When season three kicked off, I wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy it quite as much as I had the previous two, but I was proven wrong by the second episode, and all the episodes that followed. The greatest move they pulled was allowing Winston Noel to play the crew's pet CLINT (which will make sense once you've heard the series), as his boundless puppy energy elevated the show just that little bit more.I love the sound design, the attention to detail, and the fact that they respect their own canon. Lockdown conditions mean the show isn't as frequent, but I don't expect the quality to dip at all.

So Roddam good. Everybody on this podcast pulls their weight and more. The guests are always brilliant. And the sound design is incomparably good and immersive. Juck the Federated Alliance!

A bunch of people recommended this podcast to me when I asked for recommendations for a funny fiction podcast, and it has delivered. A great show that makes me laugh.

My favorite narrative podcast out there! The show does a fantastic job of parodying science fiction tropes while ALSO being a banger of a sci-fi adventure story. You still care about the characters and get invested in the story despite laughing your ass off at all the winks and nudges to popular science fiction (and other) references. Jump aboard the Bargarean Jade and take a journey into the fun sector.

Good scifi

I love this show for so many reasons. The cast has such a great time making it and that comes through in the episodes. Maybe the best produced podcast I have ever listened to with all the effects, editing, and music. Give this show a chance and you will be one with the space!

The best concept and execution ever.

This is a forever fave. Hysterical improv and stunning sound design make this show stand among the greatest scripted sci-fi comedy in any media format. And the scoring! The music in this show is so grand and sweeping, I just shivered thinking about it.

I don't know what it is that I love about this podcast. Well, I do...EVERYTHING! The episode by episode world building to the fantastic sound design is all brilliantly executed. The special guests are just that! Special!. Paul F. Tompkins and the guys at Hello from the Magic Tavern are just a few! If you ever get to see them live I thoroughly recommend it.

Without a doubt, my all-time favorite podcast. I look forward to each and every new episode, and I've re-listened to all the episodes countless times. The improv and actors are fantastic - and the sound design is exceptional. Don't know what I'm going to do when season 5 ends! I'll miss this weird little crew and their sentient ship in the "ass end of space". Hopefully they'll come up with another podcast - but Mission to Zyxx will be hard to beat.

I've enjoyed this show since my first listen. The madcap, clever improvised adventures always make me laugh. But their normally excellent sound design has raised the bar with episode 401. Best enjoyed with headphones, it presents the show in aural 3D. That coupled with the general zaniness of the characters puts this at the top of the To Listen list. The active fan community also gets a 5/5 would recommend.

Such a great show! Moujan Zolfaghari and all the rest of the cast are great. The editing and sound effects are really well done, as well. Check it out if you want to enjoy some funny misadventures in space.

Easily one of the best improv comedy podcasts I've ever listened to. The performers can be heard laughing and bouncing off each other in such a way that works well with the tone of the story and characters. The sound design is OFF THE CHARTS impressive, especially when you consider that this is a sci-fi adventure with all sorts of alien planets and spaceships in every episode. Each of the actors and characters are so hugely loveable and there's an endless cast of guest characters to give each episode a real sense of personality. Love it.
