Yanas is a postdoctoral researcher mainly focusing on the effects of environmental change on fish biology in the Fish Research Lab at the Nelson Mandela University, EC South Africa. He is also the founder of the Geekoscopy media brand that explores the nexus between science, story, wonder and philosophy.

Kristen is a naturalist by trade with a background in wildlife conservation and education. She is currently attending the University of Maryland for a bachelor of science in environmental management.

Vikram is a horticulturist and PhD candidate studying water conservation and the manager of the teaching greenhouse and horticultural gardens at Texas Tech University. He and his wife are long time science educators and have a 4-year-old son who loves nature and science. Vikram is the host of the Planthropology Podcast.
