT is crazy, try doing

50:55

it sober. it sober. it is... it is.

50:57

massively more rewarding. and

50:59

it's essentially the same thing. thing but

51:01

safer yeah I mean less work involved

51:04

less yeah I mean. but work involved?

51:06

makes it's a rewarding but that's what

51:08

makes it so rewarding, right? Less

51:10

work, but less control. That like

51:12

As well, like you're you're kind

51:14

of like, of like forcing it. it

51:16

and it's kind of random

51:18

and scary. scary yeah words it out

51:20

of body? a intent? there's and

51:23

there's meaning. there's meaning but

51:25

physically And like that phasing

51:27

phasing. same. It is the

51:29

same. the same is, I believe, the

51:31

same experience that you're having. So I was

51:33

was happy to find that out. out that like

51:36

it It validated my OBE. that,

51:38

oh, that know, oh, that was real what

51:40

you had. But it was it

51:42

was self -induced in broad daylight. while

51:44

you were awake, You know, which know, which is

51:47

so much cooler to me. Yeah. Yeah. yeah. And

51:49

you can do it whenever. you

51:51

you want essentially. And I'm sure as

51:53

you practice more meditation

51:55

you you could even better at that.

51:57

Yeah. at that. Yeah. Yeah, Yeah, definitely

51:59

felt. similar feeling to some of

52:01

the experiences. I've had

52:03

meditating at the Monroe Institute. Um

52:06

There were some things that happened in the DMT

52:08

space that I have yet to

52:11

see in any of my other experiences, I'll

52:13

be honest there, but. but It

52:15

didn't seem so crazy that

52:17

I I think I could,

52:19

know? I think I could create

52:21

it myself without that. Um

52:24

Maybe not that intensely so quickly, but like

52:27

what am I after here, you know? I

52:30

I want to see what's on the

52:32

other side. And if I can do

52:34

that sober through my own means, which

52:36

I love, obviously as a memory champion,

52:39

I love that I can. train my memory

52:41

to do these things. I love the idea

52:43

that I can train my

52:45

mind to get to a place like

52:47

that, through dedication and practice, that

52:49

to me is super rewarding. Same.

52:51

It adds to the whole experience. Yeah,

52:55

we're both, I think, cut from the same

52:57

competitive cloth. Yeah. We

52:59

both have a natural. urge

53:01

to compete. and to

53:03

want to better ourselves. to

53:05

some extent and better and just not

53:07

only better ourselves, but like see

53:10

things as benchmarks and try to beat

53:12

that. That's just a natural thing, I

53:14

think that we both... kind of

53:16

have? And you know,

53:18

when you apply that to your personal

53:20

health, your mental health, your physical

53:22

health. I mean, you

53:24

can be rewarded, you know, by

53:27

things that are much more meaningful

53:29

than. You know a paycheck or

53:31

anything else like you get you get deep

53:33

deep meaning and reward for that so Also

53:36

do want to say that I'm not poo -pooing

53:38

anybody who chooses to do these drugs, I

53:40

mean, I

53:42

think it's beautiful and

53:44

magical these compounds

53:47

exist in the world and

53:49

that if we adjust them. something

53:53

happens within us. I

53:55

think that's so interesting

53:58

and something that needs need to be - looked

54:00

at and studied and explored more.

54:02

I think it's up to the

54:04

person, know what you're

54:06

after and knowing what's

54:08

available. Sure. Yeah,

54:11

I think it's great. I think it's great

54:13

that it exists and you said something to

54:15

me that you'd quoted. Right

54:17

before you said don't look at this as

54:19

a drug, look at it as a

54:21

technology. Yeah, I heard that from Andrew Gallimore,

54:23

who's very well versed in the psychedelic

54:25

space with some amazing books. I highly recommend

54:27

checking out podcasts or books by him. But

54:30

yeah, he said that yeah, I

54:33

feel like, and then there's still, he

54:35

does a lot of research with DMT

54:37

and that technology and how to access

54:39

it and explore it deeper and for

54:41

longer periods of time. It's

54:43

cool what he's doing. I'm glad that I

54:45

did it. I'm glad that we did it together. It

54:48

was nice to be around someone who I

54:50

trusted and, you know. who I'm experiencing

54:52

this journey with. So that was nice. That

54:56

being said, for me, like could do it

54:58

again maybe in the future. I could see

55:00

myself maybe trying it again. but

55:02

I don't, now that I've seen

55:04

it. I'm disenchanted

55:06

by it. personally, only

55:09

because of the previous experiences that I've had

55:11

without it. And maybe that's

55:13

because I didn't hit like a breakthrough. Yeah. Yeah. But

55:17

Yeah, I still feel like. leaving

55:19

my body was more than this.

55:21

Yeah. A little bit more. And I feel like

55:23

I could have gotten there with another, you

55:25

know, But yeah,

55:27

very fun. I'm glad we

55:29

did it. It was profound.

55:33

For me, not necessarily

55:35

life changing, but

55:37

definitely. added to my life experience

55:39

and you know gave me some much

55:41

needed knowledge. Yeah, you know for this

55:43

journey I still

55:45

want to try to go to the other

55:47

side at some point. Yeah, I'm not dying

55:49

to do it tomorrow. Yeah I think it

55:51

needs some space. Yeah for me to especially

55:54

process I experienced, especially that first

55:56

time, the second time. was good,

55:58

but it just felt like lot.

56:00

lot. heavier and a little little

56:02

direction direction than the first one.

56:04

so I'm so intrigued the entity.

56:06

This lady lady that

56:08

I saw like a Shiva. Yeah, man,

56:10

Yeah, it's hard to say she hard

56:13

to even say she because it was just like a

56:15

collection of... of. It was feminine but

56:17

it wasn't like a it wasn't

56:19

like a a, it wasn't it was

56:21

just like shapes was and she

56:23

kind of had like a

56:25

nose at times had like a nose at times

56:28

and beautiful eye, an eye, an eye. But like she

56:30

was me up, man. me

56:32

a man. Tantalizing. think I go write

56:34

on it. It's so. It

56:36

was so felt embarrassed because it's like I'm

56:38

next to you and I'm like I'm next

56:40

to you and I'm like, you know, weird. I'm

56:42

kink shaming you. Yeah. was perfect. that

56:45

category on that category on I'd

56:47

like you to dress up

56:49

I'd a to With the

56:51

head of an elephant. Paint

56:53

with the head Yeah. an elephant. Yeah. Can

56:56

you wear like a bunch of googly

56:58

eyes on your face? Perfect, that's the

57:00

spot. face? Perfect, that's All right, I

57:02

mean, right, I mean, we the DMT. the

57:04

We covered a little bit of OBE.

57:06

bit of OBE, we we touched on remote

57:08

viewing. on remote viewing, but one

57:11

thing I'd like to bring up

57:13

is, that you've

57:16

been having, and that you've

57:18

been having. And maybe this is a

57:20

good time to bring up some questions. So

57:22

as as you know, as our channel channel continues

57:24

to grow. We continue to add these

57:26

lovely perks to the members to the the

57:28

interns, as we call them here at

57:30

Area 52. as we call one of

57:32

those perks is to be able to

57:34

ask our guests a question. be able for

57:36

the opportunity to ask a a question. or

57:39

the opportunity to up a

57:41

few here. a question. we're gonna get

57:43

into these. a few here and show

57:45

up on the to get into these. They'll

57:47

show up on a me. flat

57:49

behind me. How cool is How cool

57:52

is that? That's super cool. cool. It's like we're

57:54

playing a game show here. That's right. a no,

57:56

no, no. That's right. Oh

57:58

no, no, no. Oh cool. Hex

58:00

0811 asks, when did your

58:03

When did your in cryptids begin?

58:05

Oof, man, I remember in fourth

58:07

grade I going grade going to

58:09

the library and checking out

58:11

books. and and finding

58:13

ones on UFOs and Lochnus Monster

58:15

and other beings. Yeah,

58:17

I don't know necessarily

58:20

I don't know or Sasquatch

58:22

Sasquatch or Yeti or

58:24

anything, but definitely Lochus Monster, I

58:26

I lived in England at

58:28

the time. at was fascinated by

58:30

that and by that and aliens.

58:32

So I'd say maybe there at a

58:34

a young age. Bigfoot slash Yeti

58:37

stuff in recent years just recent

58:39

years just because in

58:42

I'm constantly in areas

58:44

where these stories

58:46

come from. Nepal and the Himalayas.

58:48

How many times the Himalayas. How many times

58:50

have you been to I think this was

58:52

my I think this was my seventh

58:54

time this year. Yeah. And And that

58:56

region, I always. To to Everest itself. But

58:59

the lore and the legend

59:01

of this creature is everywhere. And

59:04

I'll come back to that. But come

59:06

back to that. But then even even I

59:08

where I live, which is not too

59:10

far from you, upstate New York, New

59:13

is where Bigfoot lives

59:15

lives in the that area

59:17

of Whitehall. that New York. And

59:19

then New York. And then you got,

59:21

or I guess the indigenous

59:24

people might call it call a Yeah,

59:26

Canada. Or is it it more Western?

59:28

that's Western Canada, Sasquatch. It's called

59:30

Canada's fast call. but yeah, in that

59:32

corner, uh, as well, uh, I've I've

59:34

out there as well. And then

59:36

that's, I did a race this summer

59:39

called this where it is, is where

59:41

because where it is is where there's

59:43

all Um Bigfoot lore. Yeah. in

59:45

recent trips, you know, I'd

59:47

hear stories from hear stories from Sherpa's

59:49

interaction with the Yeti. with the

59:51

Yeti. You know, some got attacked and... They

59:54

got their heads They got their

59:56

heads twisted. hurt her, for herder, for

59:58

example, had five yaks. with

1:00:00

her her and creature attacked her. She

1:00:02

was knocked out when she woke

1:00:04

up, all the woke were twisted off.

1:00:06

heads were which is like if you've ever seen

1:00:08

a is like, if you've ever seen a yach,

1:00:10

the most robust the most

1:00:12

can imagine. cow you big football

1:00:14

player looking thing. football player looking

1:00:16

thing. Yeah. know how that

1:00:19

would happen. don't know how that would

1:00:21

happen. don't, and even those are

1:00:23

more in the in the decade or

1:00:25

so, or so, or even a few

1:00:27

decades ago, these stories. But

1:00:29

there's also legends that spanned hundreds of

1:00:31

years of years go back hundreds

1:00:33

of years ago. of with

1:00:35

some of the local

1:00:37

monasteries monasteries and there used to

1:00:39

be so many so many Yetis

1:00:41

and six excursions as well. Even that, yeah,

1:00:44

that I'll be coming in

1:00:46

in the 50s and 60s and stuff. They'd see

1:00:48

footprints. and stuff. They'd see

1:00:50

footprints. guides that Even some of the

1:00:52

guides that I've climbed Everest with have

1:00:54

little stories and have seen footprints in

1:00:56

places where there should be no be no.

1:00:58

barefoot footprints and large,

1:01:00

you know so who knows what's

1:01:03

going on? And who knows what's

1:01:05

going on. of what I And that was

1:01:07

to do on a what I wanted to

1:01:09

do on a recent trip is document some of that.

1:01:12

that for this channel which

1:01:14

which I'm working on on still, but

1:01:17

stuff, even if it's nothing,

1:01:19

the legend there is beautiful

1:01:21

and it's so woven into. and

1:01:23

it's so of that the you

1:01:25

know. that that's amazing. you I

1:01:27

know. I was honestly never taken

1:01:29

by any of this stuff. because

1:01:32

and I've because and I've used this metaphor like

1:01:34

I haven't let it into my house yet. I don't

1:01:36

know it I haven't looked for it. I don't

1:01:38

know anything about it other than know I

1:01:40

hear people it other than I hear Yeti

1:01:42

and... Bigfoot and Yeti of

1:01:44

Pasadena snowman of Pasadena know,

1:01:46

my favorite know book,

1:01:48

but goosebumps book was that was the extent

1:01:50

of my cryptid knowledge in that area

1:01:52

in hearing about you going to Nepal,

1:01:55

you know, and you brought this up

1:01:57

to me you said to me, you said,

1:01:59

Chris, like, uh... Because we talked about, you know,

1:02:01

introducing you on the channel in a more official

1:02:03

capacity. And we were

1:02:05

trying to come up with an

1:02:08

investigation for you to

1:02:10

handle. where you would go out

1:02:12

and investigate something and you would suggest it.

1:02:14

well, there's the Yeti in Nepal. And

1:02:18

not very many people get to go to

1:02:20

Nepal on such a regular basis, let

1:02:22

alone attempt you know, climb Everest. And...

1:02:25

and be so familiar

1:02:27

with the locals. Like, you know,

1:02:29

they're good friends. Like, you've had

1:02:31

some life experiences with these Sherpa

1:02:33

and these people there. So you

1:02:35

have a really, really close connection

1:02:38

that not very many people have.

1:02:40

ever had the opportunity to foster. And

1:02:43

so it puts you in a

1:02:45

really interesting position. to be able

1:02:47

to scratch. the

1:02:49

surface a little more because if

1:02:51

I'm not mistaken one thing

1:02:53

that I've heard from your

1:02:55

excursions is these people don't open up

1:02:57

easily about this stuff. It's, it's almost

1:03:00

like talking to experiencers. Like, want to vet

1:03:02

you first to make sure you're not going

1:03:05

to laugh at them. Yeah. Yeah. it was

1:03:07

funny because I... I went into it

1:03:09

saying I'm going to ask everybody up the

1:03:12

Um if they've had any encounter.

1:03:14

And as soon as I said the word Yeti, they

1:03:16

all laugh at me. You know, as

1:03:18

expected, I guess it's kind of weird to

1:03:20

be like. what are what

1:03:22

are we having for lunch? Have you ever seen the

1:03:24

Yeti? You know, like, but

1:03:27

what's funny is Pretty much everybody,

1:03:29

the locals, if I, they laugh at the

1:03:31

question and then slowly as they warmed

1:03:33

up to me. they had a

1:03:35

story. They had a story either from their

1:03:37

childhood, that their father had an experience

1:03:40

or their mother. or they would

1:03:42

talk about. some of these

1:03:44

ancient legends. And it was funny to

1:03:46

hear in different valleys. the

1:03:48

same story? but slightly different,

1:03:50

know? Like, it was one major

1:03:52

one. I won't go too deep into

1:03:55

it just for time, but. it about

1:03:57

how the The yeti's got to

1:03:59

stick, because apparently - they were everywhere in

1:04:01

the region. region. And the And

1:04:03

the kind of the same, but the

1:04:05

little elements are different. But... are

1:04:07

clear that that had been passed down. that

1:04:10

different. been passed down

1:04:12

you know, different lines, of. the

1:04:14

story is in some, based in some

1:04:16

same seed of truth there a

1:04:18

seed of truth there somewhere. interesting.

1:04:22

I mean, I mean, fascinating super

1:04:24

you know, it it's, you

1:04:26

know, seems so so like.

1:04:29

childish to believe in something to

1:04:31

believe in something like that from like an

1:04:33

external point of view. you meet these you

1:04:35

meet these people who are

1:04:37

sound then you hear this recurring story then

1:04:39

you hear this recurring

1:04:41

story. phenomenon there, do you feel

1:04:44

like it's not UFO phenomenon it it's like,

1:04:46

if you're not introduced to it, it

1:04:48

just feels silly? more people the more you're

1:04:50

in it, the more people talk about it,

1:04:52

the more credible it becomes and the more more

1:04:54

like, oh, there is something here. is something here totally.

1:04:56

And even, even know, with things like that. that

1:04:58

they'll poop it and like, oh, like, oh,

1:05:01

that's silly to believe that. that. then

1:05:03

they may have may have an experience

1:05:05

that's unexplainable. it's just kind of the

1:05:07

same thing we're talking about.

1:05:09

You know, so I think You know,

1:05:11

so I think people, it's like, you

1:05:13

know, you have scientists who are a

1:05:15

Christian, who are Christian. believe in. in weird,

1:05:17

someone walking walking on water and

1:05:20

turning you know, you know into wine. Yeah,

1:05:22

into wine. But I also believe also believe

1:05:24

in the scientific method and

1:05:26

that can't actually happen, but There's

1:05:29

like this belief in

1:05:31

happening. So I think most people are

1:05:33

that way. that way. They have have their

1:05:35

rational beliefs, but then they also have

1:05:37

their pocket of. their pocket of

1:05:40

supernatural that they believe also

1:05:42

in some secret way, I yeah. know.

1:05:44

And then way, I don't know and

1:05:46

then trying to connect the Yeah. All right. I

1:05:48

think that's a right, I think that's a

1:05:50

good question. Thanks to that

1:05:52

question, More More on that in

1:05:55

the future, you know. got another

1:05:57

investigation coming up. This

1:06:00

is from picture a secret tunnel. Oh, this is

1:06:02

sorry. This is from tests. I believe okay. This

1:06:04

is tests Is this test? Yeah, this is test

1:06:07

Was the DMT realm experience like a trick

1:06:09

of the senses? or

1:06:11

did you feel a more fundamental

1:06:13

connection with? reality? Good question. And

1:06:15

briefly talked about this this morning I

1:06:17

didn't get to a point where I

1:06:20

felt like, this is the real, real.

1:06:22

And I've heard people who break through.

1:06:24

get that sense. Um, in

1:06:26

in some of the Monroe,

1:06:28

um, that I had, I

1:06:30

felt that, uh, definitely. I

1:06:32

was like, oh Me

1:06:34

laying in this bed, that's not really

1:06:36

the real like me in this

1:06:38

other astral plane. This is real. This

1:06:40

is the real reality. Um

1:06:43

and so, Sorry,

1:06:45

I gotta shut that up Next question

1:06:47

didn't like my answer. No, it's cycling

1:06:49

to this other thing that I have

1:06:51

it set up. I'm still learning how

1:06:53

to use this. Just wants me to

1:06:55

keep seeing the number 69 over there.

1:06:57

That's right, Yeah, I shut it off.

1:06:59

and space launch alerts are off as well.

1:07:01

Okay But what I

1:07:03

was going to say is, so going into the

1:07:05

DMT experience, I've already accepted that this is some. kind

1:07:08

of reality like at least where I got

1:07:10

to the waiting room was like mmm the way

1:07:12

there. Um, But but it definitely

1:07:14

felt real to me when I'm experiencing

1:07:16

it. I don't think it's a trick. I

1:07:18

think it's my mind. Creating

1:07:21

a world model out of

1:07:23

hmm what? what

1:07:27

is there. I

1:07:29

don't know what this DMT is is is me

1:07:31

or something. I don't know how to explain it.

1:07:35

But but it's definitely introducing

1:07:37

some confusion to my brain.

1:07:39

and my brain just trying to make sense of

1:07:41

it. Do you think your brain's trying to make

1:07:43

sense of it or does your brain like stop

1:07:45

trying to make sense of it? I like when

1:07:48

your brain tries to make sense of it, that's

1:07:50

how you get a bad trip. Because Because that's

1:07:52

like you trying to stay grounded in this 3D

1:07:54

world when your brain's like, no, we're gonna disconnect.

1:07:56

We're gonna actually take off. Like we're gonna get

1:07:58

out of your body for a second stop stop

1:08:00

using your organs to

1:08:02

limit your reality right and

1:08:04

experience life without physical that's

1:08:06

know and that's like felt

1:08:09

I felt like if you try to hold

1:08:11

onto that, that's when things get scary. get

1:08:13

then you're trying to rationalize these. to

1:08:16

rationalize things things know know

1:08:18

yeah no I I mean when I

1:08:20

did my first trip with

1:08:22

mushrooms. I felt like what was what

1:08:24

was happening to me was the veil was coming

1:08:26

off and I was aware that. that I

1:08:28

I was about to see the real reality. didn't

1:08:30

quite break I but I had this feeling that. through it

1:08:32

through, but I there, outside

1:08:35

of this, outside that truth.

1:08:37

that truth. And so so now going

1:08:39

into this DMT experience, I

1:08:41

felt kind of of the same that I'm

1:08:43

being shown I'm being shown more of the truth. I

1:08:46

remember even when I remember even

1:08:48

when I did the free -basing

1:08:50

experience, I was outside looking at

1:08:52

the stars and I I saw connections between

1:08:54

the stars like these green lines

1:08:56

as if as if... those were like

1:08:58

constellations or like how one like how one

1:09:00

travels from start like they're all connected

1:09:02

It was like like you know know when

1:09:04

you see airplanes and and sure it was

1:09:06

that like this one like this one was there if you

1:09:09

don't know, and it felt like it the truth. I

1:09:11

looked at that and I was like, I looked at that

1:09:13

I are all connected. okay these are I'm getting a glimpse of

1:09:15

that now. a glimpse of that now well

1:09:17

that's felt real. I felt real

1:09:19

and that also aware that real and I'm

1:09:21

substance interacting with my

1:09:23

brain. interacting with my I think it's...

1:09:25

I think it's It's not tricking my brain.

1:09:27

think it's showing me the reality. me the

1:09:29

reality. The star me me

1:09:32

of like Barney Hill. and Barney

1:09:34

described like Zeta reticuli, and she

1:09:36

said they travel here to she

1:09:38

said they travel yeah, just like that.

1:09:40

Interesting. Yeah, just like that. All right,

1:09:43

let's go to another. think we got

1:09:45

two more here. we got two more here.

1:09:47

This is is from Tunnel, tunnel.

1:09:49

This one here, this

1:09:51

is a a question. This

1:09:53

great question. great question. This episode

1:10:39

1:10:43

a struggling Swedish DJ. Yeah,

1:10:45

it's me! Laws! Enjoy steak

1:10:47

my season at Outback steak

1:10:49

house for a limited time.

1:10:51

Outback steak house, no rules,

1:10:53

just right. The

1:11:02

question is, if you had to

1:11:04

encode the entirety of human history

1:11:06

into a single unforgettable mental image,

1:11:08

what would that image look like?

1:11:11

Now, as a memory athlete who,

1:11:13

like if I say 628. Yeah,

1:11:15

that's, it's a, this guy, Mr.

1:11:17

Silver, a teacher I had in

1:11:19

high school. If I say 212.

1:11:21

That's Andy, no, not Andy, it's,

1:11:23

no, it is Andy from the

1:11:26

office. And what is you doing?

1:11:28

I just being a weave with

1:11:30

this little bow tie. So as

1:11:32

a memory athlete, you associate numbers

1:11:34

instantly, immediately, naturally now, fundamentally to

1:11:36

images. And I feel like that's

1:11:38

so cool. When I do that

1:11:40

with playing cards, it was so

1:11:43

cool. It's like a superpower that

1:11:45

you could just like line these

1:11:47

images up and remember numbers. And

1:11:49

that's the basis of memory techniques

1:11:51

is encoding information into mental images.

1:11:53

We remember them better. So now,

1:11:55

this is a beautiful question. Thank

1:11:57

you, Picture a Secret Tunnel for

1:12:00

this question. I love this question.

1:12:02

What would you encode the entirety

1:12:04

of human history, not reality, of

1:12:06

human history? I don't know. My

1:12:08

first instinct, and this is so

1:12:10

cheesy, I feel like, okay, I

1:12:12

don't, it's hard, like, when we're

1:12:15

talking about a mental image, I'm

1:12:17

almost. being led to describe an

1:12:19

object. You know, because if you

1:12:21

think of an image, it should

1:12:23

be, you're thinking of a thing.

1:12:25

Right. And I get into this

1:12:27

conversation with encoding and memory techniques

1:12:29

that, you know, when I'm teaching

1:12:32

someone, it's like if you're trying

1:12:34

to memorize a list and a

1:12:36

grocery list and you have broccoli,

1:12:38

let's say, close your eyes, picture

1:12:40

the broccoli, how does it taste,

1:12:42

how does it feel, whatever, if

1:12:44

you eat it, you know, you

1:12:47

know, can imagine all those things,

1:12:49

There's none of that. It's actually

1:12:51

more of a feeling of something.

1:12:53

And so if I were to

1:12:55

explain what my image for a

1:12:57

broccoli is, I couldn't tell you.

1:12:59

And it's funny with the cards.

1:13:01

When I train the cards, I'm

1:13:04

super fast, like one of my

1:13:06

best days, I'm in the zone.

1:13:08

I don't know what I'm seeing.

1:13:10

They just are. It just is.

1:13:12

You know, it's not like I'm

1:13:14

seeing a picture of Andy from

1:13:16

the office dancing. No, it's just

1:13:18

like a feeling. So when I

1:13:21

think about an image for that

1:13:23

it's hard to say like what's

1:13:25

the what's the fundamental base image

1:13:27

you would start with well I

1:13:29

was gonna say love right right

1:13:31

right but like what is that

1:13:33

a heart I don't know if

1:13:36

that would represent it enough um

1:13:38

so I'm trying to get away

1:13:40

with an answer that's kind of

1:13:42

like nebulous one thing but everything

1:13:44

right you know so what would

1:13:46

be your representation of love what's

1:13:48

the image there yeah so I'm

1:13:50

not seeing a heart it would

1:13:53

be like a warm,

1:13:55

colorful, I guess

1:13:58

reddish, just... Blah

1:14:00

that sounds so so bad more

1:14:02

more it makes sense to me

1:14:04

It's fine. But like kind of of

1:14:07

welcoming warming Blob and

1:14:09

red blob. Yeah, but Which maybe it's good because

1:14:11

there's it's good because there's a

1:14:13

lot of war and love

1:14:15

in history. So maybe that kind

1:14:17

of encompasses it all. But

1:14:19

I feel like love is bigger

1:14:21

than is bad the bad shit evil

1:14:23

shit. shit. So if I had to choose to choose

1:14:25

one, I guess maybe that. What about you? you?

1:14:28

Yeah, and he's sort of in a

1:14:30

sphere. Okay. I mean, it's a It's such

1:14:32

a question Like you have such such a response,

1:14:34

like you have such a responsibility. this?

1:14:36

Let's What about this? Let's say there

1:14:39

a we know that there's feel like I

1:14:41

feel like the man.

1:14:43

Okay. Okay. Sort of the of

1:14:45

the man, but but instead of a a

1:14:47

circle around him, it's the earth.

1:14:49

Yeah. And he's sort of sort of

1:14:51

in a sphere. That's. That's so

1:14:53

everything is is happening on the the

1:14:56

earth. Yeah. because all of human history has

1:14:58

only ever happened on the earth save

1:15:00

the moon but you know so the earth would have

1:15:03

to be for me know, of that mental

1:15:05

image yeah would have to be, for me,

1:15:07

part of that mental image, it's that's where it

1:15:09

happens. That's what it's about. history the human

1:15:11

side history, the human side of it trivia

1:15:13

man, which represents man. man yeah and

1:15:15

so that's the image that I would have. I would

1:15:17

have I think more. I think more but

1:15:19

I'm not not memory athlete, so. so yeah

1:15:21

well I I was gonna say another

1:15:23

idea. idea sure red blob is a

1:15:25

better depiction of human history. history But

1:15:28

But if maybe we're we're gonna go with go with a

1:15:30

Here's an a thought a thought experiment. What

1:15:32

if if have. you know you know,

1:15:34

there's some like like galactic they're looking at

1:15:36

all the planets, at all the planets more,

1:15:38

but a one has and there's like, oh,

1:15:41

that's the one each humans. Or like a

1:15:43

yeah. That's the one with the one with

1:15:45

the you know, that's the one with

1:15:47

the shlubidous. that's don't use that word

1:15:49

anymore. the Sorry, yeah, that was the

1:15:51

old terminology slooby-doos. would be the, use that

1:15:54

know, like, what would they say about the humans? Oh,

1:15:56

those are was the Warmongering. Well

1:15:58

see. Yeah, maybe, but I. I feel

1:16:00

like more they'd be like, oh,

1:16:02

those are the like compassionate sweet

1:16:04

ones. Yeah, it's like a wasp

1:16:07

nest, I would think. That would

1:16:09

be the one for the, yeah.

1:16:11

Okay, all right. Yeah, they're tagged,

1:16:13

they're always attacked, they're even tagged

1:16:15

each other, it's wild. Interesting. Yeah,

1:16:17

they don't even attack us. Yeah,

1:16:20

they just attack each other. Yeah,

1:16:22

great. Thank you. We should have

1:16:24

talked about this when we were

1:16:26

high. Yeah, definitely. So here we

1:16:28

go. Massive castles asks. How have

1:16:30

your out-of-body experience shaped your views

1:16:33

on death? Oh, yeah, good question.

1:16:35

Totally changed it. I've always hoped

1:16:37

that there was more to this.

1:16:39

And that'd be the end. For

1:16:41

a large part of my life,

1:16:43

I guess since like 10 years

1:16:46

old, I stopped believing in God

1:16:48

and became a devout atheist and

1:16:50

through my teens to like 20

1:16:52

I loved arguing with anybody. Same.

1:16:54

You're wrong. This is it. Actually,

1:16:57

I'm the only thing that exists.

1:16:59

You're all figments of my imagination.

1:17:01

Stuff like that, you know, solipsism,

1:17:03

whatever. And I was okay with

1:17:05

that, you know, I convinced myself

1:17:07

like I am all I need.

1:17:10

And, you know, I don't need

1:17:12

a God to help me get

1:17:14

through the days and when I

1:17:16

die, I'm in the earth and

1:17:18

that's... Yeah, there's nothing. There's nothing.

1:17:20

Yeah. And it's not bad because

1:17:23

there's nothing. So what, like when

1:17:25

I feel bad about, right? And

1:17:27

so I've never really had like

1:17:29

the fear of death to like

1:17:31

instill a need to believe in

1:17:33

something bigger yet at least. But

1:17:36

after the Monroe Institute... experience and

1:17:38

having body out of body experiences

1:17:40

and also this thing that was

1:17:42

into us that we are more

1:17:44

than our physical bodies. Like, I

1:17:47

have no question that that is

1:17:49

the case. And I already started

1:17:51

to have inklings of that because

1:17:53

of the remote viewing stuff I

1:17:55

got into, where it's like, well,

1:17:57

if this is possible, how is

1:18:00

it possible? And that kind of

1:18:02

opens doors to things that I

1:18:04

was like, I don't know if

1:18:06

I can believe in that yet.

1:18:08

But the out of body, you

1:18:10

know, being able to get out

1:18:13

and see and experience things in

1:18:15

this other realm. I just got

1:18:17

answers that gave me a belief,

1:18:19

more than a belief, sorry, a

1:18:21

knowing, a personal knowing, you know,

1:18:24

that there is more to this.

1:18:26

And I walked away from that

1:18:28

experience, just not afraid, almost excited,

1:18:30

just to, not excited to get

1:18:32

to that point, but excited for

1:18:34

the grand arc of whatever this

1:18:37

is, noting that this is just

1:18:39

a little blip of that entire

1:18:41

thing. And I can enjoy this

1:18:43

more because it is so special

1:18:45

for this fleeting moment that I'm

1:18:47

here. You know? Yep. Yeah. It's

1:18:50

beautiful. I also get the sense

1:18:52

that like when you said that

1:18:54

like you're excited like I've shared

1:18:56

that with friends and they get

1:18:58

very concerned very quickly. I'm like

1:19:00

no I'm looking forward to dying

1:19:03

and they're like what? Like are

1:19:05

you okay? Should I call someone?

1:19:07

I'm like no like I look

1:19:09

forward to it. Like I'm not

1:19:11

afraid of it at all. And

1:19:14

I can't wait to figure it

1:19:16

out. I can't wait to find

1:19:18

out what happens. I can wait.

1:19:20

I will wait. And when the

1:19:22

time comes, the time comes. But

1:19:24

when that time comes, know that

1:19:27

I'm not going to... I feel

1:19:29

bad for everyone else because I'm

1:19:31

the one that gets to find

1:19:33

out. You know, I'm on that

1:19:35

bed and everybody's like, oh, you

1:19:37

die alone. I'm like, yeah, cool.

1:19:40

Well, you know, sucks to be

1:19:42

you guys, because you guys are

1:19:44

still going to be like, what

1:19:46

happens? And I'm going to find

1:19:48

out. I'm going to go find

1:19:50

out right now real quick. Yeah.

1:19:53

You know. And that's just a

1:19:55

weird thought. that I

1:19:57

had like other

1:19:59

day was that that

1:20:01

yeah more more More people have

1:20:03

died than are alive today. yeah right so more

1:20:06

people more people found out. is a very small

1:20:08

There's a very small percentage of people

1:20:10

that don't know what happens after you

1:20:12

die. you die yeah there's a a tiny percentage of

1:20:14

mankind that doesn't know what happens after

1:20:16

you die. happens Well, actually, not that

1:20:18

tiny, I mean, actually that's never found out.

1:20:20

I That's right. there's no right. And so

1:20:22

that's a comforting thing. found out that's right that's right

1:20:24

and so know a comforting thing

1:20:26

I too you know I have arc where

1:20:29

it's you You know, started off

1:20:31

raised Catholic. Catholic, became

1:20:33

atheist, then then

1:20:35

agnostic, even believing again

1:20:38

a little bit and then coming back and...

1:20:40

back and, but then eventually being.

1:20:43

you know, just sort of open to

1:20:45

this spiritual. to this You know, realm. you

1:20:48

know, what it has to offer. it

1:20:50

has to offer my human, sorry,

1:20:52

my human experience. experience.

1:20:55

that's where I found. I found. That

1:20:57

that this human experience isn't

1:20:59

figured out. by the

1:21:01

age of 20. the age of 20. You know,

1:21:03

it's so mind when

1:21:05

people are like, you know, You

1:21:08

know, cause it's an arc. Our Our lives are

1:21:10

a story. They're an arc. an

1:21:12

arc. Wild that after chapter

1:21:14

three, you're chapter like

1:21:16

nothing ever You're just like nothing ever

1:21:19

changes. a shit story, dude.

1:21:21

I don't a shit story, dude. I

1:21:23

don't wanna read that book, your

1:21:25

life sucks. Like, I'm sorry. So what's what's

1:21:27

chapter three? now. Oh, I see, yeah,

1:21:29

yeah. Oh, I I'm Right. I'm I figured

1:21:31

it out. it I'm like, I'm

1:21:33

like wow. Damn. Damn, you're so smart.

1:21:35

You're like maybe the smartest person

1:21:37

ever the knows everything. person ever That's

1:21:40

crazy. everything. crazy that you

1:21:42

know everything Yeah. have everything figured out

1:21:44

like that to me is like like must

1:21:46

be like like, wow. You must be

1:21:48

like so learned, know, know, knowledgeable.

1:21:51

Rarely the case. know, it's know,

1:21:53

it's a like a Dunning -Kruger effect. Where

1:21:55

the the confidence is the same level

1:21:57

as someone who knows. who knows.

1:22:00

but your know, your glass is

1:22:02

pretty empty. like that, and I

1:22:04

don't know so when I see people like that

1:22:06

and I don't want to judge because everyone has

1:22:08

their own journey and I was there as well an

1:22:11

arc is in hindsight. It's beautiful

1:22:13

is beautiful. a movie or beautiful when

1:22:15

you watch a movie or when

1:22:17

you watch and you see the season series and

1:22:19

you see the character arc this one

1:22:21

from this one person and you're you're like,

1:22:23

I will never love this person. to

1:22:26

now having emotional attachment to them, see them

1:22:28

grow to watch them die now. makes

1:22:30

you sad them die now, beautiful and that's life.

1:22:32

that's these lessons that create us, that

1:22:34

shape us, that we think we have

1:22:36

it figured out and then we rug gets

1:22:38

pulled it else, somebody comes into your

1:22:40

life or you lose someone and or changes

1:22:42

who you are and it's a beautiful,

1:22:45

you beautiful. And it changes

1:22:47

who shifting a

1:22:49

beautiful, beautiful, constantly shifting

1:22:51

thing. And I is a

1:22:53

mechanism is a mechanism to... prevent

1:22:55

us from being hurt. I from

1:22:58

being hurt. something that think

1:23:00

it's something that stops us to,

1:23:02

so you saying, no, there's nothing nothing I

1:23:04

I don't believe in anything

1:23:06

it in you're rationalizing

1:23:08

this extremely surreal

1:23:10

and irrational reality. into

1:23:13

this into box.

1:23:16

box that doesn't really serve you

1:23:18

on a deeper level. but

1:23:20

it does serve you does a

1:23:22

you on a a shield for. for for

1:23:25

anything, because it gives you

1:23:27

an explanation. gives you an unknown variables

1:23:29

don't exist anymore. Because they don't

1:23:31

exist, you don't fear them. exist anymore.

1:23:34

opening up. now creates this

1:23:36

unknown. don't fear It creates a

1:23:38

fear, a fear of everything. this unknown.

1:23:40

It creates a you know,

1:23:42

when I had my experiences know,

1:23:45

a body. my It

1:23:47

was without a body, it

1:23:49

was a comforting I

1:23:51

had I had to, to... I had my out

1:23:54

of body experiences involuntarily and I did know

1:23:56

what to make of those. of those. You know,

1:23:58

You know, because this time goes by, think back. Like maybe

1:24:00

it was, it was just a dream or something. or

1:24:02

something. I know it wasn't, it You

1:24:04

know, that was my know, that then I my mindset.

1:24:06

And then I'd read And that really

1:24:09

opened me up to the idea

1:24:11

of this past life or

1:24:13

between life or between thing, where thing,

1:24:15

where was like, you know, I'm gonna be

1:24:17

a I'm gonna be a In my next life, my next life,

1:24:19

This all sounds like a silly Disney movie. all sounds

1:24:21

like a silly back movie. of years,

1:24:24

you know. of years, you know. many

1:24:26

many, many religions, many people, you know, come to

1:24:28

the same conclusion to there is like this life

1:24:30

cycle and you forget every time you come

1:24:32

back and you're here to learn life cycle and you

1:24:34

looking into time you come back

1:24:36

then having a voluntary out of body

1:24:38

experience, seeing myself lying there with my

1:24:41

eyes closed. a voluntary

1:24:43

out-of-body experience seeing

1:24:45

these other things to me. there with my eyes

1:24:47

for now at least. all of these it

1:24:49

creates this beautiful

1:24:51

it creates this beautiful it's

1:24:53

like where it's like whoa I

1:24:56

was was forced to believing

1:24:58

in God and I was,

1:25:00

and in something I believe in something

1:25:02

greater than that even about not even

1:25:04

about God. God. it's all -encompassing thing. if

1:25:06

you want to call it God,

1:25:08

you want to call it consciousness, you

1:25:10

you want to call it information, whatever.

1:25:12

you want to me anyways, it's not

1:25:14

about. want to call it G -O -D.

1:25:16

Yeah, but we're taught in the wrong

1:25:19

way. We're taught with thought It's all

1:25:21

human construct. It's all through the

1:25:23

human in the wrong We're taught this stuff.

1:25:25

We're not taught spirituality in a

1:25:27

spiritual way. way. We're taught taught spirituality through human,

1:25:29

you know, contact know, contact and

1:25:31

human rules. that's And that's just

1:25:33

a weird way to learn about something that's greater

1:25:35

than humanity. greater than And so it's

1:25:38

like learning so it's like learning, it's like

1:25:40

learning on DMT. It doesn't

1:25:42

make sense, right? doesn't make sense, right? So,

1:25:44

yeah, it it was a it was a nice

1:25:46

confirmation for me as well well, and that I don't

1:25:49

fear fear it, I welcome it. I I

1:25:51

look forward to it it it happens, you

1:25:53

know, not immediately, I I wait. But But

1:25:55

yeah, I look forward to the day that

1:25:57

I get to find out and that

1:25:59

everybody else has to. just chill here. I'm

1:26:01

like, yeah, dude, sorry, man,

1:26:03

I'm on an adventure. I'm on

1:26:06

to the next. Yeah, the

1:26:08

arc continues. It doesn't end there.

1:26:10

There was a talk by Rhonda

1:26:12

that I was listening to

1:26:14

that he was, I think, paraphrasing

1:26:17

something the Buddha said about

1:26:19

how there's this massive mountain, you

1:26:21

know, six miles high, six

1:26:23

miles wide, whatever. And you can

1:26:26

imagine there's a little bird

1:26:28

with a little scarf, silk scarf

1:26:30

that flies that flies. and drapes

1:26:32

across the mountain, you know,

1:26:34

back and forth, and that our

1:26:37

lives are every time it

1:26:39

goes by, and it's eroding this

1:26:41

mountain, right? If you can

1:26:43

think of the whole lifetime of

1:26:46

your lifetimes, right, is this

1:26:48

mountain, and that, you know, this

1:26:50

flyover blip, you were a carpenter,

1:26:52

another one you were a

1:26:54

memory champion. Yeah. You were a

1:26:57

Chris Ramsey, right? It just

1:26:59

shows, if you think about it

1:27:01

in that perspective, how... quick

1:27:03

and ephemeral. Ephemeral these little lives

1:27:06

are, but they're important. Sure.

1:27:08

They're their own things, but there's

1:27:10

a bigger picture here. Yeah. I

1:27:13

thought it was such a

1:27:15

beautiful view. Yeah. It's cool that

1:27:17

we all desire meaning, and

1:27:19

I think that is a mechanism

1:27:21

that doesn't seem conducive to

1:27:23

survival. Because I don't think, I

1:27:26

don't know, but I think

1:27:28

like, like, like, like, many other

1:27:30

beings that exist on this planet

1:27:33

with us and I'll call

1:27:35

them non-human intelligence because they are

1:27:37

like a dolphin's non-human intelligence

1:27:39

they their meaning isn't doesn't seem

1:27:41

to be something that is

1:27:43

important to them right and it

1:27:46

is to us why is

1:27:48

that is it because we're just

1:27:50

more a complex creature that has

1:27:53

more access to this conscious

1:27:55

field this consciousness field and that

1:27:57

we that were, you know,

1:27:59

sort of touching the source a

1:28:01

little. bit because of that

1:28:03

and that now we see this

1:28:06

meaning you know this but I

1:28:08

do believe you know in

1:28:10

this this ongoing base theory of

1:28:13

mine which is you know

1:28:15

this mining of consciousness like we're

1:28:17

here in the 3D realm

1:28:19

to gain experience individually as this

1:28:21

node that grew on this

1:28:23

surface that you know, consciousness sort

1:28:26

of inhabits in a way. And

1:28:28

then when we die, we

1:28:30

take that information that we've accumulated.

1:28:33

Our individualism dies as we

1:28:35

become part of the whole, but

1:28:37

we retain memory. So memory

1:28:39

is now stacked, like we're creating

1:28:42

this GPT model of consciousness.

1:28:44

And then we're fed back into

1:28:46

another. So this consciousness machine is

1:28:48

sending off little missions to

1:28:50

collect data? It's doing it inherently.

1:28:53

Like that's the side effect

1:28:55

of it existing, is that it

1:28:57

wants to express itself, it

1:28:59

wants to grow, it wants to

1:29:02

learn, just like we do,

1:29:04

because we are an extension of

1:29:06

it. But each lifetime, a person

1:29:08

born and died having experiences

1:29:10

that then gets enveloped back into

1:29:13

the fold, is bringing something...

1:29:15

positively gained yes correct big field

1:29:17

yeah it's it's making it

1:29:19

more complete you know or helping

1:29:22

it attain this apotheosis for

1:29:24

this like critical you know when

1:29:26

it finally ends up when consciousness

1:29:28

finally becomes self-aware who's it

1:29:30

who's trying to impress yeah yeah

1:29:33

who knows you know and

1:29:35

and what happens when it does

1:29:37

reach that point yeah you

1:29:39

know and what happens when it

1:29:42

does reach that point you

1:29:44

know or is it more like

1:29:46

a Torflux, like a torus of

1:29:49

energy where new souls are

1:29:51

shipped out and it needs to

1:29:53

gain all this experience.

1:29:55

in order to

1:29:57

return to the

1:29:59

the and keep

1:30:02

powering this reality. You

1:30:04

know what I know what I mean? that's all

1:30:06

it is. It's just like this big. big power plant

1:30:08

of of consciousness. It almost feels

1:30:10

like it can't just be. gaining

1:30:12

and gaining gaining and gaining without

1:30:14

any end goal. got to, if that's

1:30:17

the case, if there's nothing nothing out that.

1:30:19

there's be some kind kind of

1:30:22

cyclical, self-feeding purpose to purpose to

1:30:24

it that maybe self Yeah,

1:30:26

it has to be a loop somewhere.

1:30:28

somewhere somewhere. because if not then you

1:30:30

not, then you have to... was

1:30:32

a beginning yeah and there was a

1:30:35

beginning. there and I don't think there ever

1:30:37

was think think that's I think that's

1:30:39

the the paradox that that if if you

1:30:41

know, if reaches a growing and

1:30:43

reaches a certain point, that means

1:30:45

it one point it was nothing

1:30:48

and nothing can exist yeah so well and

1:30:50

the and the and the purpose like what

1:30:52

feeding? feeding Like, why why does it need

1:30:54

more information? perhaps perhaps the the information somehow,

1:30:56

like you said, you to has it on, it

1:30:58

the lights on. the it, yeah, yeah. Yeah,

1:31:00

yeah. And perhaps there are an infinite are

1:31:02

an infinite amount of these and

1:31:05

each one behaves, you and each one

1:31:07

behaves, they... Like, know, similarly in that.

1:31:09

by our perception, and that perception is

1:31:11

anchored our reality is

1:31:13

only dictated by our

1:31:15

perception. of our that perception in

1:31:18

time because of our in time our

1:31:20

of our brains and our bodies, our

1:31:22

but It exists outside of that of

1:31:24

which is unfathomable, you know what

1:31:26

I mean, on so many levels. I

1:31:28

mean? On many It have an

1:31:30

equivalent of have an equivalent of

1:31:32

is constrained by. by

1:31:34

in regards to whatever's above

1:31:37

it. above it? You know. What are

1:31:39

we talking about? Should we we hit

1:31:41

the pen? was gonna say, going are

1:31:43

still high. still high. We're on our on

1:31:45

our trip right now. Yeah, this this

1:31:47

isn't real. This has This has been so much

1:31:49

fun fun, dude. I I enjoy these

1:31:51

conversations. Yeah. Yeah. You know,

1:31:54

existentialism and,

1:31:56

you know, ontology.

1:32:00

just super fascinating. Yeah, I love

1:32:02

it. Especially with someone like you

1:32:04

who has such like a, you

1:32:06

know, from my perspective, and I

1:32:08

think from their perspective as well,

1:32:10

a refined, you know, mind, like

1:32:12

you've, a lot of people that

1:32:14

they're trained their muscles or, you

1:32:16

know, run marathons or get good

1:32:18

at certain skills and you've honed

1:32:20

in on memory being that skill.

1:32:22

Yeah, I've dedicated a big part

1:32:24

of my life at this point

1:32:27

to masteringering. Some of this thing

1:32:29

that's contained in my skull. Which

1:32:31

part of that brain there? It's

1:32:33

stuck in there. Yeah, the white

1:32:35

part? No. Well, I mean, it's

1:32:37

all when we're memorizing the whole

1:32:39

thing is lit up. Right, because

1:32:41

it's visual sensory and smell. As

1:32:43

always a fascinating thing when you

1:32:45

see somebody memorizing an FMR scan

1:32:47

of somebody just memorizing with no

1:32:49

memory techniques versus us. Oh. There's

1:32:52

a very specific part of the

1:32:54

brain that's sliding up for these

1:32:56

folk and then for us, it's

1:32:58

like the whole thing. I thought

1:33:00

it would be the opposite. No,

1:33:02

no, no. I thought like as

1:33:04

a memory athlete, you're more focused.

1:33:06

You can like, this is... Well,

1:33:08

that's a good question. I mean,

1:33:10

maybe between memory champions, if you

1:33:12

were to go, scan me during

1:33:14

that flow state I was mentioning

1:33:16

a little bit ago, all this

1:33:19

visual... Emotional stuff, there's a lot

1:33:21

of different parts of the brain

1:33:23

being tapped in when we memorize,

1:33:25

which is what makes the stuff

1:33:27

stick. Yeah. Yeah. I would, you

1:33:29

want to stick around for the

1:33:31

patron? Yeah, I wanted to say

1:33:33

one last thing about this question

1:33:35

because, and I think you felt

1:33:37

this, but the first thing I

1:33:39

thought when I left Monroe was,

1:33:41

yeah, that was cool. But second

1:33:43

was, everybody needs to go through

1:33:46

this. I think. Even if you

1:33:48

don't believe you don't want to

1:33:50

believe and you know you may

1:33:52

walk out of it still not

1:33:54

believing that's fine, but I feel

1:33:56

like there's so much to gain

1:33:58

from exploring yourself that way. Everybody

1:34:00

would benefit. I think everybody would

1:34:02

be a better person. I think

1:34:04

we'd live better lives, optimal versions

1:34:06

of ourselves. Yeah, you think the

1:34:08

same? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think

1:34:10

if you, I think if everybody

1:34:13

had an out-of-body experience world would

1:34:15

be a better place. Yeah. It

1:34:17

doesn't necessarily mean you have to

1:34:19

do Monroe. I think any type

1:34:21

of retreat or time that you

1:34:23

take to really be uncomfortable with

1:34:25

yourself and self-reflect. Deeply which it's

1:34:27

hard this you know like I

1:34:29

don't get time with my kids

1:34:31

and all that like that's why

1:34:33

the Monroe Retreat was perfect because

1:34:35

I only have to do that.

1:34:37

Yeah, for a week. Nothing else

1:34:40

no laundry no cleaning shit out

1:34:42

of diapers. Yeah, you're focused. Yeah,

1:34:44

so Yeah, I recommend something like

1:34:46

that for yeah, if that's the

1:34:48

part of your journey where you're

1:34:50

at right now And you feel

1:34:52

a pull towards this, I would

1:34:54

say this is your sign to

1:34:56

go forward and do it. I

1:34:58

would not force anyone to do

1:35:00

this because we're all on different

1:35:02

paths and it might not be

1:35:04

the right time for you to

1:35:07

even experience this. And I think

1:35:09

when it's your right time, you'll

1:35:11

know. Just like watching this podcast.

1:35:13

You know, you watch these podcasts,

1:35:15

1:35:48

an interesting read. And I have

1:35:52

And I would also like to
