Journal THEN coffee. It’s the new golden rule, y’all. I talk a lot about journaling and what an effective tool it can be for regulating emotions, cultivating creativity and it’s basically free therapy. But there was a time I would open a blank journal and dread would overcome me, feeling like I was back in high school with a book report that I didn’t know how to start. So in this weeks Keep Looking Up episode, I walk you guys through how to habit stack to make sure journaling becomes part of your routine, how to start from scratch, some prompts and different journal techniques.
