Thank you all so much for joining in on my first episode of Minutes of Motivation. My name is Megan Cavins and I've always struggled with finding the motivation to get up and do things. This podcast is going to be centered around getting motivated to knock out things that need to get done. Each episode is going to be a different amount of time, and it will all depend on your time slot and what works for you to get motivated.
Some of the episodes will be about cleaning, some about self-care, and some will just be completely random things that we still want to get done, but can't get the energy to get up and do it.
