1:47

there and welcome to the show. I

1:50

am so literally over

1:52

the moon, excited to have with us today's guest,

1:54

Gail Lynn. Gail is a renowned

1:57

visionary inventor and pioneer

1:59

in the realm of frequency healing. Celebrated

2:02

for her groundbreaking creation, the

2:04

harmonic egg. She went on

2:06

to also create the ellipse and the lift.

2:09

These innovative sound and light frequency

2:11

chambers designed with the aim of

2:13

fostering holistic healing and wellness

2:16

stands as a Testament to Gail's visionary

2:18

approach to promotion, to promoting mental

2:20

health, emotional, physical, and spiritual

2:23

wellbeing. She is also the author

2:25

of Unlocking the Ancient Secrets to Healing,

2:28

why science is looking to the past

2:30

for the future medicine. Welcome

2:32

to the show, Gail. Thank

2:35

you. This is very exciting. We've

2:37

been trying to do this for a while, so

2:39

I'm really happy to be here.

2:42

I know. I'm so happy that the universe finally

2:44

brought us together after, let's see, power

2:46

outages and life emergencies.

2:48

And here we are. And we were just talking

2:51

about how right now there's so

2:53

much going on in the energies with the solar flares

2:55

and We just like, I almost melted down

2:57

with whatever was going on with my computer. So

3:00

what a great day to be talking about

3:03

everything that we're talking about with light

3:05

energy and healing and frequency.

3:08

But before we totally dive into all

3:10

the good stuff, I really want you

3:12

to come back to that

3:15

place that started your journey.

3:18

Yeah. You know, I struggle with

3:20

this every day. I mean, even this morning I woke

3:22

up, I'm like, what am I doing here? Why was I

3:24

chosen to do this? And. Why

3:26

was this journey, you know,

3:28

that I've been on so

3:31

interesting and Divinely

3:34

ordained to put me where I am today.

3:36

So I started out in, as an engineer

3:38

and automotive in the Detroit area where I grew up.

3:40

Then I knew there was more to life than

3:42

Henry Ford and the automotive industry. So

3:44

I moved to the big

3:46

old state of Texas, and got into

3:49

the good old boys network of telecommunications.

3:52

And, I went from everything was tangible

3:54

or you could, I could look inside of a car

3:57

and go, Oh, I designed those switches

3:59

or, I did the CAD drawings on that wire

4:01

harness and then I go into telecom

4:03

where everything's in the cloud. What's

4:05

in the, what's the cloud? You know,

4:08

and so I just, it was so

4:10

hard for me to understand when I dialed

4:12

my phone and it goes to someone else's

4:15

phone and rings and

4:17

they answer, it's in the cloud.

4:19

Well, what's happening in the cloud? There's nothing tangible

4:21

about it. So that was really funny that I had to deal with

4:23

that and then ended

4:25

up in Hollywood for all

4:28

weird, strange reasons. I

4:31

see. The puzzle pieces

4:33

coming together now that I've just put out another

4:35

film and, but I went through

4:38

this stuff where I was trying to prove myself in

4:40

automotive and, you know, a man's world.

4:42

So I, I worked extra hard then

4:45

the good old boys network in Texas

4:47

and telecom and then Hollywood,

4:49

and I was. I loved being in Hollywood,

4:52

but it's a very cutthroat business.

4:55

And so by the time the film was over,

4:57

seven years of, making a film

4:59

with Elvis Presley's stepbrother,

5:01

of all people, I was

5:03

on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I

5:06

had migraine headaches for 23 years.

5:08

I had cystic acne. My hair was

5:10

falling out. I went to the doctor

5:12

and they said, you have severe cardiovascular stress.

5:14

You're on the verge of an instant heart attack. And

5:18

just so many things. I had insomnia and

5:20

I thought I've got to make some changes,

5:23

but I was good at project management.

5:25

I was good at operations. I was good

5:27

at running businesses. I came in under

5:29

budget. I came in on time and

5:33

I thought that was my God given gift. I thought that's

5:36

what the universe wants me to do. And

5:38

then the universe says, Oh no, we're going to just pull

5:40

the rug out from under you. We're going to take away your

5:42

identity and we're going to strip you of everything

5:45

you've ever known. And we're going to put you in the

5:47

wellness industry. I

5:49

said, Oh, no, this is not happening. I can't

5:51

do this. I hate feet. I

5:53

don't want to be around people's feet.

5:55

That was the first thing that I said, I'm like, use it.

5:57

I hate

6:00

feet. I

6:03

love this. That's what you think of health and

6:05

wellness. That is not even coming to my mind when

6:07

I think health and well, because

6:11

I remember I'm like, I want people to take their

6:13

shoes off if they come into my center and I

6:15

hate feet. And I don't want to be smelling

6:17

smelly. It was

6:19

so weird. You know, how this just random

6:21

thoughts come in at like, I hate feet.

6:24

So it was just funny, but

6:27

I knew I had to make some changes and I did

6:29

resist it for a long time. I was like,

6:31

no, I'm not going to do it. And

6:33

then it was like a bad country song. I

6:35

lost my dog. I lost my house.

6:37

I lost my job, everything, but

6:40

I needed to be stripped. Of my entire

6:42

identity, my ego in order to

6:45

do this with humility and

6:47

in order to create a device that's

6:49

helping people to heal at such a cellular

6:52

level. I really did. I

6:54

do see how much of a blessing it was.

6:57

It wasn't easy. But when you

6:59

look back. And you see

7:01

how far you've come. It was easy.

7:03

That makes sense. Totally

7:06

makes sense. And I know so many people like, yeah, but

7:08

when you're in it, whoo, are you in it? Right?

7:11

Yeah. Totally. So, cause

7:14

that's a lot. I mean, to go through

7:16

all of that, to find, you know, here

7:18

you are thriving. Now suddenly you're

7:21

on the verge of a cardiac event

7:24

and then you're basically stripped down naked

7:26

and being reborn again. Correct.

7:30

So then take me, because I believe

7:32

it was 2010 when

7:35

you opened up your first light

7:37

and sound therapy in Denver, Colorado,

7:40

being scared of feet, not

7:42

wanting anything to do with feet. What

7:45

profound change. That moment

7:47

brought you to say, that's what I'm

7:49

going to do. Uh,

7:52

you know, I think it was when I flew

7:54

to Arizona to get into

7:56

these light boxes. That's what I ended

7:58

up purchasing before the egg.

8:01

And in one session

8:03

after doing a heart rate variability test,

8:06

my, my cardiovascular stress was

8:08

normalized. And as an engineer,

8:11

how do you put that into your brain? I

8:13

didn't take any pills. I didn't get any surgeries.

8:15

I didn't have any shots. And all of a

8:17

sudden things were

8:19

normal. And so I had

8:21

to go ahead and research this because

8:23

in my engineering mind, I couldn't figure out how does this

8:25

fit? I was lying in this box.

8:28

It was some beautiful music

8:30

playing. I'm looking up at a light bulb that's

8:32

painted like rainbow colors.

8:35

There's no way anything could happen. Bye. that

8:39

doesn't compute and I'm

8:41

a huge skeptic. So, you know, convinced

8:43

me that this worked, maybe it was because I was

8:45

in Arizona and I was on a little weekend

8:47

vacation, but all that didn't

8:49

just go away because

8:51

I went to Arizona. So

8:54

I said, all right, this is something I

8:56

want to do. But I also noticed that the

8:58

biggest thing that was plaguing me was migraine

9:00

headaches. And

9:03

you never knew when you were going to get a migraine. All

9:05

of a sudden I would have like losing my peripheral

9:08

vision and I'd be in a grocery store. There

9:10

goes the grocery cart. I got to get home. I'd

9:12

be in a meeting in corporate America and

9:14

I just have to get up and walk out. And everybody

9:17

that was on my team knew, oh, Gail

9:19

must be getting a migraine. It was

9:21

a horrible way to live. I never

9:24

knew when it was going to sneak up on you and anybody who

9:26

suffers from migraines My heart goes out

9:28

to you because it is awful. And

9:30

so that was the biggest thing after the lightbox

9:33

session I had a migraine, but it

9:35

was less intense and it lasted

9:38

Five hours less than normal.

9:42

That's amazing to me. And

9:44

so we all have things that plague us.

9:46

If you were to say to somebody today,

9:49

what do you want to heal in your life? Everybody's going to

9:51

have the first thing that comes in their mind.

9:53

And mine was the migraines. They really

9:56

took away a lot of my life and my joy

9:59

because I lived in fear of them. And

10:01

so after a number of

10:03

sessions, then in the light box, I

10:05

haven't had a migraine for over 10

10:08

years. Which is such a miracle

10:11

and doctors don't know what they're from because

10:13

they could be an imbalance in your nervous

10:15

system It could be you know, a dysautonomia. You're

10:17

stuck in fight or flight. It could be

10:20

Parasites it could be heavy metals It could be an

10:22

Epstein Barr Lyme disease type virus

10:24

in the body causing the migraines And

10:27

so it's so hard to detect what their

10:29

root cause is That it

10:31

was such a miracle to me to be able

10:33

to have this You

10:36

Have some help. So I decided I'm going

10:38

to open up a center 2010 Denver,

10:40

Colorado, and it

10:42

was close to my 40th birthday. And

10:44

so this was my 40th birthday present to myself.

10:46

I'm going to create a business. I'm going to grow something,

10:50

for me because I had grown businesses

10:52

for, You know, men in my life,

10:54

ex husbands and it never worked

10:56

out. I'm going to do something for me. It's

10:58

time for me to take my life back, do something

11:01

for me, empower myself, right? And

11:04

do this. Unfortunately,

11:06

the first, the client, first

11:08

client that I had was

11:10

a little boy who had his

11:13

third bout of brain cancer.

11:16

And I said, you know what, God source, I'm like,

11:18

I didn't sign up for this. I don't want to sign

11:20

up. To see children

11:22

die and, you know, to have

11:25

all these, you know, conditions and,

11:28

he was brought in with his mom and

11:30

she was already kind of giving up and

11:34

we did some sessions on him. It really

11:36

seemed to help him. Even his grandmother came

11:38

in and she said he's now able to eat.

11:41

He's not asking for Tylenol all the time.

11:43

He's doing well, but yet

11:45

the family knew that it

11:48

was still the end and

11:50

it hit me really hard in December. He came

11:53

in in October and, in December,

11:55

he passed away and I told my man.

11:58

I'm like, I didn't sign up for this. You

12:00

know, I'll

12:02

start crying. I didn't sign up for this.

12:04

I don't want to do this. And he said, if you don't help

12:06

people, who's going to, you know, there's

12:08

not a lot of things that people can get

12:11

help with. And we're vibrational beings of light

12:13

and sound from source from God, from our creator.

12:16

We need to be healing with sound and light and

12:18

I said, well, that's true, but I don't

12:20

think I have the Wherewithal

12:23

to do this and so time

12:26

and time again people were coming in help me

12:28

help me, you know I have this I have that

12:31

and I became a researcher and

12:34

Like an investigative like a private investigator

12:37

Because people would come in and say, I've got this, and this,

12:40

and I'm on this med and I'm on this and

12:42

doing this and doing that. And I was able to put

12:44

things together and just weave it all together.

12:47

And I could say, okay, this and this

12:49

equals this. This med

12:51

is depleting you of this mineral,

12:54

therefore, this is a side effect,

12:56

and this is a symptom that you have. And

12:59

they would say, how come my doctor hasn't

13:01

been able to tell me? I said, I don't know. So

13:03

it was about educating people, and it was about

13:05

bringing people in to start to take back

13:08

their power, listen to their

13:10

body, start to put the pieces of the

13:12

puzzle together, and

13:15

Not have to depend on someone else

13:17

to tell them what's wrong with them. And

13:20

it was just a beautiful thing

13:22

that I was able to almost project manage a

13:24

lot of these, you know, so the gift

13:26

of project management was always there,

13:29

but it transferred over to, to,

13:31

to doing this and to helping people

13:34

to really figure

13:36

out what's wrong with the root cause, because if you're not

13:39

hitting the root cause, then

13:41

you're just getting worse and worse and worse.

13:44

And so I really wanted people to find out that root cause.

13:47

I know that's a long answer to a short question.

13:50

No, it's so powerful, though.

13:52

So at this time, when you were

13:54

in Denver doing this, were

13:56

you What were you utilizing

13:59

for the technology? Cause I love that

14:01

you're bringing together, especially for

14:03

so many skeptics out there. Right. And

14:05

even though we're in the industry, like

14:07

I always still have a skeptical side to myself

14:10

and I love that side to myself because like

14:12

you, that's what's going to push us

14:14

to continue to get answer after answer

14:16

after answer, to be able to help everyone

14:18

else get those answers, you

14:20

know, that they're to the skeptics out

14:23

there. So what were you using at that time? Because

14:25

this was pre. Harmonic

14:27

egg time. So

14:30

it was a rectangular box,

14:32

almost like a coffin. People actually

14:34

said, I don't want to go in there. It feels like looks like

14:36

a coffin. There was so there was a light

14:39

bulb that had, paint.

14:41

It was painted and it was rainbow colored.

14:43

And then there was a four inch foam pad with car

14:46

speakers underneath. And this was

14:48

the technology that I had

14:50

some success with. And,

14:53

but I was realizing that a lot of people lying

14:55

flat on their back or having, issues when they

14:57

got up, their back would hurt and I would

14:59

have to help them get up. And then

15:02

the nervous system is a very complicated

15:05

system. And. The

15:09

music that I was using in the lightbox

15:11

was mp3 files, not web files.

15:13

So they were compressed. So when I look

15:15

at it from binary code, I'm thinking,

15:17

okay, ones and zeros, zeros and ones. The nervous

15:19

system is saying, okay, that's a one. That's a zero.

15:22

Wait, what was that? Was that a one or a zero? And

15:24

so people were getting agitated. Doing

15:27

the sessions. And I think the nervous system

15:29

was just confused. What am I listening to

15:31

what's happening and trying to

15:33

decipher what the music was. So

15:35

I realized pretty quickly that I needed

15:37

to use the full expression of the music.

15:39

So not a compressed MP3 file,

15:42

but a WAV file and then the

15:44

nervous systems like that's the one that's a 0011001.

15:47

And it was immediately saw

15:49

people not being agitated

15:52

and irritated during the sessions.

15:54

So I think that foam pad

15:56

also was distorting some of the sound. So

15:59

then when I created the egg, I knew it

16:01

needed to have a reclining chair in there so

16:03

people could just pop up and get out. And

16:05

it needed to have Speakers

16:09

that the speakers weren't being blocked by any kind

16:11

of material. So it's just a full

16:13

expression So in the parabola of the egg

16:15

I put the speakers and that sound

16:18

just spirals around you and I hired a sound

16:20

engineer and a light engineer To

16:22

say, okay What kind of light am I going to use in this

16:25

cubic airspace of a sacred geometric

16:27

egg and what? Sound

16:29

system, I didn't want to use some

16:32

cheap Automotive speakers, but I wanted

16:34

to use something that had the

16:36

baffles and the right cubic airspace.

16:38

So using all that engineering knowledge

16:41

and how you're, how are you going to build a large

16:43

wooden egg? So bringing

16:45

that together to help people

16:48

heal with something that. Where

16:50

life came from. In the rectangular

16:52

box, I found that it was very good for

16:54

environmental, detoxing

16:57

and physical, don't want to say

16:59

the word healing, but you know, so helping them

17:01

with the physical ailments and

17:04

then with the environmental, but it wasn't touching

17:06

the emotional. I wanted to touch the emotional

17:08

because most disease is emotional and

17:11

we suppress our emotions and then

17:13

it creates a disease. So how can

17:15

I get people to really

17:18

express the emotions and let

17:20

it go? So putting them in this egg,

17:22

it seemed like that brought up emotional

17:24

trauma and it would clear it at a cellular

17:27

level. And then I was finding people had

17:29

more intuition. They were manifesting

17:31

like crazy and they were just clearing,

17:34

I think the garbage. That,

17:36

that prevents us from being empowered.

17:38

All that trauma, all the garbage we,

17:40

carry around on our back. It was clearing

17:43

and it was taking the monkey off their back and

17:45

they were able to connect to their higher

17:47

self and really

17:50

find their true passion, their purpose

17:52

and feel, I

17:56

don't want to say entitled, feel like

17:58

they deserved. what they

18:00

came here to do. That

18:03

sounds amazing. So how

18:05

many years did it take you

18:07

to design, map out and

18:10

make the harmonic egg? So

18:13

it started to come through pretty quickly

18:15

because I would hear clients say, I don't like this about

18:18

this. I don't like this about the light box. I don't like this. So

18:20

it started to come through pretty quickly in my engineering

18:22

mind. I'm like, okay, here's the design

18:24

requirements. Here's, but

18:26

it, One day, a friend

18:28

of mine came into the center and I said,

18:31

I think I need to build this large wooden egg.

18:33

And he said, can you draw it? I said, sure. I've got

18:35

a CAD background. I've got an engineering

18:37

background. And just like, doop, doop, doop, doop,

18:39

doop. And I drew it. He said, you just

18:41

drew this just now. I said, yeah, I mean, it's

18:43

been percolating in my head for a long time.

18:46

So I drew it in 2016. And

18:49

then 2017, it took us about a year, he and I,

18:51

to build it in one of the rooms of my center.

18:54

And, and then it was finished. It

18:57

was a reality. It was so

18:59

crazy because it was still

19:01

made out of cheap material because I didn't want

19:03

to waste a bunch of money if it wasn't going to work.

19:06

And, we started to bring in doctors

19:08

and healers and shamans to try it.

19:11

And say, okay, what do you think we do this two

19:13

days in a row? They're like, oh, no, two days in a row.

19:15

That's too much. Can we do it for an hour?

19:18

Ah, that's a little too much. That's it's pretty

19:20

intense. So we started to test

19:22

it for six months. We said, okay, three days

19:24

in a row was too much. Two days in a row was too much

19:26

one day. And then let's skip three days

19:29

and then do it again. So we came up with a protocol

19:31

that was one session

19:34

every five to seven days for

19:36

50 minutes. 40 minutes of music,

19:38

10 minutes of silence. That's what tested

19:41

to be the ideal. Now, many

19:44

people do energy medicine and they do too much.

19:47

So when you start to put too much

19:49

energy of anything into the

19:52

body starts to reject it and then

19:54

it starts to reverse the

19:57

benefits of it. So you want to just do enough

21:10

and then you want to let the body digest

21:12

it and integrate. And so a lot

21:14

of testing went into, like, how often,

21:18

how long, how is the integration

21:21

period, and we'll find if you're a retired

21:23

school teacher and you're, you've got a pretty chill

21:25

life and not a lot of stress, a

21:28

session might last you for a month. No,

21:31

for me, I think it lasts about an hour. I

21:36

do it every week. I don't overdo

21:38

it, but I'm supporting 150

21:41

center owners now, and there's eggs in 12

21:43

countries now, and I'm really trying,

21:45

I just put out a new documentary to try

21:47

to get people to understand sound

21:49

and light therapy, but also to be more kind

21:52

and to be more loving. We have this crazy election

21:54

coming up. I'm not living in any

21:56

fear, but there's going to be a lot of separation.

21:58

We are not the United States of America

22:00

anymore. We are the divided states of America.

22:03

And I just want people to really say,

22:05

okay, is this necessary? Can't

22:07

we just be kind? Can't we just

22:10

love each other and get along and

22:12

take our power back because we

22:15

can make a change. Right.

22:18

100%. So

22:20

this is, first of all, congratulations, because

22:22

this is amazing that you started. In

22:25

basically what sounds like a coffin, which I

22:27

was starting to get a little like, Oh,

22:29

I can't breathe. Into an egg where I was

22:31

like, I think I can breathe, but I'm not sure.

22:34

And now I want you to describe because you

22:36

have two others that

22:39

you have the lift and what

22:41

is, there's another one. What's the other one called? So

22:44

the ellipse is really the egg 2. 0.

22:46

So it's, it's an, it's

22:48

a different, door design for the egg. So

22:50

it's really the egg and the lift. The lift is a light

22:53

capsule that. People

22:55

can use for their home and they can go in it every

22:57

day. I have a lift at my house and I have an egg

22:59

at my house. The lift for me

23:01

is a great way to just sit in there and meditate

23:04

every morning. I take my journal and

23:06

I meditate in the morning, sit in there for

23:08

10 or 15 minutes, and it's brilliant.

23:10

You can do that every day. I

23:12

created that during the pandemic because

23:15

people were afraid to come out. But they still wanted

23:17

to get their egg sessions and not

23:20

many people can put a 11 foot by

23:22

11 foot by 7 foot large wooden

23:24

egg in their home. Right, but

23:26

they can put a 48

23:28

inch diameter light capsule with

23:31

the same music. We use the same lights

23:34

and we have, you know, the sacred geometry,

23:37

the wooden. oak

23:39

that lines it. So I created

23:41

that during the pandemic so people could have

23:43

something in their home and that they

23:45

could feel they could still do

23:48

their self care because a lot of the doctors

23:50

and healers closed. Right, right.

23:52

So for that one, the cylinder one, now that

23:54

one looked like it sort of opened

23:57

and then I saw a picture of someone was sitting probably

23:59

like cross legged Indian style in it. Is that

24:01

what you do? In that one. My

24:04

sister has a pillow in there and she goes

24:06

in a fetal position. Some friends of mine

24:08

that bought one, they put a chair inside,

24:11

almost like a recliner chair they put

24:13

inside. They don't recline in there, but they put a

24:16

big poofy chair in there. And some people

24:18

would just sit on a bench. I just sit cross

24:20

legged in, you know, the Indian style

24:22

I sit in. I sit in there. Yeah. Okay.

24:24

And then let's go to egg one and then

24:26

egg 2. 0. So

24:28

egg one has what

24:31

style chair in there or are we laying down? So

24:34

it's the same chair, the same lights, the

24:36

same speakers, what happened was we started to see

24:38

a lot of people with wheelchairs. So the egg

24:40

1 had a sliding door and it was really

24:42

hard for a person with a wheelchair to

24:44

get in. So now egg 2, the doors

24:46

just open like closet doors and they can roll

24:48

right up. And if they can get out

24:50

of their wheelchair, they can get in there. So it's just

24:53

a different door design. Okay. In

24:55

egg two, when I saw a picture, it looked

24:57

like there could have been a massage table in there.

25:00

Or was I just like imagining?

25:03

Yeah, the chair reclines to almost

25:05

an inversion. So it took me like nine

25:08

chairs to find it. People

25:10

don't realize how difficult it is to find a chair

25:12

that'll fit inside of a large wooden egg

25:15

and still recline. You know,

25:17

and still serve like a seven foot person,

25:19

right? And so that chair does almost

25:22

lay flat. And then

25:24

once the footrest comes out, you're almost can

25:26

be in an inversion. You don't have to lean that

25:29

far back, but you can, and a

25:31

lot of my yoga, teachers and

25:33

students, they want to be inverted.

25:35

Almost like a zero gravity kind of

25:37

chair. It is. Yeah. Zero gravity

25:39

is your feet at the level of your heart or above,

25:42

so it is a zero gravity chair. How

25:45

exciting. So tell me now,

25:48

because, so it sounds like people can

25:50

use these professionally in

25:52

their doctor's office, in their wellness spas,

25:54

but you're also mentioning that someone, we could have

25:56

them at home. So

25:59

you, do you? I have one in my home. Okay.

26:01

So you sell them both ways. Is that how

26:03

it works? Yes,

26:05

people can purchase it for their home

26:07

and you know, there's, one in Martha's Vineyard

26:09

and there's several in California, but

26:11

for the most part, I think people are purchasing

26:13

them to be of service to others and to put

26:15

them into a wellness situation,

26:18

whether it's in an acupuncturist,

26:20

office, which we have chiropractors,

26:22

we have nurse practitioners, physician's

26:25

assistants, MDs.

26:28

Let's see, we have RNs,

26:30

so many medical professionals own them, but

26:32

then we have retired accountants

26:34

who just still want to be of service, and

26:36

they still want to, you know, do something, and

26:38

so they just purchase one, and they have people come

26:40

over and, to their center, and

26:43

Jump inside a large wooden egg and they're beautiful

26:45

souls. We call them egg guardians. They're

26:47

beautiful souls that aren't going

26:49

to just say, okay, like what's your,

26:52

you know, what's your birth date and, what's your

26:54

insurance number in here, I'm gonna throw you in. They

26:56

take the time to talk

26:58

to you and find out what is going on, emotionally,

27:01

physically, environmentally. And

27:03

then we have protocols and a training manual

27:05

for what colors would best serve that intention

27:08

that you want to, work on.

27:10

What sound. waves

27:13

from instruments will best serve

27:15

that intention to help you

27:18

to achieve the level of wellness that you

27:20

wish to achieve. It's really fun. I

27:22

miss seeing clients. I saw over

27:24

20, 000 clients at my center

27:27

and then I realized I have to

27:29

get above the whole like seeing people

27:31

every day and I have to serve

27:34

my center owners and help them,

27:36

you know, serve their clients. So we

27:38

have a private Facebook page. We

27:40

have owner calls every month

27:43

and we just really support this community. Community

27:46

with love and integrity, and that's the brand

27:48

attributes, love, integrity, reliability, and community.

27:52

And that's how I want everybody to be

27:54

in this community. It's not a franchise

27:56

model because that's very patriarchal. So

27:58

I wanted more of the divine feminine cooperative

28:01

business model. And so my center

28:03

owners are constantly referring clients

28:06

to each other, and it's

28:08

just a really beautiful community. That

28:10

sounds so amazing.

28:12

I love the opportunity that it's there

28:14

for everyone, for the everyday

28:16

person or someone that wants to maybe advance

28:19

their practice, whether they're massage,

28:21

Reiki, acupuncturist, that's

28:24

really spectacular. And the heart and soul that you've

28:26

taken to really think about

28:28

how you want the community to be,

28:30

not just business.

28:33

Not that business isn't important because it

28:35

is, but how you define

28:37

your business is so important

28:40

and indicative, I feel, of

28:42

the frequency vibration that you're putting out

28:45

to attract those that you want to bring in. Yeah.

28:49

I felt like it really shouldn't be about money

28:51

and, Anybody that you talk to,

28:53

they say, Oh, my gosh, if you just stay of service,

28:56

the money's just there. And that's what I've noticed

28:58

as well. I just stay in service. And

29:00

then I try to stay humble. We all have an

29:02

ego of some sort, but I

29:04

also didn't want to be that one. It just takes people's

29:06

money and walks away. And I don't

29:08

want to be that person at the top who's rich.

29:11

I want to create abundance for everybody. and

29:13

money is just energy, so

29:16

we can exchange the energy of money

29:18

for sessions in the egg or

29:20

time. And so I really wanted to create

29:22

something where people felt like, they

29:25

were in a community

29:27

that they can have love

29:29

and abundance, not live in fear and desperation.

29:32

And then I, that's why I do these podcasts. So

29:34

I want the center owners to be abundant.

29:36

I want people to see this and say, where can

29:38

I go find an egg center? So then

29:40

I'm creating abundance for them. So this is what I

29:42

put my time into. I love doing it.

29:44

I love supporting people. I love serving people.

29:46

I love empowering people. I love

29:49

for people to listen to

29:51

their bodies and find the

29:53

root cause of what's going on and

29:55

take their power back. That's what I love

29:58

to do. Right. I love

30:00

that explanation

30:02

that you gave of everything. It's just so

30:04

incredibly important. And which

30:07

brings us into, I really want to talk about your

30:09

documentary, It's Time, because,

30:11

you know, I was just rewatching it before, our

30:13

interview, and of course there was this like, it

30:15

was, There's so many reasons

30:17

why today is so divine for us to be meeting

30:20

and I feel like it's actually almost a secret therapy

30:23

session for myself, with everything

30:25

that's going on. Please

30:27

share a little bit about

30:29

your documentary, the why behind it,

30:32

why it's so important for you and

30:34

what you hope that viewers walk

30:36

away with. I think

30:38

the main thing I Wanted to do

30:41

and you see when the movie opens up, well, it's called

30:43

it's time because it's time for more kindnesses

30:45

time for more love and everybody kept telling

30:47

me it's time for this information. It's time.

30:49

And I said, I think that's the name of the film.

30:51

It's time. And so when

30:53

you see, it opens up and it says judgment

30:56

is the only thing that separates us. So

30:58

I wanted people to really. Key

31:00

in on that and realize how much we

31:02

judge not only each other but

31:04

ourselves. And

31:07

so I wanted them to say, okay,

31:09

we don't need to be separated. We don't need to be separate

31:11

at all. We just need to receive

31:14

everybody in the way that

31:16

they are presenting themselves, and

31:19

they're on a journey and we don't know what that

31:21

journey is, and we don't know what they signed up for.

31:24

And so judgment. It's what separates

31:26

us. And then at the end of the movie,

31:28

I say, it's a challenge. The

31:30

challenge is if just 10

31:32

percent of people, it's a Muhammad Ali quote,

31:34

if 10 percent of people would do something,

31:36

with more love and more kindness and more,

31:39

support of each other, we can really change the world.

31:42

And so I thought if I can get a million

31:44

people to watch it, so I decided to

31:46

offer it for free. You can watch it

31:48

on YouTube, rumble or it's time dot

31:50

love. And the option is

31:52

to watch it for free. I didn't want. And

31:54

I say, well, I didn't get the message because

31:57

I couldn't afford to pay to watch the film.

32:00

So all those excuses are taken away

32:02

from people. It is about

32:04

sound and light therapies. It does

32:06

talk about how sound and light affects our

32:08

bodies, but it also talks about,

32:11

our communication. And

32:13

when I say something to you and I'll

32:15

say, Jennifer, like, what does love mean

32:17

to you? Your definition and my definition are going

32:19

to be completely different. And other

32:21

key words, money, manipulation,

32:25

time, different words are going to mean

32:27

different things to different people. But

32:29

when all this communication is coated

32:31

with emotions, it's hard to

32:33

communicate with each other. We

32:35

almost need, like Cynthia says in the

32:37

movie, a new language in

32:39

the future to communicate. Maybe

32:41

it'll be telepathic. Maybe we can communicate

32:44

from our heart and our heart energy.

32:49

I can sometimes feel the heart,

32:52

even if they're yelling at me about something,

32:54

just as an example, and I can still

32:57

feel that heart energy. I can

32:59

be like, you know what, you're beautiful and I love you. And

33:02

it takes them off guard, but

33:06

we don't know. Maybe their son

33:08

just, committed suicide, which my boyfriend's

33:10

neighbor's, his son, her son just committed

33:12

suicide last week. So we don't

33:14

know what they're dealing with. And,

33:18

We have to still send them that love

33:20

and if we can feel into the communication

33:22

of their heart Then I think we

33:24

can have a better world. So I really wanted

33:26

doc the documentary to

33:30

Open up people's eyes and their hearts

33:32

to seeing each other from

33:34

a soul perspective instead of

33:36

a physical

33:39

perspective I think

33:41

it does a great job at that and it's

33:43

so informative and really, I

33:45

would say I love there's power in a pause.

33:48

It really gives you pause to think about

33:51

your life as an energetic

33:54

being, as a frequency. And

33:56

if our highest frequency is love,

33:59

And we all came from love and we all

34:01

gave love, even just

34:04

for one hour a day, imagine

34:07

the impact our world would have. And

34:11

there's, I feel that so many more people need

34:13

to understand the

34:15

power that they have within to

34:18

be able to step out of what they're

34:20

told and to

34:23

get back to who they are, why they're here,

34:25

and honor that power. What's within.

34:29

Yeah, we're all these magical beings

34:31

like they're the sky's the limit. We

34:33

can accomplish anything You

34:36

know, we have to have some focus and we have to take action

34:38

It's not like the secret movie where you just sit on your couch

34:40

and you say ohm and everything's gonna come to You

34:42

have to take some action, but

34:44

I really believe that there's nothing that we can't

34:46

accomplish I

34:48

would agree and you certainly have proven it three

34:51

eggs later Which, I do

34:53

want to ask you something about the harmonic egg.

34:55

Why, because I feel like this is important,

34:58

and why the

35:00

essence of the geometry of

35:02

an egg versus,

35:05

a tanning bed that's like an oval tube

35:07

or a circle, why the egg? So

35:11

what came to me was that egg

35:13

is where life starts. And so we want to

35:15

take our life back in the shape of

35:17

an egg and sacred geometry. I will tell

35:19

you, over the centuries, and that's why my

35:21

book, unlocking the ancient secrets to healing,

35:24

I traveled all over the world. And I feel

35:26

like energetically, I brought back the

35:28

consciousness of what was in the pyramids in

35:30

Egypt and what was in the temples

35:32

in Greece. And I feel like

35:34

the sacred geometry is

35:37

such a beautiful thing. The pyramids are still standing.

35:40

And so many other structures are demolished.

35:42

They've been demolished by natural disasters,

35:45

earthquakes, floods, hurricanes,

35:47

tornadoes, typhoons, you name

35:49

it. We have eggs

35:51

in, places that had natural disasters

35:54

that survived. Now, I can't understand

35:56

this. We had an egg in Lewisville,

35:58

Colorado, where the Marshall fires happened.

36:01

And the egg wasn't touched. We've

36:03

had egg, we have eggs all over Florida.

36:06

None of them have been damaged by the hurricanes,

36:08

including Fort Myers and

36:10

Sarasota, and I don't know that Sarasota

36:13

got really hit by the hurricane, but

36:15

we've had flooding in Michigan.

36:17

The egg survived, Maui,

36:20

the egg survived the natural disaster

36:22

there. So to me, there's something going

36:24

on that the sacred geometry,

36:27

nature's like, whoop, egg,

36:29

let's go around that. You know, I found that in a lot of photos. And there's

36:32

something magical about that. So

36:35

that image that came into my head

36:38

using sacred geometry, the golden ratio,

36:41

Tesla, mathematics, three sixes

36:43

and nines, just like we see in nature.

36:46

There was something beautiful about that just had

36:48

to be designed in there. And then I, you know, And then I, Read

36:50

a lot of Edgar Cayce's work and

36:53

he said, bring together the spiritual forces

36:55

of sound, spiritual forces of light to

36:57

create a modality for the future and that was in

36:59

the 1940s right before he passed

37:01

away. Then you have Royal Rife

37:04

with, doing frequencies and

37:06

you have just so many

37:08

characters in the past including

37:12

the Aborigines, Using,

37:14

music like the didgeridoo and you

37:16

had Native Americans with the drumming

37:19

and flute. There had

37:21

to be something that would combine everything

37:24

and create a modality

37:26

where people could really get empowered

37:29

and feel like they were these magical

37:31

beings, connecting them to

37:33

their higher power. And really

37:36

owning who they are on this planet

37:38

because we are all here for a

37:40

reason and I did a podcast

37:42

yesterday and I said, what, when did we start

37:44

revering the president or

37:47

a CEO? Why

37:49

aren't we revering the garbage man? Because

37:51

what if no one was taking out the garbage? And

37:55

so my dad taught me as an automotive

37:57

worker that And

37:59

he worked on the assembly line and he said, the CEO

38:02

of the company is no better than the

38:04

guy that he's working on the line with, next

38:06

to him. And I took that lesson

38:09

with me throughout my life. And I really

38:11

never wanted to paint myself

38:14

as being better or, you

38:16

know, anything

38:19

more entitled than anyone else. Because

38:22

we, everybody's here for a reason and

38:24

maybe that person who's a garbage man

38:26

this lifetime was a president

38:28

in another lifetime was like, I don't want to do that again.

38:31

That sucked. let me do something that does a

38:33

little bit less stressful. I just have to pick

38:35

up trash. And clean up the environment,

38:37

and help people get rid of their trash. What

38:40

if no one was doing that? It's

38:43

so special that you've mentioned

38:45

this because I feel like there's a whole

38:47

generation of us that were brought up that way,

38:49

that you should be able to do every

38:52

job, whether it be in that business,

38:55

in that corporation, in every

38:57

which way, shape or form so that when any individual

39:00

comes to you, you understand.

39:03

You have empathy for what they're going

39:05

through, whereas that dynamic

39:07

really, I don't, I mean, has been

39:09

lost for so long

39:12

now. It's so much I versus

39:14

we. And I feel like

39:16

we're really on this cusp of

39:19

getting back to that, of getting back to

39:21

a sense of community. And

39:23

it's so important to get there. Yeah,

39:27

when I worked in automotive, I, I

39:29

had 11 jobs in nine years there,

39:31

and I wanted to go to the plant

39:34

and I wanted to see as an engineer, what

39:36

is the assembly line person?

39:39

What are they going through to design

39:41

these components

39:44

that we're giving them? And

39:47

when I got there, it was almost like,

39:49

They'd never seen anybody from corporate before

39:52

and they said, we're trying to

39:54

explain it to the layman audience.

39:57

A wire harness has these little things

39:59

called Christmas trees on them, and they pop

40:01

into the hole so that the wire harness can,

40:03

kind of be in the car without

40:05

shaking. And they have

40:08

these jigs and they were, taping

40:10

the wire harnesses, but they couldn't see the back of the Christmas

40:12

tree. The only thing that they needed was

40:15

a mirror on the jig so that they could

40:17

see that they were getting that Christmas

40:19

tree wrapped properly. How

40:22

easy is that? So I went back to corporate, I said, they

40:24

need mirrors on the jigs. And they're just like,

40:26

is that the only reason why the Christmas trees

40:28

are not being, you know, they're falling

40:30

off the wire harness? I'm like, yeah, because nobody

40:33

went there and asked them, what do you need to

40:35

do your job? What

40:37

do you need? Can

40:40

you imagine if we just once

40:43

a day, you know, I always love to try

40:45

to do something once a day for someone else,

40:47

even if it's just simply opening a door,

40:50

smiling at someone, but if we took it one

40:52

step forward and simply ask

40:54

someone, what do you need? it's

40:57

like the next time, like you were talking about someone,

40:59

maybe yelling or going off, and it's sort of

41:01

at that point you want to look at that person and be like, What

41:04

do you need? It's a diffuser.

41:07

It's a complete diffuser. And right now,

41:10

I think people don't even know what they need

41:13

because they're so spun out in

41:15

fight or flight. And what

41:17

they really need is a harmonic egg.

41:19

I really feel like we all need a harmonic egg.

41:22

We all need a session. We

41:25

all need to be in there, which would be

41:27

so amazing. So tell me, And

41:29

speaking of this, is there, because you

41:32

touched on this a little bit, is there a typical

41:34

protocol for

41:36

every human being and then is there a different

41:38

protocol for maybe like overly sensitive?

41:41

I also have a question for our viewers. And we're

41:43

all human beings. So, no, absolutely. That's a great question.

41:45

So we are, there is no one size fits all.

41:47

Every one of us is a different. We're wired differently.

41:50

Let's just say we all have

41:52

a different wiring system since we're talking

41:54

about wire harnesses. We're all wired

41:56

differently. And so know the first

41:59

time you go in, we have about six sessions

42:01

that are what we call autonomic nervous system

42:03

reboots. When your nervous

42:05

system is so out of whack, Then

42:08

whatever you have going on in your body thinks that's

42:10

normal. So until you reset

42:12

the nervous system, rebalance it,

42:14

the body doesn't understand there

42:17

is another normal. So you create a new

42:20

normal. So that's one of the things.

42:22

Now, there are sensitive beings. I'm one of them.

42:25

I go on children's volume.

42:28

You know, so we have settings for children, for

42:30

animals. We don't use

42:32

stimulating light colors. For,

42:35

animals or children because it's overstimulating.

42:37

So the protocols are all set

42:39

and tried and true. But we do have,

42:41

you know, you can lower the volume. And for me, I

42:43

always go in on a lower volume. I don't need,

42:46

it's like a homeopathic dose for me.

42:48

the lower the volume, the better where

42:50

people will go in. Oh no, crank me up.

42:53

I'm like, you don't need to be cranked up. More

42:56

is not better. And cranking

42:58

somebody up and putting them on a

43:01

decibel range of over 90, Hertz

43:04

is going to damage their cells and

43:06

throw them into fight or flight. So

43:09

we do have specific protocols

43:11

and training and yes, there's 40

43:13

or so different music selections. I produce

43:16

the music and then I create song

43:18

sheets. So when I have this new gift

43:20

that's happened, I don't know when it happened,

43:23

but as I'm releasing trauma and the egg,

43:26

my, my, Natural

43:28

God given gifts are coming through so I

43:30

can listen to a piece of music and tell what

43:32

colors I

43:35

can feel in what chakra it's going to

43:37

evoke and help I can feel in a

43:39

different organs. So then I put the song

43:41

sheet together as a general rule as a

43:43

foundation for that piece of music.

43:46

But then, you know, you're going to have that unique

43:49

individual that comes in and they need blue

43:51

for their crown chakra when normally

43:53

you would see it as purple or they need green

43:56

for the root chakra because we

43:58

are all different. There isn't one size

44:00

fits all. But we do

44:02

have a foundation and a, you know, a base

44:05

That I give to all the center owners all the egg

44:07

guardians so that they can

44:09

navigate Just about any kind

44:11

of intention from a

44:13

client. So it's really fun. It sounds

44:15

really fun And I think that's really important that

44:17

people understand that this just isn't Another

44:20

thing that someone can purchase like this is really

44:22

individualized This is by people who

44:24

really care about health and wellness and

44:26

where we're going as a society with

44:29

alternative therapies and

44:31

alternative cares Such

44:34

now I read, I was, you know,

44:37

of course perusing your website and I saw

44:39

the centers all over the place, which is so cool.

44:41

I, they, I saw them in areas and I was like, oh my gosh,

44:43

I had no idea. and so you

44:45

two listeners can go and check that out afterwards. We'll

44:47

tell you where to do that. I saw

44:49

in a center that

44:52

you could do a distant. Session.

44:56

Is this true? Do

44:59

tell. It is the strangest thing.

45:01

It is the strangest thing. I, I

45:04

knew that people did remote healing.

45:06

I knew people did distance healing and I didn't

45:08

really buy into it. When the

45:10

pandemic hit and there were some of my clients

45:13

that ended up on respirators in the

45:15

hospital and their loved ones called me and said,

45:18

can you put my loved one's picture

45:20

in the egg? And I said, no, I don't think that's going to work.

45:23

And I did it. And they got off

45:25

the respirators. Three people.

45:28

So three for three and then I had

45:31

a chiropractor call me from Florida and

45:33

said, I have a little girl. I can't help her. Can

45:35

you put her picture in the egg? I said, I don't

45:37

think it's going to work. It was 10 o'clock

45:39

at night. I drove up to the center. I put her picture

45:41

in there before the session even ended.

45:43

She was having a bowel movement and she

45:45

was blocked. The mom

45:48

called me, the chiropractor flew

45:50

to Denver to meet with me. And

45:53

so then I started, there's something to this, and

45:55

I was raised Catholic. And, people

45:57

would send prayers all the time to people.

45:59

They'd say, I'm going to send you a prayer. Well, you're 3, 000

46:01

miles away. What's, what good is that going to do? But

46:04

it works. It's intention. It's

46:06

energy. Everything is energy. So

46:09

then my horse is, 1, 200 pounds

46:11

and she does not fit in the egg. And

46:13

she ended up with a cyst on her chest. And

46:15

I thought, well, I'll just put

46:17

her in the egg and her picture. And

46:20

within three days, the cyst was gone. Now,

46:22

how does this even work? My

46:24

engineering mind is still

46:27

confused, but it works so

46:29

often and so brilliantly.

46:32

So I think it's about the energy. We're

46:34

sending energy to, you

46:36

and you have energy and then we're setting

46:39

an intention. And when two or more

46:41

are gathered with that intention, It

46:43

amplifies it. I

46:46

can't say that I completely understand

46:48

it, but it is working brilliantly

46:50

and people all over the world are doing remote

46:52

sessions. So then I thought, let me do a remote

46:54

session in the Peru egg, and I felt

46:57

the land. I did a remote session

46:59

in the New Zealand egg. I felt

47:01

the land. So I would encourage anybody,

47:03

if you want to go on a vacation, and

47:06

there's an egg in that location, and you can't

47:08

afford to go there, you can connect with the

47:10

land. And do a remote

47:12

session there. I tell you what,

47:14

the Pachimama, the Peru egg,

47:17

I was blown away. I had a slight headache

47:20

even before the session started because it

47:22

was so intense. And

47:24

I really felt like the owner

47:26

there was so loving and

47:28

she, with her entire

47:30

heart and her entire being, she

47:33

wanted me to experience the land on

47:35

which her egg sat. And

47:37

I did. It was so beautiful.

47:40

That is a, oh my gosh, that sounds

47:42

amazing. Now

47:44

I have a couple of follow up questions. One,

47:46

based on what you said, because you just described

47:49

the energy was a little intense, you started to feel a little headache

47:51

prior. Is

47:53

there protocol for what someone should do before and

47:55

after a session? So

47:59

before, we don't want you to be, coming

48:01

off of another energy modality. So if you

48:03

had just done acupuncture the night before, please

48:05

don't come. Thank you. And please respect your

48:07

acupuncturist and let it integrate two

48:09

or three days, or ask your acupuncturist.

48:12

Maybe if they use 25 needles, they might tell

48:14

you, give it five days to integrate. If they use

48:16

seven or eight needles, you know, give it two or three

48:18

days to integrate. We need to respect

48:21

these energy, modalities and these healers that are out

48:23

there, and ask them, how long do I, you

48:25

know, let this integrate? so before,

48:27

you want to make sure you're not coming off of other energy

48:29

work. Because you could then have,

48:31

you know, you pile too much on

48:34

and spin your body out of control and it might be,

48:36

bad experience. We don't want that. You

48:38

know, nobody wants that. Being

48:40

hydrated is really the key after

48:43

you finish the sessions. You

48:45

are getting a sonic massage. You

48:47

are detoxing. You are releasing

48:50

cellular trauma, even if it is emotional,

48:52

still water can flush out

48:55

the cells for emotions as well. And

48:57

then just being good to yourself, don't

48:59

jump into a stressful situation. Don't go

49:01

do, cardio. Workout

49:04

right after use that energy

49:06

for healing, use it to,

49:09

really to heal. I have bodybuilders that come

49:11

in and they use the energy for endurance. They're

49:14

riding their bike a hundred miles. They're

49:16

winning weightlifting championships because

49:18

they got all this energy and that's

49:20

how they choose to use the energy. I

49:23

try to, give myself. Off a couple

49:25

hours to chill and then a couple

49:28

days without intense, exercise

49:31

or, really crappy foods.

49:34

So some people will come in and they say, Oh, I did my egg

49:36

session and then I went to Taco Bell and I didn't feel

49:38

well. Your

49:40

body was trying to heal and clean

49:42

out and you put Taco Bell in there. You

49:45

know, there's nothing wrong with having a Taco Bell once

49:47

in a while. I do because it's sometimes

49:49

it tastes really good, but it's not after a

49:51

session. And so people say, Oh,

49:53

okay, I get it. You know, I said, your body's rejecting

49:56

it and that's why you don't feel well. So

49:58

being hydrated and taking care of yourself

50:00

after any kind of energy modality,

50:02

I think it's just important. Okay. Oh my

50:04

gosh, this is so fascinating.

50:07

I'm like, I like, I need to get an egg. I'm

50:09

really excited about this. You

50:12

also, I saw on your site,

50:14

there's a whole shop section and you have

50:16

your book and the documentary is there.

50:19

You also show USBs of

50:22

music. That is within the

50:24

eggs, and they come in little packs or single

50:26

packs. And I'm wondering if you can speak

50:29

a little bit to those. And

50:31

for the person, or for yourself,

50:33

if you thought, Oh my gosh, if there's only one USB

50:35

that you could get. What would that be?

50:39

Oh, you're killing

50:41

me here. Right?

50:44

Um, because I produced all the music

50:46

and I love all the music, gosh, we

50:48

have the yellow USB. And so way

50:51

back when, before, you know, before

50:53

the world changed, I was trying to figure

50:55

out what is the root cause of all disease. And

50:57

so I would say, okay, Parkinson's, I've noticed that

50:59

when people come out of the egg, they smell like heavy

51:01

metals. Like you've taken coins and rubbed them

51:04

in your hands and smelled your hands. So

51:06

I feel like heavy metals is one reason people

51:08

have, disease, inflammation,

51:10

stress. fatty liver. We have

51:12

an epidemic of fatty livers from

51:15

people that haven't even touched alcohol.

51:17

I think, the keto diets and a lot of the fat diets

51:19

and different things like

51:22

that stress has caused, fatty

51:24

livers and then autoimmune

51:26

or immune system issues. So I created

51:28

a yellow USB, with those.

51:30

reasons why people would get disease,

51:33

so that covers the root causes. Plus

51:36

there's one on there called Kid Sanctuary

51:38

that I created for the autistic community.

51:40

It's very simple. It's birds, uh,

51:43

water and flute. And so I wanted

51:45

to keep something very simple, very

51:47

gentle. It's one of my favorites of all time.

51:50

It's the one I do over and over. It's the one I

51:52

use for my horse. It's the one I use. my

51:54

horse accidentally stepped on one of my kittens.

51:58

It was, it was horrible. And nobody

52:00

knows how the kitten survived, but I immediately

52:02

put the kitten's picture in the egg, and

52:04

the kitten made a full refu full,

52:07

he fully recovered, and

52:10

they're still best friends. Like, this is how

52:12

you can see how animals can forgive.

52:15

I mean, this was the worst sound I've ever heard in my

52:17

life. I didn't know cats could

52:20

scream. I thought they just purred

52:22

and meowed. No, this cat was screaming.

52:24

It was underneath my horse's hoof and

52:26

I pushed my horse back. The cat got out from

52:28

under it. I thought for sure I was going to have to take it to put it

52:31

down. And after the egg session

52:33

and I did also some like

52:35

Reiki. And

52:38

on him, he sits on the

52:40

horse's back every morning. I look out the

52:42

window every morning and he is on the horse's

52:44

back. They're best friends. And if we can

52:46

only realize. And love

52:48

each other that way and forgive each other that

52:50

way. I mean, the cat has every reason

52:52

in the world to hate this horse forever.

52:56

Totally. But I think the, the egg session

52:58

really cleared the trauma, you know, it cleared the

53:00

trauma and even I talked to

53:02

a vet, an animal, veterinarian.

53:05

And he's like, how did that cat survive? I'm like,

53:07

I have no idea. He said it had to be the egg.

53:09

So he's looking at, how long, how

53:11

many times did you put the kitten's picture in the egg?

53:15

Just once for one like 50

53:18

50 minute session, but the cat's picture in

53:20

the egg I've heard from different

53:22

doctors that if you can hit a trauma, like

53:25

a football player gets hit on the field, and

53:28

if you can put a football player

53:30

in the egg after that trauma, the

53:32

body can release that trauma before

53:34

it has time to remember, before it has

53:36

time to sit into the cell memory and

53:38

create PTSD. When

53:41

I got in my car accident, the first thing I did

53:43

within six hours, I knew I had to get

53:46

in and this was when I had the light box. But

53:48

I I got hit at 60 miles an hour, t

53:50

boned, and most

53:52

people with that kind of, you know, injury,

53:55

and I had a near death experience, I've

53:57

spun around the intersection, most people have

53:59

a traumatic brain injury, TBI,

54:01

or some kind of a physical damage. My

54:04

body doesn't remember the injury, doesn't

54:06

remember the accident. That's

54:08

the only thing that I can say that's why I don't have permanent

54:11

damage. That is amazing.

54:14

Oh my goodness gracious. Sound

54:17

and light is beautiful. Wow. It is

54:19

beautiful. And I have been, I've been

54:21

using sound and light therapy

54:24

and energy healing for years,

54:26

not in a harmonic egg, which

54:28

I can't wait to expand upon

54:30

my, experiences. You

54:33

did touch on something that I'm sure a lot

54:35

of people would wonder, like myself, what

54:38

is the difference between

54:41

A Reiki healing session or an

54:43

energy session in general and

54:46

experiencing the harmonic egg, whether that's

54:48

a distance session or physically

54:50

being in it. So

54:53

if you have a healer that

54:55

can be neutral, there's really no

54:57

difference. If you have a human

54:59

who is riddled with emotional

55:01

trauma and they work on you, they're probably going

55:03

to pass that Or at least some

55:05

of that on to you. So

55:07

you wouldn't want me putting my hands on you. I'm a stellium

55:10

in Scorpio. I can get up in my stuff,

55:13

right? And

55:15

I don't want to ever pass on anything to somebody else

55:18

that they have to deal with or clear. I have

55:20

to clear a lot of people's energies that attach

55:22

to me because I'm an empath. But

55:24

the egg is consistent and repeatable. It doesn't have a

55:26

bad day. It doesn't get in a car accident. It doesn't lose

55:28

its house. It doesn't go bankrupt. It doesn't,

55:30

you know, uh, get divorced. So

55:33

there's a lot to be said with

55:35

human healers. They have to

55:37

be a really special breed of people that

55:39

they don't, they can stay

55:41

neutral so they're not passing along their energy

55:44

and their emotions, you know, to their

55:46

clients. So I have had a lot

55:48

of clients come in and they

55:50

do a session to clear the energy of

55:53

the acupuncturist that is going through a

55:55

divorce and they put their Sadness

55:58

in them or the massage therapist who's

56:00

losing her house and they put

56:02

she put her financial fear in them And

56:04

so they come in clear. I think we're coming

56:07

into a place

56:09

of medicine now that we're gonna be able to navigate

56:12

this and we're gonna be able to say to ourselves Is that

56:14

my energy? No, that's

56:16

not mine I'm not having that fear.

56:19

That's someone else that attached to me.

56:21

Let me just clear that. And you don't have

56:23

to stand on your head and drink water upside down.

56:25

You don't have to do that. It's as simple as just saying

56:28

clear, clear, clear. The

56:31

other exercise that I do is

56:33

I put myself in a, a glass

56:35

box and I just ask

56:37

the person That all the energy that

56:40

I have taken from somebody that doesn't

56:42

belong to me, that it gets sent back to them

56:44

lovingly and gently. And

56:46

that any energies that people have taken from

56:48

me gets brought back to me lovingly

56:50

and gently. Because most

56:52

of us are walking around like Swiss cheese. We

56:54

got stuff missing, parts missing, we got extra

56:57

parts, we got all this stuff. And

56:59

then I just expand my energy into that

57:01

glass box until I feel

57:03

like I've now, no

57:05

one else's energy and my energy is back

57:08

to me. It's just a beautiful exercise

57:10

to do every day. Absolutely,

57:12

it is. And I have an exercise similar that I do

57:14

actually in the morning and in the evening because,

57:18

you know, you're busy and people and

57:20

sometimes you don't even pay attention and

57:22

you're not completely aware. And especially

57:24

right now in our world, there's. I

57:27

feel like you don't even have to physically

57:30

bump into someone to absorb

57:32

energy and it's especially like people

57:34

are scrolling so much on the internet or this or

57:36

that and the intensity it's there.

57:39

So I think that is

57:42

a great way to explain the difference between.

57:45

The two modalities and

57:47

think about the famous people

57:50

there was, it was brought to my attention the other day. It was

57:52

kind of, it was jokingly, but how many

57:54

people had Farrah Fawcett's poster

57:56

on their bedroom wall? That

57:59

poor lady must've had to clear every five minutes,

58:03

all the energy that was being sent to

58:05

her. I'm like, I don't want that. I don't

58:07

want to be famous. I don't want, I

58:10

want to. Serve and I

58:12

want to support people, but there's a fine

58:14

line. And I think part of me, part of the reason

58:16

that the company hasn't expanded to

58:18

even, being more successful

58:21

is because my unwilling lit

58:23

unwillingness to make

58:25

a decision. Do I want to go for

58:27

it or do

58:29

I want to kind of keep a low key? I

58:33

would agree with, yeah,

58:36

that's a really big decision. And, uh, I

58:38

love the way that you stated that about like

58:40

Farrah Fawcett. I've never really

58:42

thought of it that way, but

58:45

that is, and I guess that's one of the turnoffs

58:48

like you, like I've just always, I mean, maybe

58:50

early on in life there was an ego moment

58:52

of, can I have some lights? But

58:55

then it's like you get a little taste and you're like,

58:58

I kind of like it over here. Like

59:02

to be able to service a lot of people,

59:04

however, also very much

59:06

appreciate my quiet life.

59:12

I've known some pretty famous people

59:15

and they don't have a fun life. They're

59:17

always busy. They're always being

59:19

pulled on. They're always being, you

59:21

know, uh, you know, you have to be here and you have to

59:23

be there and you have to go there and you have to serve this and

59:25

you have to kiss this baby and you have to do

59:27

this talk and you have to travel here. And

59:30

I like to run out and go see my,

59:32

after this call, I'll go out and see my horse and

59:35

give her a nice pet and see the kittens

59:37

and, hang out. I don't

59:39

really want to be that busy, but

59:41

is there a fine line? You know, is

59:43

there a balance where you can

59:46

have this? But

59:49

you can still have this too, right? I

59:51

don't know. Right. Well,

59:53

hopefully, as we move forward in

59:55

this world of where I hope,

59:58

even regardless of whether it's one world or two

1:00:00

worlds or however it works itself out, that

1:00:02

we can sort of find that, right? I really

1:00:04

do feel that the highlight

1:00:06

of celebrity ism is

1:00:09

this. Beyond tarnished

1:00:11

at this point that it's kind of going away and

1:00:13

people are realizing the importance of getting

1:00:15

back to Your policemen your firemen

1:00:18

your teacher your mother your father all that

1:00:20

kind of stuff And really understanding

1:00:23

getting back to the salt of the earth in

1:00:26

some aspects if you

1:00:28

if you didn't notice what you did The

1:00:31

cast of my film. It's

1:00:33

not Bruce Lipton. It's not Joe Dispenza.

1:00:36

It's not Greg Brayden. It's not those guys

1:00:38

Because I felt like that's

1:00:41

already saturated, we already know what they have to say.

1:00:43

I wanted to find some sage, wise

1:00:46

women. So you see Ani Williams

1:00:48

and Cynthia Andrews and Penny Kelly

1:00:51

and even the writer Sandy Sedgbier.

1:00:54

I mean, sage, wise women

1:00:56

to bring a fresh approach

1:00:58

to healing, a fresh approach. You

1:01:01

know, it's not the same thing that you hear every

1:01:03

day. It's stated differently.

1:01:07

It might be the same concept, but it's stated differently.

1:01:09

And I really wanted to bring together, you

1:01:11

know, Steven Ross as an older gentleman

1:01:14

and, his partner, Debra and

1:01:16

Susie Miller. And I just wanted

1:01:19

this fresh look at

1:01:21

where are we going? What's next.

1:01:24

And I think you did an excellent job at

1:01:26

it. And I felt that. Everyone

1:01:29

there, everything that they

1:01:31

said was weighted. There wasn't

1:01:33

any fat. There, I think

1:01:35

I have three pages of notes, honestly. And

1:01:38

I rewinded it a couple of times, because I was like, oh, that

1:01:40

was such a powerful statement. Every

1:01:42

statement was very powerful. Every

1:01:44

moment was very educational in it,

1:01:47

above and beyond what I anticipated

1:01:49

from it. I loved it. I

1:01:52

can't believe you said that. Thank you so much, because

1:01:54

I just, I had 55

1:01:57

edits. so much. There's 20 hours of

1:01:59

footage, and I had

1:02:01

to find those little

1:02:04

golden nuggets, those little diamonds,

1:02:06

and I just wanted the whole movie to be,

1:02:10

like, people would be like, oh, that, yeah,

1:02:12

oh, oh, wow, okay, great.

1:02:15

And then the cinematography, the guy

1:02:18

that I hired to do the filming,

1:02:20

I did it on purpose because I love

1:02:22

his cinematography and the nature scenes,

1:02:25

and we had the eagles

1:02:27

on my property. It's kind

1:02:29

of behind my property where,

1:02:31

Eagles just had some babies, so

1:02:33

they were hanging out. So we were able to do

1:02:35

drone footage of them. And

1:02:38

then Holly, my horse, I think was the star

1:02:40

of the show at the end,

1:02:43

but just, and then we used harmonic egg music

1:02:45

and other music as well, but a lot of harmonic

1:02:48

egg music. So I felt. Yeah. If people

1:02:50

finished watching it, they'd be like, you know what, I

1:02:52

don't even know if I really

1:02:55

understood everything, but I feel good.

1:02:58

Mm hmm. I feel blissful.

1:03:00

I feel happy.

1:03:03

And that's what I really wanted. Well,

1:03:05

I truly think that you achieved above

1:03:07

and beyond all of that. You're

1:03:11

so welcome. Oh my gosh, Gail,

1:03:14

this has been amazing. I feel like I could

1:03:16

talk to you forever and ever and ever. And

1:03:19

I'd love to order a dozen eggs, um, for

1:03:23

sure. Will

1:03:25

you let our amazing community know

1:03:27

where they can best connect with you and learn

1:03:29

more from you? Well,

1:03:32

everything you ever wanted to know about me seems to

1:03:34

be on my website or my blog page and

1:03:36

because all we post all the podcasts

1:03:38

that I do all the articles that I write on harmonic

1:03:41

egg. com and then now

1:03:43

the movies out it's time. love

1:03:45

or on YouTube and rumble. Some

1:03:48

people like to watch things there. But

1:03:50

that's pretty much yeah where you can find me

1:03:52

and the books, my books out there, we

1:03:54

have a children's book that we created for the autistic

1:03:57

community that kind of came through magically.

1:04:00

And then all the USBs, our music

1:04:02

downloads with song sheets on how to use

1:04:04

the music at home is all on harmonic

1:04:06

egg. com. That is amazing. Thank

1:04:09

you so much. Well, as

1:04:11

we close out the show today,

1:04:13

Gail, is there one last piece

1:04:15

of inspiration that you'd like to leave with us? If

1:04:18

I could, I would say, I put

1:04:20

a license plate on my license plate

1:04:22

frame. It says be kind. So

1:04:25

how about that? Be kind. It's beautiful.

1:04:28

Perfect. I love it. Well, as

1:04:30

always, all of Gail's information

1:04:32

will be over in the show notes at jenniferpilates.

1:04:34

com so you can pop over there, click on all her

1:04:36

links and you too can get your

1:04:38

very own harmonic egg. Gail,

1:04:42

thank you again. Thank you for everything

1:04:44

that you're doing to, I truly feel, revolutionize

1:04:47

where we're going for health

1:04:50

and wellness and alternative care. What

1:04:52

you've done is nothing short of miraculous.

1:04:55

And I truly hope that people take us

1:04:57

up on your opportunity to watch the documentary

1:05:00

and to learn more because truly

1:05:03

I do believe that as we are moving

1:05:05

forward you know, the true health

1:05:07

is in light. It is in music.

1:05:10

It is in the frequency. And you've

1:05:13

already gotten it here for us to be able

1:05:15

to try and even from a distance.

1:05:17

So it's amazing. Thank you so much. Thank

1:05:21

you. You're so welcome. Well, as

1:05:23

always thank you for an incredible day.

1:05:25
