Hello and welcome to today's episode
0:03
of the manifest podcast. My name
0:05
is Sarah Proust. I'm a best-selling
0:07
author. In fact one of my
0:09
most well-known books is called Dear
0:11
Universe. 200 mini
0:13
meditations for instant manifestations.
0:16
And that book still sells like hotcakes.
0:18
It sells hundreds of copies every couple
0:20
of weeks which is kind of mind-boggling
0:22
considering that it's five years old already.
0:25
There have been I think it's a hundred and fifty
0:27
thousand books now that have sold internationally
0:30
and it has been
0:32
translated into at least ten languages.
0:34
I've also got another book called
0:37
Be the Love which was more
0:39
of an autobiographical deeply personal book.
0:42
And the next book that I'm working
0:44
on I can't tell you the title
0:46
yet but what I will say is
0:48
that this book will support you each
0:50
and every day to feel inspired and
0:52
uplifted and connected to the magic of
0:55
the universe. So if you are new
0:57
around here welcome in. If you are
0:59
somebody that has listened to me over
1:01
the last six or seven years I am
1:03
so grateful for the community that always
1:06
shows up with a sense
1:08
of curiosity and intrigue if
1:10
you will about all things
1:12
to do with manifestation and metaphysics
1:15
and spirituality. So the
1:18
way that this show works if you are
1:22
new here or if you've listened
1:24
to me for a little while now
1:26
you know that I only show up
1:28
behind the microphone when I feel inspired
1:30
to do so and there's a reason
1:32
for this. It's because I need to
1:34
show up when I feel clear and
1:36
the transmission is ready to come through
1:39
and so more often than not I'm
1:41
in the midst of doing something else
1:43
whether it's like folding laundry or cleaning
1:45
the house or responding to
1:47
emails or connecting with my clients and
1:49
there's an idea that lands an
1:51
inspired idea it's like this what
1:54
I call like a sacred trigger and I
1:56
know that it's time okay Sarah fire
1:58
up the computer which is usually already
2:00
on and plug in
2:02
the microphone and share from my heart
2:05
what's going on, what I know will
2:07
help this community, this audience, the most
2:09
at this specific point in time. Now,
2:13
I'm recording this today on July the 10th, 2024. So
2:16
it's day three of the
2:18
five day manifestation challenge that I've
2:20
been hosting. And there were well over a thousand people.
2:23
I think it was 1500 people
2:25
registered for this event. It was really
2:28
to kickstart and launch the Dear Universe
2:30
community that's hosted over on school. And
2:32
I'll leave a link in the podcast
2:34
description here so you can join. It
2:37
is free for only the next week.
2:39
And then I am going to turn
2:41
it into a paid community. So
2:44
everybody that gets in this week
2:46
that's already in there gets grandfathered
2:48
in for free. That's a lifetime,
2:50
you've got your place. You can
2:52
really enjoy the benefits of
2:54
this incredible community. But if not, then
2:56
I can highly recommend that you pay
2:59
and invest in the
3:01
small monthly amount to be part
3:03
of this incredibly uplifting
3:05
and inspiring community. I'm telling you, the
3:07
stories that are coming through from these
3:09
incredible humans, and we have men with,
3:12
there's women, there's like people from all
3:14
walks of life sharing their
3:16
journey thus far on the manifestation journey.
3:18
There are people that are setting powerful
3:21
intentions. I created this section where people
3:23
can put out energetic support requests. So
3:25
if you're going through a tough time,
3:28
you know that there's like thousands of
3:30
people in there that can help support
3:32
you through whatever difficult season you're traveling
3:35
through. So you just never feel alone.
3:37
And this is really important. And this is
3:40
the reason why I have loved developing communities
3:42
over the last 15 years
3:44
online, is because you will
3:46
meet some of the best friends that will
3:48
travel through different seasons of your life that
3:51
are there to celebrate your success, are there
3:53
to support you through no matter what you're
3:55
going through. We are human beings. We all
3:57
go through different ups downs, highs and lows,
4:00
ebbs and flows. And I know I'm sounding
4:02
like a Dr. Seuss book right now, but
4:05
the point is to really
4:08
communicate the importance of community
4:10
and connection because you cannot
4:12
expect to do this alone.
4:15
Life isn't supposed to be shared. Life
4:17
is supposed to be a point
4:19
of connection and reference to the divine
4:21
that works through us in all situations.
4:25
So that brings me to today's topic
4:28
for those of you that are wanting to manifest
4:30
at a more accelerated path
4:33
or pace, if you will. So
4:35
decluttering and clearing space. Now I've spoken
4:37
about this a great length before. I
4:39
have a course on this as well
4:42
inside my manifestation academy. And
4:44
it is, and I kid you not, this is
4:46
one of the fastest ways if you want to
4:48
get the energy moving in your reality to start
4:51
to change the results that the
4:53
universe delivers for you to appreciate.
4:57
So it's just a reminder that in
5:00
our fast paced and often cluttered world,
5:03
clearing space is more than just
5:05
a physical act. It's
5:07
a powerful practice for not only rejuvenating
5:10
your mind, your body and your spirit,
5:12
but by removing what no longer serves
5:14
you, you create and
5:16
you make room for new opportunities,
5:19
new energies and new experiences to
5:21
enter into your life. So
5:24
today's episode is really a guide to
5:26
help you clear that space energetically across
5:28
various aspects of your life, such
5:30
as your environment, your beliefs, even your
5:33
body and your relationships. So
5:36
the reason I'm doing this is because
5:38
over the years historically, and this is
5:41
me being very, very,
5:43
very raw and vulnerable with you,
5:45
that I kind of am on
5:47
like this yo-yo experience between chaos
5:50
and calm, energetically,
5:52
physically, spiritually, mentally. It has been
5:54
the way that
5:56
I have navigated
5:59
life. And so there's like this
6:01
curiosity point of can I get a more
6:04
consistent steady season
6:07
of calm rather than chaos and there's a way
6:09
to do that. And it's about
6:11
decluttering because I've often said that like
6:13
a cluttered desk for instance is
6:16
very indicative of a cluttered
6:18
mind. And it's it's so true
6:20
like if your refrigerator is crammed full of
6:22
stuff and you don't know where to find
6:24
anything it creates mental overwhelm. It
6:27
means that you have this time to
6:29
visually process where something is right. I was
6:32
looking for a jar of peanut butter the
6:34
other day and I'm not sure
6:36
why it was in the fridge but it was like right in the back.
6:38
I don't even know how it got there. It was probably one of the
6:40
kids but I
6:42
was thinking I need to empty out
6:45
this refrigerator and stack things so I
6:47
can see it visually so it's on
6:49
display. So it reduces the overwhelm because
6:51
as a busy mother of four even
6:53
though I have only two children in
6:55
my care right now my my two
6:57
oldest kids are adults. I
6:59
still identify as a mother of four that's never going
7:01
away. Oh I've got two
7:03
dogs so two dogs two kids. I
7:06
need to maximize my time as much
7:08
as possible because every moment that I
7:10
am you know
7:12
standing in front of the refrigerator with like
7:14
a very blank look on my face thinking
7:17
what am I looking for which also
7:19
happens sometimes. It's like I
7:22
could be spending that time with my kids. I could
7:24
be spending that time going for a walk
7:26
to the beach or I could be you know
7:29
investing more time in creating courses
7:31
and programs and really inspiring material
7:33
for my upcoming book or I
7:35
could be you know attracting more
7:38
incredible clients into my
7:40
orbit. So it really
7:42
becomes a matter of prioritizing what
7:44
you declutter and why because you
7:46
understand that the end result is
7:49
the manifestation of spaciousness and
7:51
there is something beautifully magnetic
7:53
about creating spaciousness. In
7:55
fact it activates something called the law of
7:58
vacuum and this is a unit.
8:00
universal law that when activated means that
8:02
if you create the space the universe will fill
8:04
it up with something of equal
8:06
measure to occupy that space.
8:09
But then you have to pay attention
8:11
to the energetics around that, the frequency
8:13
around that. So I
8:15
always say to start with your immediate
8:17
surroundings because a cluttered environment, and I'll
8:20
say this again, a cluttered
8:22
environment can really lead to a cluttered
8:24
mind. And so by
8:27
really beginning and organizing and discarding items
8:30
that you no longer need or use,
8:33
you process your
8:36
emotions at a better pace,
8:39
if that makes sense. And this not only
8:41
frees up the physical space, but it also
8:44
releases stagnant energy, creating more
8:47
harmony in your living areas. And I
8:49
spoke of this yesterday in
8:51
the manifestation challenge where I
8:53
brought attention to the ways in which the
8:55
stagnant energy tends to create density in the
8:57
energy. And so the more free flowing we
9:00
can be in the different areas of our
9:02
home, for instance, the more
9:04
it allows
9:06
more flow in our lives to
9:09
welcome in those new people,
9:11
places, things, and experiences. And
9:14
I'll just leave it for that right now
9:16
as we go to a message from today's
9:18
podcast sponsor. Here's an interesting
9:20
fact that you may want to consider that
9:23
Americans take about 20,000 breaths
9:25
a day and spend an average of 90% of
9:28
their time indoors. The indoor air that
9:30
we breathe can be up to 100 times
9:32
more polluted than outdoor air, according
9:35
to the EPA. Indoor
9:37
air pollutants can cause respiratory symptoms
9:39
like sneezing, congestion, scratchy throat, and
9:42
even more serious health problems like
9:44
lung and heart disease. So
9:46
what's the solution? Introducing AirDoctor, the
9:48

9:50

9:54

mites, mold, and other things. spores
10:01

So lock in this special
10:29
offer by going to airdo.com
10:31
and use the
10:35
promo code MANIFEST. Okay,
10:37
so once you have cleared
10:40
out your refrigerator, your closet,
10:42
under your couch cushions, those
10:44
bathroom cabinets, the
10:47
cupboard under the stairs that's full of
10:49
old sport equipment and mismatched
10:52
odd socks or stinky old sneakers that you
10:54
don't use, once you have
10:57
created spaciousness in
10:59
these places that, you
11:01
know, often gather with stagnation, you can either donate
11:04
the stuff that you don't need anymore, which is
11:06
a great thing to do. You
11:08
can sell it if you want to generate
11:10
some quick cash flow. And that's, that's always
11:12
something that has fascinated me. I remember the,
11:15
uh, what's his name? Gary Vaynerchuk. I don't
11:17
know why it took me so long to
11:19
get to that. He is one of the
11:21
old school Twitter people that I connected with
11:23
back in 2008. Gary and I used
11:26
to chat and this was when he was doing, I
11:28
believe it was like Wine Library TV and
11:30
he was using social media to generate business.
11:32
He was one of the first adopters of
11:34
Twitter and he was one of the, I
11:37
mean, we went on very different growth paths,
11:39
but I was also one of the early
11:41
adopters on social media. I had 20,000 followers
11:43
back then and I don't
11:45
really pay attention to that platform that much anymore.
11:48
But, um, the reason I mentioned Gary is
11:50
because I remember watching a video of him
11:52
a few years ago and he said that
11:54
the average person, and
11:56
I'm not sure how he is measuring the
11:58
metric of average, but he said, that the
12:00
average person has around $10,000 worth
12:03
of useless stuff in their house that
12:05
they could sell now. So
12:08
really examining what's not useful anymore,
12:10
what's not serving you and can
12:13
that serve somebody else as
12:15
a treasure, as something they've
12:17
been looking for. So putting your stuff
12:19
on Facebook Marketplace or eBay or Poshmark
12:22
or any of those avenues just to
12:24
generate that quick cash and that's moving
12:26
the energy. Remember, energy needs
12:28
to move and so the
12:31
more you're doing this in the decluttering
12:33
process the better it will be. So
12:35
you also want to cleanse with intent. So
12:39
cleansing your space energetically
12:41
is really important
12:43
and you can use something like sage
12:45
or ethically sourced
12:48
palo santo or I love essential
12:50
oils. You guys know I love
12:52
essential oils. You can
12:54
do what is known as smudging your
12:56
home. So set an intention to release
12:58
the negative energy and invite
13:00
positive energy, harmonious energy.
13:04
And you can even use sound healing
13:06
or bells or singing
13:08
bowls or ways that
13:10
you can use high frequency music
13:13
or energetics that have a specific
13:15
frequency to truly
13:18
get into the walls of your home
13:21
and create that beautiful, peaceful, inviting
13:24
environment for creativity, joy, love
13:27
and abundance. And
13:29
then you create those sacred spaces
13:31
within your home, a place for
13:33
relaxation, meditation or creativity. And these
13:35
sacred spaces act as sanctuaries, if
13:37
you will, where you can recharge
13:40
and connect not only with your
13:42
inner self but with the
13:44
universe. So it's a
13:46
beautiful opportunity to declutter
13:48
and realize the bigger picture at play
13:50
is to free up the energy along
13:52
the way. So the other thing that
13:55
you want to pay attention to here
13:57
is decluttering and examining changing
14:01
and clearing space in your belief system. So
14:03
one of the things that I talk
14:06
about a lot, especially on this show,
14:08
is identifying limiting beliefs, because we all
14:10
carry beliefs that limit our potential. And
14:12
so when you identify these beliefs by
14:15
paying attention to negative self talk and
14:17
reoccurring patterns in your life, write
14:19
them down if you want to and bring them
14:22
into the light of awareness.
14:25
Right, this is this is really powerful
14:27
work. So if you write it down,
14:29
it kind of identifies those key pieces
14:31
that tend to sabotage your success or
14:33
the ways in which you get in
14:35
your own way. And then you can
14:37
do something called reframe and release. And
14:40
this will help you to challenge
14:42
these limiting beliefs by reframing them
14:45
into positive affirmations. For
14:47
example, changing something like I'm not good
14:49
enough to I am worthy and capable
14:51
of achieving my goals. In fact, in
14:53
one of my one on
14:55
one manifestation sessions today, it
14:58
was about confidence
15:00
and embodying confidence. So I gave
15:02
her the affirmation of dear
15:05
universe, I am now
15:07
confident in my ability to be
15:10
in all and every
15:12
situations with clarity and
15:14
stillness and peace. And
15:17
so it's really about asking the universe for
15:19
help and then claiming that affirmation as if
15:21
you are the true embodiment of it right
15:24
now in this moment, that nothing has to
15:26
change and all is well. So
15:29
one of the fastest ways to work
15:31
with this energy is to embrace a
15:33
growth mindset. So adopting
15:36
a growth mindset, and
15:39
viewing the challenges as they arise, because
15:41
we know that they all do as
15:43
opportunities for growth rather than obstacles. This,
15:45
this invites a shift in perspective that
15:47
can clear the mental blocks and open
15:49
them up, open them up for what's
15:52
the word I'm looking for new
15:54
pathways for personal development. So
15:57
you can have the belief that no one ever changes
15:59
and a lot of people are looking a leopard cannot
16:01
change its spots. And people are
16:03
just who they are. You are who you are and
16:05
that's never gonna change. But
16:07
what if it can? So
16:11
from a scientific perspective, there's
16:14
this thing in our brains
16:16
called neuroplasticity. So our brains
16:18
are literally remapping and rewiring
16:21
all the time. And I know some
16:24
incredible people who have on
16:27
many levels retrained their brains
16:29
despite some pretty dismal
16:33
diagnostic results to say that they would
16:35
never return to a former
16:37
state. And so, I mean, I've
16:40
seen this with friends, with family, with people
16:42
that were told that they could never achieve
16:44
certain things and yet they are doing it
16:46
now. Many of my clients are
16:49
people that have gone through extreme adversity
16:51
to now run their own business and grow
16:54
their own brand. And yet they
16:57
have faced extreme challenges in their
16:59
life. But the only thing,
17:01
the determining factor is that they embrace
17:03
a growth mindset and they can move
17:05
through it. So when you identify these
17:07
limiting beliefs in these blocks, it's like
17:09
weeding a garden, pulling the weeds out
17:12
of the garden, out of your
17:14
mind garden, if you will. And
17:16
so that really is that beautiful
17:18
opportunity to rise above it. And
17:20
then the last, well,
17:23
actually the second last point that I
17:25
wanna make here is clearing space in
17:27
your body. Because, I mean,
17:30
we live in a society
17:32
right now where food is
17:34
not real food. And it's
17:37
heavily processed. And when
17:39
I got my eyes checked at the optometrist, I think it
17:42
was about a month ago now, and
17:44
the optometrist said to
17:47
me, people know that
17:49
their eyesight needs checking when they kind of
17:51
have to squint to read ingredients on the
17:53
side of the box because there is this
17:55
movement of awareness now where many
17:57
of us are checking what the ingredients
17:59
are. in packet mixtures
18:01
of pancake mix and is the
18:04
first ingredient sugar or what
18:07
are the nutrient values in this? And I think
18:09
that that's wonderful. So focusing
18:11
on detoxing and nourishing your body
18:14
is imperative. So
18:17
as you know, our bodies
18:19
accumulate toxins from food, from
18:22
environmental factors, from stress. And
18:24
so considering a gentle detox to cleanse
18:27
your system can really help. So by
18:29
drinking lots of water, eating whole foods
18:31
and incorporating herbs and supplements, or herbs
18:33
for my American friends out there that,
18:38
I whisper funny saying words that I know that Americans
18:40
don't say just in case it does get lost in
18:42
translation. But there are certain
18:44
supplements and herbs that can support
18:46
that detoxification process. And then of
18:49
course, movement of your body, regular
18:51
physical activity that helps you to
18:53
release the stagnant energy, getting
18:55
that flow of energy happening. If you're just sitting
18:58
around waiting to manifest, you're not going to, because
19:01
the universe wants you to move within whatever
19:03
you're capable of doing within the body that
19:05
you have. And then
19:07
drinking plenty of water, hydrating those
19:09
cells, eating whole foods and
19:12
doing things like yoga or dancing
19:14
or dare I say hiking, make
19:17
it a regular part of your routine and your
19:20
daily list of things that you love to do.
19:23
And then of course, practicing mindfulness
19:25
and relaxation and doing things
19:27
like deep breathing or
19:30
just being aware that you can clear the
19:32
mental clutter and promote a sense of calm
19:35
and clarity. And then the
19:39
last thing that I want to add
19:41
here for clearing space is relationships. Now,
19:44
this one is probably one that requires
19:46
a much larger discussion. And I could
19:49
probably dedicate the next 100 or so
19:51
episodes to clearing space in relationships, whether
19:53
it's with a spouse, whether it's in
19:56
a divine union, whether it is in
19:58
a friendship, a family.
20:00
family dynamic, an office situation,
20:02
whatever it is, it's so important to
20:05
evaluate the relationships in your life and
20:07
identify those that uplift you and support
20:09
you as well as those
20:12
that tend to bring
20:14
you the awareness that you're draining your energy
20:16
or causing you stress. And
20:18
so the way to remedy that in
20:20
terms of clearing the space is to
20:22
set boundaries and establish healthy boundaries with
20:24
people who may be, dare
20:27
I say, toxic or overly demanding
20:30
but the remedy is really easy.
20:32
You just communicate your needs clearly
20:34
and assertively to ensure
20:36
that your relationships are not only
20:39
balanced but respectful. And
20:41
so the name
20:43
of the game here is to cultivate
20:45
positive connections and focus on
20:48
nurturing relationships that bring you joy
20:50
and support and positivity and love
20:52
and excitement for the future and
20:54
surround yourself with people who truly
20:57
inspire you and align
20:59
with those values because
21:01
in conclusion here, clearing space energetically
21:04
is really a holistic process
21:07
and it involves not only decluttering
21:09
your physical environment but challenging your
21:12
limiting beliefs so that you can
21:14
want more for yourself and caring
21:16
for that beautiful body you have
21:18
and nurturing these incredibly amazing healthy
21:20
relationships. So by taking these steps
21:23
you create a more balanced and
21:25
harmonious life that makes room for
21:27
new opportunities and positive energy to
21:29
flow more freely and to manifest
21:31
into your life. And so
21:34
that's when you can begin to manifest at
21:36
a more accelerated, amplified, upleveled
21:38
pace and as long
21:41
as you don't see this as a lot of work, I
21:44
think that things will go very, very smoothly.
21:46
As soon as it feels like it's a
21:48
chore or it's bothersome, stop and
21:50
feel until you feel aligned and then
21:52
only take action when you feel aligned
21:54
because that will be a huge distinction
21:57
between creating with intention.
22:00
versus creating just because you think you're doing
22:02
the right thing to get the results. You
22:05
need to be giving without expectation and
22:07
this is where the magic of
22:09
manifested manifesting is activated within your
22:11
body, your mind and your spirit.
22:15
So I will leave you with that for today.
22:17
Once again I only have, if you
22:19
are listening to this, in mid-July I
22:22
only have a few spaces left for
22:24
the one-on-one manifestation sessions this month. I
22:26
may be shutting it down just for
22:28
next month because I still want to
22:30
really focus on my book I've got
22:32
until October to get the manuscript done.
22:35
So I want to make
22:37
sure that I pay attention and focus my
22:39
energy on the clients that are really showing
22:41
up that need some manifestation support right now.
22:44
So if that's you, click on the link,
22:46
book your session with me. It's half an
22:48
hour and I promise you it will be
22:50
worth the investment because people are loving these
22:52
sessions. They're walking away from them with that
22:54
up lifted energy of
22:57
possibility and hopefulness. So whatever it is
22:59
we can have a private conversation and
23:01
I can support you whether it is
23:04
concerns over your relationship or if you want to
23:06
manifest the love of your life or you want
23:09
to manifest a family or a career
23:11
change or financial freedom. This is what
23:13
is in my expert wheelhouse over here
23:15
so I'm happy to help in any
23:17
way that I can. Okay
23:19
thank you so much for being here with me today.
23:21
Once again I love you. Thank
23:23
you so much for being here as part
23:25
of my community and I look forward to
23:27
connecting with you for another episode of the
23:30
manifest podcast. Lots of love and bye for
23:32
now.
