MEET STEFANIE

My name is Stefanie Hayes and I started Vallation Health Concierge Nursing to make a greater impact for individual clients. After working in Santa Barbara County healthcare for 14 years, I have a deep understanding of the significant need for patient advocacy, coordinated care with consistency across providers and facilities, and wellness services in context of an individual's medical history. 

With seven years of experience as a critical care nurse, I've come to understand the value and impact of being equal parts thorough, analytical, and compassionate. 

Noticing trends and details can save a life. Fully seeing a patient and their experience can significantly ease a traumatic medical situation and prioritize their personal values. 

I have the experience for health advocacy in all areas of care—

from preventative wellness, primary care and specialists, hospitalization including critical care, post-op, rehabilitation and returning home, to hospice and end of life care. 

I serve with robust experience and a dedication to more deeply benefit individual clients for vitality and long-term quality of life.
