Robyn founded OH, an alternative education company in 2015 when she recognised the growing gap between education and the digital industry. With the world rapidly changing, OH's mission is to tackle the challenges ahead within education and skills, by providing industry-led learning experiences that develop individuals' emotional intelligence and technological skills.

Robyn works with small to large businesses and city districts to co-design and deliver learning programmes that enable talent attraction and development, cultural transformation, and junior-level leadership.
