Greg Ballard is the founder and CEO of Five C Consulting, a boutique firm based in Northern Virginia.  His firm works with a diverse set of clients ranging from tech companies, government agencies, military, and non-profit organizations to radically improve their strategic people investments and organizational performance. 

Over his 25+ year career, Greg has developed extensive experience in individual and organizational development through a unique variety of entrepreneurial endeavors, corporate roles, faith-based projects, and frontline jobs.  Prior to launching his firm Greg led and managed business units of 300+ and has personally mentored over 245 leaders.  He also facilitated over 300 classroom/workshop experiences and managed over 1,400 large event experiences.  Over the past five+ years, Greg has actively worked with multi-million dollar CEOs, operational executives, mid-level managers, and small business owners to improve their mindset, habits, and overall approach to management and leadership.
