1:00
you ever get the feeling that
1:02
someone is watching you? Maybe there's
1:04
a chill in the air or
1:07
a creek in the floorboards and
1:09
you just know someone is around
1:11
the corner. For most of us,
1:13
it's just that, a feeling, and
1:15
there's no real danger. But for
1:18
Missy Beavers, the danger was very
1:20
real. It was an early rainy
1:22
morning when Missy left her house
1:24
and drove to her regular fitness
1:26
class. As the instructor, Missy wanted
1:29
to get in the building before
1:31
anyone else to set up. Little
1:33
did she know, her killer was
1:35
already there. This case
1:37
has fascinated me ever since
1:39
it happened. I live in
1:41
Dallas and I remember when
1:43
there was just wall-to-wall media
1:45
coverage of the Missy Beaver
1:48
case. So let's set the
1:50
scene. Missy Beavers was found
1:52
dead on the morning of
1:54
April 18th, 2016 at Creekside
1:56
Church in Midlothian, Texas, a
1:58
town just outside Dallas. This was
2:00
a baffling crime for so many
2:02
reasons. Missy was a fitness instructor
2:05
with camp gladiator and this was
2:07
one of her regular group fitness
2:09
classes. She was 45 years old,
2:12
married with children and didn't have
2:14
any known enemies. So right off
2:16
the bat, people are wondering, could
2:18
this be a random crime? But
2:21
that doesn't make sense because
2:23
she's inside a church at
2:25
4.30 a. Why would any
2:27
random criminal be there? Yeah,
2:29
and I'm sure this is,
2:31
I mean, if she's a
2:33
regular fitness teacher, this is
2:35
her regular routine. So if
2:37
anyone had been hanging out
2:39
or living in the church
2:41
illegally, you know, any number
2:43
of options or, you know,
2:45
why they would be there,
2:47
it just seems strange that
2:49
on one morning out of
2:51
all the random morning, she
2:53
was there that this happened.
2:56
Right, and her body was
2:58
discovered around 5am by members
3:00
of her workout class who
3:02
called 911. That call has
3:04
never been released because the
3:06
investigation is still ongoing. Okay,
3:08
so let's run down the
3:10
information that has been shared
3:12
publicly about Missy's case. She
3:14
died of puncture wounds, to
3:16
the head and chest, and
3:18
police described the murder weapon
3:20
as a hammer. It's really
3:22
horrific to imagine, and even
3:24
though the details are limited,
3:26
it's very graphic. You know,
3:28
another key fact is that
3:30
the killer was caught on
3:32
video surveillance walking around the
3:34
church, opening doors, peaking around
3:36
corners, and generally being incredibly
3:38
creepy. So we have this
3:40
two minute YouTube video of
3:42
the killer dressed head to
3:45
toe in police tactical gear,
3:47
a helmet covers the face.
3:49
You cannot see any distinguishing
3:51
features of the face and
3:53
It's clearly marked as a
3:55
police uniform. So where was
3:57
this obtained from? Who's... You
3:59
know, who did it belong
4:01
to? We don't know. But
4:03
we see this person who's
4:05
never been identified to this
4:07
day stalking around this church
4:10
for two minutes is the video
4:12
that's been released. We know, you
4:14
know, they might have been there
4:16
much longer, I'm sure. But this
4:19
two minute video is just
4:21
haunting. And I mean, the
4:23
fact that. the murder was committed
4:25
with a hammer when the person
4:27
clearly had a gun, it just
4:29
seems to me a gun is
4:31
way more efficient at filling someone
4:34
sure louder, but it's 4.30 and
4:36
the more, I mean, it's early
4:38
and you're inside a building, right?
4:40
And so it just seems more
4:42
personal almost to get up
4:44
close to someone and then
4:46
close enough to be within
4:48
arms distance of them to bludgeon
4:51
them to death. I agree. The
4:53
nature of the crime with the
4:55
hammer definitely indicates some type of,
4:57
you know, crime of passion. And
4:59
a gun was found at the
5:02
scene. It's never been publicly identified
5:04
if they've been able to trace
5:07
the weapon. What I think is
5:09
interesting, and I'm sure police have
5:11
combed through this, is that it's
5:13
not like any other morning there
5:15
was someone haunting the halls.
5:17
Right? It was just specifically this
5:20
morning, it was just specifically
5:22
this person who I don't
5:24
actually know if anyone has
5:26
been able to identify the person
5:28
as male or female, that this
5:30
person was the one, I mean, really lying
5:33
in wait for whoever to show up.
5:35
I'm not even sure we know if Missy
5:37
Beavers was the intended target or
5:39
got in the way. It would
5:41
seem likely that she was the
5:44
intended target, considering it was her
5:46
regular. fitness class, but
5:48
it certainly is worth
5:50
noting that I'm not sure
5:53
it's been released if police
5:55
went back in time and
5:57
looked for a similar person.
6:00
wandering the halls. So they
6:02
never found anyone on previous video
6:04
footage doing this in the church.
6:06
The church had not been burglarized.
6:08
Nothing had been stolen. So it
6:10
does point to the fact that
6:12
someone for whatever reason was targeting
6:14
Missy. And her workout information, she
6:16
had a flyer that she would
6:19
post on social media, you know,
6:21
even if it's raining, we're training,
6:23
she talked about. you know, where
6:25
her classes were, how to get
6:27
there, what time, what to bring.
6:29
And so anyone who wanted to
6:31
find her in the early morning
6:33
hours would know where to go
6:35
and would know that she would
6:38
get there before her students to
6:40
set up for the class. And
6:42
so that really put a lot
6:44
of scrutiny on camp gladiator itself.
6:46
on the people that she worked
6:48
with, fellow instructors, people who attended
6:50
her classes, who would be very
6:52
familiar with her routine and the
6:54
fact that she would get there
6:57
early. Most people wouldn't think that
6:59
you would need to get to
7:01
a workout class 30 minutes before
7:03
it started if you were teaching
7:05
it, but in the case of
7:07
Camp Gladiator, you needed to do
7:09
that because it wasn't taught at
7:11
normal fitness centers that have all
7:13
the equipment already there. So she
7:16
had to actually bring that herself.
7:18
And so she gets. to the
7:20
church, she gets all her equipment
7:22
out of her vehicle, gets it
7:24
into the into the building, and
7:26
at that point, is attacked. And
7:28
we don't have video footage of
7:30
the attack that's been released, and
7:32
we wouldn't want to see it
7:35
if we did, but it's a
7:37
matter of minutes that she is
7:39
attacked, and this person is able
7:41
to. leave the church and make
7:43
a clean getaway and no one
7:45
has been able to identify there's
7:47
a couple vehicles of interest but
7:49
no one has been able to
7:51
identify exactly how they left and
7:54
in what vehicle that they left
7:56
in and so just remains a
7:58
mystery. What was missy's physique? I
8:00
mean we can surmise that she
8:02
was in shape but was she
8:04
tall? I know she was 45
8:06
like what was she? I believe
8:08
that you would look at and
8:10
say oh I could attack you
8:13
no problem because right she was
8:15
petite she was very fit she
8:17
had undergone a major physical transformation
8:19
after having her kids and they
8:21
were getting older and she was
8:23
wanting to feel like herself again
8:25
and had started really throwing herself
8:27
into these workouts and eventually became
8:29
an instructor and was really proud
8:31
of her body and was really
8:34
proud of the fact that she
8:36
had found new strength and you
8:38
know had this new community of
8:40
people. Something that comes up often
8:42
is that the weekend before her killing
8:44
is that she was in Austin
8:46
for a camp gladiator conference and so
8:48
people have pointed to could that conference
8:51
have been some type of instigator for
8:53
this. Oh man, only because, just chronologically,
8:55
the last major event of her life.
8:58
Do we know if there were any
9:00
altercations? Did you have any words
9:02
with anyone at that conference? I mean, you
9:04
can, I imagine fitness conferences
9:06
are happy, played videos, right? I
9:09
mean, you're working out. I mean,
9:11
unless you're, you got a Royed
9:13
rage happening, which I don't even
9:15
think happens anymore. You know, it
9:17
seems like people who joined fitness
9:19
communities are very positive, very happy.
9:22
So it's the timing to me is
9:24
a coincidence, but yeah, I guess we
9:26
never know. It's never been established
9:28
that there is a connection. It's
9:31
just that was her main network.
9:33
That's really who she associated with.
9:35
And so people wondered, and she
9:38
was killed at work, you know,
9:40
so people wondered if it could
9:42
be related. But the fact that
9:45
the killer was wearing police
9:47
tactical gear, you know, it
9:49
reminded me of another killer who took
9:51
on that. uniform as well and
9:53
that was Eric Williams. He was a
9:55
former justice of the peace who got
9:57
fired for stealing office equipment and just
10:00
went absolutely insane with revenge. He
10:02
wore full police tactical gear and
10:04
started picking off Kaufman County officials
10:06
in 2013. And so he killed
10:08
Mark Hasse, who was a prosecutor
10:11
for Kaufman County, and then he
10:13
killed Mike McClellan and his wife
10:15
Cynthia. And Mike was the Kaufman
10:17
County District Attorney. And so he
10:20
went on this rampage and he
10:22
was always dressed in this tactical
10:24
gear. And so people, you know,
10:26
when you first see someone head
10:28
to toe police tactical gear, you
10:31
trust them. Oh, they should have
10:33
a gun. Oh, they should be,
10:35
you know, walking alone in this
10:37
dark alley. Like there's no thought
10:40
that the police aren't supposed to
10:42
be there, but it's actually this
10:44
incredibly sinister wolf and sheep's clothing.
10:46
It is a killer dressed up.
10:48
as law enforcement. So I have
10:51
to ask because it's always the
10:53
way, what do we know about
10:55
the husband? Yeah, everyone does always
10:57
go to the husband and in
11:00
this case, so Missy was married
11:02
to her husband Brandon, they'd been
11:04
married for about 20 years, and
11:06
he has an ironclad alibi. So
11:08
he was on a fishing trip
11:11
in Mississippi, a regular fishing trip
11:13
that he took with his buddies
11:15
every year. And there's credit card
11:17
receipts, there's surveillance video, there's gas
11:20
purchases. He was hundreds of miles
11:22
away in Mississippi when this murder
11:24
occurred. Now, that hasn't stopped people
11:26
from saying that, you know, this
11:28
was a hired hit, that he
11:31
was somehow involved. But whenever police
11:33
initially released persons of interest in
11:35
this case, they actually had eight
11:37
different people that were considered persons
11:40
of interest. And Brandon was one
11:42
of them. And he was very
11:44
open about that. He talked about
11:46
how of course they have to
11:48
look at me. I am her
11:51
husband. I am the closest person
11:53
to her. Like they have to
11:55
look. at me and I will
11:57
go in and talk to them
12:00
as much as they want me
12:02
to. I spoke with Brandon, you
12:04
know, on the phone, I wrote
12:06
him a letter, I talked to
12:08
him a good bit for 48
12:11
hours on CVS and actually didn't
12:13
interview with him that never aired.
12:15
because it was yeah yeah we
12:17
did an interview at his house
12:20
and I interviewed two daughters of
12:22
Missy and Brandon as well and
12:24
you know they were just really
12:26
wrecked with this this crime the
12:28
fact that it's unsolved the fact
12:31
that they their whole family's
12:33
been under scrutiny for many
12:35
years and so many people
12:37
believe that Brandon is somehow
12:39
behind this and I will
12:41
tell you after meeting with
12:43
so many different suspects
12:45
in my life and so many
12:48
different killers. Brandon did not
12:50
come across as though he had
12:52
anything to hide. He was very
12:54
forthcoming. He talked about the good,
12:56
the bad, and the ugly, told
12:58
police and me about the fact
13:01
that after 20 years of marriage,
13:03
he and Missy had decided
13:05
that they were no longer going
13:07
to be monogamous, that they were
13:09
going to have an open marriage.
13:11
And that was, you know, that's
13:13
pretty shocking information for a lot
13:15
of people. But in rural Texas, it's
13:18
even more so. And so the fact
13:20
that he was open about that and
13:22
admitted it, of course, he said, I
13:24
never imagined this would be something that
13:26
ever went outside the walls of our
13:28
home that anyone would know this, but.
13:30
you know, this is what was going
13:33
on and we both were seeing other
13:35
people at the time she was killed.
13:37
Now that was an incredible piece of
13:40
information and it definitely expanded the investigation
13:42
and made it look like anything was
13:44
possible in terms of who might have
13:47
reason to kill Missy in terms of
13:49
jealousy. So if she was seeing other
13:51
people, were those other people married? Could,
13:54
you know, it could have been a
13:56
jilted lover of hers or of his
13:58
or of a partner? of theirs.
14:00
And so, you know, the target
14:02
numbers, that's what they called,
14:04
the police called it because they
14:06
were targeting cell phone numbers
14:08
of the people that Missy most
14:11
commonly communicated with. And that
14:13
became the eight persons of interest.
14:15
And so there were two
14:17
different couples on there who were
14:19
involved in Camp Gladiator, husband
14:21
and wives. There was her husband,
14:23
Brandon, of course, there were
14:25
other family members, including her father
14:27
-in -law, Randy Beavers. And so
14:29
everyone was getting looked at. And
14:31
while police are going through
14:33
this list and they got a
14:35
search warrant for all these
14:37
cell phone records, and they're starting
14:39
to really go through them
14:41
and figure out who was she
14:44
communicating with in the days,
14:46
you know, before her killing. And
14:48
right at that time, they
14:50
get an unexpected phone call. And
14:52
it's from a local dry
14:54
cleaner saying that someone has just
14:56
dropped off a bloody shirt
14:58
to be cleaned. Well, that sounds
15:00
odd. Yeah. And the item
15:02
is a women's extra large white
15:04
sweatshirt. And the person who
15:06
dropped it off is Randy Beavers,
15:08
Missy's father -in -law and one
15:10
of the publicly known persons of
15:12
interest in her murder. Well,
15:14
that just seems too convenient, doesn't
15:17
it? It really does. And
15:19
when he dropped off the shirt
15:21
covered in blood, Randy told
15:23
the dry cleaners that it was
15:25
animal blood. He said there'd
15:27
been a dog fight and the
15:29
blood is from his wife's
15:31
Chihuahua of all things. And, you
15:33
know, authorities weren't taking any
15:35
chances. They seized the sweatshirt. They
15:37
sent it off for DNA
15:39
testing. And the news cycle just
15:41
went into a frenzy. I'm
15:43
sure. I am sure. I mean,
15:45
that seems like such a
15:47
quick and easy thing to conclude
15:49
or, you know, disprove, right?
15:52
Yes, absolutely. So thankfully, it didn't
15:54
take long for them to
15:56
do the DNA testing. And it
15:58
was just a few days
16:00
later that Randy was confirmed. The blood was not
16:02
human. The timing, extremely unfortunate, to bring
16:04
in a bloody sweatshirt just four
16:06
days after a brutal murder in
16:09
your own family. So naturally investigators
16:11
had to look into this and
16:13
the dry cleaner was completely right
16:15
to call it in, but you know
16:17
it was far from the only tip
16:19
that police received. By the one month
16:22
anniversary of the murder there were over
16:24
a thousand tips that had been sent
16:26
in to the Midlothian Police Department. Wow
16:28
and so did any of those pan
16:31
well first let's back up how
16:33
big is the Midlothian police department
16:35
how quickly are they able to
16:37
sift through these leads so it's
16:39
not it's not large they're not
16:41
used to a lot of violent
16:43
crime in Midlothian it is like
16:45
you know stealing cattle it's property crimes
16:47
it's not a lot of violent
16:50
murder it is just a sleepy
16:52
country town, people a lot of
16:54
times have property, they have animals.
16:57
I know there was a cowboy
16:59
church down the street that the
17:01
Beavers family went to, and so
17:04
it was just kind of a
17:06
classic small town, Texas life.
17:08
And so the Midlothian
17:11
Police Department was not
17:13
accustomed to having a case with
17:15
national international interest. It's not like
17:17
it was, you know, Dallas or
17:20
Houston or Austin. And it's such
17:22
a shocking crime in and of
17:24
itself, but it's a happen in a very,
17:26
what sounds like, sleepy, you know,
17:28
everyone knows their neighbors, there's always
17:31
running around. I mean, it just
17:33
sounds so idyllic. And then here you
17:35
have a tactical gear dressed person
17:37
stalking a victim one fine morning.
17:39
I mean, it's so crazy. So
17:41
did any of these leads. amount
17:43
to anything or any clues or
17:45
so they definitely led to lots
17:48
of police work lots of interviews
17:50
you know probably one of the
17:52
biggest ones is from the YouTube
17:54
video you see this suspect
17:56
walking around and it's sort
17:58
of this meandering and it
18:00
stood out as really distinctive. And
18:03
people picked up on that and
18:05
they said, you know anyone who
18:07
walks like that? One of the
18:10
feet is like almost pointed out,
18:12
it's almost like they're bow legged.
18:14
And people, you know, were really
18:17
starting to send in people that
18:19
they thought had a limp that
18:21
walked strangely, that could possibly. be
18:23
similar. And so the Midlothian Police
18:26
Department actually ended up reaching out
18:28
to a podiatrist to analyze the
18:30
footage for any specific patterns in
18:33
the gate of the suspect. They
18:35
were able to determine that the
18:37
suspect was between five feet two
18:40
inches and five feet seven inches
18:42
based on where they lined up,
18:44
you know, on various points in
18:47
the church, you know, heights of
18:49
doors and lengths of walls and
18:51
everything else. And so. That was
18:54
an interesting statistic just because most
18:56
people 5 foot 2 to 5
18:58
foot 7 are women not men.
19:01
That's right. Yeah, and and since
19:03
the whole face was covered, right,
19:05
and never know and a gun
19:08
was not used, it was a
19:10
bludening so and it was a
19:12
surprise attack. So and it was
19:15
a surprise attack. So and it
19:17
was a surprise attack. So and
19:19
it was a surprise attack. So
19:22
and it was a surprise attack.
19:24
anyone. I mean, male or female.
19:26
Right. Yes. And one of the
19:29
ways that the walk had been
19:31
described even by the podiatrist was
19:33
a feminine sway. And so it
19:35
was sort of possible that, you
19:38
know, between the height, the feminine
19:40
sway, the complete covering of chest,
19:42
head, everything almost intentionally to, you
19:45
know, you have to wonder if
19:47
they wanted to disguise the fact
19:49
that they were female. assuming they're
19:52
female because that's pretty a unique
19:54
demographic to be committing this crime
19:56
and of course if you're
19:59
a woman, it'd just
20:01
be lovely if they thought the
20:03
killer was a man and you
20:05
can completely go under the radar
20:07
here. So bulletproof vest, the giant
20:09
helmet, you could not tell if
20:11
this was a man or a
20:13
woman. And so
20:15
the getaway. So this
20:17
person gets away scoffery
20:19
clean. Is there
20:21
anything leading up to the day, leading
20:23
up to the hours where there's
20:25
a, I mean, I imagine there are
20:28
very few cars on the road,
20:30
especially in that area, that time of
20:32
day. Do we have any surveillance?
20:34
We do. A car. So
20:36
another really compelling piece of video
20:38
evidence was from a neighboring business
20:40
that captured a car cruising the
20:42
parking lot around the time of
20:44
the murder. It was dark and
20:46
it was raining. And so the
20:48
license plate of the vehicle wasn't
20:50
visible, but authorities did identify the
20:53
Macon model as a Nissan
20:55
Altima sedan and they believe
20:57
it's light in color. And
20:59
there's some kind of oval
21:01
bumper sticker. Again, the
21:03
rain was so hard that it
21:05
obscured the numbers on the license
21:07
plate and any kind of design
21:10
or writing on the bumper sticker.
21:12
So to this day, the car's
21:14
owner has never been identified. So
21:16
they have this mysterious car. It's
21:18
a Nissan Altima sedan, light colored, could
21:20
be a million cars. And no
21:22
one ever came forward, you know,
21:24
as far as I know and
21:26
said, I think I know someone who
21:28
drives that car and they also
21:31
have a bumper sticker, you know. And
21:33
so it was just wall to wall,
21:35
this video on loop. I can
21:37
see it in my head right
21:39
now of this Nissan Altima slowly
21:41
circling this parking lot around
21:44
4 a .m. And you're
21:46
just like, what are they doing
21:48
there? The stores are all closed. It
21:50
doesn't make any sense. And so
21:52
people have really wondered if possibly it
21:54
was the killer who was waiting around
21:56
for Missy to arrive and to
21:58
pull into the church and to. go inside
22:00
and then you know they could they
22:02
could make their entry. Can you see
22:05
from this parking lot where it's seen
22:07
driving around slowly and casually is can
22:09
you see the church parking lot? Could
22:11
you see from there where when Missy
22:14
would have arrived? I know it's it's
22:16
described as a nearby business. I don't
22:18
remember the exact layout of the streets
22:21
and if it's actually visible but having
22:23
been to the church myself and being
22:25
familiar with Midlothian It's all very one
22:27
story. Like things, there's not a lot
22:30
of things obscuring your vision. It's sort
22:32
of the classic range where you can
22:34
see for miles and miles and miles.
22:37
So I would not be surprised if
22:39
in this parking lot, you could also
22:41
view the church because it's very common
22:43
to just be able to see right
22:46
across the highway and there's this building
22:48
and there's, you know, and you could
22:50
see. But again, it was raining rather
22:52
hard. So there's a lot that's unknown
22:55
about. the significance of this car. It
22:57
really and truly could be someone who
22:59
was out driving and oh my gosh
23:02
this rain is so hard we better
23:04
pull into a parking lot until it
23:06
slows down and then we can get
23:08
back on the freeway. But the fact
23:11
that no one ever came forward if
23:13
they weren't involved you would think you
23:15
would be like that was me I
23:18
drive my Nissan Ultima I have nothing
23:20
to do with this murder you know
23:22
take my DNA do whatever you need
23:24
to do but you know at least
23:27
you could rule something out because the
23:29
community was completely terrified, of course, right?
23:31
Of course, yeah. After this murder, and
23:34
they were really galvanized to try and
23:36
solve it. There were billboards all over
23:38
Dallas Fort Worth, who killed Missy Beavers.
23:40
You know, people were doing podcasts. They
23:43
were going on, you know, the CBS
23:45
Morning Show, talking about this. People wanted
23:47
Justice for Missy, and they still do.
23:50
And here we are eight years later.
23:52
And no one has ever been arrested.
23:54
So of the eight persons of interest,
23:56
you know, they were able to get
23:59
all of their cell phones to a
24:01
deep dive into that. They really scrutinize
24:03
Brandon, her husband's alibi. You know, nothing
24:05
has ever pointed to a clear
24:08
suspect. There have been
24:10
lots of theories thrown
24:12
around. One of probably
24:14
the stronger ones was
24:16
a former security guard
24:18
who had worked security at
24:20
the church and who volunteered
24:23
to work security at
24:25
Mrs. funeral. Oh, that's
24:27
interesting. Bobby Wayne Henry, who
24:30
was a former police officer
24:32
who had been fired from
24:34
the police department. He had
24:37
once upon a time been
24:39
charged and indicted with
24:42
aggravated sexual assault.
24:44
He had been acquitted,
24:46
actually. And so I remember
24:48
speaking to, um, a source in
24:50
the Midlothian Police Department about
24:52
Bobby Wayne Henry and they
24:55
said, this guy's like Teflon,
24:57
nothing sticks to him. And he
24:59
had worked security at
25:01
Creekside Church, he had worked
25:04
security at Missy's funeral,
25:06
he had volunteered to be security
25:08
there, and images of him
25:11
and his unusual walk were
25:13
captured on video surveillance.
25:15
He had a very similar gate
25:17
to this person. And you might
25:19
even say a very similar
25:21
body build. So he was
25:23
kind of portly. He looked
25:26
like he very likely could
25:28
be the person in that video.
25:30
So just weeks after the
25:32
murder, police questioned Henry.
25:35
They even had their
25:37
forensic pediatrics review the
25:39
footage of the murderer
25:41
and of Henry. And the
25:43
doctor noted the similarities
25:46
in their gate. It was
25:48
something that caused the Methlothian Police
25:50
Department and the FBI to ask
25:53
for a search warrant on Henry's
25:55
property and it was granted. They
25:57
while they were there they seized
26:00
tactical gear that resembled the
26:02
kind that the killer wore, but
26:04
they were, yeah, yeah, but they
26:06
were unable to find any definitive
26:09
link between what was recovered
26:11
at Henry's house and Missy's
26:14
murder. So he remained a
26:16
person of interest in the
26:18
case for many years and
26:20
just recently here in September, Bobby
26:23
Wayne Henry passed away at the
26:25
age of 62. His own wife
26:27
was named Missy, odd. But you
26:29
know, he was never arrested or
26:31
charged in that case. He was
26:33
being held on the sexual assault
26:35
case and he was questioned while
26:37
he was in jail. But when
26:40
he was acquitted, are there
26:42
charges, the grand jury declined
26:44
to indict him on and he
26:46
was allowed to go free. And how
26:48
big is this person since we know
26:50
that's a very unique feature? So I
26:52
mean, he was 6-1 actually. So yeah,
26:54
some people say that rules him out
26:57
right there. And they never convened a
26:59
grand jury for this specific for
27:01
Missy Beaver's murder. Correct. They've never,
27:03
they've never gone through that step.
27:05
So yeah, we still don't have
27:07
answers in the case of Missy
27:10
Beaver's and people are, every year,
27:12
you know, in the anniversary in
27:14
April, people come together and
27:16
remember Missy and ask for justice.
27:18
They pray for justice in Missy's
27:20
case. This is another one of
27:22
those where Justice is definitely pending.
27:25
And you know we look forward
27:27
to the day where Missy's killer
27:29
will be revealed. Yeah, wow, what
27:31
a case. Justice Pending is
