Aaron Mahnke is the creator, producer, and host of the hit podcast Lore, Executive Producer of the Lore television show on Amazon, and author of The World of Lore book series.Born and raised in Illinois, Aaron now lives with his wife and children on the historic North Shore of Boston, where he writes and records full-time.

Robin Miniter is an audio maker and oral historian. Her work has taken her from women’s rugby fields in India to graveyards in Western North Carolina. Growing up, she dreamt of being a parapsychologist, but has settled on transmitting spooky stories over the radio waves instead. She has never seen a ghost, but wants to know if you have.

Taylor Hagerdorn's interest in dark history began long before earning a Master's degree in American History. Her dedication to public history brought her to Grim & Mild. When she isn't researching, Taylor can be found reading, trying out new recipes, and exploring the cemeteries of the midwest with her dog, Rosie.

Armed with a Master’s in History, Allie Steed is delighted to share her passion with others. She’s a firm believer that even the smallest stories need told—especially if they’re unusual. When not uncovering the secrets of the past, she enjoys reading, musicals, and biking through the wilds of Boston.

As the author of six books, Michelle has always loved storytelling. From fiction to history, she has a fascination for what lurks in the dark. While her main focus is writing for American Shadows, she has worked on Cabinet of Curiosities and researched for Lore. Michelle enjoys hiking, spooky novels, and spending time with Merlin, her Australian Shepherd.

Sam Alberty hails from the beautifully-frozen forests of Minnesota. When he’s not collecting Master’s degrees or researching the macabre and fantastical for Lore, he keeps himself busy with historical theology, smoking his pipe, and finding new places where he can be quiet.
