This podcast is geared towards “business owners who dabble in real estate and want to grow their portfolio or expand their network.” I am not a business owner nor am I an active investor, so some things talked about in episodes are beyond my knowledge or presently out of reach. I wish there were more guests featured that are just starting out (relatively new investors). One thing I don’t really like, which isn’t the host’s fault, is that sometimes the guest's audio seems to be inconsistent. Not really much of an echo or distortion, just really loud sounding at times. Maybe I haven’t listened to enough episodes yet, however I wish the host would be more animated, not disingenuous or forced, just a little more umph and spontaneous. Though I understand the choice to be a gracious host and provide your guests with the mic and keeping episodes more concise. Outside of that I believe Mr. Wilson has a great voice and asks good questions. I enjoy the episode format. It’s an added bonus that the host provides a lot including key quotes and additional resources in the show notes. Not every podcast does that. Since I tend to take notes, that extra offering helps. The different topics that are covered is also appreciated. The episode details make it easier to find what you’re looking for via scrolling or the search bar. Even though I’m just learning about real estate investment it gives me inspiration and things to look into and look forward to in the future.
