Damien complains about companies about Disney and Pixar removing titles from Amazon Instant and iTunes users without giving them the change or notice that they should download. THEN Dan has an epic tale about trying to open an Excel spreadsheet in Mavericks. Here's a hint: it didn't end well. Dan ended up buying Office 2013, but he had to install Windows, but it took about a year to get it done. Then the two square off on Apple vs. Microsoft. Damien won, mostly because he writes these notes.
