I'm your host Nathasha owner of N'Vision Business Solutions located in High Point, North Carolina where we offer virtual administrative and management solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in order to improve their productivity for business growth.

Over the past two years, my team and I have dealt with clients from various industries, such as trades, real estate, hospitality, legal and medical. Now, although these are all different industries, they all seem to make the same common mistakes when it comes to productivity, customer service management, and so much more.

Via my solo hosted podcast with occasional guests I'll talk about those common mistakes, how to avoid them, how to fix them, and where to obtain the resources needed. Of course, I understand that you, as a business owner or aspiring business owner are super busy, therefore each episode will be no longer than 15 minutes so that you can listen either while you're getting ready to start your day in between meetings or just taking a motivational break.
