Denise and Jackie share their COVID Christmas experience, Jackie’s Saturn Return, and taking action to find the ideal lifestyle for you.

First, Jackie and Denise reflect on Christmas in the Freed family… featuring COVID-19. Both co-hosts share their experiences and feelings that came along with being sick during the holidays. This spirals into a conversation about how 2023 went for both Jackie and Denise — including updates about the cozy podcast studio on its way! 

Then, Jackie unveils her Saturn Return shift involving a potential European career! She shares the different challenges within certain work structures and Jackie and Denise discuss how being a 30-something causes a shift in perspective. Denise also notes that while circumstances can change, we are still the same. This turns into a conversation with Jackie about the question, “Is this the life I want to live?” and the types of amends to take to get closer to an ideal state of living (and being!). You heard it here… probably not first… but, there is a person and environment for everyone.

Lastly, Denise and Jackie reflect on having fun in their younger years and ways to bring that same energy into 2024. As Denise says: “It’s not all going to be fun — but I’m going to make it fun because I want to have fun.” Happy New Year everyone!
