Prehistory is a strange time to research actually. It is much different than any other time I have read about, and the why is quite simple: because it ain't History, it is PREhistory. That means facts and speculation in this story aren't tied together by written sources from the time. Most things we know though, it's just that the 'why' things happened can't be included in the story. Consequently, quite a short episode for a long, interesting and important period. Don't despair yet, because in the next 2,500 years of history, we're going to zoom in and we'll have more detail along the way. I hope you're as interested as I am, and I hope furthermore that you get along.
