consistent steady season

of calm rather than chaos and there's a way

to do that. And it's about

decluttering because I've often said that like

a cluttered desk for instance is

very indicative of a cluttered

mind. And it's it's so true

like if your refrigerator is crammed full of

stuff and you don't know where to find

anything it creates mental overwhelm. It

means that you have this time to

visually process where something is right. I was

looking for a jar of peanut butter the

other day and I'm not sure

why it was in the fridge but it was like right in the back.

I don't even know how it got there. It was probably one of the

6:40

kids but I

6:42

was thinking I need to empty out

6:45

this refrigerator and stack things so I

6:47

can see it visually so it's on

6:49

display. So it reduces the overwhelm because

6:51

as a busy mother of four even

6:53

though I have only two children in

6:55

my care right now my my two

6:57

oldest kids are adults. I

6:59

still identify as a mother of four that's never going

away. Oh I've got two

dogs so two dogs two kids. I

need to maximize my time as much

7:08

as possible because every moment that I

am you know

standing in front of the refrigerator with like

a very blank look on my face thinking

what am I looking for which also

happens sometimes. It's like I

7:22

could be spending that time with my kids. I could

7:24

be spending that time going for a walk

7:26

to the beach or I could be you know

investing more time in creating courses

7:31

and programs and really inspiring material

for my upcoming book or I

could be you know attracting more

7:38

incredible clients into my

orbit. So it really

becomes a matter of prioritizing what

you declutter and why because you

7:46

understand that the end result is

the manifestation of spaciousness and

there is something beautifully magnetic

about creating spaciousness. In

fact it activates something called the law of

vacuum and this is a unit.

universal law that when activated means that

if you create the space the universe will fill

and realize the bigger picture at play

is to free up the energy along

the way. So the other thing that

you want to pay attention to here

is decluttering and examining changing

and clearing space in your belief system. So

one of the things that I talk

about a lot, especially on this show,

is identifying limiting beliefs, because we all

carry beliefs that limit our potential. And

so when you identify these beliefs by

paying attention to negative self talk and

reoccurring patterns in your life, write

them down if you want to and bring them

into the light of awareness.

Right, this is this is really powerful

work. So if you write it down,

it kind of identifies those key pieces

that tend to sabotage your success or

14:33

the ways in which you get in

14:35

your own way. And then you can

do something called reframe and release. And

14:40

this will help you to challenge

14:42

these limiting beliefs by reframing them

into positive affirmations. For

14:47

example, changing something like I'm not good

14:49

enough to I am worthy and capable

14:51

of achieving my goals. In fact, in

14:53

one of my one on

one manifestation sessions today, it

was about confidence

and embodying confidence. So I gave

her the affirmation of dear

universe, I am now

confident in my ability to be

in all and every

situations with clarity and

stillness and peace. And

so it's really about asking the universe for

help and then claiming that affirmation as if

you are the true embodiment of it right

now in this moment, that nothing has to

change and all is well. So

one of the fastest ways to work

with this energy is to embrace a

growth mindset. So adopting

a growth mindset, and

viewing the challenges as they arise, because

we know that they all do as

opportunities for growth rather than obstacles. This,

this invites a shift in perspective that

can clear the mental blocks and open

them up, open them up for what's

the word I'm looking for new

pathways for personal development. So

you can have the belief that no one ever changes

and a lot of people are looking a leopard cannot

change its spots. And people are

just who they are. You are who you are and

that's never gonna change. But

what if it can? So

from a scientific perspective, there's

this thing in our brains

16:16

called neuroplasticity. So our brains

are literally remapping and rewiring

all the time. And I know some

incredible people who have on

many levels retrained their brains

despite some pretty dismal

diagnostic results to say that they would

never return to a former

16:37

state. And so, I mean, I've

seen this with friends, with family, with people

that were told that they could never achieve

16:44

certain things and yet they are doing it

now. Many of my clients are

people that have gone through extreme adversity

to now run their own business and grow

their own brand. And yet they

16:57

have faced extreme challenges in their

16:59

life. But the only thing,

the determining factor is that they embrace

a growth mindset and they can move

17:05

through it. So when you identify these

limiting beliefs in these blocks, it's like

17:09

weeding a garden, pulling the weeds out

of the garden, out of your

17:14

mind garden, if you will. And

17:16

so that really is that beautiful

opportunity to rise above it. And

then the last, well,

17:23

actually the second last point that I

17:25

wanna make here is clearing space in

17:27

your body. Because, I mean,

we live in a society

17:32

right now where food is

17:34

not real food. And it's

17:37

heavily processed. And when

17:39

I got my eyes checked at the optometrist, I think it

17:42

was about a month ago now, and

17:44

the optometrist said to

17:47

me, people know that

17:49

their eyesight needs checking when they kind of

17:51

have to squint to read ingredients on the

17:53

side of the box because there is this

17:55

movement of awareness now where many

17:57

of us are checking what the ingredients

17:59

are. in packet mixtures

of pancake mix and is the

18:04

first ingredient sugar or what

18:07

are the nutrient values in this? And I think

that that's wonderful. So focusing

18:11

on detoxing and nourishing your body

18:14

is imperative. So

as you know, our bodies

accumulate toxins from food, from

18:22

environmental factors, from stress. And

so considering a gentle detox to cleanse

your system can really help. So by

drinking lots of water, eating whole foods

drinking plenty of water, hydrating those

cells, eating whole foods and

doing things like yoga or dancing

or dare I say hiking, make

it a regular part of your routine and your

daily list of things that you love to do.

And then of course, practicing mindfulness

and relaxation and doing things

like deep breathing or

just being aware that you can clear the

mental clutter and promote a sense of calm

and clarity. And then the

last thing that I want to add

here for clearing space is relationships. Now,

this one is probably one that requires

a much larger discussion. And I could

probably dedicate the next 100 or so

episodes to clearing space in relationships, whether

it's with a spouse, whether it's in

19:56

a divine union, whether it is in

19:58

a friendship, a family.

family dynamic, an office situation,

whatever it is, it's so important to

evaluate the relationships in your life and

identify those that uplift you and support

20:09

you as well as those

20:12

that tend to bring

20:14

you the awareness that you're draining your energy

or causing you stress. And

so the way to remedy that in

20:20

terms of clearing the space is to

20:22

set boundaries and establish healthy boundaries with

20:24

people who may be, dare

20:27

I say, toxic or overly demanding

but the remedy is really easy.

You just communicate your needs clearly

and assertively to ensure

20:36

that your relationships are not only

20:39

balanced but respectful. And

20:41

so the name

of the game here is to cultivate

positive connections and focus on

nurturing relationships that bring you joy

and support and positivity and love

and excitement for the future and

surround yourself with people who truly

inspire you and align

with those values because

is really a holistic process

and it involves not only decluttering

your physical environment but challenging your

limiting beliefs so that you can

want more for yourself and caring

for that beautiful body you have

and nurturing these incredibly amazing healthy

relationships. So by taking these steps

you create a more balanced and

harmonious life that makes room for

new opportunities and positive energy to

flow more freely and to manifest

into your life. And so

that's when you can begin to manifest at

a more accelerated, amplified, upleveled

pace and as long

as you don't see this as a lot of work, I

think that things will go very, very smoothly.

As soon as it feels like it's a

chore or it's bothersome, stop and

feel until you feel aligned and then

only take action when you feel aligned

because that will be a huge distinction

between creating with intention.
