He’s been full-time since 2018 and as of today, he has 10.5k YouTube subscribers. His story is another perfect example of the Passion Economy. Derek also recently launched GovKidMethod’s GovCon Community on Mighty Networks, a community of small business owners focused on the federal contracting space!

Since 2018, Derek has left his job and has been creating online resources to help small business owners win government contracts for their small businesses using the "govkidmethod". Today, Derek continues to operate the youtube channel GovKidMethod and the website govkidmethod.com where he offers a number of courses, template downloads, coaching, and a premium program to help contractors win more contracts for their business.
