In this episode, I meet with Paul McGregor (@paulmcgregorcom). Paul is a mental health advocate, a published mental health author (check out his book Man Up Man Down) and a public speaker. Paul has used the experience of losing his father to suicide and his own resulting mental health journey to build a wealth of content, which is passionate, thought provoking, advisory and extremely helpful. We delve into how talking is the beginning of managing any mental health issues, how it opens the wounds and requires more than a sticky plaster to fix. Paul also details the spiritual routes he’s explored and explains how he believes the well-known 1 in 4 mental health stat should really be labelled 1 in 1, as we all have mental health.
