This podcast sounds great on paper: it combines the mystery of a true crime podcast, the unhinged vibe of a fringe conspiracy theory, and salacious celebrity gossip, all with very very low stakes. Unfortunately, by episode 3 it had veered into pointless time-filling, and actually spent an entire episode interviewing possible impersonators for the host, which is both boring and very off-topic. I spent time in a small Ontario town in my youth, so there was some nostalgia in the visit to Belleville for me, but I doubt other listeners will find much charm in this one, and I can't say it's a good use of your time.
