I would work for this show in a heartbeat.
Really annoying host. Topics are mostly interesting, but they try way hard to be quirky and cheesy. DNF.
Exceptionally Educational & with puns!
ELT is always entertaining
Essential! Sad it's gone. I look forward to Flora's next podcast!
LOVE IT! It's a very well-produced and interesting podcast! Always teaches me a little something new about how the world works!
Short episodes digging surprisingly deep into every day random questions? Awesome! There is a science-type bent to a lot of the topics, but they certainly range a lot and there is a ton of diversity here! It is a very 'punny' show, so if you HATE corny puns then maybe this one isn't for you, but if you like them or tolerate them well, tune in!
I love this podcast, and I was disappointed to hear Flora was going exclusively on Spotify. I wish her luck, but I'm not going to follow her over to Spotify
This is my favorite podcast currently operating. If you are looking for a podcast to take your mind off of important things but you still want to learn something new, look no further. ELT does a wonderful job of exploring the minutia of the world through questions you never thought to ask. It is always audience interactive and Flora has a wonderful imagination that drives each episode. It is very punny so if you do not appreciate the highest form of whit, beware. I also rarely notice the editing of podcasts, and in general if you notice an editors work it is probably because they messed up but the editing on this show is so seamless that it deserves a shout out. The style is conversational and even when interviews are done asynchronously, they are always stitched together in a way that makes you forget everyone isn't in the same room. Without this careful planning, the show might fall apart. This show is perfect for the whole family, especially the nibblings. If you are looking for a place to start, I would suggest the episode "How Old Is Winnie the Pooh?" which might be the best produced episode of a podcast ever.
