Elizabeth Minkel is a journalist, writer, and editor. Currently, she is content strategist at Aboard. She writes a column about fan culture for the New Statesman and is a staff writer at the Millions. She co-hosts the podcast "Fansplaining" and co-curates The Rec Center.

Javier "Javi" Grillo-Marxuach was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and is a television screenwriter and producer, and podcaster, known for his work as writer and producer on the first two seasons of the ABC television series Lost, as well as other series including Charmed and Law and Order: Special Victims Unit.

Diana M. Pho is a developmental editor, writer, and podcast producer. Currently, she is Executive Editor at Erewhon Books.Previously, Pho was a producer at Realm, and before that, she was an editor at Tor and Forge Books.

Anisa is a freelance culture writer, poet, artist, and language nerd. She is co-creator of the Dramas Over Flowers podcast, and is a staff writer at Dramabeans.

Emily Nussbaum is a television critic, currently writing for The New Yorker. In 2016, she won the Pulitzer Prize for Criticism.Nussbaum was raised in Scarsdale, New York. She received her undergraduate degree from Oberlin College in 1988 and her master's degree in poetry from New York University. She started television criticism by writing reviews about "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" on Television Without Pity. She went on to write for Lingua Franca, became editor-in-chief for Nerve, and then writer for Slate, The New York Times, and New York magazine.
