energy center of love, forgiveness,

emotional well -being, compassion, all of

that. And we're just going to

work on activating the center

and really letting it bloom and

hopefully bring you some soothing

and healing and loving energy into

your heart. So

when you're ready, you can

begin by coming to a

comfortable meditative position. This

could be sitting up with

a long spine and soft shoulders.

If you prefer, you could lay

down, but just make sure

that you can breathe without anything

getting in your way. And

once you find that comfortable position,

Allow your awareness to drift

to your breath. Feel

the breath moving in and out of
