What's that at the bed.
0:10
It's spooky, Hey jooky. I'm really
0:12
sure it's dead. It's coming this way.
0:15
Wait a minute, I ghost.
0:19
I los nandas
0:24
Pe. Hey
0:26
boo, it's me Roz
0:29
and welcome to Ghosted
0:32
by Roz Hernandez, the
0:34
podcast where I talk to people that I like
0:37
about the paranormal. I
0:41
want to tell you before we get into this
0:43
episode. I have been so
0:46
busy at work trying
0:49
to pull together a tour
0:53
where I'm going to be going to gay
0:56
bars across the country
0:58
to tell you no ghost related
1:01
uh jokes. And
1:04
I'm just like really excited about it because it's
1:06
opening up all these different markets, you
1:08
know, places that I've never performed
1:11
before and in environments
1:13
that have never had stand
1:15
up before. So it's just, I don't know, it's really fun.
1:17
So I'm going to all kinds of places. Are probably the
1:19
closest to you if you don't
1:21
live in a big city that I'll ever go or
1:24
so far, I don't know. I don't know. But
1:27
if you want to see the full list of all
1:29
the different dates and I will be you know, adding more
1:32
as we go on. Those are all at
1:34
Razhernandez tour dot
1:37
com. But today
1:40
on the podcast, now
1:42
listen. You know, I've
1:45
talked about this many times. My
1:47
inboxes are filled
1:50
with witches and
1:54
tarot readers and all
1:56
these different kinds of magical
1:59
practitioners that want to come on the podcast,
2:02
and I'm very very
2:05
careful about doing
2:07
that and just being
2:09
completely honest with you. I
2:11
know I've said this before, but it's
2:14
just it's just my experience.
2:17
I often get a lot of drama
2:20
from listeners of this podcast when
2:22
I have on people
2:25
that have their their
2:28
practice. You know, I'll have people
2:30
be like, well, this person said this,
2:32
and then that person said that. So
2:35
you know, I like to maybe
2:37
once a year talk
2:39
to somebody about their practice, somebody
2:42
that is very dedicated
2:44
to their practice, and allow
2:47
them space to share it. And
2:50
that is what we have done today and
2:52
it was fascinating. We
2:55
get into sex magic,
2:57
which is something that I don't think we've ever
2:59
talked on this podcast, and it's
3:02
really exciting. So this particular
3:06
guest that we have today, she's big
3:08
on social media. She goes by
3:10
the hood Witch, and her name
3:13
is Brie Luna and she has
3:15
been featured in tons
3:17
of major publications. She
3:19
has a book called Blood Sex
3:22
Magic everyday magic
3:24
for the modern mystic, and
3:27
she's also got some ghost stories, so
3:30
we're going to hear about those and about
3:32
some of her practice in her history
3:35
with it, and I'm
3:37
excited for you to listen. So here
3:39
is my conversation with Bri
3:42
Luna on with the show
3:49
Oh My God. We
3:51
are joined by Brie Luna
3:54
the hood Witch. Hi. Hi,
3:58
how'd you get that name?
4:00
Well? It was originally just
4:02
an homage to my grandmother's
4:05
being that I'm black and Mexican.
4:07
It was like very cheeky but also
4:10
serious because it was like most
4:13
of the time, you know, growing up
4:15
around like local botanicas
4:17
and having grandmother
4:20
that practice Hudu, having a grandmother
4:22
that was practicing Santa Ria, like all
4:24
of these things, having magic
4:27
within my blood. I didn't feel like there was a
4:29
lot of representation for black
4:31
and brown brujas and witches
4:35
and magical folks. So I
4:38
started Hoodwitch and it
4:40
just a self explanted story
4:42
from there.
4:43
I love it. Wait, so you had that you
4:46
had both sides of your family,
4:48
had you know, spiritual witchcraft
4:52
practices?
4:53
Yes? Wow, yeah,
4:55
And it's I feel like it
4:58
was very under represent
5:00
it at the time when I
5:03
launched my website. So
5:06
honestly, like a lot of it was during the time
5:08
where there was that American
5:11
horror story. They had Coven, We
5:13
had Humbler, So you have
5:15
all the white witches and like the
5:18
kind of gothy I always
5:20
call it, like black and silver. So
5:22
we didn't have a lot of like colorful like
5:25
gold and nails and you know what
5:27
I mean, just like and
5:30
just having like our our type of
5:32
like just our cultural representations.
5:34
So I at the time, you
5:37
know, when I started Hoodwich, I was like really
5:39
the only brown and like black woman
5:41
that would show up to these like spiritual
5:45
full moon ritual circles,
5:47
and they're just like, why don't you practice
5:50
voodoo? You know what I mean, Like they're just kind of looking at me,
5:52
like why are you here?
5:55
So what is
5:57
it that you practice? Do you
5:59
do? You are you specific about
6:01
a practice or is it a little bit of
6:04
multiple different practices.
6:06
So I grew up practicing who do
6:09
so? Whodo is a tradition
6:11
that is generally passed
6:13
down to you through blood lineage
6:16
that was from my dad's mother, and
6:19
so I you know, as I grew up, I
6:22
you know, when you're a teenager, I was
6:24
really gravitating towards the magical
6:27
side of things. I just thought
6:29
that my grandmothers who were in their practices
6:31
were like superstitious and like old fashioned.
6:33
So I didn't really see them as being
6:35
like witchy or magical. It just felt
6:38
like, oh, they're spiritual, they're religious,
6:40
you know what I mean. I didn't really see it
6:42
as how popular how we see
6:44
it now. So for
6:47
me, I wanted to be you know, I was like
6:49
alternative. I was like piercings
6:51
and my hair was pink. So I wanted
6:53
to like follow like Wicca
6:55
and like all of which, you know, like I watched the
6:57
crafts. So to me, it was
7:00
like the ethereal more like eurocentric
7:03
magical practices were what was
7:05
accessible. However, as
7:08
I grew up, I began to really
7:10
reconnect back to my own culture
7:13
and my own you know, family spiritual
7:15
practices and realizing wow, like you
7:17
know, this is already something that's within
7:20
you, that's what's inside of you. So I
7:22
have grown up. I've learned a lot from
7:24
many different practitioners throughout
7:27
my life, and I've hung
7:29
out no Satanist, I
7:31
know, you know a lot of which is from like
7:34
the left hand path, Uh, spiritual
7:36
practitioners who practice like Vuru,
7:39
Huru, Santaia, Purnas,
7:41
you know, all of these things. So I've learned
7:43
a lot, you know, from just so many
7:45
different people in my life. But for
7:48
my own practices, I would say
7:50
that I am a practitioner of uru.
7:53
I am a practitioner with using
7:56
color magic, with using you know, just
7:58
sort of like infusing my own
8:01
practice totally.
8:06
I have like a history with witchcraft.
8:09
I don't know that I
8:11
practice it. I just know
8:13
a lot about a lot of different things
8:16
from mainly from doing this podcast
8:19
and the people that I've met and
8:22
listen. There's been a lot of money spent on
8:24
crystals. There's been a
8:27
lot of different candles in the house,
8:29
and a lot of herbs and oils
8:32
and all of it. But I
8:34
don't necessarily know that I have like a
8:37
specific practice. But I
8:39
don't know. I'm fascinated by all of
8:41
it.
8:42
You're definitely witchy.
8:44
It's my bangs. I think it's
8:46
because I have bangs and then people just give
8:49
me crystals.
8:50
I think that's the best way. I think that
8:52
you have such a connection already
8:55
with the other you know,
8:57
as people saying like paranormal but like with the
9:00
realm of spirit and energy
9:02
and how you connect people and gravitate
9:05
towards the more unknown
9:08
side of things, right And for
9:11
me, I've never really called
9:14
my magic by any names.
9:16
So I grew up as being
9:18
someone who is very psychically sensitive,
9:21
and I didn't, you know, I never really
9:24
knew what to call that or
9:26
like what do you call that? Is that witchy?
9:28
But you know, as a little as a little kid to me, I
9:30
just knew that it was something very different.
9:33
And the things that I saw, the energy
9:35
that I felt, I knew other people did
9:38
not have that type of gift,
9:41
if that makes sense.
9:42
Like how does it manifest for you?
9:45
So I always laugh because when I go into
9:47
homes or buildings or
9:50
new spaces, I'm very good with
9:53
feeling imprint of energy. I
9:56
always used to call it ghost energy or
9:58
like death energy. I'm like,
10:00
like someone died in here, and I like really
10:02
can take on. I'll get like flashes
10:04
of images or
10:07
hear certain things, or I'll see certain
10:10
things. So I would say a lot of like clear audience
10:12
and clairvoyance,
10:15
and that manifest in ways where
10:17
it was incredibly frightening. But
10:20
now you know, as again, as like getting
10:22
older, you
10:24
really begin to connect with that part
10:27
of yourself. And so for me, not
10:31
being afraid of these things
10:33
and not being afraid to question is
10:35
always been has been helpful.
10:38
Have you ever done like a ghost hunt
10:40
or like gone someplace that
10:43
the people are like this place is hunted, come
10:45
investigate or help us out
10:47
or any of that.
10:49
I don't think intentionally. I think
10:51
it always happens to me like unintentionally,
10:54
because the spirits, they really they'll
10:57
you know, they gravitate towards me, so they'll
10:59
know like, oh, she can hear
11:01
us, or she can see us, or you
11:03
know, it'll manifest in some way.
11:05
But it used to, I'm gonna be
11:07
honest with you, it really used to scare
11:10
the fuck out of me.
11:11
Well I imagine, I mean, when
11:14
how old were you the first time something
11:16
like this happened? That's terrifying.
11:19
Oh, I was probably
11:21
seven eight years old. We
11:26
used to live in a house in Los Angeles,
11:28
So this is something that is always in
11:30
my family. So I didn't
11:33
write about this a lot in my book, and
11:35
I feel like I should have. But
11:38
my grandfather growing up, he
11:40
had an old house, and my
11:43
cousins and my older sister and
11:45
I we would sleep over at this house.
11:48
It's like an old like craftsman style house,
11:52
very very old and really cool,
11:55
and it was creepy as shit.
11:57
And so when we were younger, my grandfather
12:00
used to have one of those big old TVs like
12:02
this is the kind you know that used to like sit on
12:04
the floor like those really they're
12:07
like super old. So anyway, for the young audience,
12:10
yes, they had knobs. So we
12:12
would go to bed at night and you
12:15
would hear that big TV like
12:17
turn on by itself, and
12:20
you'd hear the channels changing.
12:22
And so for younger
12:24
audience back in the day, after
12:26
a certain amount of time, there were not a lot
12:28
of things that would still be on TV. So you'd have
12:30
like static or you'd have like
12:33
just weird channels that would like play like you
12:35
know, like a sound like the testing. My
12:37
sister and I I can recall a story. We're in bed,
12:39
we're sleeping, and we hear the big
12:42
TV turn on and the kitchen
12:44
doors that used to have kind of like those swinging
12:47
like I don't know what they call them, those like Western like
12:49
when.
12:49
You sing loose doors.
12:50
Yeah, Like they had those saloon doors and
12:53
the kitchen and you heard
12:55
them at like one o'clock in the morning,
12:58
two am, the TV turns on. It's
13:00
full fucking blast static,
13:03
and you hear the saloon doors
13:05
like swinging, like swooshing open,
13:08
and we'd hear like the cabinets open,
13:11
and so my grandfather would like laugh
13:13
at it and just be like, oh, that's nothing. And
13:16
I remember just being so petrified,
13:20
just hiding with like the blanket
13:22
over our head because we were so afraid.
13:25
We were terrified at night, and I was like, I don't
13:27
want to sleep there. I don't want to stay there.
13:29
But here's the story of that. So the
13:32
dining room used to have like top floor
13:34
to ceiling mirrors in the dining area,
13:37
so it was like all original old mirrors.
13:39
And the story has it is that the
13:42
woman who lived there before committed suicide
13:45
and she hung herself right
13:47
in front of the mirrors, like in the off
13:49
of the beams in that area.
13:51
So so it was her trying
13:53
to find a channel to watch.
13:56
I mean, I don't know, maybe it was,
13:58
but she used to scare the shit of us.
14:00
But my dad thinks
14:02
that it was my uh step
14:04
grandmother. So here's a fun witch
14:07
war like, So my step grandmother,
14:09
my grandfather was a cheater, okay, and
14:12
he hooked up with this woman named
14:15
Eula, and so Ula
14:17
was a from Louisiana and she was a practitioner
14:20
of magic, and so was my grandmother,
14:23
and so they were beefing over him.
14:27
Did the magic come into play? Were they putting
14:29
spells on each other?
14:30
Yes? Yes they were. They were. There
14:32
was a full blown witch war, okay.
14:34
They were like burying shit in each other's
14:36
yards and fighting
14:39
over my grandfather. And so finally
14:41
Ula ends up winning him, and
14:44
he left his wife and his
14:47
five children for her.
14:49
Oh my god.
14:51
The story goes that she
14:54
used to be working magic in their
14:56
house, and so Ula was
14:58
really tapped in and she was very connected,
15:02
and so my grandmother was like whatever,
15:04
like you can have them. What if he's gonna
15:06
like leave his children and like leave meet
15:08
whatever? Fuck him, you know. So the
15:10
story goes that my grandmother hexts
15:13
their relationships so good that
15:15
he would never be faithful to her,
15:18
and she always had to keep using magic
15:21
to try to keep him, and it never worked.
15:24
So he always cheated on her up until he
15:26
died, up until both of them died.
15:29
That man never stayed faithful to her
15:31
ever.
15:31
This sounds like a movie I need to
15:33
watch, just like the two witches
15:36
constantly hexting each
15:39
other and putting spells
15:41
on each other.
15:42
The two Southern witches. Yeah,
15:44
my grandmother was very much like that Southern
15:48
bell, like southern it's I
15:50
always call it. Was. It called like sweet and
15:53
like kind of nasty. So it was like
15:55
nasty nice, I think it's what they call it. But
15:57
it's like they're nice to you, and
15:59
they'll like, oh, bless your heart. So people
16:02
from the South know what blessed your heart means.
16:04
Total that's Southern shade.
16:06
It's Southern for fuck you, where they're like, ye,
16:09
your heart.
16:12
Wait, tell me some more ghost stories.
16:15
Oh my god. Okay, So I
16:18
went with two of my girlfriends to
16:20
a bar in Los Angeles called
16:22
The Association, and
16:24
we went for a hip hop night.
16:27
Okay. So it was like full of just it was
16:29
like wrap hip hop whatever,
16:31
R and B. It was like a fun night. And
16:34
so we go there having
16:36
drinks. Everyone's having a good time and
16:39
we're going to the restroom. So you know how girls
16:41
are. We go to the bathroom and we're
16:44
taking selfies in the mirror like
16:46
we're super turned. At this point, like we're
16:48
very like drunk, and
16:50
we're like just shooting firing
16:52
off pictures, selfies, hitting every
16:54
angle and there weren't
16:57
any other girls in the bathroom with us, and
16:59
so we were just having a ball. We had our own little
17:01
private photo shoot. We're just taking all the photos.
17:04
So we go back out, we're having fun.
17:07
We leave that night, and the
17:09
next morning, we're like hungover and I was like,
17:11
oh, I want to post those pictures on
17:13
Instagram. We look so cute. Like, let's go
17:15
through the pictures. So
17:18
I opened my phone and we're scrolling through,
17:20
swiping through, like trying to find the best
17:22
one to put on Instagram. And
17:26
I look in the background of one of the pictures
17:28
and I was like, who the fuck is that? And
17:30
I was like, who is this old white lady? And
17:33
I am not joking night,
17:37
No, that's what makes this story
17:39
so much crazier. Mind
17:42
you, Like, I mean, it's a pretty diverse
17:44
group, but let's be real. Everyone
17:46
there was like black or like let the you
17:48
know, like it was like it was a hip hop night was
17:50
in LA so it was like there wasn't a you're
17:52
not going to see like an eighty year old white woman
17:55
okay. At the hip hop night. So
17:58
we're looking through the pictures. My friend
18:00
Jianny her mom, I was like who is
18:02
this? Like what is this? And she looks
18:05
at the photo and she was like, who is that woman?
18:08
But it gets worse. RAS's it's
18:10
it's creepier. Okay,
18:14
you have to see the photo.
18:15
I'm the photo. Can I pull
18:17
it?
18:19
Okay?
18:19
Yeah? And is it okay
18:21
with you? If we put this on our Instagram?
18:24
Yes? Put it. Everyone needs
18:26
to see it.
18:27
Anyone listening. Go to Instagram
18:30
ghosted by ros At,
18:33
ghosted by ras and you will see this photo
18:35
posted today.
18:36
So the first photo, I
18:39
am the one holding my phone with a big
18:41
curly hair h My friend Michelle
18:43
is in the middle. Johnny is on the right
18:46
right. So we're snapping off the photos
18:49
and at the time with that that
18:51
make of iPhone. I don't know if you guys remember
18:53
this, but there used to be a
18:55
little button on the bottom,
18:58
like the little touch button, so you can hold
19:00
the button and it would fire off like multiple
19:03
shots, very quickly rapit, yes,
19:06
like a rabbit shot. So I was
19:09
holding the button and we were like taking the
19:11
selfies. So when I get home, you
19:13
know, we're going through the photos and we're all creeped
19:15
out now. And I
19:18
look to the right of Giohnny, who
19:21
is wearing the blue and white striped
19:23
shirt. And if you look to the far
19:25
right corner, there is a hand,
19:27
a white hand with now polish,
19:30
yes, and it's coming out
19:32
of the mirror of
19:35
If you look at the second photo, because I gave
19:37
you, guys, like another second
19:39
shot, so you can see on the
19:41
right there is a mirror. There
19:44
is a door to the back, and then
19:47
if you know the location of the association,
19:49
there's no other door there. That's just a wall,
19:52
and then a big mirror to the right. And
19:55
so going through all of my shots, there's
19:57
nothing else from her.
19:58
It was just that woman in that Wait,
20:01
where's the woman?
20:02
She's like right there where you're at.
20:04
Oh that lady. Okay, wait wait, so
20:07
that hand is not connected to
20:09
her.
20:09
No, so that's the thing. It looks
20:11
like from my own theory, Like, I'm
20:14
not joking you guys, like this changed
20:16
my life. This, I'm
20:19
not joking it. It changed my life because
20:22
I started to think, okay, outside
20:24
of superstition, outside
20:27
of the supernatural, like
20:29
paranormal on a scientific
20:32
level. It started making me think. I was like,
20:34
well, if I'm snapping off photos in
20:36
the mirror and then this is happening
20:39
in this blip of time, what
20:41
if there is some overlapping
20:44
you know, timeline, like maybe
20:46
she is alive and it's happening because
20:49
that bar apparently it was built
20:51
maybe in like they said, in the nineteen thirties
20:54
or forties. And so I was like,
20:56
well, what if there's an overlap in a timeline,
20:59
that's how happening because inside of that bar,
21:02
they still have all of like the original
21:04
like interiors and like
21:07
the decorations are still pretty old,
21:09
like the building itself is really really
21:11
old. And I was like,
21:13
well what if And my friends started laughing,
21:15
and I was like this is my theory. And I was like, well,
21:18
what if she and her friends
21:20
are partying and they you know,
21:22
she went to the bathroom and she looked in the mirror,
21:24
and she said, the most peculiar thing
21:26
happened. I saw three like colored
21:29
girls in the mirror, you know, like,
21:31
oh, white lady with this like old
21:34
fashioned hair. So what if she's
21:36
like telling her friends like the strangest
21:39
thing happened. I saw these weird like
21:41
I saw these women in the mirror and
21:44
and they're like, yeah, okay, sure, get let's
21:46
go. You're drunk, like, let's go home. And
21:48
you see her friend. You see
21:50
this other hand, this white hand coming
21:53
out of the mirror, and it looks like it's,
21:55
you know, summoning her to come back
21:57
to the mirror.
22:00
You have a part down the middle. Is that
22:02
what I'm looking at?
22:03
It looks like a swoop like it's kind
22:05
of like it's gray and it's like a
22:09
all the way in. So
22:12
do you see it with your cursor? Like move it?
22:14
You see the like hair, what's.
22:17
That orange ish area?
22:19
What is that face? That's her white face?
22:21
And you can see her eyebrow if you zoom anymore.
22:24
I have like examined this photo
22:26
so many times. I have like contacted
22:29
like paranormal people.
22:31
I have contacted Zach Bagant and I
22:34
said to.
22:36
Did he say anything?
22:37
Yeah, I went to his museum. He's like blown
22:40
away, really yes.
22:42
Because the fun part about
22:44
this is that the
22:47
metadata on this I told
22:49
anyone, I was like, I am down
22:52
to have anybody who
22:54
dares to even challenge this. I
22:57
have the phone, the metadata, I
22:59
have everything, baby, Like we can put it into forensic
23:01
styles.
23:04
I can see something.
23:06
I just can't tell her
23:09
features.
23:10
So okay, can you go around
23:13
like girl, scroll down through between Michelle's
23:15
legs too.
23:17
I know, I see.
23:19
It's a body. It's gray. It's like it's
23:21
translucent, it's gray. I
23:24
mean, I've had people study this image
23:26
who teach like medium ship
23:29
classes and all of
23:31
those things, and like I've said, I've always just
23:33
like wanted help or anyone
23:35
like we should go back there. I don't know if it can.
23:37
You know, like I reached out.
23:40
I even left a Yelp review so you guys
23:42
can look top I did I
23:44
put I put this bottle everywhere because
23:46
I was like, you guys, there is a freaking
23:49
ghost in the picture, like look
23:51
at it. And so even some of the
23:53
staff has told me, like, weird
23:56
things have happened at night. I
23:59
send it to the owner of the bar. I
24:01
started doing history, like trying
24:03
to research like the building, and
24:06
the owners of the bar they just like
24:08
laughed and they were just like yeah, well, they were like
24:10
it's a really old building. So they
24:13
didn't deny that it was like a possibility,
24:15
you know totally.
24:17
I completely is that downtown,
24:20
Yes, it's downtown. Yeah, all those
24:22
buildings are haunted for sure. Oh
24:26
my god. The bathroom lady goes,
24:28
the old lady in the bathroom, the.
24:30
Old white lady in the bathroom right
24:33
up night time access.
24:35
What I was thinking was that, Okay,
24:38
like you can tell it's like a rounded head. There's
24:41
like apart down the middle. And
24:43
then right by your friend holding the little Martini
24:45
glass, right where her shoulder is, you could
24:47
see like a nose and then eyes.
24:51
I was thinking that that was the face.
24:53
No, her nose. Her eyebrow
24:55
is right where Jihnny's shoulder is, so right
24:57
where you have the cursor.
24:59
That's an eyebrow. It's like the browbone.
25:01
But yes, that's what exactly
25:04
Okay, the bone.
25:08
Yes, she's it's her side
25:10
profile.
25:11
It's her profile because she's walking towards
25:13
the mirror.
25:14
Okay, now I see her. So
25:17
her skin is that kind
25:19
of weird people? Yeah,
25:23
okay, now pull out a little bit, jieha.
25:26
Now look down at the body. Scroll down,
25:29
like look between Michelle and
25:31
Gianni. It's like gray.
25:34
Oh my god.
25:36
But the hand is so disgusting
25:38
if you zoom on the hand, it's
25:41
so gross.
25:43
The way to the Can I tell
25:45
you how.
25:45
Many nightmares I've had zoom.
25:52
What is it holding? What
25:54
if it's like cemetery dirt?
25:56
I don't know.
25:58
Oh my god, it's
26:00
so creepy. But I'm obsessed with
26:03
this old lady being like, no, I want to go to hip
26:05
hop night and her friend being like, girl,
26:07
we gotta go.
26:09
When I tell you, it truly was like the
26:11
most ratchet fun
26:14
just like it was. It was very
26:16
very lit that night. It was packed
26:18
full of people, crowded, and
26:21
everyone was sweating and dancing.
26:23
We were having the best time that it was like, it
26:25
was amazing.
26:26
So the skeptics might be like, is
26:28
it a discoloration in the wood behind
26:31
you?
26:32
My dad tried to say that when I was like, oh,
26:34
like maybe it's just a
26:36
glare from the like like,
26:38
like, baby, when have you ever seen a glare
26:41
with the shape of a woman's head? And where
26:43
the fuck did the hand come from? I
26:46
showed my dad I like I showed him
26:49
all of the series and like I said, I am
26:51
willing to have anybody who challenges
26:53
my photo. We can go to forensics,
26:56
we can go to forensic files, we
26:58
can test it, we can do I don't care.
27:00
It's like this photo truly has
27:03
proof that there is something and
27:06
it maybe if you don't even believe in ghosts
27:08
or spirits, then do you believe
27:11
in multi dimensions?
27:13
Do you believe in like other dimensions
27:15
are like alternate reality. I don't know, Like
27:18
I couldn't even explain it because I'm
27:20
not like some quantum you know
27:22
what I mean, like quantum physicshit going on, but
27:24
like truly like this is another
27:26
timeline, like overlapping.
27:29
I want you to go back there and try
27:31
to find it.
27:32
I do too.
27:34
How long ago was this?
27:35
This was in I believe twenty
27:38
fifteen, twenty fourteen, twenty
27:40
fifteen. I also look and see I think it
27:42
was twenty fifteen.
27:44
I love it.
27:45
I've been ranting and raving about it ever
27:47
since, because you know how it is like
27:49
when people are like, oh, I have a ghost photo,
27:51
and then it's like some obscure like blob
27:54
of a fake.
27:55
Like what is like girl now the
27:57
holy ground? What we all want is the
28:00
full body apparition.
28:02
I have the full body apparition. I
28:06
have a disembodied hand.
28:09
With nail polish on, and she has
28:12
no.
28:12
Polish, And I'm like, you can look at our hands,
28:15
you can look at everything. It's like we don't. I have
28:18
stiletto nails, Like that's been
28:20
my trademark look for the past
28:22
decade.
28:23
So I love it. Do
28:25
you have other ghost stories?
28:27
I do. I mean they all have to do with
28:29
bars in Los Angeles.
28:31
Hell, Yes, I love it.
28:33
LA is a very uh It's
28:36
a beautiful and spooky place.
28:39
And I feel like I was telling
28:41
my literary agent, I want to make a book
28:43
about all of these like haunted
28:46
and very special places in Los Angeles,
28:48
and he's like, I will think about
28:50
it, like you know, and I'm like, people want
28:52
to hear it.
28:53
Tom, Well, there's
28:55
so many interesting
28:57
kind of ghosts in LA.
29:00
You know. There's like a lot of movie
29:03
star or aspiring movie
29:05
star types. There's creative
29:07
types, there's mob
29:10
people. You know, there's really interesting
29:13
ghosts.
29:14
There's a lot of Like I mean, the history
29:17
in and of itself is just it's really
29:19
fascinating. And my
29:23
family, you know, and my grandparents
29:25
and things like that, like have lived in
29:27
Los Angeles for over one hundred
29:30
years.
29:31
Wow.
29:31
So I have a lineage in
29:34
California like in Los Angeles,
29:36
and so I just
29:38
feel so grounded and so connected
29:41
and I feel so protected when I'm there,
29:43
which is like different from you know,
29:45
when a lot of people come to LA, they're
29:47
like, oh, it's so fake and
29:49
everyone's just so shallow and blah
29:51
blah. But that's because you only
29:54
stick to like one small
29:56
group of people, and you know,
29:58
you're like a transplant. You don't really understand
30:00
the culture. You don't really go
30:02
outside of your bubble. So
30:05
that's something I always challenge
30:07
people who moved to Los
30:09
Angeles. It's like, get outside of your comfort
30:12
bubble. Go to areas outside of
30:14
like you know, Silver
30:16
Lake and like whatever, you know, like
30:19
Hollywood and all these things. It's like, go to
30:21
like real places and understand
30:24
where you're at and at least do some research on
30:26
the history. So anyway, another
30:29
story, there's a bar and called
30:31
Dirty Laundry
30:34
and it's in LA and that
30:36
place is super haunted too.
30:39
It was like a speakeasy. It's kind of like a speakeasy.
30:41
I don't even know if they're still in business.
30:44
Where is that downtown? I'm looking a up right
30:46
now.
30:47
I don't know where it's at. I'm like I was
30:49
drunk, Like I
30:52
was like really drunk, and I went there.
30:53
Well, they got a website and looks like they're still open.
30:56
It says it's a seventeen
30:58
twenty five North Hudson's. Okay,
31:01
so it seems like maybe Hollywood. So
31:03
you're drunk, You're at this place called Dirty
31:06
Laundry.
31:06
Yes, I go there with the same group of
31:09
girls, and that's where we started laughing. We're like, maybe
31:11
we have like the coven
31:13
energy of the ghost
31:15
untresses. Yes, but
31:18
one of my girlfriends was going to like meet
31:20
with some guy that she like met off
31:22
of whatever app and
31:26
so we go there. We're like having cocktails,
31:28
having the best time, and
31:31
there's this room. There's an
31:33
area that's like sectioned off now
31:36
because I went recently and it's closed
31:38
off. They no longer allowed people to be in
31:40
that room. And so we're
31:42
in that room. I'm laying on this
31:45
like chase lounge, and
31:47
I asked my friend to take a photo
31:49
of me. So she takes a photo, and then there's
31:51
one we have like a really cool chandelier
31:54
hanging above the top of
31:56
the ceiling. So I'm standing there and
31:58
I'm like drunk and like having fun, and
32:01
so she's taking all these photos of me. Yet
32:04
again, go home sober
32:06
up, look at the photos
32:08
and I was like, wow, there's an orb,
32:11
and you see it move from the
32:13
bookshelf to sitting
32:16
next to me. And then when
32:18
you look at the photo of me standing up
32:20
underneath this chandelier, there
32:23
is an orb on my crotch and
32:26
then on the side
32:28
of me. And so I was
32:31
dying laughing. But that
32:34
night, I specifically remember
32:36
that was the first time I had ever
32:39
seen a black shadow
32:42
figure of a Christen. And
32:45
so he was in the corner of
32:47
the room that we were in, and it was just us
32:50
because we were taking photos in there, you
32:52
know, like trying to be cute. So we
32:54
like took we were taking our little photo shoot
32:57
in that room, and I look over
32:59
and I saw this fire of a like a
33:01
black figure of a man, and
33:03
I look at him and I said hey, and
33:05
he just who He looked back
33:07
and dropped into the ground because
33:11
he was shook.
33:13
I said, hey, he thought he was
33:15
just creeping, and then he said, oh, no, you
33:17
can see me.
33:18
Yes, he was, like it was creepy
33:20
as shit. Like I had never in my life
33:22
up until that point, I have never
33:25
seen like a shadowed figure
33:28
in my entire life, of my ghostly
33:30
little life of seeing like apparitions,
33:34
seeing weird things, I've
33:36
never seen anything like that in my life, and it
33:39
was so freaky. But apparently I'm
33:41
not the only person that has seen that in that
33:43
room, because again, they don't
33:45
open that room to the public anymore. It's
33:47
not open, it's they close it off.
33:50
How do you interpret something
33:52
like that, like why does it look different than
33:54
like an apparition of a human Do
33:57
you think it's like a different kind of
33:59
energy or.
34:01
I definitely do, because when we're thinking about
34:03
it, like the location, So we're
34:05
in a bar, and generally
34:08
at most bars are haunted.
34:11
I'm using that word like very loosely, and I don't
34:13
mean it like in some like Pultzter Guys
34:15
type of way, but sometimes, yes, a Poulter Guys
34:17
type of way. But most bars
34:19
are haunted because we think
34:22
of the people, and we think about
34:24
the energy that collects in
34:26
those spaces. Oftentimes
34:29
you have people who are going through really
34:33
serious traumas. We have
34:36
people who are drinking to get away, drinking
34:38
to celebrate. You know, whenever
34:40
we have the spirits when we think of alcohol,
34:43
those are spirits. And why
34:45
do we have spirits in certain
34:48
spiritual ritual traditions,
34:51
It is because it does connect
34:54
you to a another
34:56
realm. It allows
34:58
access into your human
35:01
vessel. When we talk about possession,
35:04
oftentimes when people say, oh my god,
35:06
I went out, I was drinking and I blacked out,
35:08
I don't remember anything. I don't
35:10
know what happened. Aside from
35:13
the science of things, you do
35:15
have earth bound entities. You do
35:17
have spirits that can inhabit your
35:19
vessel while you're drunk. So
35:22
there is that whole situation where
35:24
some people argue with you, like, no, no, no,
35:27
you're just drunk. It's science, it
35:29
is you know there, it's alcohol. When
35:32
you drink. Yes, you're gonna be less inhibited.
35:34
Bad things are gonna happen, are things that
35:37
you just wouldn't ordinarily do out
35:39
of character for you. However,
35:42
spiritually, if you know, for
35:44
the people who don't believe in the spiritual part, stop
35:46
listening. But for the
35:49
witches and for the people who are, you know,
35:51
maybe a little bit more curious, spirits
35:54
do connect to you. We have libations,
35:56
we leave offerings of
35:58
spirits, tequila, mezcal,
36:02
jin rum, we use all
36:04
of those things. I went to a Haitian voodoo
36:06
ceremony and they also have
36:09
a drink that is made
36:11
for the GeTe so during fet
36:14
GeTe, which is around the time of
36:16
did Los Mortos, it's like during
36:18
these times of the dead, October,
36:21
the end of October, during Sourin,
36:23
so it's like during the time of the dead
36:26
honoring the dead. At this
36:28
Haitian voodoo ceremony that I went to in
36:30
New Orleans, they had a
36:32
drink. I'm so sorry, guys, I don't remember the name
36:34
of it. If I'm butchering this, I'm sorry,
36:36
but like that's okay. There is a drink
36:39
in Haiti that is made during the
36:41
GeTe ceremonies, and
36:44
it's where you put lots
36:46
of burning hot peppers and they soak
36:48
them in alcohol. And so once
36:51
you become mounted or possessed
36:53
by the spirits, by the loa,
36:57
you're able to drink this hot
36:59
pepper alcohol that if
37:01
you're not mounted, if you're not possessed
37:04
with these spirits, or you're not embodying
37:06
these spirits, it will literally
37:09
burn a hole through your tongue and you
37:11
can you can search this. This is this
37:13
is very real. You have
37:15
to be possessed in embodying
37:18
these spirits. Papagee, the
37:20
gety spirits are
37:23
those who watch over
37:25
the grave and over the graveyard, and they
37:27
love to celebrate death and they're festive
37:30
and they're fun and they're like wild.
37:33
So when you're drinking this alcohol, you
37:36
you won't get burned. Your tongue is not gonna
37:39
get burned. Like it's it's
37:41
almost as if you're just drinking regular
37:43
alcohol.
37:45
WHOA.
37:46
So there is that connection on what I'm basically
37:48
like roundabout way of saying
37:50
that alcohol has
37:53
such a history, you know,
37:56
with spirits, Why we leave libations
37:58
on our altars, Why
38:00
we leave libations to
38:03
summon spirits and specific
38:05
entities and when you're working with
38:07
them and leaving
38:10
them as an offering of gratitude
38:12
and as a you know, honoring
38:14
of respect. But I do
38:16
think it is important for people to understand
38:19
when you go to bars, there
38:21
is a lot of low energy,
38:24
a lot of darker is what people see,
38:26
like darker energies, because
38:29
we do have that attachment just
38:31
because and I think it's important for people to know just
38:33
because you die does not
38:36
mean you're going to become some elevated
38:38
angelic spirit. Some people
38:41
still stay being a piece
38:43
of shit, or like if you suffer
38:45
it with alcoholism, if you
38:48
suffer it with drug addiction and you die
38:50
and you're an alcoholic, or you die of cirrhosis
38:53
of the liver. Where else would you want to
38:55
be? I'm going at the bar, so
38:58
drink, And why would
39:01
you not want to have that chance
39:03
of having a vessel
39:05
to take hold of, to
39:09
possess, or to take control of. If
39:11
you see them leaving
39:13
their vessel, leaving their body, it's
39:16
very easy for an entity who
39:19
is very I guess you would say like low.
39:22
I don't want to say like low vibration because I don't
39:25
I also don't want to put a stigma that like, oh,
39:27
if you're an alcoholic, you're going to have a low vibration
39:30
and be like stuck at a bar. That's not what I'm
39:32
saying. I'm saying that we all know, you
39:34
know that there are certain people who
39:37
are living that are assholes and
39:39
just so happen to be alcoholics, and
39:41
they like being in these spaces. So
39:44
why would they not, you know, want
39:46
to continue on in
39:48
the afterlife. That's all I'm saying.
39:49
What about not
39:51
even necessarily an afterlife thing? But
39:53
if somebody is in a low
39:56
place and they're at a
39:59
bar, do you believe that
40:01
their bad energy can
40:04
be left there? Afterwards,
40:06
or you know, kind of
40:08
a like a spiritual
40:11
fart lingering in the air.
40:13
That's exactly what I'm almost getting
40:16
at, where it's just like we all
40:18
have encountered it in real waking
40:21
life. You meet someone who is just
40:24
so exhausting, it's like energy
40:27
vampire, and then when you're
40:29
drinking with them, it's like, oh god, it
40:31
just gets worse because and it's like they start crying
40:33
and it's like you hear every sad
40:36
story. Then my wife left me, and
40:38
my kids don't love me anymore and everybody
40:40
hates me, and woe is me?
40:43
And I need to keep drinking. And imagine
40:46
you're the bartender. I think most bartenders
40:49
will get this where it's like if you work, even
40:52
in like the service industry, we
40:54
encounter so many people that
40:56
are just so incredibly draining,
40:59
and so imagine when you die,
41:02
it doesn't elevate you, like you're not going
41:04
to become this like magical angel.
41:06
Some people get stuck in
41:08
that rut of just being earth
41:11
bound entities, and
41:13
it goes also into using
41:17
like you know, seances and Ouiji
41:19
boards and da da da da da, We're gonna go on
41:21
all day where it's like who are you connecting
41:24
with, who is earth bound?
41:26
Who is not elevated? And there
41:28
are some spiritual practices that you can
41:31
do to elevate your family
41:34
members or people who may have
41:36
not had a great life that like have passed
41:38
on, even just by like honoring
41:41
them, putting them on a place in the altar.
41:43
You know, like there's certain things that you can do
41:45
for them.
41:46
When you talk about leaving alcohol at
41:49
altars for spirits,
41:51
do you think in future
41:54
generations they're going to be leaving like Fireball
41:58
or like White Claw.
42:00
Yes, I would encourage I want them
42:02
to. I told my son. I was like, if
42:05
you don't build me the most decadent altar
42:08
ever with. I want ship
42:10
and pain, I want perfume. I want
42:12
food. I'm a Taurus. I want the
42:14
works. Okay, I want food, wine,
42:17
drinks, hedonism. I want
42:19
every sexy gothic babe
42:21
at my tombstone taking photos.
42:24
I want a photo shoot. It's like, girl, take
42:26
all the photos.
42:27
Hell, yeah, tell me about
42:29
your book.
42:30
So my book was released on
42:33
Halloween and it's
42:36
called Blood Sex Magic. It's released through
42:38
Harper One and
42:40
it's just it's my baby. It's my
42:42
first well not my first baby.
42:44
My second baby. It's
42:47
my second baby, but no. My book is titled
42:49
Blood Sex Magic, and it is a
42:52
collection of stories,
42:56
spells and just practical
42:59
ways of utilizing magic
43:02
and terot spreads, and honestly,
43:04
it was like it's my first book, and I
43:07
just I feel like there's still so much more
43:10
that like I want to say and like I
43:12
want to do. But I
43:15
love this book so much because of the art.
43:18
It's like it's it's very visually
43:20
stunning and beautiful, and I
43:23
take so much pride in it because I
43:26
designed it. Like there's not a lot
43:28
of major publishers
43:30
that will allow you to do like a full
43:32
color book that I got
43:35
to design and really like make
43:37
it my, you know, my
43:39
my own. And I was very
43:41
adamant on that because I like to
43:43
call myself a visual storyteller
43:46
and I really take my art
43:48
and my vision seriously. So that
43:51
was something that was like a non negotiable for me.
43:53
Congratulations, Yeah,
43:56
tell me about sex Magic.
43:58
Sex Magic. What do you want to start?
44:01
So this is stuff that you cover in
44:03
the book Sex Magic.
44:05
So I didn't want to go like too crazy
44:07
because for me, like I
44:09
think that there is an amount of responsibility
44:12
that you have whatever, like if you're sharing bills
44:15
or if you're sharing any type of magical
44:18
work. So I wanted to share with
44:22
maybe people who are like a
44:24
novice or you know, like just getting
44:26
into their magical
44:28
practice, or maybe they're curious. So to
44:31
me, this is more along the lines
44:33
of like an intro to sex magic
44:36
for a person who may not have
44:38
really any like understanding
44:40
of what that is. And so for
44:43
my readers, I just give them a
44:45
basic intro of how to work
44:48
with your sexual energy, how to channel your
44:50
sexual energy to I
44:53
guess I hate using this word, but
44:55
I'm going to do it, guys, to manifest
44:58
your intention to work with the power
45:00
of your sexual energy and
45:02
creating what it is that
45:05
you want. So I do discuss
45:07
in a very practical manner where it's like, no, you're
45:10
not going to get like a new car
45:12
just because you like fuck some guy and you're like
45:15
you're like, oh yeah, I mean
45:17
actually you probably could get
45:19
a new car. Okay, let meet us.
45:22
Guy's got a lot of money, maybe get.
45:24
You yes, So let me us start all over
45:26
with that, because you can manifest
45:28
anything that you want using your
45:30
sexual energy and your
45:33
sexual power as long as it's
45:35
consensual, So that's a huge
45:37
thing too. I'm very big obviously,
45:39
everyone should be very big on consent. So
45:43
consensual sexual magic
45:46
and raising your vibration and
45:48
really just like manifesting what it
45:50
is that you want using the power of your sexual
45:53
energy.
45:54
And that's something that you can do alone
45:57
or with one person or a group of
45:59
people, right, Like, Yes, I
46:01
had a person one time on a dating app.
46:04
Their profiles said that they were looking
46:06
for someone to do sex magic
46:08
with, and I was like, what is that? Like,
46:11
tell me more, and then they
46:13
were like sort of just telling me about it. But I was
46:15
like, I don't know if I want to do this with some complete stranger,
46:18
but I was just curious
46:20
like about it.
46:21
So I absolutely would
46:23
not practice sex magic with a
46:25
complete stranger unless I was
46:27
the one that was in control
46:30
of what the intent was,
46:33
right, But I probably wouldn't let them
46:35
know. And I think to some degree,
46:38
you know, as witches, what depends
46:40
on what kind of which you are. I can be
46:42
a little bit of a naughty witch, So what
46:45
does that mean, you know, if you're dating
46:48
and you're like harnessing that energy,
46:50
if you're I think this is why even
46:53
with like my girls and
46:56
friends who are sexual sex
46:59
workers. I think that
47:01
most sex workers are like the biggest
47:03
and most powerful witches because
47:06
they know how to enchant, they
47:09
know the subconscious of most of
47:11
their clients, they know how to get
47:14
money, they know how to they
47:16
know the human psyche on
47:18
a deeper level than like your
47:20
average like layman could ever understand
47:23
or like really know. So I
47:25
do think that some of my friends who are
47:27
practicing sex switches
47:30
and sex workers shout out
47:32
to them because they're getting
47:34
that money get into the bag. And also
47:36
like enchanting.
47:39
Yeah, I'm I just
47:42
find it a really fascinating thing that I don't
47:44
think has ever come up on
47:46
this podcast sex Magic.
47:49
I love it. I mean. And also in the book,
47:52
I put a pretty controversial spell
47:55
in the book, and it's
47:57
the paneity,
48:01
which is a very powerful
48:03
love spell that
48:06
you used your dirty
48:08
panties or you're used
48:10
underwear, and you'll make a tea
48:13
out of it. Okay,
48:17
in South America and
48:20
also in southern North
48:23
America, it's a very
48:25
popular thing within even
48:27
like Caribbean people. They know this. So
48:29
you make the panty tea. You're
48:32
supposed to wear the panties. You
48:34
can't wear black underwear. When you do this, FYI,
48:37
no black panties. They need to be pink or
48:39
red, which correspond to like
48:41
love, lust, beauty,
48:44
all those things. So you're gonna take those panties.
48:46
You're gonna wear them for three to seven
48:49
days. I know everyone's be like, oh my
48:51
god, this is disgusting.
48:52
That the same for three to seven
48:54
days.
48:55
Yes, but but you're gonna do it after you
48:57
take a bath. Because these are your magic
48:59
You're little magical panties. These are
49:01
your seduction panties. So you don't wear
49:03
them every day. I mean, you
49:05
can't make them funky now, like you can keep
49:08
it funky if you want to wear it. You
49:11
want little tints, little twang to it,
49:14
you can't wear them. Okay, it's
49:16
your magic. You can do what you want. You want
49:18
the pheromones you want, the you
49:20
want, the juices you want, you
49:25
want that. I'm telling you, Okay, it's
49:27
gonna get a little nasty. So if you are
49:30
cringing, I'm sorry to
49:32
tell you. Magic is not all roast
49:34
quarts and crystals
49:37
and all no witch brough
49:39
hadia and witchcraft is about
49:42
blood, sex and magic. So you're gonna
49:44
get the real from me. You know, witchcraft
49:46
is not going to always be pretty. It's
49:48
not gonna be clean and sanitized
49:51
for you. It's not you know, that's just
49:53
not it. So you wear the panties, You
49:56
take some boiling water, you pour
49:58
them over the panties, you soak
50:00
them for a while because you want
50:03
to get all the juices
50:05
into the tea. And
50:07
then some people
50:10
they would feed it, they would use that water.
50:12
They would put it into like a jar like you can put
50:14
in like a mason jar. And
50:16
you use that water and you're cooking, you
50:19
make coffee, you can make tea with
50:21
it, soups, and
50:25
it is potent and it's very powerful.
50:28
So my grandfather, he's
50:30
from Arkansas, and he's
50:33
he knew what's up, you know, he knew what was
50:35
up. And so my grandfather always had
50:37
a joke and he used to call me a pinky. So
50:39
he'd say, pinky, I don't accept
50:41
black coffee from single ladies. So
50:44
what he met by that in Hudu
50:47
and also in other magical
50:50
folk traditions in the South, in
50:53
Texas, Louisiana, the
50:55
Carolina is all of these things. Everyone
50:57
who does root working or conjure world
51:00
or magical work knows
51:02
that you don't accept black coffee
51:05
or spaghetti from
51:07
women that you don't.
51:09
Know why spaghetti
51:11
the.
51:12
Blood and you're putting your period blood
51:14
in the spaghetti.
51:17
Really? Oh yeah,
51:19
see, I don't know about this kind of stuff.
51:22
I'm happy you're here.
51:23
This is very, very controversial
51:26
again because people feel some
51:28
people don't like the idea
51:31
of you using love magic
51:33
or sex magic to
51:35
take away somebody's free will.
51:38
So you do have practitioners who
51:40
said, you know, don't take
51:43
away someone's free will and a love
51:45
spell or domination spell.
51:47
But then you have other practitioners who
51:50
grow up and have traditions where it's like
51:52
it doesn't matter.
51:54
Do you believe that? Is
51:57
it a wicking belief that it
52:00
like it comes back threefold or
52:02
something?
52:02
I don't believe in the law
52:04
of three.
52:05
To me is that it is almost
52:07
like karma type thing.
52:09
Yeah, but karma is a whole other thing
52:11
too, So it's like, but this law of three,
52:14
I mean, it's just it's still man made.
52:16
But whatever, I'm gonna all say it as this,
52:19
I am not here to be the
52:21
police or the authority over anyone
52:24
else's spiritual practice or their
52:26
life or their magic. But
52:28
do not put down other people
52:31
who don't believe like you and who don't
52:33
have traditions like you, because something
52:36
my grandmother used to tell me is that if
52:38
you can't protect yourself from a
52:40
hex, you cannot heal anybody.
52:43
So if you don't know how to use defensive magic
52:46
to hex somebody to curse them,
52:48
then what type of healing are you doing?
52:50
So you need to have some form of grounding.
52:54
And I think that it's even funnier
52:56
because I grew up with one of
52:58
my mom's friends. She's like a Russian immigrant,
53:01
and she always used to tell me that, like,
53:03
too much light can make you go
53:06
blind. Too much laughing isn't
53:08
good for your soul. So anything that's
53:10
like too much light is
53:12
blinding. And I really fucking hate people who
53:15
are just like, oh, I'm only good
53:17
vibes, I only love and
53:19
light. It's like that toxic positivity.
53:21
So I'm like, if you don't know how to protect or
53:23
defend yourself, and don't call yourself.
53:25
A witch, Okay,
53:28
I'm learning so much today. I'm so
53:30
happy you're here. I love them
53:32
here. We have to wrap it up,
53:35
but can you tell people where to
53:37
find you? And all the stuff that you do.
53:39
Yeah, So you can find me on
53:42
social media as the
53:44
hood Witch, and most
53:46
of my pages are verified,
53:50
so I have a lot of
53:52
impersonators and like phonies
53:54
and like sure, fake bitch
53:56
is trying to be me. So it is the
53:59
hood Witch, the official
54:02
at the Hoodwitch. My website is
54:04
Thehoodwitch dot com, Instagram
54:07
is the Hoodwitch Twitter.
54:10
Well, I don't even know if anyone uses that name more Twitter,
54:12
the Hoodwitch, blue Sky, the hood Witch,
54:15
Facebook at the Hoodwitch. Nothing
54:17
else is just the Hoodwitch.
54:19
Yeah. That's something that maybe listeners
54:22
of this show don't know is that a lot of magical
54:25
practitioners, psychics, tarot
54:27
readers have a lot of
54:30
impostors, tons
54:32
of them, and people that are praying on
54:35
their followers and trying to get money.
54:37
So if you're getting if you're getting a DM
54:40
that looks like it's from some you
54:44
know, spiritual practitioner
54:46
or psychic or whoever that you're following,
54:48
and they're like, hey, I can give you a reading
54:50
if you give me money. I don't
54:53
do it. I've also had people do it of
54:55
me and I don't even do readings,
54:58
and people have like you know,
55:00
reached out to my followers
55:02
and been like, hey, I'm doing readings,
55:05
now you want to give them a fifty bucks And
55:07
then they do thinking then I'm
55:09
going to give them a tart reading and then they're mad at real
55:12
me because I did that. I'm like,
55:14
that's not me. I had nothing to do with
55:16
that person.
55:17
Yeah, I have like some scammers. I have
55:19
like a lady on Facebook who's like
55:22
trying like scamming people, and she's
55:24
like, looks nothing like me. It's
55:27
crazy like she and she has like a like
55:30
lots of followers too. So guys,
55:32
I don't use Facebook. I
55:34
only use Instagram and Twitter
55:36
and Blue Sky and I have a
55:38
substack. But everything that you see
55:41
is going to be at the hoodwitch,
55:43
So you just have to make sure that you're
55:46
not getting scammed. And look
55:48
on Raz's page and see
55:50
that like all of my links will be there.
55:53
Love it. Well, thanks so much for doing
55:56
this.
55:56
Thank you so much for having me. I'm so happy
55:59
that I could tell my ghost stories. I
56:01
could talk with you forever.
56:03
Hell yeah,
56:06
thank you so much. To breathe.
56:09
I am just over here getting
56:11
my panties ready for
56:14
some tea that I will be
56:17
serving on my tour.
56:20
Actually no, that's not true. I'm
56:23
not gonna make you fall in love with me that
56:26
way, but I might with my
56:28
jokes, So I
56:30
hope to see you in person. I'd love to
56:32
meet you anyway.
56:35
That was that. That was fun.
56:38
I love you all, both living and dead.
56:40
But if I didn't ask you to haunt me, don't
56:43
haunt me gay on. This
56:52
