Jasmiyah and Tasmiyah Whitehead grew up in a family that their counsellor says "thrives in chaos." The twins bounced back and forth between their mother and great-grandmother's houses while a generational power struggle simmered. By the time Jas and Tas were teenagers, they were sick of it. A heated argument at their mother's home in Conyers, Georgia escalated to a tragedy of epic proportions on January 13, 2014. Nikki Whitehead was murdered, and police began to investigate her own daughters as suspects.
