0:12

K. My name is Beth Guide. I'm with

0:15

Vertical Web, and tonight, we're talking about AI.

0:19

Obviously, we need some AI to run Zoom

0:22

because that's that way, we don't have the technical budget.

0:26

Right. I'm really only kidding.

0:29

You know, get a little, it gets a

0:31

little overwhelming at times. So

0:37

with with that said, I wanted to talk about AI and how

0:42

it fits in, how we can utilize it,

0:44

and what we can do with it. But I wanted, I wanna give you a few

0:47

things first that, a,

0:50

we can use AI to build our websites

0:53

if we do it in WordPress. We can use some tools to help guide

1:00

the, SEO,

1:03

and help us do some of that. We can use it to write,

1:09

reviews or not reviews, summaries for our YouTube videos.

1:15

And in fact, I I have one tonight

1:17

that I had just put up, and I haven't really written the summary for. So we

1:21

can kinda test that out a little bit,

1:23

and I can show you how to do these things. Okay?

1:26

So, that's some of the stuff that I'm gonna

1:29

be covering tonight on on how to do that. So what I wanna do is I

1:32

wanna kinda jump in. There is multiple

1:37

engines out there that utilize,

1:41

what's called language models, large language models, which

1:45

is what these are. They're called you might

1:47

hear them called LLMs. The most famous one that you know of

1:51

is probably ChatGPT. It seems to be the one, that started

1:56

everything. And it's, you know, it's the one that's

2:00

kind of it's actually sending, traffic to people's websites and everything.

2:06

Somebody asked if there's gonna be a replay of this. Yes. What I do with these

2:10

is we take them when I get the videos.

2:13

I take them and they go out on

2:15

our YouTube channel. So I guess let me

2:17

cover that first so we know where to get this from.

2:20

Let me, let me, share my screen and we can

2:26

we can start with that. Alright. So,

2:32

if you want, invites to this class, you can do it

2:35

through our website. If you go to our YouTube channel,

2:43

they're all the classes that we have are

2:45

here. So, if you go under view videos, you'll see

2:48

I have the, one from last week.

2:53

Last one that was here that we did what's on the horizon for, 2025.

2:57

I also did one earlier this week or,

3:00

excuse me, this month down at SheSpace down

3:02

in Houston, and that one was on Google Analytics. So

3:07

you can go here at any point in time and pick up a replay of this

3:10

class. So that's there is that's a good

3:12

thing, that those are out there, and they're they're

3:15

there for you to be able to use.

3:18

The other thing is this class is a podcast as well, so you can use that

3:23

also, to help you if you if you need to.

3:29

Alright. So lots of different ways to do

3:32

that. No. There is no handouts because this

3:35

class is really pretty much run as a clinic.

3:38

You guys ask questions. I I've never made

3:40

a presentation because at the end of the

3:43

day, you guys help dictate where this goes.

3:46

So the first thing I'm gonna say is

3:48

that when you build a website, you can

3:50

build it with, some AI to get started.

3:56

WordPress has a system inside of it,

4:00

that you can use, and I'm gonna give you some of what those are.

4:04

I I literally have gotten to a point

4:07

where, if I wanted to,

4:10

I can spin a spin a website up,

4:13

pretty quickly, using some AI models. Now

4:17

what I did what I did is if

4:20

we all understand, AI is garbage in, garbage out, it really,

4:24

really is. So if we understand

4:27

that concept and that part of it, what I've been trying to do is get better

4:34

front end information. And if I can get

4:36

better front end information, it's able to spin

4:38

these sites up, a lot easier. So with that said, let

4:43

me, let me jump on to

4:47

WordPress here, and let's kinda do that.

4:53

So you should be able to see my screen.

5:00

So first of all, I might as well

5:02

just do my my normal thing that I

5:04

always do, which

5:07

is, I I always tell everybody you should be

5:12

using WordPress to to build a website, not

5:14

Wix, not Weebly, not Squarespace. Those,

5:19

do not work well. And because they do

5:21

not work well, you will not have a website that gets

5:25

traffic. So I'm I'm very much about how

5:27

we get traffic for people, what do we need to do, how do

5:31

we need to do it, those type of things. Okay? So,

5:35

I'm always down a WordPress road. I'm always

5:37

telling everybody to make sure they use WordPress.

5:40

One thing I do wanna mention is put your questions in the chat. That's what I

5:44

have up on my screen so I can see you.

5:47

If you don't do that, I won't be able to see your questions.

5:51

So just use the chat to put your questions in as we go. So,

5:56

WordPress is a way to build a website.

5:58

I think we all know that part of it. I'm gonna use this as

6:07

the as the, back end here on this a second.

6:11

So when you come in, depending on where

6:13

you get your version of WordPress and all,

6:17

it's gonna log us in here. And once

6:19

it logs in, you can if you have something like, there's

6:24

several different ways to go about this. Alright?

6:27

So I can utilize a tool,

6:31

that comes within Astra, which Astra is the theme. So what I

6:37

would write down, is this it says, is WordPress free? Yes.

6:41

WordPress is free. And, you're gonna use wordpress.org,

6:47

not wordpress.com. Okay?

6:53

Sure I've got a backup. I do. Okay.

6:58

So when you come into your WordPress install, depending

7:02

on where you get it and who you get it from, you can get a very

7:04

staged down version of it. My hosting company,

7:07

when we give it to people, we give it with all the tools that's needed. Okay?

7:11

So not everybody does that. But if you get one that's got some

7:16

tools included in it, what you're looking for

7:18

is a theme called Astra. Reason I'm recommending Astra is it's lightweight, and

7:24

it works very well for what we want

7:26

it to do. Okay? So I put the

7:28

word Astra in, chat there for you.

7:34

And what we have is within Astra,

7:38

once you get in here, it has several different ways to build a

7:43

website. Okay? And the one that you're looking for is

7:47

called Spectra. If you're looking to do this

7:50

with some type of AI,

7:56

software hold on. Let me change this. That's my fault, everyone.

8:00

So we want Astra is for the website,

8:03

is for the is the Astra theme,

8:07

and then you want Spectra as the as the if you're gonna use

8:13

AI to to build this as p e

8:15

c t r a. Okay? So we have that, and I'm gonna

8:20

go ahead and install install Spectra as my page builder. Now for

8:24

the most part, I use Elementor for most

8:27

of our websites, and and that's like a full disclosure thing.

8:32

When I am using Elementor,

8:35

Elementor has its own set of AI tools inside of it. Right

8:41

now, I don't think it's as self

8:46

spawning as,

8:49

Spectra is. And what I mean when I say that is Spectra comes up,

8:54

it gives you, you know, it gives you a pretty quick,

8:58

way to go ahead and basically gen up

9:01

the entire site. So I'm gonna be able

9:03

to pull in the entire site pretty quickly.

9:06

I'm gonna tell it I want starter templates, And this way, I can launch the site

9:13

with AI. So for all you guys that

9:15

have been telling me all the way along

9:18

that it's very difficult for you to use

9:20

WordPress, this is the way to do this. Now

9:25

Britney says, can I incorporate WordPress with my

9:27

Shopify store? I am gonna say that, first of all,

9:31

I am not a proponent of of Shopify

9:34

and SEO. They do not work well together. Now is

9:38

it impossible to do Shopify SEO?

9:42

No. It's not impossible. But for the average Joe, it's improbable.

9:47

Okay? So I I hope you understand the difference there on what I'm saying.

9:52

WordPress has WooCommerce, so it does have a

9:56

similar thing to Shopify, and that website will end up ranking better

10:01

than a Shopify site. So you have to

10:03

decide what that's worth to you. I I

10:06

am always of the proponent that I want,

10:09

I want my website to rank. I want traffic. I wanna be able to control what

10:13

I wanna control, and that's that's not a Shopify situation. The other

10:18

thing is Shopify creates thousands and thousands of blank pages because of

10:23

the way it works, so, therefore, it hurts

10:26

the SEO. Not picking on Shopify,

10:29

not but, I just don't I think if

10:31

your objective of traffic, I don't think Shopify

10:34

is the right word. Can you incorporate it with WordPress? The answer

10:38

is probably yes, but not in the way you

10:41

think. I would need to build a WordPress

10:43

site, and then I would need to make a link into my Shopify site. I I

10:47

have had people do that. So, basically,

10:51

you're using WordPress to build the shell

10:54

around Shopify. One other thing I'm gonna mention, and I

10:58

think this is sometime in April or May

11:00

that I'm gonna be doing this, I think I'm gonna be offering,

11:04

a hands on in person WordPress class that

11:07

you can come, and we'll spend the day learning how to use WordPress.

11:11

So watch that on the schedule because I

11:14

I think we'll go ahead and be doing that at some point as well because I

11:17

think there's a need for that. Anyways, back to this problem I have here

11:22

that I, the answer is WordPress. WordPress with WooCommerce if

11:27

you're doing ecommerce. So I'm a I'm a

11:29

WordPress and pretty much WordPress only kinda person.

11:36

There's, I think that it works the best for

11:39

Google, and I think that's the best way to to approach this. I I I I

11:44

think so Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, Shopify,

11:47

even WordPress.com, anything that's on a platform

11:50

that the that is self managed, it doesn't

11:56

it doesn't, it doesn't work well. It says I built

11:59

my web scratch from plan, Show it's on

12:01

a list of websites you don't recommend. It's not that I don't recommend them. It's

12:06

that I'm saying that if I want a website to have traffic,

12:10

this is the road to go to. Okay?

12:14

I've never heard of Showit, so I I

12:17

I would think that that's a that's a

12:19

situation. I don't know if they're like these

12:21

other ones. But anything that's a drag and drop and

12:26

do all of that, chances are that that

12:28

is not gonna necessarily work the right way

12:31

for what you wanted to do. So now that I put my starter templates

12:36

in, I'm gonna go to my starter templates,

12:40

and I hit the wrong button. I'm

12:43

gonna go start a temperature over here somewhere.

12:51

Oh, right there. Alright. I'm gonna tell it I wanna do

13:02

it with a design Copilot and an AI

13:04

assistant until it gets started. It's gonna tell me to log in to

13:09

my account. I knew what it sent it to.

13:28

It's interesting. I wonder where it sent it.

14:13

Any idea where this thing sent this thing to?

14:34

Alright. Well, it's gonna send me a mystery thing, I guess, is what it's doing.

14:47

Yeah. This is where it sent it. Okay. If you have enough email addresses, eventually, something's

14:52

going to show up to somewhere. Alright. Let's see.

15:01

Sorry about that. Now that we know where it sent it

15:06

to. Alright. So it's gonna log us in. I

15:12

have an account. I'm gonna tell it I wanna start with AI features,

15:16

and I say I wanna get started.

15:27

Alright. Next, we're gonna go in, and it's

15:30

going to get more credits. I'm gonna need

15:33

more credits, of course. Give me a second here. It wants me

15:47

to buy credits here. Give me one second.

15:58

Gotta put a credit card in, so I'm gonna stop the screen just for a second.

16:21

One more second. And we will have it.

16:51

It's giving me a oh, let's see.

16:59

I love when it gives error messages, but it doesn't tell you what it's unhappy about.

17:08

Sorry about that. I might have got it this time. Let's

17:44

see. Oh, I did get it this time. Alright. Now it's sending me back to where

18:10

it needs to send me back to. Maybe.

18:31

Alright. So we're gonna tell it build with AI Builder, and we're gonna tell it the

18:35

name of the website is test. And we're gonna say this website is for,

18:43

and we pick what we are. So let's just say we're a dentist because that's gonna

18:47

be easy. And it's gonna say, write me

18:50

something that tells me about my dentist situation.

18:54

Okay? So I am going to use,

18:59

Claude AI, and I'm gonna tell it,

19:03

write me a summary

19:08

about a dental practice

19:13

in Kingwood, Texas. Alright. So it's gonna it's gonna write me

19:36

up about what a dental practice should have

19:39

in Kingwood, Texas as a website. And we're

19:41

gonna come back, and we're gonna enter that

19:43

in the box that is over here that says AI test builder.

19:47

And I'm gonna say is that any dentist.

20:18

I could spell we would be better. Yes. And I'm gonna I'm gonna get to

20:35

YouTube videos. I don't wanna get way out

20:37

ahead. Okay? So just I will get to YouTube videos

20:41

here. So just give us just give me a

20:46

second. Okay? And, yes, I will be putting

20:48

it on my my vertical web YouTube channel.

20:50

Alright. So that will be there. So if I come back back to Claude okay. Based

20:55

on my search, so here we go.

20:58

It gives me a whole write up about,

21:00

and I'm gonna copy that. And I'm gonna come here, and

21:04

I am going to paste it into my

21:06

AI engine, because it's gonna I'm trying to do this

21:10

as fast as possible. And I am gonna tell it next.

21:14

I'm gonna tell it my email address.

21:19

I'm gonna tell it my address, I'm gonna tell it next.

21:31

And it's gonna tell me to select some images. Okay? So we're gonna select this guy

21:35

here. We'll select this lady here. We'll select

21:39

this guy here. We'll do this person here. We got a

21:44

couple kids. We got a fake tooth. We

21:47

got another fake tooth. We got a lady

21:49

smiling. Okay. I picked a bunch of pictures, and

21:51

I'm gonna tell it next. And, yes, I just did cut it cut

22:01

and paste it right on out. But I

22:03

am doing this I'm not doing this for,

22:06

SEO purposes. I'm doing it just to set

22:08

up the framework at a website. Okay? I want you guys to understand what I'm doing.

22:12

I'm gonna pick option two. I love the

22:14

color purple. I'm gonna tell it continue.

22:19

I'm going to tell it I need a blog. I need a contact form.

22:23

Page builder. And it

22:27

and I'm gonna tell it I want that. I didn't add a chat or appointment bookings,

22:32

but we're here for the moment. And the question said, what if you were

22:38

to tweak the summary? Will it still work?

22:40

Yes. Because what I'm doing is I'm cutting

22:43

down on the time to write the summary. You need to write the summary of your

22:46

own business, and this is really primarily to work to get the framework at

22:51

a website up so that you have a a way to do this to start. Okay?

22:55

Now, again, I am an elementor person,

22:58

first and foremost, but I know sometimes you guys like to

23:02

come to this and then tell me you don't know how to do this. I want

23:06

you guys to understand how easy it is to build a website. So that's kinda where

23:10

where I'm coming at this from is I want this easy peasy to build. So it's

23:14

building a website as we speak, and it's gonna put the elements in, and

23:19

then at least we can edit them. I

23:21

would challenge everybody. And when I do this

23:23

class and teach everybody how to do the class, I'm actually gonna do it with Elementor

23:28

and give everybody the option to use Elementor

23:30

and teach them how to do that and to build this and to do all of

23:33

this. But this at least gives us a

23:35

website that we can work with and that we can work on. Okay? So

23:40

I I wanted everybody to kinda get that.

23:42

So first first thing to do

23:45

from an AI standpoint is we can build

23:47

a whole website with a AI, and we

23:49

did this. Even with me having to do something crazy, it's only 06:30. So we did

23:54

this in a total of twenty minutes,

23:58

start to finish. We're gonna have a dentist

24:00

website. This is gonna take you a minute

24:02

to do this, but that's what we're gonna do.

24:05

Now I wanna talk about a couple of

24:07

these AI engines while we're waiting for this.

24:10

I am using Claude. Okay? And I I use Claude for most

24:15

things now over chat GPT. I I like the way it processes things

24:20

better than, chat GPT.

24:24

So I can give it a video. I

24:26

can give it a PDF file. I can give it information. I can do a lot

24:30

of different things with this thing, and I think it does

24:35

a really good job. Like, I actually asked

24:38

it, to give me a scope of work for

24:42

a customer today. So I had somebody give

24:44

me a very large scope of work,

24:48

and want all these things written into it. So rather than going down

24:53

it line by line, I asked it to

24:55

give me a scope of work based on what the

24:59

customer asked me for. So they gave me

25:01

all these lines. I'm gonna go in. I'm

25:03

gonna put prices on everything that they asked

25:05

me to do. Okay? So I can utilize this to do

25:10

a scope of work for a customer. I can use this to do a bid. I

25:13

can use this to take an email that I get and

25:17

write a response to it if I want.

25:21

So you can I I think I like

25:23

Claude? It's it's really quite a quite of

25:26

a helpful tool, and I I think it's more helpful than

25:29

ChatGPT because I think if I ChatGPT,

25:34

it does it, but I find myself having

25:36

to tweak it. Now I will tell you, I'm gonna we're gonna I'm gonna show you

25:39

a few examples of where we're gonna have to fix Claude

25:42

to get the right things done to. But at least I feel like this one

25:47

does does a better job. So I would

25:49

I would look at, you know, look at this one.

25:52

If you want an AI model, I would

25:55

I would look at this to to see what you needed to do with it because

25:58

I I think this does the best job. This thing's still

26:02

building and doing its thing. So,

26:05

let's let it keep doing it. It does taking a minute to do everything, so we'll

26:09

just we'll do that. So

26:12

let's come back over here into Claude. So I can use AI to build my

26:17

website, which is what it's working on and

26:19

doing now. The next thing that I can do is

26:24

I can start to tell me what kind of topics I want on my

26:28

website or what do I want my website

26:31

to do. I think what I wanna do on this

26:36

is I think let's stick with a dentist.

26:38

Okay? So

26:43

the first thing I'm gonna say, and the reason I'm asking

26:46

these AI engines, questions

26:49

is because I am having them tell me

26:53

what I might wanna consider to put on my

26:56

site. So if I was let me go to a

26:59

brand new chat. Okay? So this is a new one that says, if I was a

27:03

dentist in Kingwood,

27:07

what pages would need to appear

27:10

on my website for SEO purposes?

27:18

And I'm gonna I ask it that question, and let's see what it gives us as

27:21

an answer. So here's the here's what it's giving me

27:26

that I need. Okay? So you see, it's told me I need

27:30

a home page, an about us page, a services page,

27:35

a patient information page, a before and after

27:37

gallery, a testimonial, a blog,

27:39

a contact us, and a map. Okay?

27:42

I agree with every one of them.

27:45

Okay? The next thing I'm going to say is

27:49

what services should I include

27:54

for a dentist? Kingwood.

28:00

Does he have the purposes? Now the reason I'm asking these questions and

28:05

doing it in this way so that you

28:07

guys understand why I'm doing this is

28:10

it is going out and it is going

28:12

and it is telling me what the competition

28:15

has on their website. And because it's telling me what the competition

28:19

has, it is telling me how to act like

28:23

the competition. So I may know what I cover,

28:29

but I don't know what others cover. I don't know what I may list. I don't

28:33

know what those things are. So as a result, I come down and

28:36

I ask it to tell me what those services for SEO should be, and it basically

28:41

does the outline for me. Okay?

28:44

So I now have the outline of what should be on a website,

28:50

Okay? Four, to be a dentist and to be

28:53

successful. Any one of you should be able

28:55

to take your business and tell it, give

28:57

me a list of services for what you do in the city or

29:01

the area of town that you do it in,

29:04

and have it give it to you. Let me back out of this a second.

29:21

Alright. So, again, I'm being very generic because

29:24

I'll do my own here in a second. Okay?

29:26

But you see what I did? So this would be a real estate agent, and I

29:29

picked a commercial real estate agent. So it's

29:32

gonna now give me a list of what

29:34

the services my commercial real estate agency should be able to

29:39

provide, and it's gonna give me a definition of it.

29:44

What I didn't tell it to do is to do it for SEO.

29:47

Okay? So please give me a breakout.

30:04

Okay. So I just asked it to give this to me as well.

30:09

You see it's given it to me in a different way.

30:13

And why it's giving me broke breakouts like

30:15

this is because this is the way Google

30:17

needs that that information inputted back in.

30:21

Okay? And if you look, this used to be

30:25

stuff we had to do by hand. Alright? But I'm gonna tell you, you're still

30:28

gonna have to do some of this by hand. If I come over to this website here,

30:36

you'll notice I have tax services and it

30:38

gives me a list of tax services. I

30:40

have forensic accounting. It gives me the list of forensic accounting.

30:45

If I look over here and I do litigation

30:47

support, it gives me that too. Alright. So,

30:55

it's giving me what I need. Now if I go to the tax services page, I

30:58

see you guys ask questions. I wanna I wanna get this down first, and then we'll

31:02

talk about it. Okay? So next, I do as I come down,

31:07

you'll see I have tax preparation. I have estate planning,

31:11

taxes and bankruptcy, tax compliance, tax audit preparedness.

31:15

You see that I kinda somewhat borrowed that

31:18

same mentality from

31:21

the and I I did this before the

31:24

AI engine. I didn't use AI to generate

31:26

this list. I actually work with a customer

31:28

to generate this list. Okay. But I think

31:31

where you guys kinda get a little stymied

31:33

is how to create this list. So you

31:35

can see I have a list for commercial real estate. I have a list for a

31:39

dentist if I want a dentist. I can do this and get these prompts

31:44

for every anybody. Now what I would say is property acquisition and

31:49

sales. And I I don't know that that's the

31:52

right in fact, I know it's not the right term.

31:56

Property acquisition and sales is not the right

31:59

sir the right, verbiage for commercial real estate agent.

32:03

It probably is buying and selling commercial property is what that

32:09

should probably more than likely say. Okay?

32:12

And this is where you're gonna have to

32:14

come back in, and you're going to have

32:17

to decide what the right terms are. Now we've talked

32:21

about this in the past, and I don't wanna make a whole class of this.

32:26

But hang on a minute. I need a

32:28

Chrome window. Okay. So if we all remember, I have

32:50

my Keywords Everywhere tool for those of you

32:52

that have been here before. If you haven't been here before, let me put this in

32:56

here. Alright. So

33:04

you should all be on my Google

33:08

page. Okay. So you should have my Google

33:11

window now. So if I do remember we

33:14

said in this other window, we said,

33:18

property acquisition and sales. Alright? We're gonna put in property acquisition and

33:23

sales. Alright?

33:37

And it's going to say

33:39

there is zero searches a month for that

33:42

with my Keywords Everywhere tool. Okay?

33:45

That's important for us to remember

33:49

because what that is is,

33:53

that nobody actually searches for

33:56

property acquisition in sales. What they actually sell for

34:01

do is buy commercial.

34:08

See. See, it gives me buy commercial real estate, buy commercial property. That's

34:13

10,000 searches a month. So I now know to go back to

34:18

Claude and I'm going to make a change

34:21

to this that's going to say,

34:23

change the property and acquisition to buy commercial

34:26

real estate or, and sell commercial real estate. Okay? It's not

34:32

gonna say property acquisition and sales.

34:42

Alright. Now this one has 1,600

34:45

searches a month. If I look down the list

34:58

estate. So what it needs to say, buy commercial

35:02

real estate forward slash sell commercial real estate

35:05

is what this property and acquisition sales need

35:08

to be on that first one. And I'm gonna share my whole desktop so

35:12

we can work between multiple windows here a

35:14

second. Share.

35:22

Alright. So why this is why this is important is because if you

35:27

pick the wrong keyword, you end up with

35:29

a situation where you end up with no

35:31

searches whatsoever. Okay? So you don't wanna pick a keyword

35:35

that limits your limits your searching and limits

35:38

your searchability. And I think that's a really important thing

35:42

that we need to remember when we do this. So although I'm gonna go down this

35:47

list, I also and I also need to make

35:51

sure that Google thinks the same thing

35:54

that Claude does, meaning that so I put

35:57

in landlord representation. It involves real estate agent or broker acting

36:01

on behalf of the property owner. Marketing

36:05

vacant properties and finally finding qualified tenants.

36:08

Alright. I don't know that I see that in

36:11

this list up here. Tenant screening, lease negotiation,

36:15

property management. This is what Google thinks it should say.

36:21

This is what Claude says it should say.

36:24

I think Google's list is we is what

36:26

we should lean towards. I think that we need to tweak this

36:31

up a little bit because we're not having enough to my mind,

36:34

landlord representation, we're not having enough,

36:38

information. Now this one says tenant and landlord representation,

36:43

which is these two together. Let's let's see what that one looks like.

36:47

T n a n t and

36:51

landlord. Well, the second I do that, it

36:54

truncates my searches even more.

36:57

Went down to 10 a month. And if you scroll down, I have

37:00

more variance and variations of it. So if

37:03

I put landlord in, I think what we're gonna find

37:06

out is that it's tenant I think it's

37:09

tenant representation is gonna be the bigger term.

37:15

These are all alright. You see that tenant representation

37:19

in commercial real estate? I might change this tenant representation to say

37:24

tenant representation in commercial real estate.

37:30

What I'm hoping that you guys are getting

37:34

is that I have to prove what they give me

37:40

from this thing. So you guys said, how

37:42

did you get the high rate of keywords to show up on

37:46

a Google search? That's Keywords Everywhere. If you look directly above that question,

37:51

it says go get a Keywords Everywhere subscription,

37:54

and it's, like, $10 for a million credits. So it's

37:58

not expensive at all. It is called Keywords Everywhere, and it is

38:03

my best friend for everything I do.

38:07

If you go to it in a website, It's a research tool, and it gives me

38:18

it always gives me what the

38:21

amount of of searches are for anything that

38:24

I'm looking for, any words that I'm looking

38:27

for. The website addresses, keywords everywhere.

38:30

Okay? That's what we need,

38:35

that's what we need, to do. And it plugs into Chrome, Firefox,

38:39

and Edge. It doesn't plug into Safari for

38:41

those of us that are Safari users and

38:44

Apple users, so I have to use it for Chrome.

38:47

It also works on my Edge browser as

38:49

well, which I actually like Edge, to be

38:51

quite honest. I I really am kinda surprised

38:53

at how much I like Edge these days. Okay?

38:58

But my point to you guys is

39:00

that when I ask it for what should my

39:04

services be and it gives them to me,

39:06

I then have to take it and go

39:09

out and say, okay. Now are these the

39:12

right words? So now remember I told you I was gonna do it for my own

39:15

business. I actually know my own business out

39:17

of, like, really good. So let's do it

39:19

this way. What should

39:23

services and SEO company

39:26

in Houston Provide

39:33

please give me an SEO

39:38

keyword list for those

39:41

services. Okay.

39:44

I had to delineate that just a little bit because I'm using SEO as a company

39:49

and SEO as a situation. So you see what it's doing

39:55

now? It actually went out. It gave me what

39:58

the list is of sir services I should

40:01

provide, and now it's giving me a list

40:03

of all the keywords. It's a secondary thing that I should cover.

40:10

So I have a comprehensive keyword list and

40:12

I have the services I should offer. So

40:14

now we're gonna kinda look at this.

40:18

Local SEO, Houston SEO company, Houston SEO services,

40:22

Local SEO Houston, SEO agency in Houston, Texas. These are a

40:27

fantastic list. If I if I really wanna be honest,

40:31

this is a fantastic list, of localized

40:36

SEO keywords that I should be able to do.

40:39

So when now I know when I write

40:41

my local SEO optimization page

40:44

that I should have these words in it.

40:48

Okay? So it basically gave me the words that

40:51

I need to interlace into this article.

40:55

I'm sure if I do keyword research and

40:58

strategy, which is the second one down, you'll

41:01

see it gives me a secondary list. Now,

41:04

Houston, reach word research, SEO, keyword analysis,

41:08

Houston, keyword. And you notice what it's doing is

41:12

it's localizing the search terms for me. Okay? So it

41:17

is giving me it's giving me some of the localization that

41:23

I need on stuff. Then it gave me a list for on

41:26

page SEO. I do not agree if I start to

41:31

go put my things into the AI engine

41:33

like we talked about. I would I'm gonna say right now that,

41:39

you know, Medicare description optimization Houston is not

41:43

really a key term. Okay?

41:46

I also say that Houston title tag optimization

41:49

is not a key term. So let's go take these things

41:52

and go throw them over here into our keywords everywhere search.

42:01

What is it looking for? Why is it doing that?

42:12

It's gonna tell me that that's let me

42:18

see. Say it's a zero search keyword. So

42:21

that's not a good keyword. So I'm gonna look down at my list

42:24

over here. And what I'm not gonna do, and this is

42:28

a really good thing, Houston Title Company. Anybody

42:31

know what a title company is? It's a real estate situation where they do titles for

42:35

a real estate company. So this word and this situation

42:39

is going to make us, some confusion

42:42

with what we do and how we do

42:44

it. Now because this says title tag and

42:46

optimization, Google does understand that this is a Houston

42:50

specific SEO company. If I look down the,

42:55

answers, you can see that I'm getting some local,

43:02

localized pages and localized terms on this. I

43:06

don't know that I necessarily I would go down this road to build

43:09

a page about Houston title tag optimization. What

43:13

I might do is write a paragraph about optimization

43:16

on the title tag, but I sure wouldn't do it for,

43:21

I sure wouldn't do it for just, writing

43:24

a page on it. So I'm gonna look

43:26

at this, and I when I see on

43:29

on page SEO keywords,

43:32

to me, on page is, content writing content.

43:39

You notice that we have the SEO content

43:41

optimization, and on page services. Now I'm gonna say

43:46

this, we're gonna take this here, and we're

43:48

just gonna do this this way. I don't think a consumer

43:52

looks for this this way, but let's see if I'm right or wrong.

43:56

Because I think if I asked you guys about OnsPage SEO services

44:01

so they're saying nationally what I see to say is nationally,

44:05

3,600 people look for this a month. Okay?

44:09

If I put the word Houston, I fully

44:11

expect that to go down. See, it went to zero.

44:19

I hope what you're getting out of some of what I'm doing is the thought process

44:23

that has to go into this. What I

44:25

often see is my business owners kinda pigeonhole

44:28

themselves into, picking the wrong keywords or not knowing what

44:33

they should be putting. I know intrinsically to take the on the

44:40

Houston off. Now what I will do is I'm gonna

44:43

show you this too, and this is really

44:45

what I would do. I've got SEO services.

44:48

Alright? I'm gonna hit return on that.

44:56

See that 60,000 people a month.

44:59

What I noticed is it pulled the map.

45:02

Of course, we're number one because I'm here.

45:06

I'm sitting in the building of the address.

45:10

And I can kinda start to look down this, but SEO services

45:14

is the right term

45:18

overall for what we should be doing. Okay?

45:22

Now if I come back up to the top,

45:27

the question is, should I add SEO services

45:30

Houston or Houston SEO services?

45:33

And I'm also taking a gander down this

45:35

list here because what I see is SEO

45:38

company is 49,000. What I see is that I've got SEO

45:43

services for a website that's 3,600,

45:47

professional SEO services. They're they're giving me words that I would

45:53

replace on the,

45:57

club list with some of these

46:01

best SEO services. And what I'm gonna do

46:03

now is I'm gonna put the word Houston in.

46:12

Alright. And when I do that, I now get there's a thousand searches a

46:18

month for SEO Houston.

46:21

Four Eighty for Houston SEO Expert.

46:24

Again, SEO company is 49,000.

46:28

Digital marketing agency in Houston is 1,900,

46:32

so I'm now gonna write that down. Local SEO in Houston is a thousand searches

46:37

a month, and Houston marketing agency is 4,400

46:40

a month. So what it's giving me is

46:44

the words that I more need to use

46:47

within this box here

46:51

than what these these actually say. And I

46:53

think if we go through these one by one, we're gonna find out that all of

46:56

these are goose eggs. Whereas,

46:59

I need to turn this around, take out

47:02

the on-site, and actually put

47:05

words that are relevant into that. Okay?

47:10

What my point in telling you this is

47:12

too on some level is, I don't want to see you go down

47:18

an AI road and just

47:20

give the AI answer just because it's giving

47:23

you the answer. I want you to know that AI is

47:28

thought provoking.

47:32

It is not thought replacing. Okay?

47:36

I don't want it to replace your thoughts

47:40

and you think make you think that it's smarter

47:43

than you are because that really is not

47:46

actually the case. Okay?

47:49

So everybody with me so far? I'm hoping

47:52

does anybody have any questions at this point?

47:57

Okay. I'm not sure. Beth, can you restate

47:59

that that sage wisdom? It's thought provoking, not

48:02

thought replacing? Yeah.

48:05

I mean, basically, it's not it's not smarter

48:08

it's not smarter than you are. It's just

48:10

it helps prompt your thoughts and helps you organize your

48:14

thoughts. And if you use it properly, you're gonna end up with a so but

48:19

I now know what should be on my my pages and what they should look like.

48:22

So if I come back if I come back to evidence

48:27

okay. You can see that I have

48:30

all of these broken out. I have I have that list

48:35

with definitions the way I want it to be.

48:39

Alright? And then I created related pages that are

48:43

linked to this. Okay? So

48:46

I've got tax preparation. When I go into the tax

48:49

preparation page, you notice I have tax preparations for Houston

48:54

individuals and businesses. I actually am gonna tell my my staff

48:59

that this should say Houston businesses and in

49:01

individuals so that the Houston and businesses are up

49:05

against each other. So it's tax preparation services

49:08

for Houston businesses and individuals.

49:10

It makes a difference in that word order.

49:14

So I am gonna have them make that that change. I need to write myself a

49:18

note. Okay.

49:25

So and then if you notice, I come down

49:28

and say, what's in our tax preparation services?

49:30

What should we be doing? Why should we

49:33

be doing it? Comprehensive. And you notice I now have a page

49:37

on that. So if I come back to my Claude

49:40

example, I would have a page

49:44

on-site on page SEO,

49:47

situation, and I would then sit there and

49:49

I would write a page of what those services are, what they look like, and what

49:54

they what's going on with them. If I go to

50:00

web.com and I go here,

50:09

you'll notice that I have content creation link, bowling, technical

50:14

SEO, organic on page SEO, local SEO, technical SEO.

50:19

I actually have these things

50:23

already there. Okay?

50:25

So I am even though this page predates

50:29

AI by about five years, I actually

50:33

put through the same things that Sec suggested to do.

50:38

I actually already have them on my page

50:40

because I know my business that well.

50:42

I'm hoping that each of you know your

50:45

business well enough to be able to produce this. You should be able to produce this

50:49

list without AI. I'm teaching you to do it with AI

50:52

more to validate your thought process.

50:56

If you can't do this without it, now

50:58

at least you have a, a guidepost to do this with. Alright?

51:04

So what you're then gonna do is you're gonna

51:07

come back to here. Let me go back over here. Let's go

51:12

back to our dentist for a second. Alright. What I now know is I need

51:18

one whole page that talks about services and

51:21

lists all of these on it, and then I need a page

51:25

for each, one of these. So let me let's back

51:29

up because there's, one.

51:33

There's six pages here on the surface.

51:37

And then there is, one, two, three, four. One, two, three, four.

51:45

Four times six. So there's roughly 24

51:49

pages that I can write about this dentist service

51:53

without ever batting an eye. Okay?

51:58

You guys need to start to formulate how

52:00

are you gonna do this, where are you gonna go with this, what are you gonna

52:03

do with this, and then how are you gonna produce this. Okay? But

52:07

this is giving me the outline and the

52:09

framework for what I what I should do.

52:13

Does anybody wanna give me their business so

52:15

I can run this through and we can

52:17

we can just see something agnostic that I'm

52:19

not preaching on? If you wanna give me your business,

52:22

what your business does. I don't wanna know the name of your business. I wanna know

52:25

what it does so that we can and

52:27

where it's located so that we can get a solid list out of this so you

52:31

can kinda see how this all, stretches out for yourself. Okay?

52:37

Alright. So this one says translation and interpreting.

52:41

Okay? So, translation and interpreting, do you do

52:51

written or only oral or both?

52:56

Okay. And you notice I'm using the word please.

53:05

Alright? It's not because I'm, like, one of

53:07

those psycho people that talks to their Alexa

53:09

and says please and thank you, although I

53:11

actually do. When you say please, it sets a more

53:15

friendly tone about it than I if I

53:18

just said give me. Okay?

53:21

This actually reacts to

53:25

how happy I am as I'm doing all of this, okay, or

53:29

how friendly I am in what I'm doing.

53:31

So I wanna make sure that we're in good in a good space on that. Okay?

53:38

Alright. Language and translation. Please give me

53:45

Do you still need to be using all three screens? Because if you could make the

53:48

one that you're using the most bigger, it might be easier for us all to read.

53:55

Yes. I need all three screens. Okay.

53:58

But let me make that bigger there.

54:01

How's that better? Yes. Thank you. You're welcome. Please give me

54:05

the services page for a language and translation

54:10

business in Houston, Texas.

54:15

Focus. Add. What languages?

54:32

I did that on purpose. Alright. So you're saying it's French is do

54:37

you only do French, or do you do a whole bunch of things?

54:45

Because the last language and translation person I

54:47

knew did, like, 20 languages,

54:50

French, Arabic, and Spanish. That's probably good.

54:55

That's actually probably the right thing.

55:04

Look at all this information it's outputting for

55:06

you. Alright. By the way, don't go by this

55:12

thing. So what it did is it came up with a website, I guess,

55:16

to give me all of this as it was thinking about it, but it gave me

55:20

certified translations, business translations, technical translations.

55:24

Do you do all of this? Because if you do okay. So that those

55:33

are your pages that you should have that

55:36

you should have. So you will need one global page that defines your business,

55:40

that says certified translations, business translations, technical translations,

55:45

website softwares, localization, blah blah. And then you have the interpretation

55:50

services that are interpretation, simultaneous interpretation over the phone video requirements.

55:56

Alright. So we have all of that.

55:59

I don't know what I clicked on. Alright. So it's giving me and then it's

56:04

giving me industry specifics that may need your services,

56:09

oil and gas, medical health care, legal.

56:11

So you need to consider adding all of

56:13

these things. And if you notice, their their

56:15

primary language is Spanish. This they're saying Spanish, Vietnamese,

56:20

Chinese, Arabic, which you told me Arabic.

56:23

So you've got one, two, and French is

56:25

is six. So out of the six languages

56:28

it says you should focus on, you've got three of six. So,

56:31

I'm gonna be a funny person to tell you you gotta get on learning Chinese and

56:35

Vietnamese because apparently, they're on the list.

56:38

Alright. So if you come down here, it tells you

56:43

what to focus on. And, you know, again, Spanish and Arabic are

56:48

on those lists. So I would put

56:51

those to the front of the line and put French

56:54

tertiary third. Okay? I would not I would go more heavy

56:59

towards the Spanish, especially to more Spanish, and

57:01

I would also go, and get get the other. So you're saying

57:08

you'll hire translators for these other languages. Now

57:10

that you know that Vietnamese, Chinese, and Hindu

57:13

are on this list, you're saying you'll go, hey. More power to

57:16

you. If you wanna handle it on an outsource,

57:19

that's a really good way to do it. And, you know, now that you know what

57:23

languages you should be covering, the ones that you can't do,

57:27

outsource it. Brilliant. Okay?

57:30

The other thing this is doing is I

57:32

don't know. Like, if I if we had

57:34

a conversation, maybe, if you were in front of me,

57:37

I'd have a different conversation. I might have asked you what languages you focus on, and

57:42

then we would have been pigeonholed to this. But I think what you just saw is

57:45

you needed to expand what your offering is

57:48

and saying, okay. I will get somebody to

57:51

handle this. If there's a need for Vietnamese

57:53

and Chinese, it helps you have a way to expand

57:56

your business instead of just pigeonholing you into

58:00

a Spanish, Arabic, and French situation.

58:05

So, I think that's a good thing for us

58:08

to know. I think that's a good thing for us

58:11

to be aware of as we're putting this

58:14

stuff together. I think it helps us to understand

58:18

not only what we should be doing, but maybe what

58:21

we should consider doing to expand our businesses.

58:25

If I come back to the SEO services, I do I guess

58:31

this is the same conversation I would have

58:33

over here too. Where's that little sidebar?

58:41

Alright. So it made me this little sidebar

58:43

list. Right? And on it, what I saw was I

58:49

should be doing marketing, but I don't know where I saw it. Digital marketing and

58:55

but somewhere inside of this, this said I

58:57

needed to expand into adding digital marketing

59:01

and, taking away and to to do this in

59:05

a way that expands. It's gonna expand my offerings to add marketing,

59:10

to add digital marketing, and not just say I'm an

59:13

SEO company. Now I, you know, I've I've

59:16

we call this digital marketing clinic, Internet marketing

59:19

clinic. We've called it that for years. So that's a good thing.

59:23

What I will say is as we move

59:26

to a more holistic service and not just

59:28

the SEO and digital marketing, I think what's gonna happen is we're gonna

59:32

find ourselves using that digital marketing name way

59:35

more than we will the Internet marketing name.

59:39

So those are adjustments

59:41

I'm going to make in my business. Oh,

59:43

here it is. I knew I saw it somewhere. Let me blow these windows up because we

59:49

Sandra said she can't see them. Alright. So if you look at this, it

59:53

says Houston SEO services, but it also says

59:55

digital marketing agency, and then it also says Houston marketing agency.

1:00:00

That's where I saw it. So while I was rooting around trying to get my keyword

1:00:04

list for my business, I'm finding things

1:00:09

that are more relevant that I can add

1:00:12

to expand my services. So as we're having

1:00:15

this conversation, we're utilizing

1:00:17

AI not just to help us

1:00:21

outline our business to make it work for,

1:00:24

Google, we may actually also be adding things or

1:00:28

changing how we call the products we offer

1:00:31

so that we have a more comprehensive package out of it than what we

1:00:37

have now. So there's multiple different ways that

1:00:40

we can look at this and look at things

1:00:42

to learn and to grow by utilizing this.

1:00:45

Okay? So I now have

1:00:49

my wireframe of my website

1:00:52

based on what Claude said, and I have

1:00:54

now taken the time to go. And what

1:00:56

I'm gonna say is I'm kinda doing this

1:00:58

slapshot across the top, which is I'm picking

1:01:01

something and I'm giving you an example because

1:01:03

I know what's gonna fail. Alright? Like,

1:01:08

I know what of these terms that they

1:01:10

put up here are gonna fail. So I'm picking the things that are gonna fail so

1:01:13

we can have we can talk through them. But my recommendation

1:01:17

to you is would be to utilize the

1:01:19

entire scope of this situation

1:01:23

to be able to I would go through

1:01:25

each and every one of these terms with my Keywords Everywhere tool to make sure that

1:01:30

I had the right information, that I knew the right keywords, that I wasn't missing a

1:01:33

growth opportunity, that there was multiple, multiple places that I

1:01:38

was I was doing this. Okay?

1:01:40

So as I look at all of this,

1:01:44

that's that's how, that's how I would structure

1:01:47

this, just just so you know. So this

1:01:49

is just the top layer that I'm done.

1:01:51

Okay? Now theoretically, I should use it to build my about

1:01:56

page. I should use it to build my services page. When I come down and I

1:02:00

tell my services or local SEO optimization,

1:02:04

the next thing I need to do is

1:02:06

I need to wash, rinse, repeat, and come down.

1:02:09

Now one thing I'll tell you about chat,

1:02:12

remember, if you do it within the same

1:02:14

window, it's using the information above it, and

1:02:16

it's growing off of what you did. So

1:02:18

if you want it to be, agnostic of the previous searches, you need to

1:02:26

go out and do a new search window. I'm okay to take the local

1:02:30

the local aspect of this and run this

1:02:32

through the same same thing that I've run this through. So I'm gonna say to it

1:02:36

now. I'm gonna say to it what services. Alright. So I'm gonna now ask it.

1:02:45

My keyword no. My keyword's gonna be local

1:02:47

SEO. What services

1:02:52

should I include for local SEO

1:02:58

or an agency in Houston,

1:03:02

make SEO friendly. I'm happy to be careful of the local

1:03:12

s like, the multiple use of SEO. I don't wanna confuse it.

1:03:17

Alright? So now what it's doing is saying

1:03:19

this is what the service is. So I should have local citation,

1:03:23

Houston friendly content, local link building, local keyword

1:03:26

research, local schema. It's giving me all the services

1:03:31

that we should discuss on a local SEO page. And then the

1:03:34

question becomes, do I agree with this? Locally media, social

1:03:39

media integration, reputation management.

1:03:42

I do. I agree with every one of

1:03:44

these points. Localized keywords, localized content. This is this is

1:03:52

what I should include on my local SEO page. Okay?

1:03:58

So I should be able to do this

1:04:01

for each and every page

1:04:03

that it that it gave me in the

1:04:06

original section. I should be able to come over here

1:04:10

and I should find where it says local.

1:04:12

Where does that say local? Okay. So you see it gave me these

1:04:17

local SEO keywords. I should be able to include those local

1:04:22

SEO keywords inside this local SEO page, and

1:04:25

now I'm being able to create the page

1:04:27

in a way that's a little bit more congruent with Google. Now what I will say

1:04:31

is don't go cuckoo for cocoa puffs and

1:04:33

go put, all these extra words and overstuff things in

1:04:39

it because it will hurt you in the long run. But at least if you start

1:04:43

down this road and you do it in this way,

1:04:45

you're gonna end up being able to do this. So you'll be able to do this

1:04:49

for every page on your website. If you do this for every page in your website,

1:04:52

it is a ginormous step in the right direction. Now one thing I did not say,

1:04:59

I wanna be clear. I did not say

1:05:01

this. Do not cut and paste this page

1:05:04

onto your website. K?

1:05:07

100% do not do that. What you need to

1:05:11

do is you need to review each one

1:05:14

and you need to say, okay. Is this what I do?

1:05:18

Maybe. So this says local citation building. It

1:05:20

says your Houston SEO agency should provide name,

1:05:23

address, phone number, consistency across all lines,

1:05:27

focus on building citations to local high authority.

1:05:30

What I would change this to say is

1:05:32

that, at vertical web, we understand

1:05:36

that we need to have

1:05:39

local citations that give

1:05:42

Google an idea of where our business is

1:05:45

located. Because of that, we need to go out

1:05:48

to local directories like Yelp, like the Yellow

1:05:51

Pages, and put out,

1:05:55

listings into those directories to help Google better

1:05:58

understand where our business is located and and give

1:06:03

it some authority. What we also need to know is that

1:06:07

every place that we put that name, address,

1:06:10

and phone number, it needs to be an

1:06:13

exact match. So it needs to be consistent.

1:06:17

I did a math class today earlier,

1:06:20

and I was explaining that my office is

1:06:22

at Oak Street. And Oak Street could be

1:06:24

Oak Street. It could be Oak S T.

1:06:27

It needs to be consistent. We talked about

1:06:29

West Gray. West Gray is interesting because you

1:06:32

see people put West, you peep you see

1:06:34

people put W Dot, you see people spell

1:06:37

gray like it's spelled, G R A Y.

1:06:40

You also see people spell it like Gray's

1:06:42

Anatomy, it's G R E Y. So,

1:06:45

there's multiple variations of that. I can do

1:06:48

at least four variations of West Gray. I need to pick a position. I need to

1:06:51

stick with it, and it needs to be consistent across all,

1:06:57

places that that address appears. Okay?

1:07:01

So we we under we understand that. So,

1:07:04

I would never put this up the way

1:07:07

it way it's the way it says because it talks about strengthening local search signals. Okay?

1:07:12

For for the rest of the world from a commercial standpoint and when I'm explaining it

1:07:16

to you, you're gonna say what's a local search signal? What it needs to say is

1:07:20

we need to send Google signals so that Google understands where our business

1:07:25

is located. That's the way that needs to be said.

1:07:29

Okay? So I need to rewrite that paragraph. I

1:07:32

can't let it roll out like that. The other thing is that with inside this language,

1:07:37

there is multiple instances and cases

1:07:40

where Google sees some of this and it goes, oh, it's AI. There's nothing original about

1:07:45

it. Because there's nothing original about it,

1:07:48

we're not gonna rank it. So I I

1:07:51

really strongly urge you

1:07:53

not to not to come in

1:07:58

and, just copy and paste exactly what's here because

1:08:03

it may not be right. It may not

1:08:06

be worded if I use the word colloquial enough,

1:08:11

friendly enough, normal,

1:08:15

more like a human, they're gonna pick it up. They're gonna say,

1:08:19

say I. The other thing is I want you to recognize something.

1:08:24

AI, again, is garbage in garbage out. So

1:08:26

what I'm saying when I'm saying garbage in or garbage out,

1:08:30

it had to find that answer on the Internet somewhere so that what you're saying is

1:08:34

not making it unique. Okay? So you remember,

1:08:37

I said this is about being thought provoking, not just take like, mind

1:08:41

altering. Alright? I need you to come in and I

1:08:45

need you to think about okay. So I

1:08:47

I do this service. What do I need

1:08:53

to make sure that I'm keeping that

1:08:56

real, keeping it be what I have to say?

1:08:59

So do not, under any circumstances,

1:09:02

cut and paste out of an AI engine.

1:09:05

I don't care how friendly or if you go, oh, that sounds better

1:09:09

than I would say it. Well, if you're saying something like that, the chances are that

1:09:13

you need to go rewrite it. Because if it if it's not

1:09:16

being, said in a way that you would say

1:09:19

it, there's probably some nuance difference and it's not

1:09:23

just a sentence structure problem.

1:09:27

If you notice what I talked about local

1:09:29

citation building, I changed that around. And when I changed

1:09:34

it around, I'm utilizing words that demonstrate I

1:09:37

actually know what I'm talking about, and

1:09:41

I'm making it be more informative

1:09:48

and unique to me. So the more it

1:09:50

mimics my thought process, the more unique it

1:09:52

is. Okay? So AI is gonna pull from

1:09:56

all these sources and it's gonna formulate an

1:09:58

answer. It's not gonna be able to take

1:10:01

what my personal opinion of is of something

1:10:04

and intersperse it in here. So like a

1:10:07

dentist. Okay? I have some dentists that what

1:10:10

they wanna work on is veneers. That's their whole

1:10:14

thing in life is veneers. So

1:10:17

I don't wanna get off in these tangents

1:10:19

and, my cosmetic dentistry discussion doesn't need to be

1:10:24

about a full mouth restoration, dental implants.

1:10:29

It needs to talk about how cosmetic dentistry

1:10:32

and veneers can co, work together and provide a cost effective savings

1:10:38

for the end user on how they,

1:10:41

and how they fix and and repair mouth issues.

1:10:47

Alright? That's unique to them. And that's where, that's

1:10:51

where I'm trying to I know it sounds like I'm preaching a little bit, and I

1:10:54

don't really mean to. But what I'm afraid

1:10:57

of and why I kinda have been iffy

1:11:00

on topics like this is I didn't want

1:11:02

you guys to all come in and copy

1:11:05

what was here and just put it up.

1:11:07

Because this although I said make it SEO

1:11:10

friendly, it's really not because it's really just regurgitating a bunch of

1:11:14

websites that have smashed together and given you

1:11:17

an answer. Alright? SEO friendly

1:11:22

also includes what do I do to make this subject

1:11:27

unique. We're gonna talk about here in a few

1:11:30

minutes how to write, YouTube descriptions with AI.

1:11:35

What I will tell you is I I learned an awesome new trick. I can take

1:11:39

these class videos and turn them around in

1:11:41

an hour because I go, I dump it

1:11:43

in iMovie, I put the beginning and end

1:11:46

on it, I go upload it to YouTube,

1:11:48

and within a couple hours, I can push a button and tell it

1:11:53

give me a summary of this, give me a blog post of this,

1:11:57

give me a, YouTube write up on this. So what it'll

1:12:01

do is and we're gonna do that here in just a minute. But it'll give me

1:12:05

all the aspects that I need to go push it up because it's a transcript coming

1:12:10

off of a video. These thoughts are unique to me. They're the

1:12:14

the content, it's summarizing

1:12:16

what I am saying, not what somebody else

1:12:19

said that it's smashing together an answer.

1:12:22

What I what I have been telling people is if you can't

1:12:26

come up with ways to do this and rewrite it,

1:12:29

make the video, put it on YouTube,

1:12:32

and then ask it to summarize it for

1:12:34

you. And then it can paraphrase your thoughts.

1:12:37

I I I I will tell you is that when I go out and I talk

1:12:41

to our customers, like, I this was kind

1:12:43

of interesting. I have a septic company that

1:12:45

we started working with. This guy knows more about septic systems than

1:12:50

I ever even knew went into it. Right?

1:12:54

So as I had him talk, he was

1:12:56

giving me the finer points of what I needed to know to put back out on

1:13:01

there. If I took the talk that I

1:13:03

had with him, I did not do this, but if I took the talk that I

1:13:06

had with him and stuck it into Claude,

1:13:10

I could have told it to summarize for

1:13:12

me what we talked about, and it would

1:13:14

spit back out a whole set of information.

1:13:17

And it would be using his thought process,

1:13:20

what was summarized in that video

1:13:23

or that audio recording, not

1:13:26

go out to the Internet, find out what

1:13:28

I should be doing, see if I am

1:13:30

doing it, and then write me a page

1:13:32

on it. So I hope everybody understands that

1:13:35

distinction. So if you don't know how to do

1:13:37

this the way I'm saying and can't discern

1:13:40

it back out, then feel free

1:13:43

to go make yourself a video and then

1:13:45

run the video through one of these things

1:13:47

and ask it to summarize it. So it's

1:13:50

only summarizing you. Alright? So if somebody said

1:13:54

to me, talk about local SEO, I could utilize that. I might

1:13:59

utilize some of these words that are in there, but I can make a unique page

1:14:03

just simply by if you ask me. But

1:14:05

I'm very comfortable in my own skin. I'm

1:14:08

very comfortable with the job I do. I'm very good at the job I know what

1:14:11

I'm supposed to be doing. If you are

1:14:13

not as comfortable with that, I need you

1:14:16

need to start working towards getting that comfortable.

1:14:19

Okay? That's that's super, super, super important as we

1:14:24

embark in all of this. Okay? I'm looking here on one thing I wanna

1:14:29

say. There's a person here who gave me

1:14:31

portrait photography in Houston, headshots, branding, photos, family.

1:14:35

They actually gave me a list of what

1:14:37

they're doing. They gave me the most comprehensive

1:14:40

answer than any of you, to be honest with

1:14:43

you. I think the rest of you just gave me things throughout things at me. Alright?

1:14:47

When you start with this is what I

1:14:49

do and then ask it to build this for

1:14:52

me, I'm gonna get a lot better answer than

1:14:55

if I just say I'm a photographer. Okay?

1:14:58

Because I could be photographer photographering. I'm making up my own words. I

1:15:03

could be performing photography in a myriad of

1:15:05

different ways that may not cut the cut

1:15:07

through this. So she's actually telling us what

1:15:10

she does. And by doing that, she's sort of limiting

1:15:13

the AI answer, but in limiting the AI

1:15:16

answer, it's gonna point the AI into the

1:15:18

right direction. So everybody I hope everybody's understanding

1:15:21

what I'm saying on that. Okay. But that's the that's a really good

1:15:26

way to be able to to to do

1:15:28

that. Alright. So now we've talked about how to

1:15:31

build our pages, from this standpoint.

1:15:36

Alright. So now let's go with

1:15:38

how do I I'm gonna say I'm gonna do this from

1:15:42

a video aspect first, and then we can go ahead and we

1:15:47

can go ahead into the blog end of it. Okay?

1:15:50

So I'm gonna go to my YouTube channel.

1:15:56

Alright. And I'm going to tell it vertical web.

1:16:02

And I'm doing it this way on purpose because I wanna increase my searches.

1:16:06

If you guys wanna follow us, it would be awesome if you would go ahead and

1:16:10

go ahead and subscribe. Okay? It'll also alert you when I put

1:16:13

a new video up. Alright. So

1:16:17

I do not believe So we have Google

1:16:19

Site Kit if you're Hold on. I tell myself to be quiet.

1:16:24

Alright. So I now have my video. If you notice,

1:16:28

I do not have the description to this

1:16:30

video yet. Okay? It's because

1:16:34

I was saving it to do it here because I wanna do everything. I have note

1:16:37

GPT plugged into the side to help me

1:16:40

summarize it, but the one that I've been using is I think it's this one here.

1:16:45

It's chat GPT and Google Video is what

1:16:48

it put together. I gotta move these things off of here.

1:16:56

Hang on. This makes me crazy when I

1:16:58

have all this stuff here. Alright.

1:17:04

So hold on. Is this what I want?

1:17:07

Is this what I want? If you look, I have the chat GPT

1:17:14

and YouTube summary group out on here. Okay?

1:17:17

And that's this one here. So as I bring that up,

1:17:23

I should it should've just given it to me.

1:17:27

Usually, it just gives it to me, but

1:17:30

let me see if I just can hit that button and it would do it.

1:17:34

And you make it look bigger on the screen?

1:17:36

Not yet. Let me do it first, and then we'll Okay. Get it first, and then

1:17:40

we'll worry about how big it is. Hold on a second.

1:17:47

Let's tell it this. It's not it's not

1:17:50

doing it as nice as I wanted it to.

1:17:52

But, usually, I hit the button and it just

1:17:56

backfills it all in. So I'm gonna put summarize this video. I'm

1:18:03

gonna put the URL in, and,

1:18:08

wait to tell it to go. It would go. There you go.

1:18:17

Alright. So for some reason let's see. How

1:18:19

to obtain a transcript of this video. Why is it giving me trouble? You know,

1:18:24

I hate when it does this and I do this. Usually, I can just hit it

1:18:27

and it'll summarize right off the sock the

1:18:29

side of it. I actually did this earlier today.

1:18:37

You come up to the top. What it did was it took the in it it

1:18:41

took the entire summary of the the transcript of the video,

1:18:46

and it gave me a summary of it. I'm also I can also do it with

1:18:49

notes GPT, and I can tell it here.

1:18:54

See if it'll do it. Alright. So it wrote a really quick,

1:19:00

summary there. Let's see if I can get

1:19:03

the transcript of it. I hate when things don't work right, to

1:19:08

be honest with you. I can't stand it

1:19:14

because it's supposed to just be on here.

1:19:18

Usually, the little thing really just appears here

1:19:20

on the side of the video, and I pull it up and it dumps it in

1:19:23

the chat GPT for me. So I it

1:19:25

looks like I just did it this time, and it is this the one I did

1:19:29

today? So that only works when if you

1:19:31

really had transcription going in the video. Yeah. So every video

1:19:36

that it puts up, it does the transcription on, Sandra. So the thing is is that

1:19:40

I just have to put it up. And then once it's up, it's it stays on

1:19:44

here, and it, does what I want. Now see,

1:19:51

this says summarize this video and use Claude.

1:19:53

Let me see if it'll let me use Claude to do it.

1:20:00

It can do it on its own.

1:20:25

Do that. Nope. Don't. Nope. Stop.

1:20:28

Well, it's gonna do what I wanted anyway. So, see, what it's doing is it's giving

1:20:32

me a line by line summary. I want that because I want I end

1:20:36

up putting that into the YouTube video because

1:20:38

it gives me the mile markers of where

1:20:40

I am and what I'm talking about. Okay?

1:20:45

Then I'm going to tell it to write

1:20:50

a YouTube description

1:20:55

on this video. Make sure to include

1:21:08

So I'm gonna I told it to write of

1:21:20

YouTube. Alright. So now what it's doing is

1:21:22

there it's going to write me the YouTube description.

1:21:25

You notice it puts all the little stuff in. It put vertical web, put the Internet

1:21:29

marketing clinic in it. I don't think this is long enough, but

1:21:34

I can utilize it as is. And then what I'm gonna tell it is

1:21:38

write a 1,200

1:21:42

word log post

1:21:45

based on this video.

1:21:59

And you can see it's literally writing me

1:22:02

the entire blog post on what I need to what I need

1:22:06

to include on my and I told it 1,200 words, so it makes it long enough.

1:22:11

Okay? I don't want it to write a short

1:22:13

one. I want it to write a very long one.

1:22:17

So it is doing exactly what I want

1:22:19

it to do. It's gonna output it.

1:22:24

And what I'm going to do with it then is I'm going to take it,

1:22:30

and I am going to put it in. I'm gonna read over it very quickly.

1:22:35

Alright? And see see what it says. It says

1:22:38

I've created 12 based on the video transcript

1:22:40

that captured the key insights, you know,

1:22:43

platform suggestion, proper GA four and tag management, understanding engagement

1:22:48

and vanity metrics, understanding search console, tracking meaningful

1:22:52

information, how to evaluate a professional website, and how

1:22:56

to calculate ROI. That's what this video is covering. So I

1:23:00

am going to take this this summary.

1:23:03

I'm going to stick the summary in

1:23:06

to here. And, honestly,

1:23:20

YouTube doesn't care if this is,

1:23:24

not fully unique. I am going to say that it is

1:23:27

unique because it's me who it's summarizing.

1:23:31

So I'm not too afraid to take this

1:23:34

and stick this here. Nope. That's not the wrong one.

1:23:42

That's not the right one. I'm gonna take this here if it will.

1:23:47

I'm gonna hex the copy button. We'll just do it that way.

1:23:50

I'm gonna do copy. I'm gonna come here. I'm gonna put this

1:23:54

in. And then the other thing that I'm gonna

1:23:59

put in to help the end user is

1:24:02

I'm gonna put this segmented I'm gonna put this segmented list

1:24:08

here that helps

1:24:11

I think it's gonna help the end user

1:24:14

be able to decide what's on that video.

1:24:20

And I'm gonna take out the based on the transcript,

1:24:22

I've created a summary. I'm gonna take that

1:24:24

out, and I'm gonna say video summary. I'm gonna

1:24:28

put my bullet points and my timelines in. I'm gonna leave the connect in. I'm gonna

1:24:32

do that. Now this is basically

1:24:35

done. Alright. So now I have,

1:24:39

a a version for YouTube to do this. Now I can

1:24:43

teach you another little trick. I'm gonna go to Opus

1:24:49

pro, o p u s pro, o p

1:24:51

u s pro. And Sandra's gonna say to blow this up, so I might as well

1:24:54

blow it up now. Maybe. It's not blowing up, Sandra. It's as

1:24:59

big as it'll go. Okay. It's on strike. Claude, have you already

1:25:04

talked about Claude? That's free. Is that right? Or did you have to pay?

1:25:09

There's a I paid for it. It's $200

1:25:11

a year. Frankly, it's probably the best $200

1:25:13

I've spent this year. Alright. So I'm gonna sign in to my

1:25:18

little account. See, the little thing is here.

1:25:21

I don't know why it's giving me such a hard time about doing it, but I'm

1:25:24

gonna continue in. So it's Opus Pro or Opus Opus Clip?

1:25:36

It's Opus Pro. Opus dot pro.

1:25:39

K. Is what the website address is.

1:25:45

Let me tell it to save this. Did

1:25:47

it save it? I guess it saved it.

1:25:57

Alright. By the way, I I haven't released this

1:26:02

yet, but I'm about to. Everybody asked me this one question repetitively,

1:26:08

which is, how do I know if my web designer knows how to do SEO or

1:26:12

not? And I finally figured out how to teach you guys to get that answer out

1:26:16

of people. Alright. So

1:26:19

let me go here. So are you gonna tell us that now?

1:26:23

No. I did a whole hour video. It's

1:26:25

all there. Not even gonna tell you it. It's

1:26:29

all there Okay. To you guys. I'm gonna put that video

1:26:33

up in the next week. It was like an hour talk I did on it with

1:26:36

examples. That's not something I

1:26:38

I mean, I guess we could do a whole class on it because it it's that

1:26:42

entailed in that in-depth. Maybe we need to

1:26:44

do a whole class on it. How do I how do I tell somebody really knows

1:26:47

SEO is really a I get that question

1:26:50

so frequently. Alright. So I'm gonna go. I'm gonna get

1:26:55

my YouTube video address. I'm gonna go to

1:26:57

Opus Pro, and I'm gonna drop my YouTube

1:27:00

link in YouTube link in. And where I

1:27:03

wanna show you. Alright. So here's the clip. I think it's

1:27:08

already chopped it up for me. Alright. If you notice what it does

1:27:13

is it took the transcript. It's got the

1:27:15

video. And if I go to

1:27:24

let me come back over here. Sorry about that.

1:27:28

Oh, it doesn't like this, so we'll just tell

1:27:31

it to go away because I already did this. So if I

1:27:35

come here I'll go back to all of them for

1:27:38

me. Please close that. Alright. You see, I

1:27:41

have all the videos that I have here,

1:27:44

and I can tell it to share right out of here and post it on

1:27:48

social media. What it's doing is it basically

1:27:52

created for me the write up for each of the social

1:27:55

media platforms that I have to put it out for. So I do not have

1:28:01

to go in and make social media posts

1:28:03

for this thing. It actually did it for

1:28:06

me. Okay? And it's doing it for YouTube shorts. It's

1:28:10

putting Upster hashtags in.

1:28:12

It goes in and does everything I needed

1:28:15

to do, stem the stern. So if you notice, everything I'm doing is starting off this

1:28:19

video. And the reason I'm starting it off

1:28:21

of videos because the videos themselves

1:28:26

build engagement and help Google understand that our

1:28:28

website has traffic and does what it needs

1:28:30

to do. And because I'm doing that,

1:28:35

it's then helping me create these posts. When

1:28:38

I do this, oh, go away. Get off my screen. I

1:28:46

I really do not like when people ask

1:28:48

me if they want if I like their stuff. I'd like their stuff a whole lot

1:28:52

less when they don't put their stuff on the top of it.

1:28:58

Alright. Let's go back here. So what I'm gonna do is I'm going

1:29:06

to make this window bigger because if I don't answer them,

1:29:10

I can tell it publish now. It's gonna

1:29:12

take this video, and it's gonna send it out to all my social media platforms. I

1:29:16

don't have to do a thing. It literally

1:29:18

is gonna go out to all of them right this minute.

1:29:21

Alright. So it's gonna hit Facebook,

1:29:24

Instagram reels. It's gonna hit LinkedIn. It's gonna hit my

1:29:29

personal LinkedIn. It's gonna hit my TikTok feed, and that's

1:29:33

ultimately what started this was me undoing TikTok.

1:29:37

Well, what's interesting about the TikTok is I now

1:29:41

have, like, 10,000 TikTok people. I don't know

1:29:43

if they're real or fake, but I got 10,000 of them.

1:29:46

Alright. So, this is doing everything for me so I

1:29:52

don't have to mess with it. Because, you

1:29:54

know, anybody that owns a small business knows that as a small business owner, we

1:29:59

don't have time for this kind of stuff.

1:30:02

I mean, I think everybody kinda knows that.

1:30:04

So and I'm trying to put this where I'm,

1:30:07

like, can see you guys. Alright. You guys

1:30:09

are most silent bunch of people. Does anybody

1:30:11

have any questions so far? Alright. So this says, my SEO folks said

1:30:20

that they're doing the job, but 98 per minute of my clients find me on insurance,

1:30:23

not on Google. Yeah. That that's what that's exactly what everybody

1:30:29

says they need, and they're doing SEO. I

1:30:31

have one right now that when I tell you

1:30:35

I don't really wanna turn this into how to find out a bad guy thing. But

1:30:39

what was interesting is they came to me

1:30:41

and they said, look. This is what happened. I went and looked at the website.

1:30:45

Their webmaster went as far as to cloak

1:30:48

the words on the page, which means hide

1:30:50

the words from Google or hide the words from the, end user

1:30:55

and then placed it up there. I I could not

1:30:59

I cannot believe. I'm up to page nine

1:31:02

of everything that's wrong that was done to this website.

1:31:05

So, I I I just have to really,

1:31:10

I have to really I I really need that's why I sat

1:31:14

down and I did this. I did it on a Saturday morning, and it's a one

1:31:17

hour talk. I I really hope to have that up this week.

1:31:21

If not this week, it'll be next. If you're on the email list,

1:31:24

you will, get

1:31:27

a copy of the thing that says that

1:31:30

video went up. So if you're on my email list and you're part of the email

1:31:33

list, you'll get a copy of it. So make sure you sign up if you want

1:31:36

copies of this stuff. For the people that say they, you know,

1:31:40

they kinda need to see some of this stuff or or they wanna have a replete

1:31:43

of it, make sure that you go add yourself to

1:31:47

the mail list. Because if you're not on the mail list, you're not gonna get a

1:31:51

notification. So how you do that is verticalweb.com

1:31:59

forward /classes, I bless. Or you can go to Internet

1:32:02

Marketing Clinic Houston. But just go here, go

1:32:06

to the website, click on the word classes,

1:32:09

and halfway down the page, it says, join our mailing list for calendars,

1:32:13

podcasts, and blog reminders. And what I'm giving

1:32:16

you is your calendar once a month and

1:32:19

reminders of upcoming classes. So sometimes we have

1:32:22

to send them out, you know, twice a week to say, hey. We have a class

1:32:25

this week. Remember to sign up. We got a class next week.

1:32:28

And then the other thing is when I put up a new podcast or blog page,

1:32:32

you get a re a notice that says,

1:32:34

hey. The new podcast is up. I'm saying

1:32:36

podcast. That podcast podcast, the video, and the blog

1:32:40

page that goes along with it. So it's all three pieces you're gonna get a notification

1:32:44

on. So it's gonna give you all three parts

1:32:46

of that. The other thing I have is

1:32:49

the podcast, which you can go to Apple

1:32:51

or Google and subscribe to the podcast if you want.

1:32:54

Actually, I say that it's Apple, Google, Spotify,

1:32:58

iHeart, Amazon. I actually have it across multiple

1:33:01

platforms. So wherever you get your podcast from,

1:33:04

I'm there. Apparently, people are riding around Houston

1:33:07

listening to me. So based on the numbers, I see a lot of people listening to

1:33:11

stuff, which I'm really kinda surprised about.

1:33:15

So it always true, Beth. In fact, I

1:33:17

noticed one of our facilitators in the meeting

1:33:20

today, And I said, hey. I see you're in the in the it's Austin Tonette.

1:33:25

And, and I said, I see you're you're

1:33:27

seeking continuous improvement listening to Beth. And he

1:33:30

said, she kept me company on the way home. So he was listening to you in

1:33:33

the car. And that that's I that really is a thing, and I think that's kind

1:33:36

of, I think that kinda tickles me on some

1:33:39

level, but I'm like, you know, really, you know, I think it's awesome. Somebody said,

1:33:43

when is the WordPress class scheduled? I haven't

1:33:46

scheduled it yet because we're trying to I wanna make sure I have enough because I

1:33:48

think I'm only gonna have 30 seats. And I think you guys are all gonna

1:33:52

have to be willing to drive up to Kingwood because I can't find any place in

1:33:56

town that is willing to let me have a

1:33:59

four hour block of time, because I think it's gonna end up being

1:34:02

a four hour class for me start to finish. When I used to do this with

1:34:05

the SBDC, we would start at nine, and by the

1:34:09

time it was over, it was 01:00. So I I'm gonna

1:34:12

I'm gonna need, I think I'll do from

1:34:14

ten to two with it just to give everybody time to drive out to Kingwood.

1:34:19

But I think that's what I'm looking to

1:34:21

do with it, and I think we only have room for 30 people. So if, you

1:34:25

know, we'll have to do this. And if it works out, I'll do it quarterly, and

1:34:29

then you guys can come and spend the

1:34:31

day with me, and we can go through how do we do all of this.

1:34:36

The United Way does not have enough room

1:34:39

for me, and I have some customers that

1:34:41

are work with the United Way or are

1:34:44

part of the United Way, family of places, and they don't have,

1:34:49

enough places for me. So I'm gonna I'm gonna give you a big great idea, doesn't

1:34:53

work. They they and they want it's not

1:34:56

they're not free either because they say this is a commercial class.

1:34:59

So they're looking for because I'm a business,

1:35:01

they're looking for to make money and do

1:35:04

it that way. I don't really qualify for free United service

1:35:09

United Way services. It says, can I build an ecommerce site

1:35:15

on WordPress? Yes. The answer would be yes.

1:35:20

Alright. So you're asking how to be how

1:35:22

you would become more visible on Instagram and

1:35:24

Facebook. I'm doing a social media class at the

1:35:27

end of next month. So if you're on the mailing list, you'll get the notification.

1:35:31

Class is open to everybody. You're just gonna

1:35:33

have to get in your car and be willing to drive. And, oh, by the way,

1:35:36

I drive from Kingwood to West Houston every day. It's forty minutes. Everybody I say Kingwood

1:35:41

and everybody thinks I'm in West Louisiana.

1:35:44

Okay? I'm really not. I'm literally ten minutes

1:35:47

north of the airport. Alright. So,

1:35:53

somebody said, I'm sorry. I'm in the page.

1:35:55

Where do I get the email list, please? Go

1:35:58

to the word classes, and halfway down the page is the join

1:36:03

our mailing list, calendar post, put it in

1:36:05

there. That's where you get it from. Okay. So I I would recommend doing that.

1:36:10

Okay. So we now have so we know how to

1:36:15

do this. Well, wait. Let me say one

1:36:17

thing while we got a slight break. Because

1:36:19

I didn't do it earlier, I'm gonna put in a link to our most recent newsletter

1:36:23

at the Center for Entrepreneurship, HCC Northwest. We

1:36:25

partner with, Beth to do these monthly, and

1:36:28

we partner with SCORE as well. And we're the the center for entrepreneurship, HCC

1:36:33

Northwest is part of the office of entrepreneurial

1:36:36

initiatives at Houston Community College, and we have lots

1:36:38

of great stuff. So if you click on that link, you'll

1:36:41

see that there are other opportunities, including what we just did today, but other opportunities that

1:36:46

we put it out on Monday. Some may be passed, but,

1:36:49

you'll also be on our email list for

1:36:52

for future, newsletters from us so that you can get,

1:36:56

news from the for the digital marketing clinics

1:36:58

that best best does with us every month

1:37:01

as well as other opportunities around HCC. Thanks

1:37:04

for that, Beth. I appreciate you letting me

1:37:06

shoot that in at the end. Okay. Alright.

1:37:08

No problem. I mean, I just wanna make sure, you know, I mean, we're getting we're

1:37:11

getting to the last, you know, fifteen minutes here. Okay. Yeah. So

1:37:15

let's see. We've covered how to write your internal pages,

1:37:21

how to use this for video, ads. Okay? So I I wanted to cover

1:37:27

this too. I can go back into Claude.

1:37:36

I'm going to go back into Claude, and I am going to tell it

1:37:44

She's sweet enough. Sorry about that. My friend put up a

1:37:48

picture of her dachshund, and apparently, it talks.

1:37:52

I am going to go back into Claude.

1:37:54

Let me see. How do I make this smaller? It needs to go away.

1:37:58

Alright. There we go. Alrighty.

1:38:09

Go out, and I'm going to say Alright. The reason I'm doing it this way

1:38:39

is because, you know, Google wants you to

1:38:45

utilize their Performance Max campaign.

1:38:51

Alright? And not always does that work. So if

1:38:55

you run AdWords I'm not advocating running AdWords with this,

1:39:03

but this will give you it will help

1:39:05

you come up with what they should be.

1:39:08

Okay? I'm going to tell it, give me

1:39:14

10 head Google AdWords

1:39:18

for a local SEO,

1:39:24

company. Alright. I actually asked them for 10 headlines

1:39:43

because Google lets you add those headlines. So here's what they did. They're giving me

1:39:48

10 headlines in a matter of seconds for

1:39:50

me to go fill in. When it asks

1:39:52

you what should your headlines be, here's 10

1:39:55

of them. Okay? So I can and it actually appended

1:40:00

the vertical web experts, Houston's vertical web,

1:40:04

vertical web's name to it because we're a

1:40:07

brand. Okay? I probably could even put my own name

1:40:11

on it, to be honest with you, because a lot of people, they know me as

1:40:14

well as they know the company.

1:40:17

Alright? So,

1:40:20

as we as we look at all of this,

1:40:24

I can do that. I can ask it

1:40:26

to write me the descriptions. I can tell it to put in the

1:40:30

call of actions on them. I can utilize this to do to do

1:40:34

that. I can also utilize this.

1:40:49

I can also tell it to let me to write me a Facebook ad.

1:40:53

And this is what it should say. So see what it did?

1:40:56

It actually wrote the ad for me that

1:40:59

I can go put in Facebook with my picture

1:41:01

and what I need to do. So I

1:41:04

think that for those of you that are running paid ads, you need to consider

1:41:08

putting some of this in. You can also

1:41:10

do the same thing with TikTok. Okay?

1:41:14

We can say eight eight.

1:41:47

Hold on. This one here. So this is a video

1:41:56

It was all understanding how the system works.

1:42:01

I need you to be quiet now. Alright. So here we go.

1:42:06

So that's my that's my

1:42:09

Google Short, but look at what it's doing.

1:42:14

It's gonna create the ad script for this

1:42:17

video. You see what it did?

1:42:25

It's actually building it for me on what

1:42:27

should be what should be in that little

1:42:29

box underneath, what it should say.

1:42:34

So this is where I I say that

1:42:36

the power of AI can help, it can help

1:42:43

do somebody's mundane tasks. It can help

1:42:48

build stuff. I wanna see if it built finished my website. It never actually finished

1:42:53

my website, did it? Let's see if it actually did.

1:43:03

It doesn't look like it did. For some reason, it stalled out and didn't

1:43:07

do it. So there was something about it

1:43:09

that it didn't that it didn't do.

1:43:14

There's something it was not oh, see. Look.

1:43:16

It it I didn't I don't have a block editor publisher, and so there was a

1:43:19

problem with the way that it did this,

1:43:22

so it didn't set it up right. Okay. So

1:43:26

we did we should have come back and done that. But, what I what I will

1:43:30

say is that I've now created two websites

1:43:33

that are not SEO friendly. They're for they

1:43:35

were both of them were, they're nonpolitical

1:43:40

races. I'm almost running a school board races out

1:43:48

here. Let me this entire website was done with AI. The

1:43:53

candidate gave me, some pictures. They gave me what their talking

1:43:58

points were, and we let it build the whole thing.

1:44:01

It zipped it out and put the whole thing together for us. If you look at

1:44:04

this, I mean, it looks like a normal

1:44:07

website. She it took a word doc she gave

1:44:10

me and built the whole website. I think this thing took me maybe twenty minutes start

1:44:14

to finish to be able to put this all together and to do that.

1:44:20

So I I really

1:44:23

want to encourage, if you have trouble

1:44:26

and don't I'd rather you do this and

1:44:28

be able to go through and and change

1:44:33

what you don't like than say, I can't do this.

1:44:37

Okay? And I I hear a lot of things from a lot of people that talk

1:44:41

about can't do's. And,

1:44:45

the can't do's are really detrimental,

1:44:48

I think. When I when you can answer a few

1:44:52

questions and at least kick this out pretty

1:44:54

good, I mean, yes, I I had to

1:44:57

finagle around with some things, and, yes, I

1:44:59

added some things. And, I mean, it did take me a little bit more time to

1:45:02

go and fix things the way I wanted.

1:45:06

But, again, I I do this for a living, so it was, like, things that I

1:45:10

wanted to do as opposed to,

1:45:14

you know, just letting it run and letting it go. So,

1:45:18

with that all said, I think that's

1:45:24

that's where that's where these are. So these

1:45:26

were this was this is an AI generated website that content is not the end user

1:45:31

actually wrote it for me, and then the

1:45:33

AI took it and translated it into a

1:45:35

website, for this. So,

1:45:39

what questions, if any, do we have?

1:45:43

Because I I I've got a few minutes left here.

1:45:47

So I'd like to see what questions that

1:45:49

you have. And if I can if I can answer anything for you, now would be

1:45:53

the time to, do that. Last two,

1:45:57

somebody's asking about they don't see the place

1:45:59

on the on the on your page to get to the mailing list. They already took

1:46:02

care of it. They already took care of it. And then this last one that just

1:46:04

came out, she's wants to get her spot in your

1:46:07

WordPress class, and she's not sure how to do that? I don't have it. I don't

1:46:11

have it set up yet, so I don't have that. But it's gonna go out. We're

1:46:14

gonna send it out as a calendar invite that's gonna say WordPress class. Come sign up.

1:46:18

Only 30 spots available. And,

1:46:22

we'll see how many people we we get

1:46:24

for that. It says, will I follow the same setup

1:46:29

procedure if I had a start up business?

1:46:31

Yes. Everything that I went through tonight

1:46:37

is what we would do. Let's see. This says, just strategy for growing

1:46:42

and following is my pain point. Well,

1:46:47

no. You know, there's no purchasing purchasing anything.

1:46:50

No purchasing a thing. Alright? So on well, but the thing is

1:46:55

you gotta be consistent. Right? And you gotta

1:46:58

put stuff up. That's why I'm we've gotta

1:47:00

talk through that's why I'm running a social media class,

1:47:03

in Kingwood. We're gonna do that the fourth

1:47:06

Wednesday of next month during the day.

1:47:08

Like I said, every I had some guy drive out here from Katy today. So I

1:47:12

I know if if you wanna come, you know, and you have a car,

1:47:17

it really is not as far away. It

1:47:20

really is not in Louisiana. I I swear

1:47:22

to god. Okay? It is literally

1:47:25

five minutes up the highway from the airport.

1:47:28

Okay? But,

1:47:31

we're gonna talk about engagement. We're gonna talk about what it takes to

1:47:35

get, you know, for you to be able to see things. So I I see this

1:47:39

even go back even on a local thing

1:47:41

or a a personal thing. You don't see

1:47:44

all your friends' posts because in a way those algorithms

1:47:47

work on on these things. And then if you get things that are

1:47:51

more viral, they're gonna they go better than

1:47:54

you know, I know my dog, Cooper, is

1:47:56

worth a hundred likes every time I put

1:47:58

it up. I I literally cannot put that

1:48:01

dog up without getting a pile of people.

1:48:04

So, that's a that's a that's a big deal.

1:48:08

I don't know what happened. My whole computer just did something weird. Okay.

1:48:13

So, you know, I I I'm here to

1:48:15

tell you that, you know, putting the right thing up

1:48:18

will help help do that too. And you've

1:48:21

gotta know what people like and what people are expecting. If you're just gonna put up

1:48:24

stuff about you, you know, it takes a long time. Like,

1:48:29

even me on Facebook, if I put these

1:48:32

videos up whereas I have 10,000 of over

1:48:35

on TikTok, I I can you know, there's not a

1:48:38

whole huge amount of engagement over on Facebook

1:48:40

with these things without paying for it. The

1:48:42

whole thing is predicated on payment. So you

1:48:44

you know, there's a whole, subtext to this that we have to talk

1:48:48

about. It's not just, how do I get more

1:48:53

engagement for that? So, okay. What other questions do we have? We

1:48:57

got two minutes left. Otherwise, I'm a let

1:48:59

Sandra tell you more about the entrepreneur program.

1:49:04

Okay, Sandra. Hit it. Okay. I think some of you know this,

1:49:08

some of you might not, but our center for entrepreneurship

1:49:11

is known for three signature programs, the business

1:49:13

plan competition, the small business success series by HCC,

1:49:18

and the HCC Mattress Mack School of Selling.

1:49:20

And if you use the link that I

1:49:22

posted just a little while ago, it's a newsletter. If you go down to

1:49:26

the bottom of it, there's always a place to join our email list. And you'll be

1:49:29

getting stuff from us, because you've already

1:49:32

found out through either Beth or through me or through SCORE,

1:49:36

you know, that that to come to this. So you you might be getting stuff from

1:49:39

us already. But, there's lots of great

1:49:42

opportunities, because the office of entrepreneurial initiatives

1:49:45

has lots more, but two other centers for

1:49:48

entrepreneurship throughout Houston and, our Goldman Sachs ten thousand

1:49:52

small businesses and our minority business,

1:49:55

development agency business center. So there's lots of

1:49:58

1:50:01

strategy, and we interact with use in entrepreneurial

1:50:03

ecosystem as well. So we invite you all to

1:50:08

keep going and growing, through HCC, through Beth, through SCORE.

1:50:14

We we, we provide

1:50:17

a way to cut through and be with

1:50:19

other entrepreneurs to figure out how to deal with the

1:50:23

changing times, and it's very inspiring and synergistic.

1:50:26

So we love being with you here you

1:50:29

here with you tonight, and we say goodnight,

1:50:31

and we'll see you next, next month on

1:50:34

Wednesday evening if, if you like that. I

1:50:36

think what's the next month's title? We're still

1:50:39

crafting wordsmithing it, but it's something about Google

1:50:42

search, what Google

1:50:44

Secrets. Want secrets. Google

1:50:47

secrets. Yes. Anyway, we'll get that one out soon and

1:50:50

open up registration for it soon. Thanks everyone for coming tonight.

1:50:55

It was good to see everybody. I'll see you next month. Alright. Have a nice evening.

1:50:59

Alright. Bye. That's a wrap for this week's Internet marketing
