underlying root cause problem is that you

that you have low self

you were raised in raised in a family

with no money, who who didn't

know how to handle money. money, no

No one around you knew was educating

people responsibly about money, which by

the way way is everyone, friends. Like,

you know, you know, what, why don't our

parents teach us about money? Like, what,

what is going on? We should We

should start learning it in high school.

So, because of because because of those

things, you're very uncomfortable around

money and you can't even see

yourself having three months of

savings. savings and and making a beautiful living

like you can't even think of yourself

in that way. in that way. That's just

Maybe just maybe by addressing those younger

parts and emotions, emotions, learning

about money, you begin to

grow and build your self -worth

in other areas like having

then thinking about what job you'd

industry you'd like to work

low self -worth into the

habits into the next tax

tend to have this all-or-nothing thinking

feel so far away from where

we want to be or where

we think we should be, and

that creates dejection. and dejection creates

separation and then we shut down.

thing ever. You know, there's a

during the wars and during times

of great upheavals. There's a reason

try to make things more fun.

more people alive, engaging with life,

fed, resourced, with their feet massaged

other people were disabled, permanently

ways, and when folks, like,

no mainstream media is consistently

covering this, when people try

to talk about this, the

denial and fear and avoidance

of the other, of this

reality is off the charts,

and that relates in isolation

and separation. There is also

this other connection between collective

distrust and fascism. and

how fascism and extreme rigidity

in politics affect interpersonal relationships.

awakening, that's always going to

have elements of loneliness. And

then it's always going to

have elements of like deeper

connection. spirit or God or

the universe. It's very paradoxical.

Often you can't relate to

dominant culture. You often don't

care, like, about dominant culture.

You're like, I don't care

about this celebrity. Like, who

cares? Or I don't care

about the new crocks. Or

like, you're like, what? You're

just like, huh? It's hard

to relate to friends and

family. And there is also

this painful. painful part where

you realize you cannot take

certain people with you. They

cannot come with you all

the way, not if you're

going to live in integrity.

And this can be some

of the deepest pain that

people can know. We are

meant to collaborate with one

another. We want to belong.

We want to fit in,

we want to be accepted,

we want to connect, we

want to find similarities. And

for the love of the

than we have differences. you

know, I can absolutely find

similarities with people, like even

my weirdo self, you know,

with just about anybody really.

spiritual path will ask us

to go our own way.

know, like coming out of

the broom closet, like really

coming out and sharing any

authentic part of you, whether

know, like being really honest,

going to happen. And also,

Rejecting any labels or expectations

that the world puts on

self-loving, you don't want to be

around people who can't see you.

but there's deep love and deep

vying for the affection of our

wanting to be part of active
