Can you relate to the feeling of not being heard and seen for who you truly are? Because I can, I certainly do. That feeling, of course, is everchanging. Sometimes it is hard to identify once there.
I normalized it by thinking: “Oh it’s fine, people are probably busy” or “Oh it wasn’t such an original idea after all”. I’ve even gone to the point of thinking: “Uuugh thank God nobody saw that, what a shame, how could I ever?”.
OMG or when you launch a new offer in your business, and the only feedback you get is crickets? Such a horrible feeling, right?
In this episode, Alex invites us to look at this face to face and identify piece by piece what’s actually lying down this not feeling seen and heard. In this episode, we’re called to reflect on some cultural mandates over women, such as being a good girl in all areas, and how accepting that role has disconnected us from our own unique voice.
Can’t wait for you to listen to this episode, because the more we’re aware of our traits, the more unapologetic we become, and the more we connect with our true inner voice.
