Dr. Jen Sugden is a writer, comedian, and improviser. She writes and performs with comedy troupe The Dead Secrets. She co-writes the podcast "Victoriocity."Sugden appeared in the improvised golden age detective story "Hickory Dickory Murder," which toured both in the UK and internationally in 2016 and 2017.Sugden's first book, "High Vaultage," co-written with Chris Sugden, was published in 2024.Sugden received her Ph.D. in Victorian Literature.

Tom is a writer, actor and comedian based in London, best known for playing Aston Lange in The Royals (E!), writing and performing (as Eric Chapman) in the Prix Europa-nominated podcast sitcom Wooden Overcoats (available now on all podcast platforms), and as the playwright behind the stage adaptation of the Rocky Horror sequel, Shock Treatment (King’s Head, 2015). Recently, Tom has appeared as an actor in Ankle Tag (BBC Radio 4), The Harrowing (Storyglass), Tom Neenan is Not All Men (BBC Sounds) and The Temp (Audible Original). He has recently written a New Adventure for the wildly popular Zombies, Run! app and for The Scarifyers (Bafflegab Productions). He also produces his own one-man sketch comedy podcast called Crowley Time, with me, Tom Crowley.Tom's modernised adaptation of Charles Dickens's Great Expectations (which he directed as the Old Red Lion Theatre's Christmas show in 2017) was published by Methuen in 2017 and is now available in all good bookshops.

Dr. Chris Sugden is a comedy writer and performer. He co-writes the podcast "Victoriocity."Previous works include "The Curiositorium" and the Buxton Fringe Best Comedy Show "Bulletproof Jest." He was part of the writing team behind the BBC Sounds show "Murmurs."Sugden's first book, "High Vaultage," co-written with Jen Sugden, was published in 2024.Sugden received his Ph.D. in Science and Technology Studies from Oxford University.

Beth is a writer and voice actor based in the UK. She has a keen love of sci fi, comedy and the surreal.
