Elaine gives a behind the scenes look at the program as she explains how she pairs trainers with trainees and discusses the requirements of becoming a Driver Trainer. David talks about his experience going through the Training Program as someone who was fresh out of driving school and is now a successful Professional Driver. Todd gives excellent advice on how to achieve your career goals (Scorecards, Diver of the Month, Driver of the Year, and Grand Champion Driver of the year – just to name a few) while being a Driver Trainer and teaching the next generation of Professional Drivers.
