In honor of Veterans Day, we’re proud to share a special episode of the Meet JMT podcast featuring Andy Knaster, Senior Systems Analyst in our JMT Technology Group. Based in our Hunt Valley, MD office, Andy reflects on his journey after leaving active duty, from his early days as a programmer to discovering his passion for business analysis. Inspired by a mentor, he shifted to systems analysis and has been helping organizations thrive ever since, including over 4 years at JMT.

In this episode, Andy also shares insights from his work on a major technical writing project for the Ohio Department of Transportation, where he and Maria Martin, Business Development Manager for our Technology Group, created a comprehensive 600-page roadway information manual.
