Welcome to Ghost of a

0:02

Podcast. I'm your host, Jessica

0:04

Linciado. I'm an astrologer, psychic

0:06

medium, and animal communicator. And

0:09

I'm going to give you

0:11

your weekly horoscope and no

0:13

bullshit mystical advice for

0:15

living your very best life. Welcome

0:17

back to Ghost of a podcast. This

0:20

week, there are not a lot of

0:22

transits, but... Emotions and

0:24

anxieties are likely to be

0:26

running pretty high. And we'll

0:28

get into a little bit

0:31

more of why that is

0:33

astrologically in a moment, but

0:35

also we can just kind

0:37

of look around the world

0:39

and come up with some

0:41

pretty quick theories. Now, that

0:43

said, before we get into

0:45

the forecast, I want to

0:48

just take a moment to

0:50

talk about how to handle

0:52

challenging emotions, how to tolerate...

0:54

being in a state of

0:56

anxiety or dysregulation. And I'm

0:58

not talking about this in

1:01

the context of, you know,

1:03

mental illness or disorders or

1:05

anything like that, because of

1:07

course I am not a

1:09

doctor or a therapist. And

1:12

let's be exceptionally clear about

1:14

that. But if you are,

1:17

like so many others, experiencing

1:19

anxiety in reaction to world

1:22

events in the state of

1:24

the world, the instability and

1:26

the uncertainty of the world

1:29

and inside of the world.

1:31

That's kind of more of

1:33

what I'm talking about, right? The

1:35

truth is that we must experience

1:39

challenging emotions.

1:41

Grief is a part of love.

1:43

Stress is a part of caring

1:45

about things and people.

1:47

Upsets are inevitable.

1:49

And I say this... partially because

1:52

common sense, right? But then the

1:54

other part is we have Saturn

1:56

in astrology and it teaches us

1:59

that things are are hard sometimes.

2:01

We feel depressed. We feel stuck.

2:04

We must work really hard and

2:06

toil and deal with failures

2:08

and all of these things.

2:10

Saturn teaches us that. Neptune

2:12

teaches us that we deal

2:15

with anxieties, that uncertainty and

2:17

a lack of control is

2:20

a part of life. that

2:22

we as humans have escapist

2:24

and disassociative tendencies and sometimes

2:27

they help us. Pluto teaches

2:29

us that we go through

2:32

transformations, we go through loss,

2:34

that we grieve and we

2:37

have resentments and pettiness inside

2:39

of us and it is

2:41

inside of others that part

2:44

of the human condition. for

2:46

whatever the fucking reason it

2:48

is, is about power struggles

2:51

and conflict and

2:53

conflict resolution. Pluto

2:55

teaches us that trauma is

2:57

a part of the human

3:00

condition, but so is healing

3:02

from trauma. And then of

3:04

course there's Uranus and

3:06

Uranus teaches us that

3:09

things can change in an instant.

3:11

for the better, for the worse,

3:13

and that sometimes things that seem

3:16

like their progress actually pull

3:18

us back and other things

3:20

that seem like they're pulling

3:22

us facilitate progress. Uranus teaches

3:25

us about our nervous system and

3:27

how engaging with our nervous

3:29

systems in healthy ways helps

3:31

to create greater balance. As

3:33

an astrologer, this is my,

3:35

you know, my perspective, my view.

3:37

of how the human condition

3:40

works and how to understand

3:42

what we're going through when

3:44

and why in this tool I

3:46

find to be very fucking helpful

3:49

and you may as well right

3:51

if you're here with me. I'm

3:53

like kind of you know starting

3:55

here today with you as a way

3:57

to acknowledge that messy

4:00

challenging feelings and

4:02

experiences are a part

4:04

of life. And in

4:06

our personal lives when we

4:08

are curious about how our

4:10

choices or our actions led

4:12

to certain things I think

4:15

that can be really helpful.

4:17

When we're curious about

4:19

the world at large

4:21

and we are inspired

4:23

to learn about current

4:26

events, about history, this

4:28

is really powerful and

4:30

it does build on your

4:32

ability to cope. But

4:34

when we linger too

4:36

long on the question why?

4:39

Why me? Why now? Why

4:41

us? Why this? We can

4:43

lose energy. because it's essentially

4:45

hanging out at the doorway

4:47

of acceptance. When you are

4:49

able to accept, this is

4:52

what it feels like now. These are

4:54

all the uncertainties and

4:56

potentials now. When we

4:58

can accept those things, then

5:01

you lose less energy on details

5:03

that aren't important, on

5:06

questions that don't actually

5:08

help to facilitate your

5:10

ability to cope. with

5:12

whatever it is that's

5:14

happening. Now when I look

5:17

at the astrology of the world,

5:19

I am increasingly concerned by

5:21

the lack of geopolitical

5:24

stability. I am

5:26

increasingly concerned about wars.

5:28

And there's so many things

5:30

that are connected to that.

5:32

As I study the astrology

5:34

of these things, my concern

5:36

deepens. I find that really

5:39

scary. And I'll be really direct

5:41

to say, I'm talking about

5:43

these things in very plain

5:45

terms on my Patreon, and

5:47

I'm referencing them here on

5:49

the podcast. And at this

5:51

moment, I'm trying to parse

5:54

out how to talk about

5:56

these things in public without

5:58

blowing out your nerves. system

6:00

and creating a lot of stress.

6:02

So on my patron where I'm

6:05

again posting for free and paid

6:07

content both, I am unpacking these

6:09

topics more and the people who

6:11

are going there to consume my

6:14

content on these topics are doing

6:16

it because I really want to.

6:18

So that's what I'm doing right

6:20

now. I'm talking more about the

6:22

big geopolitical stuff

6:24

there for now. But within all of

6:27

that, it has me thinking a

6:29

ton about... how to navigate

6:31

ongoing chronic stress

6:33

that comes from

6:35

worldwide destabilization and

6:37

uncertainty when you

6:39

don't feel safe. And maybe

6:42

you're not safe, right? Like how

6:44

do you cope with that? And

6:46

so I wanted to share something

6:49

that I hope will be

6:51

easy for you to use.

6:53

And then we'll just get

6:56

into your horoscope from there,

6:58

okay. I'm calling it the

7:00

four ends. Super easy

7:02

to remember. Four ends.

7:04

When you are overwhelmed

7:07

with either acute or

7:09

chronic dysregulation, stress,

7:11

uncertainty, panic, anxiety,

7:14

tap into these

7:16

four simple ends.

7:18

You're gonna note,

7:21

you're gonna name, number,

7:23

and nurture. So let me

7:25

tell you what I mean. The

7:28

first N is to note.

7:30

To note what you feel. And

7:32

that might be like panic,

7:34

stress, or tired, whatever it

7:37

is. But as you know

7:39

how you feel, also note

7:41

how you know you feel it.

7:43

Like how do you know you

7:46

feel what you feel? In

7:48

order to answer that question,

7:50

you must slow down.

7:52

Quiet the mind just

7:55

a little bit, at least.

7:57

really feel into what

7:59

your feeling. That's quite

8:02

powerful, can be quite moving.

8:04

So note or notice how

8:06

you know what you feel

8:08

and where you feel it.

8:11

And if you catch yourself

8:13

creating descriptions that are highly

8:15

analytic instead of simply noticing

8:17

where you feel what you

8:20

feel, noticing your experience, then

8:22

okay, then you want to

8:24

hang out at the first

8:26

end for a little longer.

8:28

Now let's say you notice you're okay

8:30

you're stressed you know you feel

8:32

it because your thoughts are all

8:34

over the place you have a

8:36

little tummy ache you are having

8:38

a hard time staying present with

8:40

any one topic whatever it is

8:43

okay so you're noticing it then

8:45

you're gonna name it name the

8:47

emotions you may have one emotion

8:49

you may have several emotions name

8:51

the emotions The process of naming

8:53

things is really powerful. You

8:56

may notice that when I'm

8:58

like doing readings for folks

9:00

and I tap in psychically,

9:02

I ask for a name.

9:04

It's because names hold power,

9:06

words hold power. And so

9:08

naming in emotion allows you

9:10

to tap into that power

9:12

instead of only be kind

9:14

of like the subject of

9:16

it, right? And naming things

9:19

serves the function, it's a

9:21

very important function, of creating

9:23

separation between you and the

9:25

emotion. So if you're feeling

9:27

panic and grief and sadness

9:29

and fear, you are not grief

9:31

and panic and sadness and

9:33

fear. You are feeling those feelings,

9:36

but those feelings are not you.

9:38

There is a central you that is

9:41

able to name the feelings

9:43

once you've noticed them. And

9:45

that central U is a

9:47

resource that you want to

9:49

nurture and tap into. So we've

9:51

got the first N out of

9:53

four is note or notice. The

9:56

second one is name. The third

9:58

is number on a scale. from

10:00

one to ten, or you can

10:02

use whatever numbers you like. I

10:04

encourage you to keep it ten

10:07

or smaller. On a scale from,

10:09

let's say, zero to ten, how

10:11

intense are the feelings? If you

10:13

have named, let's say, one emotion

10:16

or three emotions, for each of

10:18

them, number, on a scale from

10:20

one to ten, how intense is it?

10:23

You know, or is it, do you

10:25

feel in a nine? You feel in

10:27

a three? Maybe, you know, some emotions

10:29

are a lot stronger than others.

10:31

Again, the process of numbering

10:33

is a process of soothing

10:35

your anxiety because you are

10:37

taking it one further step

10:40

outside of you, right? This

10:42

emotion is not you. And being

10:44

able to track the intensity of

10:46

it can be really soothing.

10:48

It can also not necessarily help,

10:51

but it's a good step

10:53

to take. And that brings us

10:55

to the final n, which is

10:57

nurture. Nurturance requires

11:00

acceptance. It requires

11:03

patience and care. As you

11:05

nurture your emotions, you may

11:08

decide that you need a

11:10

little nap. You may decide

11:12

that you want to do

11:15

something to support your body,

11:17

maybe some form of stemming

11:20

where you rock or, you

11:22

know, hug yourself or something

11:25

that soothes your body. Lots

11:27

of people enjoy exercise as

11:29

a way to soothe the

11:31

emotions. There are lots and

11:34

lots of ways of nurturing

11:36

yourself when you're in a moment

11:38

of need. There are even more

11:40

ways of numbing out. And that's

11:43

not on the list of things

11:45

I'm recommending here. When

11:47

you numb out, you are kind

11:49

of distancing yourself from

11:51

the emotion, but you're

11:53

not nurturing yourself through

11:56

the emotion. So, when you're

11:58

no longer numb, the... motions

12:00

just waiting there for you.

12:02

And it can be a lot

12:04

more confusing because it's harder to

12:07

track. So notice if the best you

12:09

can do to nurture yourself is to

12:11

numb out and make assessments from

12:13

there. So again, the four ends

12:16

are really simple. The first one

12:18

is to note or notice. The

12:20

second is to name it. The third

12:22

is to number it. And the final

12:24

is to nurture it. If this doesn't

12:27

work or if you want something extra,

12:29

throw a gratitude list into your daily

12:31

practice, first thing in the morning, right

12:33

before bed, just write a list of,

12:36

I don't know, three things. Five things

12:38

that you're grateful for. It can be

12:40

like, I had a good hair day.

12:42

It can be, it was my favorite

12:44

weather today. It doesn't have to

12:47

be that deep, but cultivating a

12:49

practice of acknowledging the things

12:51

you do have to be grateful

12:53

for, can be really powerful. The

12:55

process of kind of looking around

12:57

for something to be grateful for,

12:59

it's a good process to be

13:02

engaged in, especially in trying times.

13:04

So, okay. A little bit of a

13:06

shift from what I usually do on

13:08

the podcast, but, you know, felt like

13:11

it was the right time.

13:13

Now we're going to look

13:15

at the astrology of March

13:17

16th through the 22nd of

13:19

2025. This week, we are...

13:21

Of course, still recovering from

13:23

the March 13th eclipse, we've

13:25

got both Venus and Mercury

13:27

retrograde. So it's confusing, it's

13:29

all over the place, it's

13:31

giving a call in to

13:33

reflection. If

13:36

you understand that indigenous perspectives on

13:38

building sustainable and interconnected futures are

13:40

crucial to our collective well-being, then

13:42

you're going to want to check

13:45

out restoring the kinship worldview from

13:47

North Atlantic books. This important collection

13:49

of speeches from indigenous leaders around

13:51

the world include messages that are

13:54

critical for human survival and future

13:56

generations. This collection promotes a fearless

13:58

trust in the Union. universe over

14:01

a fear-based culture, and it

14:03

emphasizes generosity and the greater

14:05

good over pursuing selfish goals

14:08

and personal gain. Edited by

14:10

four arrows and Darcya Narvejas,

14:12

restoring the kinship worldview presents

14:14

28 powerful, exerted passages from

14:17

14:19

editor's own analyses. This book

14:21

highlights our collective need to

Western paradigm. to move beyond

14:44

alcohol, you know that having a

14:47

few drinks in the evening can

14:49

really take a toll on you

14:51

the next morning. Engineered by a

14:54

team of PhD microbiologists, z-biotics, pre-alcohol

alcohol's toxic byproduct, so you feel

15:00

better the next day. Here's how

15:03

it works. When you drink, alcohol

15:05

gets converted into a toxic byproduct

15:07

in the gut. It's this byproduct,

15:09

not dehydration, that's to blame for

15:12

your rough next day. When you

16:49

School boards and lawmakers around the

16:51

country are banning and challenging books

16:53

at a pace not seen since

16:56

the 1980s. The American Library

16:58

Association tracked 729 challenges to

17:00

library, school, and university materials

17:02

and services in 2021. And

17:04

librarians have even been threatened

17:06

with criminal charges and jail

17:08

time in some places in

17:10

this country for lending out

17:12

challenged books. You can contact

17:14

your representatives about this issue

17:17

by emailing, calling, or tweeting

17:19

17:21

else, by banned and challenged

17:25

17:32

17:34

the oldest independent black-owned bookstore in

17:36

17:43

17:45

17:55

today. On Wednesday,

17:58

March 19th. our

18:00

first exact transit is a

18:02

sun conjunction to Neptune. The

18:05

sun will be at 29 degrees of

18:07

Pisces in 36 minutes and so will

18:09

Neptune at exactly 425

18:11

p.m. Pacific time. This

18:14

conjunction between the sun and

18:16

Neptune in Pisces is really important

18:18

for a number of reasons. One

18:20

of them is the ruling planet

18:22

to Pisces is Neptune. So extra

18:25

strong vibes here. And then the

18:27

other thing is that we're in

18:29

a very anoretic moment of Pisces.

18:31

So the last degree of a

18:34

zodiac sign is a really powerful

18:36

degree. So it's not like, oh,

18:38

it's the last degree. It's kind

18:40

of like waning Pisces energies. No.

18:43

It's that they're kind of like

18:45

peak Pisces energies. The sun conjunction

18:47

to Neptune can be

18:49

a transit that stimulates

18:52

major confusion. And that

18:54

confusion can be

18:56

in response to

18:59

anxiety, instability, uncertainty,

19:01

or misinformation. This

19:04

transit requires boundaries.

19:07

I cannot stress this

19:09

enough. Psychological boundaries as

19:11

well as physical boundaries.

19:14

Is it that you

19:16

need to identify and honor your

19:18

own boundaries? Is it that you

19:21

need to respect somebody else's boundaries?

19:23

Do you need to follow through

19:26

with your word? Or do you

19:28

need to accept that someone else

19:30

is showing you that they themselves

19:33

do not follow through with their

19:35

word? The sun conjunction

19:37

to Neptune increases

19:39

sensitivity. It increases

19:41

your permeability, which can

19:43

make your intuition and other

19:45

spiritual sensitivities stronger. It

19:47

can have the effect

19:49

of making you feel

19:52

more empathetic and compassionate

19:54

towards yourself and towards

19:56

others. Unfortunately, it can

19:58

just as easily have the

20:00

impact of you just feeling

20:03

just fucking overwhelmed, just like

20:05

you are being inundated with

20:07

too much feeling and need,

20:10

and it has a disregulating

20:12

effect. This is a transit

20:14

that can make you feel

20:16

pretty drained. But in this

20:19

situation, with this transit, the

20:21

antidote to anxiety is boundaries.

20:23

It's boundaries. So that doesn't

20:25

mean you won't have anxiety

20:28

if you have healthy boundaries,

20:30

but it does mean that

20:32

healthy boundaries will help you

20:34

to mitigate and navigate anxieties

20:36

that come at you as

20:38

a result of your

20:40

sensitivities. This transit makes

20:42

a lot of people feel

20:44

really escapist, really exhausted. And if

20:47

your body or your psyche needs

20:49

a break, give it a

20:51

damn break. But again... Note the

20:54

difference between numbing out

20:56

and nurturing yourself, right?

20:58

Because some breaks are

21:00

really soothing and really

21:02

restorative and other breaks

21:04

are just a distraction.

21:06

And when a distraction

21:08

isn't in any way soothing

21:10

or nurturing or restorative, then

21:12

you wake up the next

21:14

day kind of feeling the same

21:17

way. So that's just something

21:19

to be mindful of. When

21:21

we go through transits that include

21:23

a conjunction to the sun, as

21:25

this one is, there's an opportunity

21:27

to know yourself better, to understand

21:30

yourself more fully. And this transit

21:32

is going to help you do

21:34

that if you can stay associated

21:36

enough to learn whatever it is

21:38

that you're learning. Unfortunately,

21:40

this transit can coincide

21:42

with extremism, with being

21:45

kind of influenced by a cult-like

21:47

figure. So if you have a

21:49

tendency towards that, pay attention. We

21:52

may also see major shifts in

21:54

the world that either feel completely

21:56

bananas like we're just like this

21:59

makes no sense in the linear reality

22:01

we all share, or it may be

22:03

inspired, motivated, and upheld by

22:05

some form of religious or

22:07

spiritual extremism. There are so

22:10

many things that we have

22:12

control over. There are so many that we

22:14

do not. But coming to greater understanding

22:16

by being informed is generally a

22:18

good thing. It's not an easy

22:20

thing under this transit, but it's

22:23

generally a good thing. This is

22:25

not a good time for meaningful

22:27

spiritual work. And that's because Neptune

22:29

creates too much confusion and uncertainty,

22:31

it also is destabilizing. It makes

22:34

you too porous, especially if you're

22:36

already an empath or a highly

22:38

sensitive person or somebody who has

22:40

some sort of substance abuse issue

22:42

that's active in their lives at

22:45

this time. You really would want

22:47

to practice healthy boundaries and not

22:49

do anything that opens you up

22:51

too much. To this end, it's not

22:54

a great time for any

22:56

kind of consciousness-raising drugs. If

22:58

that's something that you would

23:00

typically do on a Wednesday. So, if

23:02

you've got a lot of shit

23:04

to do, if you have like

23:06

a really busy time at work,

23:08

this transit may be just fucking

23:10

exhausting because it's not known for

23:12

encouraging focus and concentration, unfortunately. It

23:14

might be like really just like

23:16

a messy day. Add to that

23:18

that mercury is retrograde everything that

23:21

can break, I'll break, and people

23:23

will have an anxiety response. That's

23:25

the risk with this transit. If

23:27

it happens, you can say to yourself,

23:30

oh, okay, I don't need to respond

23:32

in panic. In fact, I need to

23:34

slow down and get a little bit

23:36

more centered so that I can engage

23:38

with this because it's a messy situation,

23:40

it's messy energy. And the best way

23:42

to engage with mess is to not

23:45

meet that energy with more mess. Luckily,

23:47

this transit only lasts for three days.

23:49

This is the Apex Day and the

23:51

Center Day, so it's a day before

23:54

and a day after. Also, luckily,

23:56

on Friday, the 21st, we have

23:58

a really supportive transit. It will

24:00

be a Venus, Sextile to

24:02

Pluto, with Venus at three

24:04

degrees of Aries and 23

24:06

minutes. She is retrograde, by

24:08

the way. And Pluto at

24:10

three degrees of Aquarius in

24:12

23 minutes. This transit will

24:15

be exact at 2.32 p.m.

24:17

Pacific Time. Venus, Sextile, Pluto

24:19

is a lovely transit. It

24:21

represents a moment where you

24:23

are better connected to your

24:25

values. And because Venus is

24:27

retrograde, of course we want

24:30

to pay attention to the

24:32

larger process of identifying and

24:34

connecting or reconnecting with your

24:36

values. Pluto, when Venus is

24:38

sex-tiled to it, helps to

24:40

deepen your ability to tap

24:43

into your values, to care

24:45

about your values, and to

24:47

act in alignment with them.

24:49

Similarly, this transit is really

24:51

good for socializing and flirting and

24:53

feeling good in how you look

24:56

and, you know, playing with how

24:58

you look. Venus Exile Pluto on

25:00

the heels of that sun

25:02

conjunction to Neptune is pretty

25:04

fortifying. Like it can be

25:06

quite strengthening because it's not

25:09

like the most meticulous transit

25:11

in the world, it's not

25:13

the deepest transit in the

25:15

world, but it's pleasurable. And

25:17

the power of pleasure and

25:19

joy can't be overstated, right?

25:21

Because pleasure and joy are

25:23

life affirming. They remind you

25:26

who you are, they remind

25:28

you of some of the

25:30

sweetest parts of life. And

25:32

this, my friends, we need.

25:34

This transit can be a

25:36

great time for hooking up,

25:38

flirting, and having fun, sexy,

25:40

romantic dynamics. The only thing

25:43

you want to watch out

25:45

for is... If you have a tendency

25:47

to obsess or fixate on people,

25:49

put them on a pedestal, you

25:51

know, like cyberstock them or whatever,

25:53

yeah, don't do that, okay? That

25:55

would be like the best way

25:57

to misuse the energies of this

25:59

transit. If there is a

26:01

relationship that you're working on,

26:03

whether it's between you, your

26:05

therapist, and your dear diary,

26:08

or you and another person

26:10

or other people, this transit

26:12

can help to facilitate progress.

26:14

It intensifies your willingness to

26:16

transform, to heal, to stay present

26:18

with kind of the heavy shit and

26:20

to do it in a loving and

26:23

authentic way. So that's kind of cool,

26:25

right? And you want to tap into

26:27

that to the best of your ability.

26:29

And that brings us to the

26:31

final exact transit of the week

26:33

on March 22nd, which is Saturday.

26:36

The sun will be at two

26:38

degrees in 39 minutes, meeting up

26:40

with Venus Retrograde at the exact

26:42

same degrees. This will be exact

26:44

at 6.07 p.m. Pacific Time. As

26:46

always, if you want to be tracking

26:49

the transits through the same tool

26:51

that I use, then you can just

26:53

subscribe to Astrology for Days over

26:55

at Astrology for Days dot com.

26:57

It's just a simple transit tracking tool

26:59

that I use to track the

27:01

transits. That's pretty much what it does.

27:04

There's a space for writing notes.

27:06

And it's easily available for you

27:08

should you be interested in such a

27:10

thing. Sun conjunction to Venus is

27:12

a lovely transit. And to have it

27:14

overlapped with the Venus Exelto Pluto.

27:16

It is a blessing upon your

27:18

home, basically. Some conjunction to Venus Retrograde

27:21

brings your attention and energy to

27:23

what you love, and that includes

27:25

your value system. Now, if

27:27

you find yourself particularly focused

27:30

on money, then you may really

27:32

really care about money. If

27:34

you find yourself particularly focused

27:36

on community building, you probably

27:39

really, really love community. Pay

27:41

attention to where your energy

27:43

is really focused on and

27:45

around this date because it

27:47

will reveal to you what

27:49

you are valuing, what you

27:51

are highly identified with. This transit,

27:54

it's like there's really no downside

27:56

to it. I guess other than

27:58

it's not one for industry. I

28:01

mean, nothing that's happening astrologically this

28:03

week is going to make you

28:05

one work extra hours. It's not

28:07

going to help you focus and

28:09

concentrate. The sun conjunction to Venus

28:11

can be a bit of a

28:14

self-indulgent transit, a little unistic, but

28:16

again, I say to you, do

28:18

we not need pleasure and joy

28:20

and ease? This stars certainly think

28:22

so this week. This transit can be

28:24

one where you work on and with

28:27

yourself esteem. You bolster your relationship

28:29

to your self-worth and your

28:31

ability and willingness to center

28:34

alignment and authenticity, not just

28:36

in yourself alone, but also

28:38

in relationships with others. This is

28:41

a great time for navigating your

28:43

finances with integrity, making sure that

28:46

whatever you spend your money on

28:48

or whatever you invest your money

28:50

in, if you've got the money

28:53

to invest, reflects your value system.

28:55

Right? So there's a lot of

28:57

really great movements right now around

29:00

boycotting brands and products that are

29:02

not aligned with folks' values. Get

29:05

into it. It couldn't be better

29:07

timed astrologically, right, with

29:09

this being this retrograde.

29:11

In regards to your love life, and

29:13

when I say love life, I am

29:16

not exclusively talking about your sex and

29:18

romance life, although, you know, get it

29:20

if you can. I'm talking about love.

29:22

and there's so many ways that

29:24

we love people. There's so many

29:27

levels upon which we love people.

29:29

Some of which are romantic, some

29:31

of which are platonic, right? Some

29:33

of which are really personal, and

29:35

some of which are kind of

29:37

more impersonal. They're, you know, like,

29:39

I love all cats. I genuinely

29:41

love all cats. Love. Sun conjunction

29:43

to Venus is a great time to

29:45

engage with. your relationship to love and

29:48

who you love and make sure

29:50

you are embodying that through your

29:52

actions, that you are aligning that

29:54

with your thoughts. This is a

29:56

really important moment for the Venus

29:59

retrograde transit. And so whatever it

30:01

is that activates on and around

30:03

this date, you want to pay

30:05

attention to, okay, because it's going

30:07

to reveal a lot about you, it

30:09

might reveal a lot about your

30:12

relationships as well. But again, it's

30:14

revealing a lot about you. If

30:16

you are an artist, this is

30:18

a great transit. It is great

30:20

for making art, being moved by

30:22

art. It's also a great time

30:24

for flirting your buns off, hooking

30:26

up, and all manner of... passion,

30:28

excitement, flirtation, and that kind of

30:30

good stuff. If you really care about

30:33

playing dress up, shifting your look, you

30:35

know, anything like that, again, well start.

30:37

I think I mentioned last week that

30:39

Venus Retrograde is not a great time

30:41

for cutting your hair. And so I

30:44

wouldn't encourage you to do that, but

30:46

this transit in general is great for

30:48

playing with the way you look and

30:50

messing with different ways of presenting yourself

30:53

and different colors and all that kind

30:55

of stuff. The truth of the matter

30:57

is that if we don't play, we

30:59

can't sustain the heavy stuff, the real

31:02

stuff, the deep stuff, make sure that

31:04

you are centering play in a way

31:06

that is life affirming this week.

31:08

Because these transits really want that

31:10

for you. They want that for

31:12

all of us. So if you're

31:14

working with people and they're bugging

31:16

the shit out of you because

31:18

they are clearly not taking work

31:20

seriously and they are kind of

31:22

fucking off, if possible. See if you

31:24

can do a little bit of pleasure seeking

31:26

yourself. Because this is a week where honestly

31:28

a lot of people are going to have

31:31

a hard time with focus. That's just what

31:33

this is. Now I just thought of one

31:35

of the things that I would potentially

31:37

warn you about. with this transit, which

31:39

is that Venus is known for being

31:41

diplomatic. And the sun and Venus retrograder

31:43

are both in aries. So you may

31:45

not plan on being very direct, but

31:47

something might just like pop out of

31:50

you. That is not quite as diplomatic

31:52

as you prefer, or you may find

31:54

yourself shaving off the edges of the

31:56

truth. In both cases, it's not the

31:58

best use of this transit. So if

32:00

you're going to be direct, be

32:02

direct, strive to be authentic in

32:05

how you show up, right? That's

32:07

the best case scenario of this

32:09

transit. And that might mean that

32:11

you have to be willing to

32:13

have kind of edgy or confronting

32:16

conversation with somebody. Don't shy

32:18

away from it just because it's

32:20

hard and it's not like quote

32:22

unquote nice. It's better to be

32:24

authentic while also of course being

32:27

kind. than it is to keep

32:29

everything nicey nice this week. And

32:31

that, my friends, is the

32:34

astrology of this week. The very

32:36

quick rundown is on the

32:38

19th, the sun and Neptune

32:40

meet. On the 21st, Venus

32:42

Retrograde forms a sex tile

32:44

to Pluto, and on the

32:47

22nd, the sun forms a

32:49

conjunction to Venus Retrograde.

32:51

As always, I hope you

32:53

were taking really good care

32:56

of yourself and others. and

32:58

I'll talk to you

33:00

in just a

33:02

couple of days.

33:05

Bye!
