Open Table is for the open-minded. It is a biweekly college podcast to help people share their opinions on social issues freely. If you enjoy listening to scholars with different views, this is your podcast. Everybody Comes In (E.C.I.) reinforces the college’s commitment to an inclusive environment for all students, and they join Open Table on this episode to share struggles undocumented college students face.

Members of E.C.I. mention that undocumented college students face the typical struggles and many other struggles, from not being able to afford college to being afraid to ask for help out of fear of being deported. Unlike their U.S. citizen peers, they aren’t eligible for federal financial aid—including government loans, grants, or work-study money.
